3:15everyone
3:17stoked what's going on
3:23everyone there it
3:26is I love seeing where everyone's where
3:28everyone's from it's kind of cool all
3:31over we got people clocking in the
3:33middle of the night which is
3:36awesome look at that chat I would I'd
3:39love to say that um I hope hope you guys
3:42are as as stoked as I am uh for the
3:45games but it's it's really
3:48unlikely um we put so much time into
3:52this um Sam texted me um the other day
3:55and he showed showed me our first text
3:58which was like 2018
4:00um was the first time that I kind of
4:02heard about this and it was like a
4:03secret project that he'd been working on
4:06um and it was to solve the problem um
4:09that you guys uh are now experiencing
4:11the solution of um which is just really
4:14cool and uh I've been tracking this for
4:17a really long time um and once I think
4:21school put everything together I was
4:23like this is it I think this is going to
4:25be the next thing and so uh I'm stoked
4:28for you guys because as much as there
4:29are thousands of people who are joining
4:31the game I will tell you right now you
4:33are early like you are very very early
4:37um and it's going to be really sweet and
4:39so it'd be kind of
4:42like joining Facebook in like 20 like
4:492006 um except if Facebook were a
4:53self-contained way of making money and
4:55educating
4:57people um and so I'm just absolutely
5:00blasted for this because um the biggest
5:02issue because I've been educating um for
5:05a while e either our lenes and the brick
5:07and mortar setting um even weight loss
5:10when I was you know actually in my brick
5:12and mortar gyms and uh and now and the
5:15biggest issue that happens is once
5:17someone understands the how they don't
5:18have the tools to do the what and so
5:21it's a whole huge other skill set they
5:23have to have and put together and Sam
5:26and the team just put have just taken so
5:28much of the friction away
5:30and so people who would otherwise be
5:31really good entrepreneurs and have the
5:32right mindset to do it just haven't had
5:35some of the Tactical skills to tie
5:37together in HTML like just so you know
5:39when we started this there was like HTML
5:40sites and like there weren't website
5:42Builders it was a it was a whole
5:43different stack of crap but um I think
5:46that there I've met so many really
5:48wonderful entrepreneurs who are
5:50completely Tech
5:51incompetent and um I think this will
5:54just tie the bridge over for many of
5:55those people who want to make money on
5:57and uh I think school's the way to do
5:58that
6:01so in 21
6:05minutes yeah I'll just explain briefly
6:07what we're going to do on this call um
6:11so yeah we're going to count down till 9
6:15a.m. Pacific time which is in like 21
6:18minutes 26 seconds that's what that
6:20clock's counting down to and that's when
6:23the games officially
6:26begin and by begin I mean like
6:30the leaderboards will start tracking new
6:32Mr from that moment forward um so we'll
6:36count down we'll just hang out I mean we
6:38can we can listen to some of this music
6:42we can um watch this clock countdown and
6:45then we can talk about stuff too I'm
6:47sure there will be some good ideas in
6:50the chat so let us know what you guys
6:52want to do um and then at 9:00 a.m. as
6:58soon as that clock gets to zero we're
7:00actually going to light an official like
7:04Olympic torch you can see it behind
7:05Kirby there it's kind of small right now
7:09but we'll blow that video right up like
7:11when it's time um and we're going to
7:14light that thing um Sam called it a
7:18candle but I promise you it's more
7:20exciting than a
7:22candle yeah I overfilled it with gas
7:26this morning so it's going to go it's
7:27going to go when I light it
7:31um and yeah we'll light that that uh
7:35torch and then what we'll do is we'll
7:38screen share the
7:40leaderboards uh of the school games and
7:43we'll like refresh it and we're going to
7:45watch the first few rankings pop up
7:47there um yeah the leaderboards update
7:51like every minute roughly so we'll be
7:53able to see some things on there live as
7:56they come through and see the first few
7:57people who are ranking
8:00um and yeah we have like no specific
8:03agenda we just wanted to do something
8:04fun hang out launch the games and you
8:09know the whole thing about the games is
8:12it's about you guys selling stuff and
8:14you guys building your business so you
8:16know we're not going to pit you anything
8:18on this call we want to see how you do
8:21at growing your business that's what the
8:24school games is all
8:25about yeah and when Sam and I were
8:27putting together the um the training
8:29modules inside of the games we
8:32were at the Forefront purposely wanted
8:35to keep them light because we wanted to
8:36give you guys as much room to be
8:38creative uh as possible because the more
8:41prescriptive we became the more
8:43everyone's business would look the same
8:44and that's kind of not the point the
8:46point is to just really create the
8:47platform to let you guys build build
8:49what you want to build learn what you
8:50want to learn um and then we can help
8:53you this
8:54together the bottleneck is so rarely
8:57information as well the amount of videos
9:00and courses and books out
9:04there yeah and for people on that um
9:09don't know Kirby yet um we got Andrew
9:12Kirby who's the third co-host on here to
9:15help us run the school games um cuz I'm
9:20very focused on the product like the
9:22platform and the features and the the
9:25engineering team and hor MOSI is going
9:30to be doing the one- day events and
9:32updating the training when we learn new
9:34things and thinking about how we can
9:38make your businesses better and also
9:41promoting the school games so we need
9:43someone in the community every day who's
9:46there to just monitor everything and be
9:49the like the game operator basically um
9:52we came up with the name Game host kind
9:55of like a game show host right um and so
9:59Kirby's The Game host and you'll see a
10:01lot more of him in the school games
10:04Community um and if you have questions
10:07and stuff in about the school games like
10:10if you just add Andrew Kirby in the
10:12community he'll be able to help you out
10:14and we're also going to he's going to
10:16Kirby's going to provide like comment
10:18commentary like throughout the games too
10:21we don't know exactly how we're going to
10:22structure it yet but maybe like once a
10:24week or something Kirby might do a live
10:27call like this people can jump on and he
10:30might just screen share the the live
10:33rankings and just comment on it like
10:35who's winning who's up a lot in the past
10:38week you know what are they doing and
10:42you know just treating this like a
10:44tournament or some games in um yeah I
10:48think we're going to learn a lot from
10:49each other not by like what we say and
10:53stuff but by what we
10:55do and yeah it's it's very new and
10:59unique um it's going to be really
11:00interesting to see how it
11:03goes yeah big part of school that I I
