0:00hey what's going on everyone and Sam

0:02Evans here and today I want to talk to

0:04you about decision fatigue and why the

0:07most successful people in the world wear

0:09the exact same clothes every single day

0:12so I'm sure you have seen like Mark

0:14Zuckerberg with his hoodie and that he

0:16wears the same thing like all the time

0:17and there's a lot of entrepreneurs that

0:19we're the exact same thing every day

0:21Steve Jobs to the towhead the turtleneck

0:24with the thus neens the sneakers and

0:26jeans and the the glasses and they keep

0:29their here exactly the same - and they

0:31quite often will keep their facial here

0:33exactly the same - and what you'll begin

0:36to notice when you start really looking

0:38into the site the psychology of a lot of

0:41these successful billionaires and you

0:45know people who are really leading the

0:46world today is that they had they they

0:50really watch you know what things they

0:52spend their decision-making energy on

0:54and one thing that I've noticed that a

0:56lot of people don't realize is that we

1:00only have so much decision-making energy

1:03and so much willpower each day and what

1:07happens is most people blow all of their

1:09decision make decision making power and

1:11all their willpower on small trivial

1:14useless things which means that by the

1:16time they get to the major projects and

1:18the major decisions they're too tired

1:20and they don't have the mental capacity

1:21to cope with it so they just think I'll

1:24just think about it later I'll deal with

1:26it later you know I'll just sweep it

1:27under the road we'll deal with it later

1:28all right

1:29and really what they don't understand is

1:32we only have so much of this thing each

1:34day and it doesn't matter whether you're

1:36deciding like whether to run an ad or

1:40not or whether to start a business or

1:42not or whether to invest $100,000 in

1:45this particular thing or not like that

1:49decision there takes the same amount of

1:51energy as it does to make a decision

1:53about what you're going to have to for

1:54lunch and a decision about like what

1:56clothes you're going to wear for the day

1:57so when I was first getting started in

1:59business I cared a lot about what

2:02clothes I wore because I thought oh if

2:04I'm gonna be a successful businessman

2:05you know I've got a hep a blazer and a

2:07shoe

2:07you know fancy shoes and things like

2:09that and so I did but there's a lot of

2:12effort and you know then I also I I

2:15cared about a lot of things and I

2:16noticed that a lot of my energy was

2:18getting zapped from that so I tried you

2:22know just wearing the same clothes every

2:23day I thought well you know why don't I

2:25see it a uniform standard for clothes so

2:28that I don't have to think about it it's

2:29just it's just automatic so that's what

2:32I've done for like the past year or two

2:34years I've really just stuck to wearing

2:35the exact same thing every day and what

2:37I did is I found my favorite t-shirt

2:40which is this one here it's just a

2:41simple t-shirt and my and the colors I

2:44like them in is black gray white in blue

2:47so I have about three in each color

2:51exact same size same brand simple so

2:54when I wake up in the morning all I have

2:55to do is just put on one of those

2:56t-shirt it's done the end when it comes

2:58to underwear I just have the exact same

2:59things like I got like 20 pairs of black

3:02Calvin Klein underwear so I don't think

3:03called that one or that one is just the

3:05same and then same with socks they're

3:07all the same and then with with shorts I

3:10only have I only wear the same shorts

3:13you can see them there but I found that

3:16my favorite ones that I liked and then I

3:18just got five pairs of them in different

3:20colors so then when it comes to putting

3:21those on I just grab one of those and

3:23then when it comes to shoes I just put

3:25on the exact same ones which is just

3:27white Air Force Ones

3:28because they're comfortable and they're

3:30not too expensive and I like them and so

3:33we know now I just wear the same thing

