0:00All right. So, today we got to talk

0:02man-to-man

0:04because this is pretty important. You

0:06have to find that one thing in your life

0:09that just makes you tick.

0:11Like that one thing that makes you love

0:13life. And not a lot of guys have this,

0:16okay? Like most guys don't have this.

0:23And what that means is like they might

0:25have a job, they might have a career

0:28path,

0:29but they don't have that one thing that

0:31just makes them tick. That one thing

0:33that they just love.

0:35Okay?

0:37Now, the only way you get to this point

0:40of figuring this out of what that thing

0:42is for you

0:44is if you stop idolizing content

0:46creators.

0:47Okay? If you stop idolizing content

0:50creators. I will say that again. You

0:51have to stop idolizing these influencers

0:54and these content creators, okay? Here's

0:56why.

0:59As I've gotten older, I've met some of

1:00these dudes in person.

1:03The first thing you have to know is most

1:04of them are broke because they don't

1:06have any value to give to other people.

1:08They maybe have found out how to get

1:10value to themselves for likes and

1:11validation, but no one's paying them for

1:14their full day of eating tutorials and

1:16their jawline tutorials so they look

1:18hot, you know, in their photos. Okay?

1:20Because that's what most

1:22uh content creators and influencers are,

1:25okay? And what you have right now is you

1:26have a generation of men. You have a

1:28generation of young men specifically

1:31idolizing that.

1:35And you think it's going to get you

1:36women.

1:37You think it's going to get you women

1:38and it might short term.

1:40Right? Like it might generate you a few

1:42options, but this is not going to lead

1:44to any life fulfillment. And keep in

1:46mind, most of these guys also can't

1:49retain the women in their life that they

1:51want to because they're missing a core

1:54identity. They're missing a piece of the

1:56core identity. So, to be a complete man,

1:59okay?

2:03To be a complete man, you have to have a

2:05common sense of identity.

2:09Okay, and this is tied into your

2:11purpose. This is tied into why God made

2:14you. This is tied into who you are as an

2:16individual. This is tied into basically

2:19everything that makes you you, okay?

2:22Because the first thing you have to do

2:24to get clear on this is you have to look

2:26in the mirror and you have to tell

2:27yourself, "Okay, I'm unique.

2:29There's only one of me. Like God only

2:32made one of me. When I look in the

2:33mirror, there's only one Casey Zander.

2:35Just me.

2:37So, I could do things the way that

2:38everybody else does, but that's not

2:39cool. That's not how God made me. God

2:41made me unique. So, you have to find

2:43your own unique path. I'm glad that we

2:44got that out of the way.

2:46Once we've addressed this, the reason

2:49why you have to find that one thing that

2:51makes you tick is because I would argue

2:54that you don't even know who you are,

2:57okay?

3:00You don't even know who you are. And

3:02what that means is

3:04your mind has been shaped by your

3:06surroundings, okay? So, the music that

3:10you've listened to over the years shapes

3:11you into what you think is cool or what

3:13you think you need to be like, okay?

3:16The movies that you watch

3:18shapes you into what you think, you

3:20know, a man is or what a man should be

3:22or how you should be.

3:24The career path that your friends go

3:25down, you think that this is all of a

3:27sudden something that you should do

3:28because everybody else is doing it.

3:30The things that your parents told you or

3:32the things that, you know, magazines

3:33told you or whatever the case may be.

3:35Now, the reason why this is so important

3:37is because I already know that most of

3:39you would like a better dating life. And

3:41women can tell who is fake in a quick

3:44hurry, okay? Especially in some of these

3:47bigger cities, like last year, um you

3:50know, I lived in like the Scottsdale

3:51Paradise Valley area and

3:56women have seen it all.

3:58You know, this guy leases the expensive

4:00car because, you know, he wants to look

4:02cool. You know, this guy um wants to

4:04look like the bad boy, so he gets a

4:06bunch of, you know, tattoos. You know,

4:08it's like all this stuff and women can

4:10just sense that these men are just just

4:13struggling so bad to find out who they

4:16are.

4:17And what you have is you have a bunch of

4:19men following trends.

4:21You have a bunch of men following trends

4:23because they think it's what they should

4:24do. And the problem with that is your

4:25mind has became passive. Okay, your mind

4:29has became passive and your mind became

4:31really weak because what happens is

4:33you're influenced by your surroundings

4:34and you conform to what you think the

4:36normal way of doing stuff is or you

4:39conform to what the status quo is. But

4:41the older you get and the more stronger

4:43sense of self that you have, you start

4:45to realize that there is no such thing

4:47as a status quo. There is no such thing

4:48as the normal way of doing things

4:50because the normal way of doing things

4:51is just somebody who had the confidence

4:53in the first place to say this is the

4:55way.

4:56Okay. This goes really deep because,

4:59like,

5:02most men don't have their own opinions.

5:04They have the opinions that everybody

5:05else has.

5:08There's nothing unique about them. So,

5:10we need to we need to really address

5:13this here, the differences between the

5:14masculine and the feminine. The

5:16differences between the masculine and

5:18the feminine would be this. The

5:19masculine has a sense of uniqueness. The

5:23masculine has a sense of

5:27um

5:28persuasiveness because you're supposed

5:31to be interesting.

5:33Right? Like, you are supposed to be

5:35unique and you are supposed to be

5:37interesting. I think that right now

5:39there's a lot of men that think that,

5:40you know, they have to keep up this

5:42image of either travel or having this

5:44specific exotic car or whatever and

5:47they're not mastering their craft.

5:50Okay? Now, the dudes in life who are

5:53most rewarded

5:57are dudes who master their craft

6:00and are completely unapologetic about

6:01what they are or what they've became.

