0:00Okay, over the past like 2 weeks, I
0:02probably watched like 50 videos on
0:04approach or how to do an approach from
0:07other content creators. And I would say
0:09they all suck. Like I would say pretty
0:11much all of them completely suck. And
0:13they completely suck because
0:16um almost every video that I saw never
0:18gave actual step by step of what to say.
0:22I'm going to give you two methods where
0:24you can literally take what I'm saying
0:27line for line. I heard a lot of other
0:30content creators talk about like the
0:32vibe and the energy and uh it's just too
0:36hard for like someone to implement right
0:39away. So, the point of this video is
0:41tangible evidence and tangible results
0:44we can go and use right away. That's
0:46what we want. We want something quick,
0:48okay? A good quick win where it feels
0:50like you're building reps, you're
0:51building momentum. Me personally, I
0:54don't have this uh amazing, captivating,
0:56charming personality. I just don't.
0:58Okay. I'm a dude from North Dakota.
1:01Okay. I am who I am. You know, I don't
1:04have these amazing magical lines to say
1:07with my vibe. Okay. Um, you know, that's
1:12just how it is. So, I'm going to show
1:14you how to actually approach women even
1:17if you have no RZ. Okay? I don't have
1:19any RZ, right? I'm here to teach and I'm
1:22here to give you actual lessons that
1:24work. Okay?
1:27These lessons are going to get you into
1:28the upper echelons of approach over time
1:31because you're actually building
1:32momentum and you're going to see why.
1:34So, let's start off the video. Okay,
1:36here's a disclaimer. This is really
1:38highlevel game and it will change your
1:40life drastically if you implement. Most
1:43men don't implement, which is why I'm
1:45going to make this as easy for you as
1:47possible to implement with two methods.
1:49And these two methods you can literally
1:51take line for line. Okay, so this is
1:53very high level game and it will start
1:56to change your life drastically.
1:58However, okay, this will not cure your
2:01approach anxiety. These two methods will
2:03not cure your approach anxiety because
2:05the only way to do that is through the
2:07reps. So even though I'm giving you
2:09exactly what to do line for line, when
2:11you see that pretty woman you want to
2:13talk to, you're still going to feel
2:15slightly nervous. You're still going to
2:17feel those butterflies in your stomach
2:19or you might feel your heart rate
2:20elevate and you get a little bit
2:22nervous. Completely normal, completely
2:24okay. You have to work through this. How
2:26do I know that you have to work through
2:28this? And how do I know that just having
2:32the right method isn't instantly going
2:34to cure your approach anxiety? It's
2:35because I have been lifting weights for
2:3710 years. I've been lifting weights for
2:3910 years. And I remember the first time
2:42I did 225 lbs on incline the barbell.
2:46Okay, the first time I did 225, I was
2:48very, very nervous. I had never had two
2:51plates on the bar before.
2:53Well, how did I get over that
2:55nervousness? By slowly adding 2.5 lbs
2:59per week, every week for like probably
3:02100 or 150 weeks in a row. Okay, you
3:05know, 185 lbs for five sets of five,
3:08next week 190. Then the next week 195,
3:10then the next week 200, right? You know,
3:12you stay at 200 for a few weeks, you
3:14know, next week 205 until I got to 220
3:18lb on incline and I was only 5 lbs away.
3:21And at that point, even though I was
3:22still nervous, I knew I could do it
3:24because I gave myself proof from the
3:26past that I could. The reason why your
3:30approach sucks is cuz you have not given
3:32yourself those small micro habits, those
3:34small micro adjustments of repetitions
3:37to actually get there. I'm going to use
3:40um another couple examples. You can also
3:42read all about riding a bike all you
3:45want. If you want to go get a book on
3:47how to ride a bike, you could sit there
3:48and read it all day and it could be the
3:50best book ever, but you're still not
3:52going to know how to ride that bike. You
3:54got to get on the bike and ride it and
3:56see how it feels and see how it is.
3:59Everything in life is the reps. I'll
4:00give you another example. This is my
4:02bow. Okay, I shoot a Matthews Lift X.
4:06Um, I love archery. I love shooting bow.
4:09This is like my favorite thing to do.
4:10This is my favorite hobby. Okay, my
4:13favorite hobby. My favorite thing to do
4:14is shoot bow. I love shooting bow. I
4:16absolutely love it. This bow gives me
4:19more joy than more than pretty much
4:22anything I own. Okay, so let me show you
4:24a picture. So, this picture right here
4:26is my group of three arrows at 80 yard.
