0:03so welcome everybody Welcome to our
0:07Valentine's Day office hours
0:09and you are our Valentine that's why
0:14we've got some roses here for you
0:17um
0:18and I'm here with Nick what acknowling
0:20who's director of operations at school
0:23and Sid who's Community manager at
0:27school
0:29um and today we're going to show you
0:32some of the features that we've recently
0:34shipped since our last one of these
0:37um I'll just go through them all share
0:39them quickly and show you what you can
0:41do with them
0:42and then once we've done that we'll move
0:44to we've got a nice surprise for you
0:48I'm not going to tell you what it is but
0:50you might be able to guess
0:52um and then
0:55we're going to share our roadmap so what
0:58we're going to be building for you
1:01um next basically and over the next few
1:04months and then at the end we're just
1:06gonna hang out and there's going to be
1:09some open space for Q a you can ask us
1:11anything
1:13um and yeah we'll just hang out and see
1:16what happens
1:17so
1:18let's get started
1:21I'm going to pull up I'm going to share
1:23my screen now
1:27let me know if you can see this
1:36yep all right cool
1:38so we're starting with new features
1:42so the first one is members Tab and
1:45filters
1:46so
1:49before it was quite hard to actually
1:51access like
1:54um the members list like you actually
1:55had to click down here and that would
1:57take you to the members list right so
2:00we've just gone and made it a tab so
2:03it's very simple to get to and it's very
2:05easy to invite people to you can just
2:06invite from here
2:08and then to get to your different types
2:10of members like you can just click this
2:13you can see requests invites banned
2:15right and then we gave you some filters
2:19so you can filter by like you know
2:22admins or you can filter by people who
2:26are online
2:27um you can filter by all sorts of things
2:30who has access to a particular course or
2:33people at you know particular levels and
2:36you can even sort so who is the newest
2:39member or the last like online or who
2:42has the most points right
2:46um so you know this is this makes the
2:48members tab super powerful with these
2:51filters
2:52and another thing you we did with these
2:55is
2:56leaderboards linked to filter members at
2:59different levels so before when you were
3:02looking at like your leaderboard it said
3:04two percent of members one percent of
3:06members but I don't know if you were
3:08like me but I would always wonder who
3:10who is at that level right well now if
3:14you just click on any of these links
3:17it takes you to the members list and it
3:19filters by people at that particular
3:21level right and then you can even sort
3:24by most it will automatically sorts by
3:27most points so you can see who has the
3:28most points
3:30um
3:31so it allows you to do that
3:34and then we show you how many points you
3:36need to get to each level so a common
3:38question in the community was like how
3:42many points do we need to get to get to
3:44level six or seven or whatever well we
3:46we weren't showing you in the UI but now
3:48we make it more obvious if you click on
3:50any of these tool tips
3:52like this little question mark
3:54you can see the different levels and how
3:58many points you need to get to each
4:00level
4:01so it's just it's clear all right
4:06now bulk actions the ability to give and
4:10remove access remove members and Export
4:12CSV files so this kind of Builds on top
4:15of the members tab with the filters and
4:18everything
4:19so now you can actually select bulk
4:23members and do bulk actions so let's say
4:27I want to find everyone that has access
4:30to
4:32like School in a circle
4:35well it finds 33 people right
4:38then let's want to select all of these
4:40people
4:41and Export a CSV file boom it'll do it
4:45right or let's say I want to I just made
4:49a new course and I want to give these
4:51people access to it well I could give
4:53access to a course I could also remove
4:56access or I could remove members from
4:59the group
5:01um so you can you know perform bulk
5:03actions and I'll filter for something a
5:06bit more like
5:08I'll just filter for us and if I select
5:11both of these export a CSV file I'll
5:14show you what it looks like
5:20I don't know if you'll be able to see my
5:22screen
5:24because
5:26I'm sharing a chrome thing but I've got
5:28to work around for you
5:31looks like this
5:33so basically it exports their first name
5:36last name the email they were invited
5:38with and the membership questions right
5:42so you can import that to your CRM or
5:46whatever
5:48um
5:48so yeah now the members tab is way more
5:51powerful
5:52it's an actual tab you can filter by all
5:55sorts of things
5:56and you can perform bulk bulk actions
6:00right
6:02and this kind of completes the member