3:35every day so I don't have to think about

3:37it and I can tell you that there's a

3:39huge amount of energy that you save from

3:42just doing that you know a lot of people

3:44I see them their work in corporate jobs

3:46and they care so much about how they

3:47look that they put all of this

3:48decision-making work into what clothes

3:50they're going to wear and then what

3:52happens because of that is their work

3:54takes the toll and I mean you've got to

3:56decide what's more important the work

3:58you're doing in the results you get or

4:00how you look when you're working and if

4:03you choose the looking one I mean it's

4:04pretty stupid and I mean that's up to

4:06you but that's why a lot of successful

4:09people do this they they focus the

4:11energy on the things that are going to

4:13deliver the biggest results and so max

4:15like a big you know he's trying to build

4:17he's not even trying I mean he has built

4:19the worlds

4:20just social network giver it's one of

4:22the most successful companies in the

4:23world and you know he's not he doesn't

4:26care about how he looks he only cares

4:28about the success of the business so he

4:31just he makes that decision simple and

4:33so when it comes to decision making and

4:36decision making fatigue it's so

4:38important to really simplify things in

4:41sit uniform standards so that you can

4:44you really have a lot more

4:45decision-making power for later on in

4:48the day when you are actually making

4:49decisions that count and when you do

4:51this you'll be able to grow your

4:53business you'll have a lot more energy

4:55to grow your business and you'll also

4:57have a lot more energy to spend in more

5:00fulfilling ways then like what clothes

5:02you're going to wear or were you're

5:04going to go for lunch or things like

5:05this so in this video I want to tell you

5:09about four things that you can use right

5:12now to really save some decision-making

5:15power for yourself now the first one I

5:17want to cover is you know we're the same

5:20clothes every day and the first thing

5:23most people say about this is yuck but

5:25you know that they'll smell or whatever

5:27yes so what you do is you just buy

5:28multiple things of the same thing so you

5:31know if you with socks just buy like

5:33five pairs with underwear just buy like

5:35five pairs shorts by five pairs and then

5:38jeans buy two pairs and then if they're

5:40t-shirts just buy five of them that way

5:42you're wearing different things but

5:43they're all the same done fixed honestly

5:46that'll save you a ton of time just find

5:47your most favorite things and just

5:49weirdos because why do you want to wear

5:50things that aren't your favorite anyway

5:51so that's a huge thing that you know all

5:55entrepreneurs should do the second thing

5:57I want to tell you about is you know

6:00plan tomorrow today this is huge this

6:04would save you this will save you a lot

6:06more than wearing the same clothes you

6:07know wearing the same clothes as a good

6:09hack because it really is easy to

6:11implement I mean it's pretty it's harder

6:14not to implement it than it is to

6:15implement it so that's why I started

6:17with that one number one but planning

6:19tomorrow today is another trait of many

6:23billionaires or most billionaires in

6:25most really successful people and the

6:27reason why we plan tomorrow today is so

6:30that when we wake up tomorrow we

6:32have to think about what we should do

6:34today you know most entrepreneurs they

6:36wake up in the morning and their first

6:38thought is hmm what should I do today

6:40like what's important and then what's a

6:44good you know what what's trending

6:45what's a good opportunity or what's hot

6:47or what are my friends doing and you

6:50know they're starting their face

6:52probably spend most of the day thinking

6:54what should I do

6:55and what's the best thing for me to do

6:57instead of actually doing and thinking

7:01about doing isn't doing and the only

7:04thing that makes the boat go faster is

7:05doing so these people are spending most

7:09of their time doing nothing