11:07love is the the featur that they built
11:09into it to help you crowdsource answers
11:11from your community and because one of
11:13the biggest issues that people have is
11:14they're like why I don't have a level of
11:15expertise or whatever um and the thing
11:18is is like you'll see us do this in real
11:20time and so we're very much I mean a
11:23theme for those of you who know who know
11:24my stuff like I've been very much a meta
11:27person in terms of like how can I create
11:29a book about offers that is in itself an
11:30amazing offer how can I create a book
11:31about leads and then advertise it in a
11:33way using the stuff in the book and so
11:35School kind of follows the exact same
11:37blueprint which is we're going to like
11:39school and I partnered because I had a
11:42big audience in distribution they had an
11:44amazing product and so to the same
11:45degree you can follow in those footsteps
11:47and just find somebody who has a big
11:48audience and then partner with them to
11:51use school as that product for them and
11:53put those things together and then even
11:55within that Community you can partner
11:57with the audience to help crowd Source
11:59CU like you can either try and make
12:01incarta for those of you who are old
12:02enough to know what incarta is uh it
12:04used to be this big like it was like all
12:07the really smart people in the world
12:08tried to put like CDs of like everything
12:11into one thing which is just ridiculous
12:13now when we think about it but it was
12:15like you'd have like two bookshelves
12:16full and they'd have like a through z
12:18and it would be like you know alligators
12:21and then they'd have like a page on
12:22alligators and and and whatever and then
12:24Wikipedia came in and just destroyed all
12:26of that because they crowdsourced the
12:27information and so you're never going to
12:29beat the crowd right you're never going
12:30to beat your audience at being able to
12:31come up with Solutions and so we wanted
12:33to harness basically that power um and
12:37give you the tools to harness the same
12:38thing within your community so it's like
12:40I won't know how to do like I don't know
12:43how to do most
12:45things and so but there is somebody who
12:48does know how to do it and then because
12:50of how technology Works um it
12:52consolidates production and it
12:54democratizes consumption right and so
12:57the best in the world at this one tiny
12:58thing can make it for everybody right
12:59and that's a a a paraphrasing of nval
13:02who paraphrased a guy who had a website
13:03from a long time ago which kiry turned
13:04me on to um and so this whole idea is
13:08that um you can get hyper Niche like if
13:11you're just really good at finding
13:12customers on LinkedIn then like you can
13:14just talk about that one little thing
13:15right uh if you're really good at at
13:17fixing Hondas then that's awesome if
13:20you're really good at living on a
13:21teacher salary then that's cool too like
13:23it doesn't matter because the thing is
13:24is internet's connected so many people
13:26that even if you are a vegan mom
13:27powerlifter who loves dogs
13:29uh there's another like 10,000 of those
13:32people and as soon as they see your
13:34thing they're going to be stoked about
13:36it I think we saw um a school on there
13:38Sam and I were talking about yesterday
13:39was called I think it was de Academy um
13:41and we were like man I guarantee you
13:43that when they run ads that will convert
13:46because those people would love to be
13:48together like it just seems like such an
13:49obvious Niche um and so there's a lot of
13:53ways to skin the cat and so as long as
13:55you guys um leverage your audience res
13:58rather than try and be a slave to it um
14:01you'll get all the
14:04benefits when I was put as Games host I
14:07was saying to Sam we need to do group
14:10coaching every day we need to be
14:11checking in with everybody every minute
14:13to make sure everybody's staying
14:14accountable we need to provide the most
14:16in-depth training telling everybody
14:17exactly what they should be doing and
14:19I'm going to start a podcast I'm going
14:20to start a school games podcast but as
14:22soon as we got the school games together
14:25so much of that work was done by the
14:26community shout out to Matthew who
14:29started a podcast called the school
14:30games podcast shout out to Danny
14:33milander who provides some of the most
14:35comprehensive responses in the comment
14:38sections to everybody else and shout out
14:40to Armen and Doug who are top of the
14:42leaderboards providing value to
14:43everybody if you bring a group of people
14:46together the amount that you have to do
14:49as the community host is very different
14:51it's the core difference between an
14:52audience and a community an audience is
14:54about you a community is about the
14:57members
15:01yeah I'm just excited to see all the
15:02different ways you can do this because I
15:05think what
15:07happens what what kind of annoyed me
15:10about like courses and things is that
15:13they're very prescriptive and specific
15:16and it's like you have to do this and
15:19then everyone does that and then it's
15:22it's it doesn't work as well and it's
15:24not people aren't very creative cuz they
15:27think they just have to do that
15:29um and it doesn't align with them or
15:31something so they it doesn't feel right
15:33for them to do it so they they don't do
15:36it but they swear that no other way
15:38would work so they give up but honestly
15:43like so many different ways can work
15:45more ways than we could imagine um so
15:48instead of being like hyper prescriptive
15:51and being like this is the only way to
15:52do this we just wanted to like keep it
15:55high level like you need some traffic
15:57you need to make a community on
15:59something that's valuable and you can
16:01charge a price and you'll earn some
16:02money and you'll make you'll build a
16:04business right those core elements are
16:07always going to be true but how you do
16:10it the new the Nuance of it like where
16:13you get your traffic from and
16:15everything there's so many different
16:17ways and we want to just see
16:20who like what what you guys do and then
16:24who's ranking on the leaderboards and
16:25then then we can just learn from the
16:28those people so like when we do these
16:30one day with hosi things we can just
16:33Mastermind and like brainstorm about
16:35what worked what didn't work for
16:38everyone and improve together like
16:41someone might be real good at figuring
16:43out about page conversion rate someone
16:45might be good at figuring out ads to
16:47drive traffic to an about page someone
16:50might be good at figuring out how to
16:53like include a school call to action on
16:54a YouTube channel or how to get school
16:58members from from like Twitter or
16:59Instagram different people will figure
17:01out different things and you know some
17:06people might be really good at getting
17:07their Community engaged some people you
17:10know everyone will be good at a