6:05management well it doesn't really
6:07complete it but it
6:09we've really like beefed up the
6:12membership management part of school so
6:14you know when you invite members now you
6:16can invite them with access to
6:18particular courses right
6:21and you can import a CSV file and select
6:25what courses the people you invite have
6:28and we rolled out a zapier integration
6:31where you can invite people with
6:33specific course access right
6:35so now you can also you know filter by
6:40all of these different things and
6:41perform bulk actions so this really
6:43completes the member management side of
6:46school
6:47now here's some nice like quality of
6:50life improvements like classroom edit
6:53module easily so let's say you've got a
6:56course
6:57and you're looking at a module like how
6:59skill works
7:00when you click settings it used to take
7:03you to the course overview and you had
7:05to drill down into the actual module now
7:07we just land you right in the module so
7:10whatever you're looking at is the one
7:11you're editing straight away right
7:14um which is pretty good
7:16then calendar edit events easily so
7:19let's say you're looking at your
7:21calendar
7:22you can just click on the actual event
7:24and then you'll see a settings here
7:27takes you straight to the event right so
7:31it makes it really easy to edit your
7:33calendar events
7:36and then event description length is
7:39longer which is better for Zoom links so
7:42you know we used to
7:45limit the number of
7:47characters that used to be a lot shorter
7:49I think it was 150. we've doubled it to
7:52300 now and this means it's just way
7:55easier to
7:57to have like you know more context in
7:59here and have one of zoom's ugly links
8:02and it doesn't really you know take up
8:05too much space
8:07so we made that Improvement
8:11now quick access to member settings
8:14so
8:17some people sent me some Loom videos
8:20and they were like
8:21trying to show me how they were editing
8:24their member settings like giving
8:26someone access to a course or whatever
8:27and it was pretty crazy what I saw
8:29people doing they were like going to the
8:32members list then they were finding the
8:35the member copy pasting their name
8:37searching for them and doing like all of
8:39this crazy stuff and all they were
8:41trying to do was just like
8:43edit that members access right so now if
8:47you're an admin you can just hover over
8:50someone's name
8:51and then you'll have the settings button
8:53here
8:54and it takes you straight to the members
8:57tab with this member so you can edit
8:59their access or make them an admin or
9:02whatever right
9:04this is only for admins and it just
9:06makes it way faster to find a member and
9:10edit their access and you can even do
9:13this from their profile so let's say I'm
9:14looking at this guy's profile
9:16I can see the settings Cog it takes me
9:18here so no matter where you are in the
9:21product you can quickly
9:24find a member and get to their settings
9:29now this one's kind of exciting
9:32so the ability to Auto DM new members
9:38so
9:39you go to settings
9:41plugins and you can see there's a a new
9:44plugin here called Auto DM new members
9:48and you can send an automated DM to new
9:50members you just click edit you turn it
9:53on
9:55and then
9:56it comes with a message you know already
9:59inside it hey name welcome to group name
10:01message me here if you need help with
10:03anything
10:05you can actually change who this is sent
10:08from by default it will send from the
10:12creator of the group but you can click
10:15change and you can send it from any
10:17admin of your group right
10:21and then you can edit this you know
10:23message here
10:25and you can see a preview of it to make
10:27sure these merge fields are working
10:28properly so Sam and school Community
10:31right
10:33and there's some tips down here
10:36now we send this to new members after
10:40they've been approved or they get into
10:42your group and we send it at a random
10:45time between one and five minutes right
10:50and if a conversation already exists
10:52with you and that member we won't send
10:54the message because it might just be a
10:56little bit weird right
10:57and
10:59our idea with this feature is to
11:03basically start conversations so
11:06you know the goal here is to start a
11:08conversation right
11:10um so you want to keep your message
11:11short and conversational
11:13like you're a DM a friend right this
11:16means that every new like member that
11:18joins your group their first impression
11:21is you know they get a little chat
11:23notification and
11:25they've got someone that they can talk
11:27to and ask for help right
11:30um and so yeah this feature is pretty
11:32exciting
11:35then I'll turn this off before I start