7:10they're basically you know trading their

7:13life for nothing which is a pretty bad

7:16deal and you know this is not what you

7:18want to do but when you plan tomorrow

7:20today it totally changes everything

7:23because at the end of your day you know

7:26exactly what you need to do because

7:28they're the things that you really want

7:29to do like that night but you don't want

7:32to do them that night because you need

7:33to go to you need to go to sleep so you

7:35know exactly what you need to do

7:36tomorrow at the end of today and that's

7:39the best time to write that list out and

7:41plan it out and what I do is I plan you

7:45know I plan I spend quite a lot of time

7:48planning but it's in batches so what I

7:51do is I use this thing here called my

7:53warm app calendar and this thing

7:56honestly changes the game if you haven't

7:59downloaded this like I gave it away for

8:02free a couple of weeks ago on my blog

8:04and if you haven't got this yet and if

8:07you haven't seen what the warm app

8:08calendar is then beneath this video I'm

8:10going to include a link where you can go

8:12and get this warm app calendar for free

8:14but what it basically allows you to do

8:16is it allows you to plan your years your

8:18quarters

8:19your months and then your weeks and then

8:22your days from like the big picture all

8:24the way into the forensic detail and it

8:26really allows you to plan everything out

8:28in advance and schedule everything out

8:30in advance and while that plans

8:33everything down to like you know months

8:35weeks days things like that at the end

8:38of each day I'll plan what tomorrow is

8:40going to be and I can never know what

8:42tomorrow is going to be exactly until

8:44the night before

8:45because things change all the time right

8:47you can't schedule out the next 30 days

8:49today and have it all run perfectly

8:52because so many things are going to come

8:53up that you couldn't possibly plan for

8:55even the world's best supercomputer

8:57couldn't even detect those things so you

9:00don't like I I really plan broadly like

9:03things move around a bit at the yearly

9:06level quarterly level monthly level even

9:08weekly level but then the night before I

9:11get laser specific and what I typically

9:14do is you can see here is I will plot

9:18things I'll plot exactly what I'm going

9:21to do in like 30 minute increments so

9:23from the moment I wake up in the morning

9:25till the moment I go to sleep at night I

9:27will plan every 30-minute interval even

9:30if it's having lunch going to the gym

9:32meditating even if it's taking a little

9:34break and I even include little time

9:36buffers in there just to give me space

9:39in case different things pop up in emerg

9:41that I haven't planned for and when I

9:44switched to doing this like it was a

9:47game changer I used to do what most

9:49people do which is floating which is

9:51just going with the flow you know waking

9:53up each day and kind of just taken

9:55things as they come floating around and

9:57you know that's that's quite a nice way

10:00to be like it's quite it's quite

10:02relaxing and you just it's kind of fun

10:04and entertaining but the truth of it is

10:06is that you don't get anything done and

10:08you don't really get what you want

10:10so to really get what you want and

10:13business in in life you have to be very

10:16forceful with your will like you have to

10:19be deliberate and you have to

10:21premeditate what you want and you have

10:24to come up with plans and really

10:26architect exactly what you're going to

10:28do and then do it regardless of how you

10:31feel on the day or regardless of you

10:34know what things pop up you have to

10:36block out the noise put on blinders and

10:38just drive and sometimes you don't have

10:41the motivation or sometimes you're not

10:43feeling into it but you know one tip I

10:46can give you is you know motivation

10:49comes and goes and it's alright if some

10:51days you're not feeling motivated but

10:53never ever lose your discipline that's

10:57so important so even if I'm not

10:59feeling like it one day just have to