17:11different part of this thing and we can
17:14learn from each other and and find the
17:16ultimate way to play this game um and
17:19the one day things are going to be uh
17:22recorded so so we get to learn from
17:25those too um and so every month there's
17:28going to be new players new tactics new
17:32strategies and new ways to play the game
17:35we're also going to evolve the product
17:37like the actual platform features along
17:40with the training so you know
17:43like we we already know everyone wants
17:47like landing page stats for their about
17:49page they would also like to be able to
17:51track that about page so they could run
17:53ads to it right we also know that
17:56everyone wants an affiliate program for
17:58example
17:59um for their members and so as we
18:01release new features it's going to
18:03change the way you can play this game so
18:06I don't think it'll ever be boring cuz
18:08with new players coming in with
18:10different styles and different different
18:12ideas of how to play and with new
18:15features coming in that change the
18:17underlying rules and and everything it's
18:21the Innovation is going to be pretty
18:22cool um and you guys all get to come on
18:25this ride with
18:27us
18:29you n minutes yeah 10 minutes uh to
18:32picky back on what Sam said I mean he's
18:34talking about multiple games and um I
18:36would encourage you to think about it
18:37that way because we have this uh always
18:39desire to have some sort of finish line
18:41and at least in every single piece of
18:42content I possibly make I try and break
18:45against that um because like if this
18:48month like 10 of you will win right and
18:51then the 10 of you who referred will
18:52also win uh by proxy but everybody else
18:55you didn't lose and that's what I want
18:56to be like really clear about because if
18:58you you become let's say you're number
18:5911 on the board and you get your
19:01business to whatever $155,000 a month
19:04all right did you
19:07lose or are you like are you [ __ ]
19:09stoked right of course you're stoked and
19:11so the idea is like even if you don't
19:13quote get on the top 10 this month new
19:16tools new weapons will get released into
19:19the environment which then some players
19:22will be better equipped with those
19:23weapons and then just start crushing and
19:25so the games are going to be fresh all
19:26the time and from a um from a
19:29crowdsourcing thing I want to I want to
19:30give you like a real world example of
19:32this so I had I owned six gyms back in
19:34the day um and the the biggest gym like
19:37the most successful gym I had did about
19:39600,000 ear Top Line um fast forward you
19:43know five years I ran a process that's
19:45almost identical to what we're doing
19:47with school so I know it works is that I
19:49would basically Zone in on what the
19:52biggest issue people were having was so
19:54let's say it was churn at the gym and
19:56then I would go to all thousand of the
19:58gy that we had um at the time and be
20:00like okay who here has less than 3% turn
20:03and had maintained it for six months or
20:04more and there's maybe 20 guys who've
20:06done that so we're talking like the top
20:070 2% of my audience and then I would
20:11pull them up and I'd say okay every like
20:15let's share all the stuff that we're
20:16doing and so then when I got all of the
20:18notes down this is the con Consulting
20:20process that I used to do before I like
20:21got into the the internet world or
20:23really the gym world and then the
20:26um I put all that together we put it
20:28into a simple Playbook and then we
20:29release it to everyone right and so to
20:32give you context on how crazy it is my
20:34best gym ever did 600,000 and fast
20:37forward five years the average gym that
20:39was a gym L did 600,000 and so it's not
20:42like all the gyms we were able to create
20:45using everyone else learnings created
20:47gyms way bigger than the gyms that I had
20:50because they started where I stopped
20:52like that was like the Baseline and then
20:53it just improved from there and so it'll
20:55be the same thing here in this community
20:57like we're going to
20:59we're going to make communities a very
21:01dangerous business model I mean that in
21:02a good way um like it's going to be
21:04really cool to see all the different
21:06ways that people are getting traffic and
21:07we're going to be sharing those things
21:08together because one of the big benefits
21:10of how the school games works is that
21:11everyone wins when everyone wins and so
21:14if somebody's got an amazing Twitter
21:16tactic or whatever if somebody else
21:19learns that tactic it actually benefits
21:21the person who who who brings it here's
21:24why if somebody else brings customers
21:26who are even like yours to the platform
21:28then there are more potential customers
21:30for both
21:32people like that's that's why this gets
21:34really cool and that's how School
21:36continues to grow because as everyone
21:38brings customers those customers believe
21:40it or not when people start buying
21:41education they buy more than one thing
21:44uh they frequent multiple schools and so
21:46that's the wheel it just keeps spinning
21:48and so the more people who get good to
21:49traffic the more people bring customers
21:50to school and then the more those
21:52customers frequent more schools and the
21:54and the wheel spins right and so I
21:57totally envision
21:58uh the school games like a video game
22:00except like when you go and like learn a
22:03new skill instead of getting a video
22:05game token that you can only exchange
22:07for like new skins like you get it in
22:10the real world because it works the same
22:12way um and so that's that's definitely
22:15been I I think I speak for for for Sam
22:18and and and I together there like that's
22:20been the goal here it's like how can we
22:21make this as fun and easy as possible
22:24because people get so good at video
22:26games so fast and it's like the ability
22:28to learn is there it's just like we to
22:29apply to something that actually helps
22:30people in the real world yeah we were
22:33inspired a lot by Esports for the school
22:36games like you know if you're a
22:38professional Counter Strike player it
22:40can be a career and you can enter
22:43tournaments you can win prizes right and
22:48there's a um you can even watch those
22:51players play and when I was young and
22:54learning how to play I would find my my
22:58favorite player who just resonated me
23:00for some reason I don't know why I just
23:02like the style and I would just watch
23:06those videos over and over I'd slow them
23:08down to like 0.25 speed and watch and
23:13then I would watch them play when they
23:14were moving their moue to learn their
23:16spray patterns and stuff and I I bought
23:18the same equipment they had and I got
23:22bitter really fast because I I was able
23:26to like see how the players played
23:30and there's making money on the internet
23:33it's like something everyone wants to do
23:36now like I guess the core thing about
23:37school is to earn a full-time income