11:39doing it to lots of people
11:42then
11:43another one that kind of helps with this
11:45new feature is the ability to filter
11:47chats by unread you could imagine that
11:50you know admins now they might have
11:52quite a lot
11:53of DMS right especially if they're dming
11:57new members
11:58so right now you can go you click this
12:01and you can just filter by unread
12:05right
12:06makes it very easy to
12:09just see you know what's unread and
12:12reply to people
12:14so those are the new features
12:18that and they're already live they're in
12:21the product right now you can use them
12:24um they're in your accounts
12:26so
12:28what do you guys think of the new
12:30features do you like them
12:36cool
12:39that's good now we'll move on to a
12:44surprise
12:45so you might have been able to guess
12:48based on our
12:51wait what we're actually wearing right
12:55so we've got some school merch
12:58and I'll share how that works
13:04so
13:07what have I done here I've been fancy
13:11School merch
13:12www
13:17.schoolmerch.com that's the link
13:21looks like this
13:23so schoolmerch.com is the
13:27URL
13:28and it's pretty simple we have a white
13:31T-shirt
13:33or a navy blue sweatshirt
13:36and it's 100 cotton so really
13:41comfortable high quality and
13:44made locally in La we wanted quality
13:48stuff that people would actually wear
13:51and find comfortable I don't know about
13:53you but some of the merch I've bought it
13:56makes me itchy and
13:59I don't know what it's made out of
14:00because it's kind of shiny
14:03um and it just and it doesn't last very
14:05long either so I often just throw it out
14:07and it's kind of trash so you know if we
14:09were going to do a merch I wanted to do
14:11super high quality stuff that was
14:13comfortable so it's 100 cotton
14:16and yeah if you're interested in wearing
14:20some school merch you can go to
14:21schoolmirch.com we've got a t-shirt
14:23we've got a sweatshirt
14:25and if you add something to your cart
14:27you can see that we also have school
14:29stickers
14:30so you can add a sticker to your uh to
14:34your order
14:35and I'll show you what you can do with
14:38stickers Nick put one on his drink
14:41bottle
14:42I thought it looked pretty good on on a
14:44notebook
14:46right this is just on a on a moleskin
14:49notebook Sid put one on his laptop
14:53there's I'm sure there's more purposes
14:55but you get the idea right
14:59so that's the surprise
15:07schoolmerch.com
15:09now
15:12our feature road map
15:14so what are we going to build for you
15:16guys next so this question has come up a
15:20lot in the community like a lot of
15:22members have said
15:24can you please share a public roadmap
15:27and our response has typically been like
15:30no we don't want to because you know so
15:33far as we've been building School
15:36things have changed quite a lot of the
15:38time and we wanted that freedom to like
15:40focus on whatever we thought was the
15:42best thing to focus on
15:44however recently it's become Crystal
15:47Clear like three things that are quite
15:50big that we
15:51we're like certain that we're going to
15:53build for you guys and we're actually
15:54like getting started on it right now so
15:57I don't see any harm in Sharing what
16:00those things are
16:02um and I'll share them with you now
16:07so the first one is native payments
16:11so the ability to charge subscriptions
16:13for your group or like one time for
16:16courses
16:17so you could imagine in your group if
16:20you went to classroom you could have a
16:23bunch of courses here
16:24some of them you could buy like you
16:27could buy a course for 100 bucks or 20
16:29bucks or two bucks or you could unlock a
16:32course if you got to a particular level
16:34like level six level seven right
16:38um so the ability to charge for courses
16:41and have all of the payments handled
16:43right here so someone would literally
16:45click like view they would see a landing
16:48page for it right here in the product
16:50and then they'd be able to buy and
16:52without even leaving here or just
16:54instantly unlock for them
16:56um and that have a card on file that you
16:58know then it would be just one click to
17:00buy any of the other ones
17:02and then the ability to charge like a
17:04subscription price at like the group
17:06level for membership so you know it
17:09could be you know a hundred dollars a
17:11month or a thousand dollars a month or a
17:13dollar a month you know you could do
17:15that and you could actually do a mixture
17:17of both you could charge at the group
17:19level and then you could also have
17:21different courses that cost different
17:23amounts of money and all of that handled
17:26natively in the platform
17:28so you know native payments
17:32um
17:33what do you guys think of that
17:35is that one that you want