4:2980 yards is a pretty far distance, okay?
4:32But I had to work my way up with my
4:34accuracy to be able to shoot at that
4:36distance. So, at first I got real dialed
4:39in at 20 yards, then 40 yards, then 60
4:41yards, and so on and so forth. And after
4:43a span of about a year, I'm shooting 80
4:45yards. Good groups. Okay? So,
4:48confidence, I'm telling you this, it's
4:49through the reps. It's through the reps.
4:51Okay? So, even like dudes out there who
4:55are analytical or you have more of like
4:57the analytical, rational thinking mind
5:00and let's say it's hard for you to
5:01connect with a woman. Dude, I
5:03understand, man. I'm a bodybuilder by
5:06heart, right? Like I I'm more of that
5:09rigid personality, too. But I can show
5:11you two really good frameworks here to
5:13get over this. So, you seem really just
5:16fluent. Um, and you seem really charming
5:18and like everything works good for you.
5:20So without further ado, let's dive in.
5:23Now the first method right here, I want
5:25you to take this just line for line.
5:27Okay? So the vocal tone is it just
5:30happened. The vocal tone is oh this is
5:32so random. Let me give you an example.
5:35Um if you're with your best friend um
5:37and let's say uh he comes over and you
5:39weren't expecting him to bring a pizza
5:41and he walks through the door and he
5:43opens it up and you say, "No way, bro.
5:45You got pepperoni? No way." And you seem
5:46happy. You seem enthusiastic. You seem
5:49excited. you didn't have to think about
5:50it. It just happened. That's the tone
5:53you want to slowly emulate through all
5:55of these conversations. You might not
5:57get there yet until you've put in some
5:58of the reps. So, because of that, I'm
6:00still going to give you what to do and
6:01what to say line for line. Yes, we are
6:04going to use a slight compliment or some
6:05slight validation. I don't want to hear
6:07anything about how, oh, I'm
6:08overvalidating. Listen, if you've never
6:10done an approach before in your entire
6:11life, you have to get used to just doing
6:13stuff that's uncomfortable. And even if
6:14you give a little bit of validation
6:16away, bro, who cares? That's better than
6:18spending the next uh 100 days um walking
6:22through life seeing attractive women
6:24you'd like to talk to and just saying
6:26nothing like most guys typically do.
6:28Okay, so this is line number one. Okay,
6:31the tone is it just happened or here we
6:33are. This is random. So line number one,
6:35this is typically how the conversation
6:37goes the entire way through. Line number
6:39one, you say, "Oh, you look so good. I
6:40want to come talk to you." Okay,
6:44majority of the time or I would say
6:45almost every time, this is her. Okay,
6:48line number two, she's going to say
6:50thank you. Okay, so you say, "Oh, you
6:52look so good. I want to come talk to
6:53you." She's going to say, "Oh, thank
6:55you." Okay, from there, line number
6:57three, all you're going to do is you're
6:58going to say, "What's your name?" Okay,
7:01line number four, she's going to say,
7:02"Oh, my name's Amanda, or my name's
7:04Kayla, or my name's Tiffany, whatever."
7:07Insert whatever name you want right here
7:09at this line, then. Okay, line number
7:13five. This is the last one. This is you.
7:15You say, "Oh, my name's Casey." Or, "Oh,
7:17my name's John." Whatever your name is.
7:18My name's Casey. You seeing anyone?
7:20That's all you're going to say. You're
7:21going to say, "You seeing anyone?" As
7:22soon as you say your name, "My name's
7:24Casey." You're going to say, "You seeing
7:26anyone?" That's what you're going to do.
7:29It's all you're going to do. Okay? Take
7:32this line for line. Let's go through it
7:34one more time. This is you in the
7:35orange. This is her uh in the green.
7:39Oh, you look so I want to come talk to
7:41you. She says, "Oh, thank you." You say,
7:44"What's your name?" She's going to say,
7:45"Oh, my name's Amanda." You say, "Oh,
7:47I'm Casey. You seeing anyone?" Look how
7:49effortless that is. Look how flowing
7:51that is. Okay. As soon as you say you
7:54see anyone, here's why this is a great
7:56line. And here's why this works so well.
7:58Because it makes the situation not
8:01awkward at all. And I'm going to show
8:03you why. So, if she is not seeing anyone
8:06and she thinks that you're attractive,
8:09she'll say, "No, I'm not."
8:12To which you could say, "Oh, let's
8:14exchange numbers. Oh, here, take my
8:16number. Let's go out sometime. Here,
8:18take my number. Uh, let's go grab a
8:19drink. Here, take my number. Let's uh
8:21let's go get lunch." Whatever you want
8:22to say.