11:00drive through it got to get it done

11:02alright and so that's one huge tip I can

11:06give you right away go and we'll check

11:07out that war map if you haven't already

11:09if you're already using the war map

11:10you'll know how awesome this thing is

11:12and you've got to plan tomorrow today it

11:14will change your life you'll get you'll

11:16probably do the same amount you'll get

11:18more work done in one day then you

11:20probably get done right now in a week

11:22and that's just by making one change so

11:25do it so the first one we had was we're

11:27the same clothes every day the second

11:29one was to plan tomorrow today now the

11:32third one is to lift big rocks first so

11:37what does this mean well it means work

11:40on the big gnarly things first thing in

11:43the morning because as the time as the

11:46day goes on we actually lose our ability

11:50to make good decisions and they've even

11:52done scientific studies on this and you

11:54can google it but they even took like

11:57judges injuries and things like this

11:59and they they tracked their ability to

12:02make decisions and they do this to with

12:04like fighter pilots and stuff they will

12:07track their decisions over like a period

12:10of time and they'll watch them get worse

12:12and worse and worse with time

12:14and it's so you know it's so real

12:16this thing that the only the only people

12:21in the army that have to have mandatory

12:24eight hours sleep every night a fighter

12:26pilots because you know those those guys

12:29have to make split-second decisions they

12:31have to be very good decision makers and

12:32the planes they're flying are worth a

12:34lot of money and so if they just if they

12:37don't get enough sleep and if they're

12:38not rested well enough then they're not

12:40able to make decisions and even

12:43commercial pilots they're only allowed

12:45to fly so many miles per month so that's

12:48why a lot of long-distance pilots

12:50actually spend more time off not flying

12:53than flying because there's only so many

12:55hours and so many miles they're allowed

12:57to fly and then their decision-making is

13:00severely impaired and they're actually

13:02hazard to people so this thing is real

13:05you know the more decisions you make the

13:07worse they get that's why you don't want

13:10to spend this limited

13:12very powerful energy on what clothes you

13:15want to wear and that's why you want to

13:17plan tomorrow today's you're not

13:18thinking what should I do

13:20you just have to do it and that's also

13:23why you want to lift big rocks first and

13:26I say big rocks first because it's just

13:28something that will stick in your mind

13:29you'll remember it like playing tomorrow

13:31today it's like it sounds like pretty

13:33it's a kind of you know rhymes and then

13:35lifts big rocks first all right so that

13:38means the big gnarly thing that you have

13:39to get done tomorrow that's happening

13:42the first thing so with what I do is I

13:46wake up at six fifty in the morning then

13:48I am working out at the gym from seven

13:49to eight and why I do the gym first as

13:52otherwise all day I'm just going to be

13:54thinking about the gym and how I don't

13:56want to go to the gym and so it's peace

13:57for me just to get it done and then I

13:59feel fine and so that's why I do that

14:01one first if you plan to go to the gym

14:04to I mean the mornings a great great

14:06time to do it and then you get something

14:07hard done first and then you feel like

14:09you can accomplish anything if you've

14:11gone and smashed out a workout first

14:13then what I'll do is have a shower

14:15breakfast and then I'll do meditation

14:17for 20 minutes and then my I get into my

14:20work at about 9:00 a.m. now what I start

14:23on at 9:00 that's where I lift my big

14:26rocks that's where I'll get the most

14:28important things done first

14:30you know from 9:00 all the way through

14:32to like one two three those are like

14:35those are very very very important hours

14:38you should never be checking your emails

14:41on that on that stretch of time from 9

14:44a.m. to like 3 p.m.