17:40cool
17:41yeah we're pretty sure you want that one
17:46and then the next one is
17:51native mobile apps
17:53so
17:54you know we've already started like
17:57working on these
17:59um
18:00and you know we're we're doing them like
18:03we're working on them now
18:05um so you know beautiful native mobile
18:08apps for IOS and Android
18:11so that you can have you know push
18:13notifications you can just take a photo
18:16or video or whatever and it instantly
18:18goes in you don't need to use any other
18:20any other
18:22um tools
18:24um and it just is there on your home
18:25screen and you know
18:27very fast and interactive and immersive
18:30like a like a native app usually is
18:33so we're doing that and I know a lot of
18:36you guys want that one
18:39um and then native video
18:41so so far with school you know we've
18:45supported all sorts of other video
18:47platforms like Loom and wistia and
18:51YouTube
18:52um and Vimeo
18:55but
18:56you know the experience isn't ideal with
18:59those other things we're going to
19:01continue to support those like
19:03Integrations because you know it's real
19:06awesome just recording a loom video and
19:08sharing it really fast right
19:10but
19:11it's
19:13you know it's not ideal for your members
19:15because you've got to tell them oh
19:16you've got to like record a video in
19:18this thing and then you've got to upload
19:21it to this thing and share it this way
19:22right
19:24um so we're gonna actually do Native
19:26video
19:28so you'll be able to upload the video
19:29straight into school we'll store it and
19:31we'll do all of that for you
19:33um
19:34and our goal with this is to make it
19:37you know better quality than Western
19:41but as cheap as Vimeo
19:46and so we're going to try to do that
19:49um
19:50what do you guys think of that one
19:56cool
19:59I think this one works really well with
20:01Native mobile apps too because you can
20:03imagine if you've gotten an app you can
20:05record a video and it just goes straight
20:07in right you don't have to use another
20:10tool
20:12um so these these three work really well
20:15together actually
20:16you can see that you know right now
20:18you've got to use another payment
20:20provider like you've got to use
20:22something else outside of school for
20:25payments and for video and kind of for
20:28apps you've got to use the browser or
20:30whatever the next three features that
20:32we're working on really just make the
20:34whole experience like native
20:36so you or your members don't really need
20:39to leave the platform and then you don't
20:41really need to screw around with
20:45um zapier and webhooks and all of that
20:47crap that tends not to work
20:50um everything's just beautiful seamless
20:54and simple
20:56and then of course we are going to
20:58improve the features that we have like
21:01we can't forget about this we want to
21:03keep making sure everything's really
21:04fast
21:06uh we want to make sure there's no bugs
21:09and that you know we improve the
21:11experience of using the things that
21:13we've already got and we've got plenty
21:15ideas of how to do this
21:17um but they're not
21:19that noteworthy to mention compared to
21:22these other things
21:23so
21:25that is all we're really going to share
21:28about our roadmap at the moment
21:30um we'll have more updates as we go
21:33but
21:34yeah now we'll kind of just open up to
21:38to you guys so we've covered you know
21:41the new features everything here
21:43we did the surprise which is the school
21:45merch
21:46and we've shared our roadmap
21:49and I might
21:52just zoom out a little so you can see
21:54everything here so yeah now we'll do
21:56some q a
21:58and this chat's pretty crazy so
22:01I don't know how I'm going to deal with
22:03it
22:05let's see
22:11here let us know what you think of this
22:13like the road map especially
22:17um
22:18is this what you want
22:23cool
22:36so Michael said timelines for roadmap
22:40we don't want to the last thing we want
22:43to do is like say a a date and then not
22:46achieve it so like we'll be able to give
22:49you a timeline when we're like quite
22:51confident we'll be able to like hit it
22:54um but I can tell you we're working on
22:56these things like now
22:59um
23:00but they are quite big things right so
23:03like there's a lot to all of these I
23:05mean you know video hosting platforms
23:08are like entire products and a mobile
23:10app in a payment system is like an
23:12entire product so like all three of
23:15these are pretty intense
23:17um
23:18yeah but we'll we'll update you as we go
23:25I'm just trying to look at some of these
23:27questions
23:29oh someone said is this roadmap for this
23:31year or the next three years this year
23:43yeah I can see someone says
23:46Victor says will there be an option to