8:24If she's not seeing anyone, she'll say
8:26no. If she is seeing somebody, okay,
8:31but she thinks you are more attractive
8:33than he is, she will most likely still
8:35say no. Okay, that's just female nature
8:38as is. She'll most likely say no. Now,
8:41if she is seeing somebody, okay, or she
8:44doesn't like you, she doesn't think
8:46you're attractive, she'll just say yes.
8:48Oh, yeah. I'm engaged. Oh, I'm actually
8:49married. Oh, yeah. I have a boyfriend.
8:51Okay? And then you say, "Oh,
8:53congratulations. We'll see you later."
8:55That's it. And it's over. So, this is
8:56why it's so good because as soon as you
8:59say, "Are you seeing anyone?" You're
9:00going to get clarity right away on the
9:02situation. And here's the thing, mother
9:05nature already takes care of the
9:07attraction for you. You don't have to
9:08worry about some amazing line to say.
9:12She's going to see how you look, how
9:15tall you are, your style, and your vocal
9:18tone, and that's going to be enough for
9:19her to know pretty quickly if you are
9:21the type of guy that she thinks is hot
9:23or not.
9:25Okay, that's method number one. Just
9:28take it line for line. You're going to
9:30see some other guys try to start to
9:32rework this. Don't do it. Just use what
9:34I already gave you. There's going to be
9:36some guys where they're going to say,
9:37"Oh, uh, instead of saying you looked
9:39real good," or instead of saying, "You
9:41look good, I want to come talk to you."
9:42You know, I'd rather say, "Oh, I like
9:43your vibe, so I want to come talk to
9:45you." Maybe guys will try to start
9:47reworking the sentences. Don't say any
9:48of that. Don't do any of that. Even if
9:50you say, "Oh, I like your vibe." It
9:52doesn't even make sense, right? She
9:53doesn't even know. Like, you don't even
9:55know her. You don't know what her vibe
9:56is. What does that actually mean? I like
9:58how you look. Like, just make this easy
10:00on yourself. You think she's beautiful,
10:02so just tell her that you thought she
10:04looked good and you want to come talk to
10:05her. That's it. Make it very simple on
10:06yourself. That's what I'm telling you.
10:08All of these other videos that I've
10:10seen, the dudes are trying to make it so
10:12much complex to get the right vibe on an
10:15energetic level of this and that. And
10:17I'm like, bro, like if a average dude
10:20has only done one or two approaches in
10:22his life, like how does he start to take
10:24more action? He needs a regimented
10:26framework. Just like if I went into the
10:27gym, I want a regimented framework. Just
10:30like when I started shooting my bow, I
10:33want a regimented framework. I want
10:36something that gives me proof of success
10:39because I don't like leaving stuff up to
10:41chance. Same with business. I want a
10:44step-by-step way of doing stuff. Okay,
10:47method two. Once again, I want you to
10:50take this line for line. Okay, so yes,
10:54we are going to give some validation
10:55here. Once again, the vocal tone is,
10:57"Oh, this is so random or this just
10:59happened. You're this dude with swag."
11:02Okay, that's that's the vocal tone. Line
11:04number one, you're going to say, "Oh
11:07you look so cute." That's it.
11:09Notice even the delivery. Oh you
11:11look so cute. That's what you're going
11:12to say. As soon as you say that, nine
11:14times out of ten, most women are going
11:16to smile and say thank you. Okay, once
11:19she smiles, okay, keep in mind, method
11:21two, this is a little bit more advanced.
11:23Once she smiles, you're going to go,
11:25"Oh, damn, that smile, too." That's it.
11:29That's all you're going to say. As soon
11:30as you say that, she's most likely going
11:32to smile again or she's going to say,
11:34"Oh, haha." Or she's going to do
11:36something. She's going to make a gesture
11:38that shows um that she appreciated it.
11:41And then all you're going to do is
11:43you're going to say, "You seeing
11:44anyone?" That's it. And then once again,
11:46she'll say yes or no. So what this is
11:49doing, this is like method two or stage
11:50two for those of you who probably are a
11:52little bit more advanced and you want
11:54more of like a free flowing
11:56conversation, but you can still take
11:57this line for line. You're walking
11:59through um wherever, okay? You see her,
12:03maybe you two cross paths. You say, "Oh
12:05you look so cute." She's going to
12:07say, "Oh, thank you." Right? you can
12:10take the rest line for line. You're
12:12going to just give two compliments off
12:14off rip. That's what you're going to do.