14:45shouldn't be checking your email

14:47shouldn't be checking social media you

14:49shouldn't be checking your phone you

14:51shouldn't be taking calls with people

14:52you shouldn't be doing anything you

14:54should be isolating yourself closing off

14:56every way for anyone to get in touch

14:59with you and lifting those big rocks

15:01making progress because most people

15:05spend all their time in the morning just

15:07catching up and talking to people then

15:09that comes to the afternoon and they've

15:10calmed their email email and box down

15:12they've responded to these different

15:14messages they've caught up to date with

15:16the news which is totally useless and

15:19then they're like I finally got

15:21everything done now time to make some

15:24time to put some

15:25on this important project and then

15:27they're like yeah and not much left in

15:30me maybe I'll do it tomorrow

15:32then tomorrow becomes today ped and

15:34repeats and then what ends up happening

15:35person dies never achieves anything

15:37alright so don't do that crap in the

15:42morning

15:43lift big rocks first and save the things

15:46that are like replying to people

15:48checking on the news save that till the

15:50end of the day because that's when

15:52you've got the worst attention span and

15:54that's when you've got the absolute

15:56worst decision-making abilities and you

15:58don't need very good decision-making

16:00abilities to check your email reply to

16:02an email and check your Facebook and

16:05Instagram and things you you don't even

16:07really need a brain to do that stuff

16:09it's best that you don't so what you do

16:11is do that at the end not at the start

16:14for God's sake whatever you do don't do

16:16it at the start at least you want to be

16:17poor and fail alright so that is the

16:20third point now the fourth point and

16:23this one is to eliminate variables so

16:26you know when it comes to making

16:29decisions the things that suck power and

16:31decision making are variables

16:33different possible combinations of

16:35variables different possible scenarios

16:37so you know if a decision is really well

16:40defined like if the problem is well

16:42defined and articulated and it's just

16:44like an A or B decision it's very easy

16:46to do very easy but when these tons of

16:49variables now it gets harder and every

16:52variable kind of X is another decision

16:55because it makes the thing more

16:56complicated in it sucks more brain power

16:58so the key is to eliminate variables

17:01everywhere you possibly can and one way

17:05to eliminate variables is to wear the

17:07same clothes every day that's that's a

17:09big one another thing is to to eliminate

17:13variables as to plan tomorrow today use

17:15the warm app calendar and all of that

17:17another thing you can do though which is

17:19huge is to batch all of your meals for

17:24the whole week like on a Sunday so what

17:27I do is I have a chef and so like when

17:31you go to eat food each day

17:33it's a lot of decision making power

17:34you're like oh what am I gonna have for

17:36breakfast oh I got to look in these two

17:37cupboards got to find these different UT

17:39and so it's got to clean this stuff put

17:40it back all of those are decisions

17:42decisions that could be put into

17:44improving your business hiring people

17:46doing all sorts of things but know this

17:47bent on mundane tasks so what I

17:52recommend most people do is they should

17:54batch it go and buy your groceries on

17:57the weekend and you shouldn't even be

17:59going to buy your groceries yourself

18:00that's dumb

18:01you know it's 2018 it should be beyond

18:03you should be buying them on the

18:05internet if anyone is walking around a

18:07mall their intelligence is questionable

18:10right buy it on the internet get it

18:13delivered that saves you a bunch of time

18:14in decision-making fatigue trying to

18:16just figure out what aisle something in

18:17it something is in decisions don't do

18:20that just buy it online gets delivered

18:22them then I recommend cooking all of

18:24your meals batching it for the whole

18:26week on a Sunday because that way you

18:28get all of those decisions done for the

18:29week right there in that one spot

18:31batching is an extremely powerful

18:35technique for saving decision making

18:38power and also being more productive you

18:41know with production lines and with what

18:44Henry Ford found back when back when he

18:47started Ford Motor Company built the

18:48Model T and all of that is that if he

18:51had one man doing three different things

18:53so let's say he had to hit to grind out

18:57out of steel like a particular part for

18:59an engine and then he had to fit that

19:01part into the engine and then he had to

19:03balance that part into the engine right

19:05there's only three things if that man

19:08was just responsible for one and then

19:10another man was responsible for the next

19:12thing and then another man responsible

19:13for the next thing they were actually

19:15way faster than if one man's doing it

19:18all himself and that's because there has

19:21to be decisions in between each step all

19:23right time to do that one all right time

19:24to do that one but when you do the same

19:26thing the the motion and everything that

19:30you do in that task becomes automatic

19:32and it just it just flows and you're so

19:34much more productive so that's why I

19:36like when you wear the same clothes

19:37every day it just all happens

19:39automatically you're pretty much not

19:40even thinking and the the same thing

19:45happens when you batch your food because

19:48you get all of your shopping done on

19:50that Sunday you

19:51on that Sunday you wash all the dishes

19:52you do all the prep on that Sunday put

19:54it all into containers in the fridge or

19:56freeze it and then when you need to eat

19:58each meal just pull it out microwave it

20:00eat done Ben and whatever he communed

20:04doing is if you're making more than 10

20:05grand a month hire a chef

20:07it'll honestly be the the best the best

20:10use of your money ever like it's a huge

20:13ROI activity to hire a chef and if

20:15you're making more than 10 grand a month

20:17and making your own meals and doing all

20:18of that that stupid behavior don't do it

20:20now

20:22yeah with what I do is my chef or you

20:26know my trainer will actually order the

20:28meals for the week and then get the

20:31things delivered the groceries they get

20:33put in the fridge then my chef prepares

20:35everything and then when it's time to

20:36eat I just walk over there eat come back

20:39done all right that's all of those

20:41decisions that other people have to make

20:43I don't have to make those and making my

20:45decisions can go into you know things

20:46that are really going to make the boat

20:47go faster not just maintenance tasks but

20:51there's a lot of other ways you can

20:52remove variables some other examples I

20:55use is I only do I'm the only currency

20:59we have for our company consulting comm

21:01is US dollars by having one uniform

21:05currency you remove variables you know I

21:07see some businesses deal in lots of

21:09different currencies it's crazy

21:10you know I'm our company is we've got

21:13offices in Dublin and in New York and

21:16I'm from New Zealand right so like those

21:17are all these different currencies but

21:19since day one we've only dealt in u.s.