23:42doing the thing that you love online
23:44right like being able to just do your
23:47thing that you love all the time and for
23:50that to be a career I think that's the
23:52best thing that a person can really have
23:55and we want to make that possible for
23:57like for a lot more people um and so
24:01turning making money online doing what
24:04you love into some kind of game where
24:06there is different players and you can
24:08see different rankings and things um I
24:11think it'll inspire a lot more people to
24:13do it and I think we'll all get better
24:17from each other uh and yeah I think it's
24:21going to be really fun like one thing I
24:24wanted to do was just make it fun um
24:28so yeah that's like the vision for it
24:31and from my understanding a lot of the
24:33school Engineers used to be video game
24:36developers right yeah so they've taken
24:40the things that they learned from making
24:41video games fun and then applied it to
24:44business speaking of Engineers massive
24:46shout out to the engineers they don't
24:47get enough credit they're behind the
24:49scenes but whilst there's quite a few
24:51people here massive shout out to all the
24:53school Engineers for making such a
24:55simple platform but when you see the
24:57behind the scenes and how complicated it
24:58is you would never understand the amount
25:00of work and hard work they've put into
25:02making it a nice simple fun platform to
25:07use yes they're
25:10definitely the main thing that makes
25:13school good to be honest like the
25:16engineers are like the hidden people
25:17behind the scenes but they
25:20uh you know skill is ultimately a
25:22technology company right so it's only as
25:26good as its engineering Talent and our
25:29are exceptional so I'm sure a lot of
25:31them are probably watching this so thank
25:34you everyone thanks all all of our
25:36school
25:38engineers and from from my perspective
25:42you know I've had if you can only
25:44imagine the amount of people whove tried
25:45to ask me to promote something uh I'll
25:48just say that it's been a lot um over
25:51the last four years and um the only
25:54reason that I was willing to associate
25:57and go so heavily into school was
26:01because I believe in the product because
26:03at the end of the day like I can like I
26:06anyone can sell something once like you
26:08can sell anybody one thing one time but
26:11in order to have something that really
26:13makes meaningful impact the thing has to
26:15be good and so when I saw the success
26:18people were having in school um I had
26:20multiple different things that kind of
26:21added together to to create the like
26:23this is the thing that I want to this is
26:25the thing this will be it
26:29um I had my team independently do a big
26:33look at the whole Marketplace uh this
26:35was outside of Sam um and they
26:38independent because they didn't even
26:39know I knew Sam uh said they were like
26:41we think school's the best platform and
26:43here's all the reasons um and so that
26:46happened I also had a ton of uh friends
26:48who had shifted their communities on a
26:50school and they're like dude it's not
26:51even close like it's way better like
26:53it's just and they were like a lot of
26:54them said like they couldn't put like
26:55their finger on they're like it's just
26:56better like just for a hundred small
26:59reasons and The more I've learned on the
27:00back end the more I can tell you like
27:02the engineering team just absolutely
27:03murders it and slaves over getting the
27:06details right um and it's somebody who
27:08spends six hours a day you know for a
27:11year and a half to write a book that's
27:13like 160 pages I can appreciate that and
27:16so now we are 30 seconds from the uh the
27:19torch lighting I hope you guys are are
27:22getting as excited as I
27:24am feel like we need the music Sam DJ um
27:30[Music]
27:41yeah yeah I better figure out how to do
27:44[Music]
27:47that like we need to make your video big
27:50right can everyone still hear the music
27:52is or did the music just stop when I did
27:55that stop music's gone that's fine
27:58um let's light this
28:01torch so I've got to get ciry thing
28:13spotlighted can everyone see Kirby's
28:15screen
28:18big
28:22nice we've got a 15c walk for Sam to
28:25come from one end of the office to the
28:27other
28:28oh he's
28:29[Laughter]
28:43running could got fire
28:56extinguisher
29:04the games have
29:08begun get that crackle in the
29:11microphone watch the microphone set on
29:14[Laughter]
29:18fire
29:19nice I'll just leave this Burning as
29:23long as it doesn't fall on
29:25me get it in the
29:30there it
29:31is that was such a pain in the ass to
29:34organize for
29:35this that was such a pain in the ass to
29:37organize for this it probably took me
29:39like 10 hours of logistics to but I
29:43think it's worth it
29:46right I'm gonna go back it's actually a
29:49super legit torch Sam sent me a closeup
29:51picture of it there's like little
29:52engraving olypic stuff it's very
29:56cool
29:59time to check the
30:06leaderboards so guys now as you guys
30:08start getting members in your
30:09communities Who start paying uh you'll
30:12start appearing on the leaderboard all
30:14right so you can actually check that in
30:15real time everyone will be able to see
30:17it and um just as an added Kudos are
30:19another reason that I like school in the
30:21school games overall is like there's so
30:22much posturing online and so many people
30:25who like you know take screenshots that
30:28are fake or they use Awards they won
30:31seven years ago to just for something
30:33completely different to justify buying
30:35something from them today and um school
30:38just takes a huge stance of transparency
30:41on just showing what is and so uh these
30:44leaderboards will be real time and
30:46you'll be able to see everything and so
30:48no one can fake anything uh which is
30:51great so that the right people are
30:53getting the right amount of attention uh
30:55for actually providing value
30:59so if anybody has an emo list you have
31:01some followers on Instagram now's a good
31:04time to promote your school Community
31:05it's probably the easiest time to get on
31:07the leader boards is right now and for
31:08the next 27 minutes so if you have
31:10anything ready Now's the
31:15Time right let's see how these
31:17leaderboards are
31:25going there we go
31:27I've got some music for the leaderboard
31:29count
31:31countdown Aaron with 999 Mr makes it to
31:35the number one spot from the getout all
31:47right who's going be next
31:53up Bon school had a gambling feature
31:56where we could gamble on who we thought
31:57was going to win the school games oh
32:00man oh there it
32:16is also reminder uh you see the bottom
32:20one there so on the top end the top you
32:22know the top 10 uh School groups that
32:25increase Mr over the next uh 27 days or
32:28whatever the the countdown is uh
32:30obviously win the one day and the people
32:32who referred them soer people if you
32:35think they have like big audiences