12:16You're going to make it easy on
12:17yourself. You go out, you say, "Tonight,
12:19I'm giving a compliment. Why are we
12:21doing this?" Because you're going to
12:22hear a lot of other dudes say, "No
12:23validation and never do this and never
12:25do that." And sure, that's great at a
12:27more advanced level, especially when
12:29you're getting choosing signals or when
12:30you have a lot of momentum or like let's
12:33say you're really socially popular. You
12:35can be more nonchalant laid-back or
12:37you're more like conventionally
12:38attractive. But listen, who is this
12:40video for? This video is for those of
12:41you who like don't approach at all.
12:44Like, if you go days and weeks and
12:45months and you don't do any approaches,
12:48this video is giving you a regimented
12:50framework to get your foot in the door.
12:52Okay? Um, and it just goes like this,
12:56right? Oh, you look so cute. She smiles,
12:58she says, "Thank you." Once she smiles,
12:59you can say, "Oh, that smile, too. No
13:01way. You seen anyone?" So smooth, so
13:04simple, so effortless. Okay? So, this is
13:07what I want to tell you. If you have
13:09never approached ever in your life,
13:11ever. If you've never done an approach,
13:13you need to say, "I don't give a crap
13:15about all these red pill concepts of
13:17female nature right now. I don't care.
13:18I'm here to take action. I'm here to
13:20win." Okay? It's the same if you just
13:22started a business. you're going to say,
13:24"Sure, maybe inbound marketing is
13:28probably a bit better, more efficient
13:30way to get leads for my business,
13:33but since I just started, yes, I'm going
13:35to do um I'm going to do cold outreach
13:38and I'm going to outbound uh different
13:40businesses or different prospects and
13:42I'll approach them first."
13:44It's like the better you get at stuff,
13:46you find better ways to acquire
13:48leverage. But in the beginning, man, if
13:50you haven't ever done an approach, you
13:52have to just start doing stuff. Okay.
13:54Number two, you need to say, "Screw
13:55giving excess validation. I don't care.
13:57Sure, I'll validate. Baby, you're so
13:59beautiful. Oh, you're so cute. Oh gosh,
14:02look you look at those pretty little
14:03fingernails you got. Oh, wow. You
14:05painted them bright red, huh?" Whatever.
14:08Because most of you dudes, if you're
14:09watching this and you ain't doing no
14:11approaches, you're going home solo at
14:12the end of the night anyways. You might
14:14as well just start trying. Okay? So, you
14:17need real life reps. Okay? Most people
14:20walk through life and say nothing to
14:22other people. I'm trying to help you get
14:24around this. Okay? So, for example, in
14:27the language of women, okay, I teach
14:29something called front-end game. This is
14:31like one of the staples inside of my
14:33process. I teach front-end game for one
14:36reason. The proper vocal tone unlocks
14:38her giggle. If you unlock her giggle,
14:40you start to win over her emotions every
14:42single time. If you can get her to
14:44giggle and she starts smiling and
14:46laughing, she likes you. And she can't
14:49even help that her emotions are working
14:51in your favor. They're just happening.
14:52Okay, this is like the most important
14:57factor on approach is dialing in that
14:59front-end game. So, let me give you an
15:00example. This just happened one day ago
15:02in my community. A dude goes, "Frontend
15:05game is actually crazy." He goes,
15:07"Literally a cheat code. I was at a
15:09shopping center with women everywhere. I
15:11asked for directions to a barber at the
15:15help desk and the cute girl sounded like
15:18a news reporter. So I told her that in a
15:20funny way and she literally started
15:22laughing so hard. The next time I came
15:25around, I was still in a happy, relaxed
15:27state. As she was talking to me again,
15:30she put on that news reporter voice
15:32subconsciously and without even saying
15:34anything, she literally started laughing
15:36mid-sentence. She commented on my
15:39haircut and said, "It looked nice. I
15:41didn't close for contact information,
15:43but it was such a fun interaction, bro.
15:46Thank you, Casey Xander. That's what he
15:47said word for word. Okay, so I know that
15:50this stuff works because I dedicated
15:52like a good chunk of my whole life to
15:55figuring this stuff out. I don't know of
15:57very many people who have put in as much
15:59work in these topics than me. They just
16:02haven't. like I've dedicated like
16:04probably the past like uh 10 to 12 years
16:07in my own personal life like really
16:09reaching a good level of dating. So keep
16:12that in mind. Okay. So this is why you
16:15need to basically flex that confidence
16:18muscle and start exercising that social
16:21confidence muscle. A lot of you guys,
16:23right, maybe you work the biceps, you
16:25work the shoulders. Okay, I see a bunch
16:28of dudes, right? They have gym success.