21:21dollars and we doesn't matter where

21:23we're marketing or selling to even our

21:25company in Dublin all of our books are

21:27done in USD and all of our counts are

21:30settled in USD all of our pricing is in

21:32USD that just takes a lot of complexity

21:34out of it at least variables that's a

21:36big simplifying thing you can do only

21:38deal in one currency another thing you

21:40can do is to only deal in one timezone

21:44so I live in New York so the only time

21:48zone we ever talk about is Eastern Time

21:49so if I tell someone something is

21:52happening at a particular time it's

21:53always Eastern and if we're holding a

21:55webinar at a time its Eastern if I'm

21:57telling my customers when something's

21:58happening it's Eastern everything is

22:00done on Eastern Time and in US Dollars

22:02and by doing that it simplifies

22:04everything

22:04lot also when it comes to communications

22:08you know eliminate variables so a lot of

22:11people have whatsapp then Facebook then

22:14snapchat and then Instagram and then I

22:17don't even know what these other things

22:18are but the people have so many

22:20different things and then they've got

22:21like five email accounts like hotmail

22:24Gmail and all of this crap and then they

22:27use all of these other sites too and

22:29they've got all of these different

22:29messaging platforms that is absolute

22:33madness and that's a way to not get

22:35things done and it's a surefire way to

22:37achieve nothing and be poor so what you

22:40want to do is come up with one uniform

22:43standard so with me

22:45it's slack so my team knows if they want

22:48to contact me it's through slack

22:49we know one in our company uses email

22:52Facebook text or anything everything is

22:55done in slack but it goes further than

22:57that you know if my wife just wants to

22:59message me on something she will use

23:00slack as well and if my family wants to

23:03message me I've created a family

23:04chatroom in there too

23:06so that all happens in there as well and

23:08by doing that it means that I don't have

23:11to check all of these other things

23:13because I know the people that need to

23:16reach me know to do it through that one

23:18thing and it actually you might think

23:20how that's mean to force everyone to

23:22just use one thing it's actually better

23:23it means that I can be a better leader a

23:26better family member it means I can be a

23:28better everything because I'm more

23:30efficient at communicating with people

23:32because I've eliminated variables and

23:33simplified things so you know simplify

23:37your life like I also noticed a lot of

23:39people have multiple bank accounts

23:40there's some dumb stuff to do

23:43because again variables and then within

23:45those more like most people will

23:47probably have like four different bank

23:48accounts with four different banks and

23:50within those four banks they'll have

23:52like three accounts like a checking in a

23:54savings and this other savings thing but

23:55they'll have no money in it and then

23:57they'll often have all of these

23:58different credit cards and then they'll

24:00have like three PayPal accounts what on

24:03earth like when it comes you know our

24:06company has one bank account and then

24:09it's with one bank and within that

24:11there's just one account and then when

24:12it comes to our cards we only have one

24:15card and then we've got our company in

24:17Ireland that's got one bank

24:18simple and it's only in one currency

24:21even between the different countries and

24:22in myself personally I've only got one

24:24account one card

24:26I don't ever create a card or anything

24:27they're just used divet because it makes

24:28it simpler it means all of my statements

24:31are just what the bank says it is I

24:33don't have to look at my credit card

24:34statements and in my bank statements

24:36what a mess don't we don't have any

24:38credit and we don't have any credit