32:36because you could probably just win off
32:37of their communities um the other piece
32:40is for everyone who's not there if you
32:42just get three people on uh you'll get
32:46all the access to the the full
32:47recordings of those days and so just
32:49look like a fun incentive for you guys
32:51um I did the same thing for for for my
32:53my book launch I was just like just just
32:55send some friends to it if you just do
32:56that that um you unlock a whole bunch of
32:59stuff and so you get basically the same
33:01benefit obviously not in person um but
33:03you're still going to learn a ton um
33:05from those recordings because you're
33:06going to see what the best people are
33:07doing like right now and one of the
33:09reasons that we wanted to keep it that
33:10way was that tactics will change
33:12platforms will change um what's working
33:14will change and so we wanted everyone to
33:16have like always the most up-to-date
33:18stuff um to help them grow their
33:20communities and grow their
33:22businesses worth noting that Kai here in
33:25the number five spot has partnered with
33:28a geometry smash YouTuber so he's done
33:31what we're talking about around
33:32partnering with big YouTubers so it can
33:35definitely work and I'm excited to see
33:37where he ends
33:42up yeah I just shared the link to the
33:44leaderboards so you can see them here
33:46we've already got 10 people ranking they
33:49update roughly every minute
33:53um and you just got to refresh it to you
33:55know to see the latest thing
33:59um and we're going to start by
34:02showing yeah I think we'll show up to 20
34:05initially to see so you can see if
34:07you're close to getting into the number
34:0810 spot um and we can show more if we
34:11want we'll just see how it goes
34:14um
34:18yeah we've probably put so much pressure
34:21on the engineers we hyped them up and
34:23then told them all to go to this page
34:25and refresh it
34:34I just love this because there's so many
34:36things we were like I don't know if this
34:37could work it's like well here's real
34:39time data to show you that this actually
34:42works and I think it is the world's
34:45simplest business model that costs
34:47nothing to start um like yeah go bring
34:52traffic to your page and then this group
34:55is cool like Kai Kai one
34:57here he literally shows you how to play
35:02Geometry Dash a video game um for n
35:06bucks a
35:09month like this is the kind of stuff
35:12that I love
35:14like it's his hobby like Geometry Dash
35:17and um teaching people like how to play
35:20better it this is the this is the thing
35:23that I love about the internet is that
35:26you can really make an income about on
35:30on the topic of anything it really all
35:33the all that really matters is how
35:35passionate are you about it really it's
35:37like if you're super passionate about
35:39anything it's like contagious to other
35:41people they want to be around that they
35:43want to be passionate about something um
35:47and yeah that's the thing that I love
35:49about the internet and that's what those
35:51are the kinds of things I want to see
35:52emerge from the school
35:55games
35:58oh we've got 13 people
36:07now what do you guys reckon so far has
36:09this been a fun way to kick things
36:15off fun super fun fire thank you yes yes
36:19sir so cute someone said I think they're
36:22talking about you
36:25Sam thanks C
36:28I just noticed the classic painting
36:30behind
36:32Sam oh that one yeah I
36:37am it's a great mood
36:45setter this is cool this is
36:49great for you guys who are new like I I
36:52think this will be a really cool I was I
36:54was messaging Kirby like I think this is
36:55going to be one of those things that we
36:56look back on um as kind of like
36:59beginning of the next era um and I think
37:02this is this is going to be really big I
37:04think a lot of people are going to be
37:05able to finally get businesses started
37:07and or Andor convert their businesses
37:10into more profitable online easier
37:12businesses that require few people to
37:13run and just few moving parts and just
37:16provide value like it's all it's going
37:18to come down to like if your community
37:20is really good and you provide good
37:21stuff like it will grow it just is that
37:23way and we're going to continue to do
37:24things at school to just help the best
37:27people with the best communities get the
37:29most people because we're also
37:31incentivized for that too like we want
37:33school to be the most enjoyable valuable
37:35platform out there and so a lot of that
37:37is is having the people who have the
37:39best
37:39communities get more get more people in
37:41their
37:44schools I've been on school for around
37:46three years now and I have one of the
37:49biggest communities on the platform and
37:50in the last couple months the growth
37:54that school has been experiencing has
37:55been pretty crazy
37:57um and I know Alex both you and I are a
37:59big fan of the quote from Warren Buffett
38:02that What boat you're in is more
38:03important than how hard you row school's
38:05a great boat to be in I'm so glad three
38:08years ago for whatever reason I started
38:10a school Community because it's created
38:12so many
38:20opportunities yeah to Sam's Point it's
38:22one of the only businesses where like
38:24being the host of the party allows you
38:25to benefit
38:27uh like you just you host the party
38:30right um and so like the product itself
38:34is the value that you're able to provide
38:35the community and that your community
38:36can provide one another uh and so it
38:38takes a lot of the onus off of you you
38:40just have to be the organizer and school
38:42gives you all the tools to make it
38:44really really
38:47easy we've got the top 19 ranking so
38:54far I actually wasn't sure if it was
38:56going to happen this as fast to be
38:57honest with
38:59you imagine we all just sat here nothing
39:02yeah there's no one we just put on the
39:05music and just
39:06[Laughter]
39:13sit
39:15ah
39:18climbing oh we've got the top 20 now
39:22nice that only took 11
39:24minutes yeah if we continue at this rate
39:27uh by the end of the by the end of the
39:30month people are just going to be uh you
39:31know printing
39:33money this is
39:41great oh Sam do you want to talk about
39:44um because some people will join you
39:46know four days in right like some of you
39:48guys might have friends who are like ah
39:49[ __ ] this is cool do you want to talk
39:50about that Sam yeah yes so the school
39:54games is always rolling and like
39:58Evergreen um so you can join whenever
40:01you want so like if someone just joined
40:04now they could start and they could
40:08launch and start ranking on the
40:10leaderboards um because we don't want to
40:12tell people oh you can only start if
40:15you're ready for the beginning of the
40:16month because if you come in halfway
40:18through or one week in you got to wait a
40:20lot of time so you can you can play
40:23whenever you want um and the lead boards
40:27will two days before the end of each
40:30month so you know Feb 27th at 9:00 a.m.