23:48translate things on school to my
23:50language
23:52I can honestly say we're not going to
23:54get to
23:55internationalization this year like this
24:00is pretty this is intense and we plan to
24:02do more than this by the way but I don't
24:04want to mention the other things
24:06um yet because we want to do these first
24:08and then I'll share the next three
24:10um
24:11but
24:12languages I don't think we're going to
24:14do multiple languages this year it's
24:17just it makes things too complicated and
24:19these these pieces are really missing we
24:21think this is a higher priority
24:26questions
24:39um if you see any recurring questions
24:41here or any questions you think are good
24:43or just let me know
24:45oh you can't see
25:00so Blake says when will landing pages be
25:02integrated if you're talking about like
25:04landing pages like as part of the
25:07payment system like this
25:10then I mean that'll be part of payments
25:49where do we even begin with this I know
25:52there's a lot of a lot of good questions
25:57maybe we should just start from like up
25:59a bit and then work down one by one yeah
26:02okay sounds good
26:04um
26:05right there was so many chats flying
26:08through that I'm just scrolling back a
26:09bit and I'm just going to start with
26:10like one of the earlier ones and work
26:12work down
26:14because trying to keep up with it in
26:15real time is not going to work
26:31Okay so
26:34I think we can start from about yeah
26:44So Justin's is a fee for video hosting
26:47we want to try to include a decent
26:50amount of video hosting in the base
26:52price
26:54and then there'll be a like per
26:57there will be like a usage charge above
27:00that because you know it's just
27:01impossible to really offer all you can
27:04eat video
27:06um when video can be pretty expensive
27:08but one of the things we're trying to do
27:10with this is make it cheap like it has
27:14to be fast and it also has to be very
27:19cheap
27:20um
27:21and so yeah if if you it won't we're not
27:24going to increase the charge of like 99
27:27a month it'll just be per like 1000
27:31minutes watched or something it'll be a
27:32particular price that'll add on
27:35um
27:36yeah but it should still be cheaper than
27:38using the other providers
27:40definitely way cheaper than whiskey
27:43that thing is extremely expensive
27:46will the payments work in Europe
27:49I don't know because we haven't done it
27:52yet
27:54um these questions these are like more
27:56detailed things that we'll get into when
27:58you know we start building it right now
28:01I'm just sharing what what we're working
28:03on next
28:04um
28:06but I think it probably would Europe
28:08seems like a pretty big
28:11part of the world
28:13um
28:17what about the 30 on Apple App Store
28:21yeah I mean we've got to work around all
28:24of these things
28:25so that's something we've got to look
28:27into
28:35all right
28:39so thanks for that feedback Andrew
28:42faribi
28:51yeah the people asking about
28:53payments time or timelines all I can say
28:56is we're working on this now like
28:59it's not like oh we're gonna get started
29:01on this later it's like we're looking
29:02into this now
29:04um and we'll it's definitely happening
29:07this year
29:08and we will give you timelines when we
29:12know we can actually achieve them
29:15otherwise I'll just be making up in the
29:17time
29:23and yeah some people asking about
29:26will payments work all around the world
29:28that's the goal
29:30Kevin mullaney says chat features what
29:33kind of chat features
29:35let me know because there's quite vague
29:37question
29:40Jonathan Wallace is any chance the
29:42native video would have Auto
29:43transcription
29:46uh sure but would have to I mean it
29:49wouldn't be part of V1
29:51I can imagine how that would be useful
29:53in like a future update but it's outside
29:56scope for V1 of video
29:59Headroom likes the road map
30:12so someone's asking well what will be
30:14the fees for the payment
30:17um you won't your pricing plan won't go
30:20up at all like it all of this is going
30:22to be still included in the base price
30:24of 99 a month
30:26um we're not planning to charge any more
30:28for it
30:39and I can see a bunch of people are
30:41asking will there be a fee so no you
30:45won't end up paying more than what
30:47you're currently paying to the stripe
30:49it will be
30:51it will be at Max the same
31:07I pay for another platform I
31:12see so Shia Allen wants to have photos
31:15in the classroom I know a bunch of
31:17people want this we've got it written
31:19down somewhere all right cool yeah it's
31:22not on the roadmap right now Shia Ellen
31:24but I know people have been asking for
31:25it
31:29translate features we know a ton of
31:32people want School in multiple languages
31:36but we'll get to it 100 we'll get to it