6:04I'll say that again. They've mastered

6:05their craft and they're completely

6:07unapologetic about what they are or what

6:09they've became.

6:11Okay?

6:12If you look at anybody

6:14who has had success in a specific field,

6:17a specific industry, they got to that

6:19point because they did things

6:21differently and they were okay with not

6:23being the same as everybody else. Okay?

6:26The man,

6:27the masculine has that natural

6:30rebellious spirit to not conform to what

6:34everybody else does.

6:37Like, in a nutshell, if you want to put

6:39an aura on the word testosterone, that's

6:42what it would be. Okay?

6:47The feminine is a little different.

6:50Okay? If you put a bunch of women

6:53together

6:55and you ask them something, a lot of

6:58times they just say yes because the girl

7:00before them said yes or they say no, I

7:02don't like that because the girl before

7:04them said that. And they adapt this herd

7:07mentality. They don't want to step

7:09outside the norm. They want to be

7:11accepted and liked. And that's why all

7:14of them in the pictures pose the exact

7:16same with the hip out this way and all

7:18of them take the exact same photos with

7:20their lips like this.

7:22And all of them have the same captions,

7:25you know,

7:26uh

7:31in in touch but out of reach.

7:34A girl just manifested. Okay, it's

7:36common thought. That is the feminine.

7:39The masculine isn't. The masculine is

7:43individual and willing to think for

7:45himself. The masculine is if 200 people

7:48lined up and say, "Hey,

7:50you shouldn't do that and that's wrong

7:52or that's not the right way of doing

7:54things."

7:56And that one dude who has the strength

7:58and the courage to say, "No, even though

8:00there's 200 of you telling me this, I

8:02can actually prove that you're wrong and

8:04I can prove that I have a better way of

8:06doing things or I can prove to you that

8:08this is the way."

8:10That is the masculine, willing to stand

8:12on strength. Now, this is what

8:15fundamentally attracts a woman.

8:18Okay?

8:19I would say that I have even attracted

8:22women into my life specifically because

8:25of these videos that I make and the

8:26reason being is because a woman can see

8:28that I have 5,000 uploads on here. So,

8:31she goes instantly, "He's disciplined

8:33and he's willing to keep doing this and

8:35he obviously just keeps

8:37creating this because he wants to." So,

8:39it's a sense of unique identity. So,

8:41when men come to me and they're like,

8:42"Well, how do I have a stronger frame?"

8:46It's like you need to figure out who you

8:47are in the first place.

8:50You need to figure out who you are in

8:51the first place. Do you know another

8:52YouTuber like me?

8:54No.

8:55You're going to see a bunch of other

8:56people maybe get all of a sudden go buy

8:58a marker board and try. There's a lot of

9:00them now probably I'm I'm sure, but

9:02they're not me.

9:06When you have this sense of uniqueness

9:09to you, you're willing to tolerate

9:12Excuse me. You're willing to not

9:14tolerate

9:15that you used to. Okay?

9:19Because you start to understand that

9:20you're rare.

9:22So, if a woman gives me any friction or

9:24so it's giving me a bad time, I'm just

9:26not going to text her back or call her

9:28ever again because I can because I know

9:31that I can go attract a new woman

9:32because I'm in high demand. You have to

9:35get to a point where you are in high

9:36demand.

9:38Okay. So,

9:40when you have this aura, this attitude,

9:42women don't play the same games as they

9:44once used to. Because they can just tell

9:46that you're going to basically go next,

9:49and then you're going to move on.

9:51And then when she can tell that you have

9:52that attitude, she doesn't want a

9:53different woman

9:55to enjoy the fruits of your labor.

9:58Because she wants to enjoy the fruits of

9:59your labor. So, she wants to go, "Hey, I

10:01want to be with the man who has

10:03confidence in himself. I want to be with

10:05the man who has a unique identity and a

10:06unique personality. I want to be with

10:08the man who has discipline and structure

10:10and focus in his life because he knows

10:12what he's doing and where he's going."

10:13Mhm. I'm sure that there's definitely

10:15some benefits that come with him.

10:20So, this is what you have to understand

10:21is like you need to figure out who you

10:23are. Your parents can't do this for you.

10:25They can try, but they're just going to

10:26make you a a carbon copy clone of

10:29themselves. Okay? They're going to try,

10:31but only you can do this by getting in

10:34touch with your faith.

10:35And you have to ask God for the

10:36strength. You have to say, "God, out of

10:38everything, right, that I'm good at,

10:40everything that I'm not good at, please

10:42give me the way, show me the way to

10:43excel. Show me the way to succeed. Show

10:46me the skills that you blessed me with

10:48so I can actually use them."

10:49That's the only way. That is the

10:51masculine. The masculine is faith.

10:53Okay? That's why God often times is

10:55referred to as the father. Because you

10:57come back to the father for the wisdom.

11:00So, these are traits, um, that actually

11:03determines your success in life as a man

11:05and your own happiness.

11:08Um, this has This video almost has

11:10nothing to do with you attracting women.

11:12It has everything to do with you

11:13becoming who you need to be. And there's

11:15no escaping that.

11:17Right? There's a lot of guys who they

11:18try to escape that. You can see who's

11:20fake from a mile away. I can spot who's

11:22fake from a mile away. I can walk into a

11:23bar or a night club or whatever, and I

11:25can just look around, I can just feel

11:26the fakeness. Just fake. Bunch of fake

11:29dudes.

11:31You know, even the communication

11:32patterns, the the over politeness, the

11:35willingness to do all this and you know,

11:37it's like they just want to be fit in.

11:39They want to fit in and be accepted so

11:40badly.

11:42Until you get to the point where you

11:43don't care if you're accepted,