40:34Pacific the leaderboards will like
40:36freeze and it will capture and save a
40:40snapshot of the exact rankings at that
40:42time and we'll preserve it in school
40:46games history so that everyone can look
40:48back and and see those winners um and
40:52then that gives us two days to announce
40:56all of the winners celebrate them and
40:58everything um and then prepare for the
41:03start of the next um the next challenge
41:06which is the first of every new month
41:09right and then the leaderboards will
41:11basically reset back to zero for the
41:13next month but it's not really reset
41:15it's just a new leaderboard so you'll be
41:17able to see there'll probably be tabs
41:19across the top here like January
41:20February March April May and it so
41:23you'll be able to see the current one
41:25but you'll be able to look back in in
41:26the past um so if you don't win the
41:30first time round like you can have
41:32another go the next month um and and
41:36yeah it's just it's ongoing um and the
41:39one day with hosi
41:42event uh the first one I think's the
41:4530th of
41:47March so roughly we wanted to do it
41:49roughly like three weeks after the end
41:51of each um games so that people can book
41:55flights and that kind of stuff um and
41:58we're going to do one of these every
42:00single month roughly 3 weeks after the
42:02games end each month and yeah if you
42:06can't attend the specific one like
42:10that's fine we can let you attend like
42:12one of the next ones so don't freak out
42:14about timing and stuff
42:17um and so after
42:20the at the after the the leaderboards
42:24freeze will announce the winner is will
42:26communicate to the top 10 you can see
42:28this line here which shows the top 10 um
42:32everyone above this line gets the one
42:34day with hosi thing and then yeah we'll
42:38we'll just DM you like as soon as you've
42:41won um and then everyone who gets three
42:45paid members will unlock the one day
42:47with homos event recording so we're
42:49going to record the whole thing
42:52um and we're going to upload it and make
42:56it available to to everyone who's in the
42:58school games that gets three or more
43:01paid members so it should that should
43:05make it really like accessible to to
43:07almost everyone um and that way you get
43:10to kind of be a fly on the wall
43:12listening to a full day of these winners
43:15talk about what they did to win and you
43:17get to learn and then there's another
43:20games and you get to have another go at
43:22it and yeah eventually you'll you'll
43:25figure it out
43:26it's just like playing a video game
43:29honestly like the first time you play
43:32you go into a server you're probably not
43:34going to be that good like compared to
43:37people that have been playing for a long
43:39time right that doesn't mean you you
43:42suck it just means you haven't you
43:45haven't practiced much um and you're new
43:48right and
43:50so yeah I'm sure that with being able to
43:54see who's winning and what they're doing
43:56and getting those monthly drops of of
44:00information that from the winners you'll
44:03be able to to figure things
44:07out you know I'll just on as well for
44:12those of you who are who are newer and
44:13you've like never done anything before
44:16it's okay to have a free Community First
44:19in fact I think for many of you that
44:20will be a great first month or first two
44:22Monon strategy to build like just get
44:26get used to running a community uh meet
44:29meet new people understand the things
44:30that they want because one of the cool
44:32things is you can always just say like
44:34I'm going to be charging for this later
44:37but if you want access to it for free
44:39now and forever uh that's a pretty good
44:42offer and so you can kind of seed the
44:44group kind of get the party going with a
44:46handful of you know hot chicks and uh
44:49some good music and then like once it
44:51gets a little bit crowded you can start
44:52charging for tickets at the door right
44:54if you think about the analogy that way
44:56and so if you're um because the the
44:58school games will repeat it's like if
45:00you if you give yourself a 60-day Runway
45:02to to get everything going and then say
45:05like I'm going to win month three then
45:07that's a fine strategy too because at
45:09the end of the day
45:10like even after you win you're still
45:12going to have a
45:13business so like the point is to is to
45:16get you going and get you off the ground
45:17making money and then at that point like
45:19you've already won like and you just
45:21continue to win the real game which is
45:22like
45:24life
45:28Tyler first person across 1K Mr Nice
45:33Work yeah I mean at this rate if you
45:35just add a th000 Mr every every uh every
45:3817 minutes you're just you're G to be
45:40murdering
45:41[Laughter]
45:44it it was at 100K a day and added new Mr
45:47yeah keep it going
45:54yeah potentially a good analogy is that
45:57for everybody on this call this ceremony
46:00marks the start of a race for some
46:02people it's a short race 30-day Sprint
46:05to try get into top 10 for other people
46:07it's more of a marathon to start free
46:09community for a few months eventually
46:11switch to monetize and then try win but
46:13for everybody it's a race and for
46:15everybody there's an end date and after
46:17the end date's finished you still have
46:18the business like Alex
46:21said yeah business is an infinite game
46:25like there is no end you the people I've
46:29noticed that are the best play to keep
46:32playing they like playing so much that
46:36they don't want to stop so they keep
46:38playing to support themsel to keep
46:41playing right and those are always the
46:43people that do the best and it's the
46:45people that fixate on the outcomes too
46:48much that that get discouraged and quit
46:53um and it reminds me a lot of this
46:56saying from like Michael
46:58Jordan uh he said that the secret to
47:02being the best basketball player in the
47:04world is to first fall in love with the
47:07game because if you really love it then
47:12you'll want to do it all the time and if
47:15you do it all the time you'll be very
47:18good and you'll be successful and so
47:21when he teaches when he coaches children
47:23on how to play basketball he advises
47:26them like play early and learn late so
47:30like first of all forget about like
47:33competitions and stuff just just play
47:36and enjoy the enjoy the like enjoy
47:40basketball and then you'll keep showing
47:42up and you'll keep you'll keep getting
47:44better and then you'll naturally find
47:47yourself winning um so you know a lot of
47:50people here that are going to be high
47:52ranking on the leaderboards they've
47:54already been playing for a a while right
47:57um so if it's your day one and it's
47:59their year three it's kind of unfair but
48:03you get to learn from them and who knows
48:07what you will be like in your year
48:12three also um one thing that's unique
48:15with the the school games is that you
48:16can only win the top 10 once and so you
48:19don't have to worry about like are these
48:20are't these guys just going to win every
48:22month it's like no like if someone wins
48:23then they're they get not slid off they
48:26obviously keep the business but like
48:27they can only win the one day one time
48:29um just to give you guys some some
48:31context there and um I think someone
48:33asked like uh won't people who just have
48:36$1,200 a month or you know $5,000 a
48:39month things win um the cap is 999 uh on
48:43the on the continuity as it currently
48:44stands so um no that's not the
48:50case yeah and we this is the first time
48:52we're running it so we're going to learn
48:54things um um like and we can we could
48:59like create categories for the
49:00leaderboards for example so you could
49:02see who's doing the best at different
49:04price points or in different like um
49:08niches like art or music or whatever
49:12right um and we might even look at