31:38just not this year
31:52all right Griffin
31:55hear your feedback
32:01so Roman is saying well School raised
32:04the price after these Integrations no
32:08definitely not
32:10there will still be 99 a month
32:24so Joshua centers is saying using an
32:27outside source to upsell into different
32:29classrooms how do we point them to an
32:31outside link
32:33you can still do that you'll just have
32:35to like include a link in the course
32:37description or something to do it
32:39externally
32:41yeah so we're not going to force you to
32:42use like our payment system like right
32:46now School works
32:48perfectly with web hooks zapier
32:50integration and how everyone's using it
32:53right now is they're using external
32:55payment systems like stripe checkout Sam
32:58cart
33:00um Thrive cart
33:02and
33:04yeah you'll still be able to do that or
33:07you can just use the native system
33:12what about school hangout event with
33:14tickets including School Community
33:16leaders
33:21you're talking about a cash you're
33:23talking about like some kind of
33:24conference
33:25School client yeah
33:30thanks Ted
33:36all right
33:40Nicholas wants the ability to email
33:42students a post more than every 72 hours
33:46yeah I mean
33:48why
33:50you know we don't want to give people
33:52the ability to like spam their members
33:55um
33:56because it's not really that cool
34:00um but you know with this export feature
34:02you can like just grab all your members
34:05export them and then or whatever segment
34:08you want to email right like you can
34:10grab everyone that's at a particular
34:12level
34:14and you can email them through your CRM
34:17system or your email broadcast system
34:22Nina says will it be possible to
34:24download the videos in the app
34:27that seems like something would add to
34:29it later I don't think it would be in V1
34:31but it's I could definitely see that
34:34being
34:35something that would come after that
34:40Joshua says what about going live in
34:42school
34:43so that isn't going to happen this year
34:47because right now Zoom works really well
34:50you know you can use the calendar
34:52feature like and then you can just have
34:55a zoom link and the beautiful thing
34:58about Zoom is like everyone has it
35:00installed and it works really well
35:04um it can do recordings and screen share
35:06it can do like all sorts of crazy stuff
35:08so we're just trying to work well with
35:11zoom
35:12um I can imagine doing something like
35:14that long term but it's definitely not
35:17happening this year
35:20Lyndon says classroom text to have same
35:24features as school post bullet points
35:28yes we've heard this a few times Lyndon
35:46Josh 40 wants the amount of characters
35:48for video titles to be longer
35:53you mean like classroom modules
36:00I'm uh what are your thoughts on how
36:02people can use the different level
36:03filters in the members tab like I don't
36:06really see a filtering by only level or
36:09access level or last active
36:13yes so there's a good question from Omar
36:17um
36:19like why would you want to use these
36:21filters I mean really these are for
36:24admins right like
36:26you might want to find the least active
36:31people so you could search by last
36:33active and then go to the last page
36:35right
36:37and then you could grab that whole page
36:39if you just select the top one hold
36:41shift
36:43right you can select that you might want
36:45to just like remove
36:47the people that aren't engaged or
36:50haven't checked your group in a long
36:52time right you might want to just clean
36:53up
36:55um
36:56who's in the group or if you roll out a
36:59new course you want to select everyone
37:01that's at a particular level or
37:03something or you know email
37:05communication is another one let's say
37:07you want to send some Communications to
37:10people that are at level six or in a
37:12course or whatever
37:14you can
37:15get the filter export and then import it
37:18and send an email
37:21um
37:22yeah
37:23it's mostly for admins this not really
37:26users for a user this is useful to like
37:30see who's online so like you know you
37:32can click this and it will filter by
37:33everyone that's online
37:35or from the leaderboards to see like hey
37:38who is it level seven or who did get to
37:42level six right
37:45um
37:46or you know out of everyone like who has
37:50the most points
37:55that isn't an admin
37:57Tia Andrew
37:59Ollie Roman nice yeah so you can see
38:03like who are the most engaged people in
38:04here
38:06um
38:11webhook to lock out members this is
38:14helpful to kick out
38:17yeah I mean we looked at the stuff and
38:20it's just real hard to do which is why
38:23we just want to do like native payments
38:25it just makes it perfect like the retry
38:28Logic the receipts the analytics we give