16:30They have money success. They have
16:32career success. They have a home. They
16:34have all this stuff. Maybe they're tall.
16:35Maybe they're good-looking. But so many
16:37dudes, right, they don't have that
16:39internal confidence muscle flex yet to
16:42build stronger. That's why I started off
16:44the video telling you it's about the
16:46reps. I watched probably like a lot of
16:48different videos on approach. They all
16:50sucked. I really thought they all
16:52sucked. So, like this is me giving you
16:55real actual guidance here, okay? Because
16:57most guys, they have all these tangible
16:59metrics, the home, the money, the car,
17:01the big biceps, they still can't do the
17:03approach or they have awkward
17:04interactions. And you don't want that to
17:06be you. Okay? So, this is what I can
17:09tell you. Okay? If a dude in life has
17:11all these boxes checked and he still
17:13can't do an approach or he still can't
17:15talk to the woman that he really wants,
17:17this is the type of stuff that eats at
17:19him. It eats at him day by day, month by
17:21month, week by week. It's almost like
17:23part of his spirit is like crushed
17:25daily. He walks around town or he walks
17:28wherever. Can't meet anybody. It just
17:29sucks. Okay. So, listen. I'm going to
17:32make this very easy on you, okay? Give
17:35yourself every advantage possible to
17:38win. Give yourself every advantage
17:40possible to win. Every other dude out
17:41there who needs to drink, just stop
17:43drinking. Okay? Let me give you an
17:45example. Me personally, I never drink
17:47ever. I do not drink. When I go out, I
17:50don't drink. Okay? All of my calories go
17:53to food and fuel. Okay. So, the reason
17:57why I do this is because that way I have
17:59confidence even when I'm completely
18:01sober. And this is something that most
18:02guys can't do. I don't drink. Okay. Once
18:05you understand this, that you're dialing
18:07in the diet, you're dialing in the
18:08physique, you're dialing in your life,
18:10you're cutting out the bad behavior,
18:12you're cutting out the drinking, you now
18:14have like a different level of social
18:17skills that most guys don't have. Most
18:18guys just drink and then hope that one
18:20thing leads to the next. You do not want
18:23that to be you. You want to be able to
18:24navigate life very confidently. So her
18:27perception of you also, you have to know
18:28this, it changes based on style. Style.
18:32Yes. Okay. Choose how you want to be
18:34perceived. If I go out, okay, and I'm
18:37wearing this tank top and this hat,
18:38that's going to be a certain vibe. I'm
18:40going to probably be giving off more of
18:42like a bro vibe a little bit. Okay, I
18:45live in Arizona, so it's really hot out.
18:47That's just an example. Meanwhile, okay,
18:50if I didn't want that vibe and I wanted
18:52to look more elegant, if I put on a nice
18:54button-up t-shirt or if I put on a nice
18:56button-up shirt, nice pair of pants, you
18:58know, my boots, maybe my cowboy hat,
19:01right? I'm going to give off a different
19:03energy. You want to choose how you want
19:05to be perceived. Okay? So, guys with
19:08swag have a sense of style. That's why
19:11you need to pick a unique masculine
19:12archetype for yourself. But every single
19:15time, okay, every single time you're
19:17hesitant about doing your approach,
19:19every single time you're worried, I want
19:21you to default to these two things.
19:23Number one would be the method or the
19:25methods that you choose that I gave you.
19:27Just choose one and start using it. And
19:29number two, the second thing that I want
19:30you to remember every time, I just want
19:32this image to pop into your mind. I want
19:35the image of Casey holding his bow in
19:38your mind because that group at 80 yards
19:41did not happen on day one.
19:44I had to do so much with this bow. I had
19:47to get it sighted in. I had to adjust
19:49the sight tapes. I had to get the bow
19:51tuned. Um, I had to go out and I had to
19:54practice. I had to practice my anchor
19:56points, everything in order to get that
19:58picture for that group that I just
20:00showed you. So, that's what I want you
20:01to remember, okay? This is how to
20:02approach. Even if you have no RZ, if
20:04you're one of these dudes where it's
20:05like it's just so hard for you to
20:07instantly have the right vibe and
20:09energy, don't worry about that. You'll
20:12learn that naturally with more practice.
20:14For now, just take what I gave you and