49:15different metrics later like who's the
49:18best at about page conversion rate um
49:22who's the best at engagement who's the
49:24best at different things right um so
49:28this is just where we're
49:29starting but yeah it's a I think this is
49:32a good place to
49:38start is our top
49:5420
50:20man we're calling it at
50:229:30 you're curious or Pacific so eight
50:33minutes I love watching
50:36this yeah I know when we built this
50:38feature everyone in our team was just
50:40like refreshing it and like addicted
50:44it's like watching fire you know what I
50:45mean actually shoot did the torch go out
50:48it has gone out yeah yeah it does it
50:50doesn't go forever
50:54yeah like I you give I give Le a love
50:57plant and it dies I was like this
50:58symbolizes our eternal love this [ __ ]
51:02world should give a cacti yeah good call
51:05right low maintenance um well sweet well
51:10pump for you guys uh I would encourage
51:12you to encourage one another um share
51:15the good stuff in the community it
51:16literally benefits everyone it'll
51:18benefit you too I will say that as
51:20somebody who has like I said been
51:21educating people even in weight loss and
51:23then and then gym owners and then
51:24obviously now um you learn more from
51:27teaching than you do from anything like
51:30as soon as you have to take what you've
51:31done and then try to like teach it to
51:33somebody else you get a completely
51:35different level of understanding um and
51:37so I think I would encourage you guys to
51:38do that and the best the best pieces of
51:41content school already has a great
51:42feature um where you can actually embed
51:44those things into your own kind of
51:46courses so if somebody puts like an
51:48amazingly in-depth uh post on how to do
51:50something you can actually include that
51:52in your curriculum because I I don't
51:54know about you but like I would have
51:55some Mega members some super members uh
51:58in our you know our communities in the
51:59past where they would just like do these
52:01amazing breakdowns but like based on the
52:03technology that we're using at the time
52:04they would just disappear you know I
52:06mean with other posts they would just go
52:07away but you can you kind of internalize
52:09those really good things and I think
52:10that further incentivizes your community
52:12because they'll get credit for the work
52:14they've done um and kind of just Kudos
52:16also in the their status rankings and
52:18whatnot but just you know real world
52:20kudos for for helping everyone
52:24out
52:28in the top right of any post there's the
52:30three dots and then you can click pin to
52:33module to save the best posts like Alex
52:36was saying it's a really sweet
52:39feature and it's all in alignment with
52:41like you don't have to come up with
52:43everything yourself like a lot of people
52:45in your community will like if you don't
52:46if you teach people how to fix old
52:48Hondas like somebody else might be a
52:51master uh mechanic and know how to do
52:54something that you don't know how to do
52:55do and then they just make a full
52:56breakdown it's like great just add that
52:58to your module on how to fix carburetors
53:01or whatever yeah I think that
53:04is it's a hard concept to grasp at first
53:07this whole like crowd sourcing vers just
53:09being the guru or expert I think that's
53:13something that's going to change in the
53:15industry so like before it was just one
53:18person teaching you something hypers
53:21specific um but crowd sourcing is is a
53:25much better model because everyone can
53:27try all of these different things and
53:28the best stuff Rises to the top um and
53:32so bringing a group of people together
53:35that share a common goal so no no one
53:39might know the answer but everyone has
53:41the same goal right then you get
53:44everyone together to figure out what do
53:47we what problems do we need to solve
53:48what is the priority of these problems
53:50and then okay let's try to solve this
53:52one everyone goes out tries different
53:54things someone figures something out
53:56brings it back it inspires someone to
53:59come up with something from that idea
54:01improves it and together you pull you
54:04pull together the all of the problems
54:06and all of the solutions and it's an
54:09insanely effective way to build a a
54:14business um it is literally how we built
54:17school by the way like this whole
54:19company in a community called School
54:22Community you can see the categories
54:24like
54:25report bugs ask request a feature ask a
54:28question about the product so people
54:31would say oh I've I'm having this
54:34problem or this is confusing or we need
54:35this or we need that and then we built
54:38it for them and and said here you go and
54:42I cannot imagine building school without
54:44that and I think that communities you
54:48know school is a community platform but
54:50it was built by the community right and
54:53so the best video games are like that
54:56too like the a lot of the best
54:59businesses are honestly powered by the
55:01community um and so I think the
55:04communities that figure out how to
55:06crowdsource the problems and solutions
55:09together they're going to be really cool
55:12to to look at and I think they're going
55:14to be very successful businesses and
55:16also just a lot more exciting to be a
55:18member of because you get to do
55:19something and contribute instead of just
55:22sit and watch videos and and orders
55:25basically um yeah we'll share more about
55:28that as we get in into the
55:31games you as a as a a little um plug for
55:35this for those who are like I'm still
55:36not sure what uh what to start with an
55:38easy thing just to get to school school
55:40free because I I do take the assumption
55:42that school's going to um continue to
55:44grow at the rate that it is already
55:46growing and that rate is increasing um
55:49everyone's eventually going to be on
55:50school and so uh you're kind of in a
55:53unique position where like you can
55:54invite and get credit for those people
55:56like if you were early on Facebook
55:58imagine getting paid a dollar for every
55:59person that you were able to get onto
56:01Facebook because that's where everyone
56:02was going to be anyways um what's cool
56:05is like unbelievably generous affiliate
56:06commissions right now they're 40% for
56:08life that may change in time but like
56:10it'll whatever you get will get
56:11grandfathered and so like if you refer
56:16three friends it actually becomes a
56:17revenue stream for
56:19you which makes it uh kind of gives you
56:22endless chances uh to get it right so if
56:24you know that people like who are going
56:26to eventually get on here it's like get
56:27them on under you um and get your the
56:30entire thing free anyways with a little
56:32bit of profit so three people coverage
56:34school plus a profit yeah so to do that
56:36you just click on this Affiliates tab
56:38here and you can just grab your link and
56:42you can share it with someone and they
56:44will be able
56:46to um to join school and then you will
56:51get 40% of that revenue and like hos
56:54said did if you just get three people on
56:56you're making 20 bucks a month instead
56:58of paying
57:0099 um doll a month so if I have a
57:04community and I invite a 100 people into
57:06my community about Hondas and fixing
57:09cars if three of those people from that
57:12Community uh then just start school
57:15accounts on their own and they use the
57:16same email do I get credit for
57:20that are you asking me yeah I'm saying
57:23if I'm saying like if I so if I'm
57:25somebody who has a who starts a
57:27community and people go into that
57:28Community then they start their own like
57:30some members start schools yes so yeah
57:33if any of your community members decide
57:36to make a community we automatically
57:38attribute that to you we call it auto
57:41affiliate um but you yeah you
57:46can so you know if you build a community