38:31you I mean we can tell you your churn
38:33your LTV and
38:36you know we can if someone's card fails
38:39you can send them an email they can
38:40update it we can unlock them like we can
38:42make all of that stuff just perfect like
38:45we'll never break and it's always
38:47seamless and
38:49um
38:50trying to hook it all together with like
38:52zaps and web hooks I mean you can do it
38:54if you want but it's always going to be
38:57sketchy
39:07Khan is saying how will payments handle
39:09that
39:10and invoicing no idea yet we we have to
39:14look into it
39:16share Allen says is there an affiliate
39:18link we can offer
39:20um
39:21you mean like to promote School
39:24I mean yeah you can go you just click on
39:26your user profile and you click on
39:28settings referrals and you can share
39:31your link
39:32and you can refer people to school
39:36and earn
39:3840 percent of monthly recurring revenue
39:41for life
39:43um
39:44and we've even got a group on this it's
39:45called
39:46school.com affiliates
39:50and and hear people talk about promoting
39:53school and we even made a few courses a
39:56little mini course in here about how you
39:58can promote School
40:00um
40:02yeah but to promote it
40:07yeah if you're interested in promoting
40:08school just go to school.com affiliates
40:12um
40:13and we offer 40 of
40:16of monthly recurring revenue for life
40:20we've also got a cool feature called
40:23Auto affiliate so if anyone in your
40:25group creates a group so let's say I'm
40:27in school Affiliates and I go create a
40:30group
40:32you can see we automatically attribute
40:34it to the owner of the group so if any
40:37of your members decide to create a group
40:39you get 40 of their monthly recurring
40:42revenue for life so you only need three
40:45three people in your group to make a
40:47group and then you're making a profit on
40:50school
40:51is free and we send you money
40:54um and there's a lot of people that are
40:56doing that
40:58um and so school.com Affiliates
41:00otherwise click on your user profile
41:02settings referrals copy paste your link
41:06and that's how you do that
41:15what else we got
41:31Scott Miller is saying what's your guys
41:34biggest challenge with the platform and
41:35how could we the users help
41:50any ideas
41:53well
41:55not so sure like about biggest challenge
41:58you know everything we're doing is
41:59always like a priority call with our
42:01resources and the team and we want to do
42:03the highest impacts that help you guys
42:05but I think you know for the question
42:06how can the users help use School
42:08Community like stay in touch with us
42:10start conversations you know
42:13um let us know your use cases and your
42:15problems so that we can really dive into
42:16those and and just help us understand
42:18what you're trying to do that's the best
42:20way I mean the school Community you guys
42:22have been great it's been awesome just
42:24keep doing that
42:25um we'd love to hear from you guys so
42:26that's really the biggest way I think
42:28you guys can help
42:30yeah
42:31like use School Community you can see
42:35the categories we've got in here is this
42:37user feedback
42:39feature requests
42:40and Bug reports
42:43you know by sharing your feedback
42:44reporting a bug or like telling us what
42:47features you want
42:49that helps us a lot you know from you
42:51guys sharing everything you want
42:54that's how we were able to get it was so
42:56clear to us like
42:58around the end of last year the start of
43:01this year it was just so clear to us
43:03that these were the three things
43:04everyone needed
43:06um because you guys were you know
43:08contributing in there
43:10um
43:12and I guess sharing more ways that
43:14you're using it like we yeah we're gonna
43:17we're going to introduce a new category
43:20I'll probably do it like maybe later
43:22today actually
43:24but we're going to add another category
43:26and it's going to be called how I'm
43:28using it
43:30so
43:35how I'm using it
43:38and we want you guys to share like how
43:41you're using school and post it in there
43:44maybe you could you know write a little
43:47text description and include a loom
43:49video and share how you're using it
43:52um we want to know what are all the
43:53different ways that people are using
43:56school
43:58um
43:59and yeah that would be really helpful to
44:02us too and then we can start to
44:04highlight some of these use cases on
44:07maybe on our website or things like that
44:10um
44:12and then yeah if you if the way you're
44:14using school is like something that a
44:16lot of people are interested in then we
44:19can probably
44:20highlight that in the community and it
44:22could even turn into like a Class A
44:25Course in our school community
44:28so a perfect example of this is you know