24:40cards so we have zero dollars and credit

24:42zero credit cards we just use Dippet

24:44cards and we have very simple accounts

24:47that makes our life really easy

24:49it means it's easy to look at our books

24:51and what's in our bank account we know

24:53that's how much money we have which

24:55simplifies everything we don't have to

24:56you know jump through all these hoops

24:58and we're not spending money that

24:59doesn't really exist in all of this crap

25:01and so you know that's enabled me to

25:03build my company now to the point where

25:06we're making more than 20 million

25:07dollars a year our run rates actually to

25:09make a lot more than that this year and

25:10we've been able to do all of that

25:12without raising any capital without any

25:14external investment funding or anything

25:17and without a single dollar in debt I

25:19have zero debt not even a credit card

25:22and all of the stuff we do is in cash

25:24which is pretty much unheard of

25:27in these days but by simplifying it make

25:30I make things a lot easier for myself

25:32and so if you want to you know really be

25:35productive and get things done and make

25:37the boat go faster

25:38remove as many variables as you can and

25:41one thing I see a lot of people do is

25:44they're traveling all the time and if

25:46you want to travel go and travel but if

25:49your main priority is trying to start a

25:52business then you're really hurting

25:55yourself by traveling all the time when

25:57you travel the time zone changes you

26:00know the culture changes the environment

26:03around you changes so if you need to go

26:05to the gym if you need to get food

26:06coffee different things it changes and

26:07then the layout of the room you're

26:10sleeping in changes the rules of their

26:12hotel or via meal whatever changes the

26:14time zone changes your body clock now

26:17has to adjust to this new thing the

26:19culture changed everything changes there

26:21is so many variables coming into your

26:23life all the time in the constantly

26:25changing that means that most of your

26:27decision making power is going on to

26:30changing variable

26:31in your environment instead of focusing

26:34on the variables within your business so

26:36if you want to if if your main priority

26:39is travelling then travel because that's

26:41what you're trying to do right but if

26:43your main priority is actually business

26:45and you kind of like traveling honestly

26:47do yourself a favor stop traveling

26:49because it's an absence the it's the

26:52absolute worst thing you can do if you

26:55want to be productive it's the absolute

26:57worst plus you've got to go through

26:58airports and all of that crap horrible

27:00so what I do is I only travel like every

27:0490 days so you know I don't want to just

27:06stay at home all the time and so what I

27:08do is my my wife and I we plan trips

27:11every 90 days so every quarter we will

27:14go on a vacation and that's fine because

27:16it's scheduled and it's in the warm app

27:17I know when it's coming and I'm happy to

27:19do it then because you know I'm I'm I'm

27:21off work and I'm trying to enjoy myself

27:23but all the people that are constantly

27:25hopping around and traveling and doing

27:27all of this you'll honestly find that

27:29their businesses are struggling and

27:31they're not making much progress and

27:33they're certainly not making much money

27:34all of the people in the world that have

27:37made the most money and had the most

27:38successful businesses they fixed their

27:41location because by fixing your location

27:43you fix your variables and when you fix

27:46your variables you have less

27:48decision-making fatigue incurring and

27:51you can put your decision-making power

27:52into things that are going to make the

27:53boat go faster so those are the four

27:56things that I recommend you implement

27:58today to be more productive and get more