57:48it's probably going to become free for
57:50you anyway if you get enough members or
57:52you'll actually end up making a profit
57:54on it because some of your members might
57:56get an idea to start one and then you'll
57:58get a part of that um but another way is
58:02you just click on this tab you copy this
58:04link and you just share it with some
58:06people
58:08um and I swear a lot of people
58:11underestimate how much you can make as
58:13an affiliate
58:15like I've been on some affiliate
58:17programs where I just used the product
58:21and then I just told people what I use I
58:23didn't even try that much to promote it
58:25and I would make like more than a
58:28million bucks over a few years like
58:30probably on average like 30 to 40 Grand
58:32with some of the per month with some of
58:34these affiliate programs now that's you
58:36know with a lot of customers so but it's
58:40I swear people underestimate how much
58:42you can actually make as an affiliate uh
58:45it's a really good way to to make money
58:47online if you don't have something to
58:49sell yourself you can help sell someone
58:52else's stuff yeah Brady and the the chat
58:55is doing 3K to 4K a month from
58:59Affiliates
59:00yeah shout out to
59:02Brady yeah I mean fundamentally like
59:05it's making a beauty is is an awesome
59:07way to do it and because if you just
59:09think about it that is the product like
59:10the community and the access that you
59:11give you can also just introduce people
59:13to school and that's also a product
59:16right and so either one if you feel like
59:18the people you know would be more
59:19inclined to doing something like that
59:20then great and if you introduce somebody
59:22to school and then they have a massive
59:24community and then they win the games
59:26you win the games too uh and so if you
59:30have some you're like dude if this guy
59:31got on or this huge YouTuber like use
59:34the use the one day with me if that if
59:36that's a helpful you know prize to get
59:38somebody on it's like dude we could win
59:39this together if you just bring you know
59:41I'll run everything I'll be I'll be
59:42Games host you know what I mean for for
59:45this community um and I'll run it and we
59:47can do some sort of you know Revenue
59:49split on it but we can win this thing
59:51together and make money and so you don't
59:54have to do this on your own and I think
59:55that's probably the biggest hopefully
59:56the biggest belief that we can break
59:58here is that
1:00:00like you assemble a business more than
1:00:02you build it like you're like okay I'm
1:00:04going to go assemble I'm going to go
1:00:05bring the traffic piece in I'm going to
1:00:07go get the product piece I'm going to go
1:00:09get the delivery portion and the content
1:00:10like those are different pieces and it
1:00:12doesn't have to be you in fact it's very
1:00:14rare for it to be you to that does all
1:00:16three and if you do all three it's
1:00:18actually harder to scale because in time
1:00:20you need somebody who's going to
1:00:21specialize in each of those things if
1:00:22you really want to do it well and so it
1:00:24makes sense to partner when it make when
1:00:26when it makes sense uh rather than just
1:00:28uh like go find your three best friends
1:00:31I would encourage you to find people who
1:00:32have different assets than you like if
1:00:34someone's like really like you can be
1:00:35the person who loves school and can help
1:00:37manage all that stuff but somebody else
1:00:38can have the traffic and already know
1:00:41what content will be good for that
1:00:42school Community like you might not know
1:00:44[ __ ] about cars but you know how to run
1:00:45a community and then you go get somebody
1:00:47who knows a lot about cars to send their
1:00:49traffic
1:00:50in yeah that is something I swear so
1:00:53many people online struggle with
1:00:56thinking they need to do it alls like I
1:00:58personally did I would try to make
1:01:00content like YouTube videos and social
1:01:02media and stuff and try to build the
1:01:05product and run the business and doing
1:01:07all of those all the time you you always
1:01:10feel stretched um
1:01:14and then I just was like What if I
1:01:16partnered with someone like hosy and it
1:01:19honestly works so well it's unbelievable
1:01:21that I even went through that much
1:01:23struggle and pain before cuz hosi is
1:01:27bigger than I would ever get cuz he's
1:01:28like very good at it and and I'm not and
1:01:31I don't really like doing that and um
1:01:35and I just get to focus on the thing I
1:01:37want to do so it's like we both get to
1:01:39do the thing we love all the time and
1:01:42together we make the ultimate team and I
1:01:45swear that that is probably one of the
1:01:49biggest hacks or unlocks I've found in
1:01:51my whole career online so far um I wish
1:01:56I just had done that earlier um and I
1:01:59think that's going to be a new pattern
1:02:01that we start to see with online
1:02:03businesses is Partnerships and
1:02:04collaborations like
1:02:07that just because the amount of work it
1:02:10takes to be excellent at anything is
1:02:11full-time like it's not even full-time
1:02:13it's like extra time it's 12 hours a day
1:02:15it's what you're breathing it's the game
1:02:16that you love like Michael Jordan is
1:02:18saying is that but the thing is is that
1:02:19even within the business game there
1:02:21there are small there games within the
1:02:23game right there's the product game
1:02:24there's the coding game there's the the
1:02:26marketing game like there's lots of
1:02:28other games that are involved and one
1:02:30person can't be excellent at all of them
1:02:32especially at the scale I mean we're
1:02:34trying to go big and so at the scale
1:02:36that we want to play at um you just need
1:02:38expertise and so niching down in terms
1:02:41of what you are really really good at
1:02:43that you love doing and then finding
1:02:44other people who compliment you and are
1:02:46also really good and obsessed with that
1:02:47other thing just everyone makes more and
1:02:50the entire product's better because
1:02:52think about think about think about that
1:02:54Hye hypothetical business that has three
1:02:55horses that all are just obsessed with
1:02:57the one thing that they're focused on
1:02:59against one guy who's trying to do all
1:03:01three like it's not a contest like the
1:03:02three is going to beat the one every
1:03:03time it just they just have more
1:03:06resources um and the way that the world
1:03:08works is it is a very winter take all
1:03:10world uh and so like just being that
1:03:12much better can sometimes get like if
1:03:14you're a 10% better if you make a 10%
1:03:16better YouTube video you don't get 10%
1:03:18more views sometimes you get 10 times
1:03:20the views because that increment creates
1:03:23such such a it's just every time people
1:03:25look at the decision they're like well
1:03:26this one's better and then they and then
1:03:28everyone chooses that does that make
1:03:30sense and so I would I would approach it
1:03:32with that thinking of crowding
1:03:34crowdsourcing things from your community
1:03:36like in some ways partnering with your
1:03:38community on some level then you can
1:03:39also consider partnering with people who
1:03:41have traffic or partnering with people
1:03:42have interests in things like you don't
1:03:44need to do it
1:03:46alone
1:03:48yeah all right well we're at the end now
1:03:50here's the I just refresh the
1:03:52leaderboards here's the current
1:03:55top 20 and top top 10 here so congrats
1:03:58everyone
1:04:00here and so we'll wrap up now give
1:04:03me um let me know what you thought in
1:04:05the
1:04:11chat
1:04:14cool good luck everyone look forward to
1:04:17seeing you all in the school games
1:04:19community and seeing you at the one day
1:04:22with hosy Hangouts and some more of the
1:04:24these um these
1:04:28calls let's get it appreciate you all
1:04:31let's go
