0:22your lower back feels tight and breathe
0:25right into it.
0:38And in 3 2 1, release. Next [music] up,
0:43supine spinal twist on the right side.
0:52Let's begin [music] in 3 2 1.
1:05Deep breath in and let the exhale sink
1:09you a little deeper into the twist.
1:23And in 3 2 1, release.

1:30twist on the left side.

1:50Notice any part of you that feels tight
1:53and breathe deeply right into that spot.

4:28Now, let's move into downward dog pedal.

4:43one knee bent and the other heel
4:45reaching towards the mat. This is a
4:48beautiful way to wake up the backs of
4:50your legs. Let your head hang heavy.
5:07And in 3 2 1, come back to stillness in
5:12your downward dog. Let's hold here and
5:16breathe.
5:26Now, [music] send your left leg high and
5:29back. Sweep it through softly between
5:31your hands. Lower your back knee to the
5:35mat. Rise up with grace. Sweep your arms
5:38overhead beside your ears. Hold here.
5:41Breathe into this beautiful full body
5:44stretch.
5:52>> And in three, [music]
5:54two, one, release.
5:57Plant your hands, step back to downward
6:00dog, [music] pedal your feet a little,
6:03then find stillness. Breathe here.
6:11Now, send your right leg high and back,
6:14sweep it through softly between your
6:16hands,
6:17>> [music]
6:18>> lower your left knee to the mat, rise up
6:21with grace, sweep your arms overhead
6:23beside your
6:24>> [music]
6:24>> ears, hold here, feel the energy from
6:28your fingertips all the way down to your
6:30hips.
6:37And in three, two, one, softly release
6:42your hands to the mat, step back to all
6:44fours, bring your big toes to touch,
6:47knees wide, sink your hips back to your
6:51heels, let's rest in child's pose in
6:53three, two, one. Now, this is your
6:57moment to absorb the morning stillness.