44:31Andrew Kirby who uh made this course
44:34called free group funnel
44:36he was using School in an interesting
44:39way and he had a thread in school
44:41Community about it it started off with
44:43just a post and a loom video
44:46and a lot of people were interested in
44:48how he was doing it so we got him to
44:50make a little course here
44:51and yeah the same thing could happen
44:54with all the ways you guys are using
44:55school
44:57um
44:58so later today I'll add this new
45:00category in
45:01um and yeah take some time to share how
45:04you're using it that would be super
45:06helpful for us
45:10Ray wants to increase the frequencies of
45:13DM messages to members
45:16why do you want to do that Ray
45:19how many people are you trying to DM per
45:22day
45:24we need some context
45:29Maori landshaw says what about buying
45:32on-demand coaching sessions with
45:34participants
45:36so you could honestly do this with the
45:38course right you could just sell a
45:41course in classroom that's called like
45:45one hour session or something
45:47and you could just charge for that
45:50um
45:52and then you know inside the course
45:53there could be a link to calendly
45:56um and they could book a call
45:58yeah
46:00I mean this is called classroom and
46:02there's going to be like
46:04um
46:07you know courses in here but you could
46:09also do other things in here like
46:12I mean we put visit School HQ in here
46:15get to this level and you get to come to
46:17our office it's not really content but
46:19you can unlock more than just you know
46:22content in here we are planning to put
46:25some of the school merch on the
46:26leaderboards too sorry not on the
46:28leaderboards in here so like at a
46:31certain level you might unlock a t-shirt
46:33in an at another level you might unlock
46:35a sweatshirt
46:37we just don't have enough inventory to
46:39add it yet
46:41um but as soon as our next shipment
46:42arrives we'll
46:44we'll add it here so you can do all
46:47kinds of cool things with leaderboards
46:49unlocking
46:50and courses especially when we roll out
46:54the payment system
47:10is are we expecting group chats anytime
47:13soon we're looking into this it's not on
47:16our roadmap
47:18um but we're looking into it like
47:21talking to people about it seeing what
47:23they're trying to do why they need it
47:26um
47:27so that's about all I can say about it
47:29at the moment
47:34Dania or Danny gels is could it be
47:37possible to make audio recordings for
47:39just listening
47:41we're like in the classroom whereabouts
47:46Tristram says what did Sid get for
47:48Valentine's Day
47:52who did I get
47:53[Music]
47:57I don't know about you but I think I'm
47:59supposed to give to her
48:02what did you give our customers
48:07what did I give
48:08are you treating them extra special
48:11I don't think I could treat them anymore
48:13especially special videos
48:20all right
48:22um
48:32Linden I can see your feedback action
48:35items
48:43Alex Sandro Gonzalez it's an interesting
48:47suggestion
48:49we haven't seen in like a bunch of these
48:52situations emerged so it's not like a
48:54high priority at the moment but
48:56I mean we know what we can do here
49:13thanks for that suggestion Victor
49:23Ted your suggestion can you let us
49:25disable leaderboards I'd want to know
49:28why I'd want more context why they want
49:30to do this
49:37that's an interesting equation
49:42um
49:46already handled that
49:49is it possible to add or remove
49:51gamification and agencies
49:56so pedram says is it possible to add or
49:59remove gamification and add access to
50:01the community aspect as an upsell
50:04no at the moment gamification's always
50:06on
50:07and the community is always on because
50:10you know really at its core school is a
50:12community platform
50:14um it's that thing first
50:16and then it's some other things
50:18but yeah
50:28yes Ted says when school handles
50:30payments if a card fails can we Auto
50:32suspend a user yes this is the thing
50:35that we can do
50:36these are the well this is one of the
50:38things that we can do when we handle
50:40payments natively on the platform if
50:43someone you know their card declines we
50:45can follow up with them over email at
50:48the right time
50:49give them a one-click link to like
50:51update their card
50:54automatically lock them out at a certain
50:56point
50:57and then automatically let them back in
51:00and calculate churn in lifetime value
51:03and all of those things for you in one
51:05simple interface
51:08um and retention rates and even show you
51:10how well you're performing compared to
51:12the average
51:14all sorts of things that you know are
51:15like basically impossible to do right
51:17now with stripe
51:19um in zapier
51:23yeah basically we want people to be able
51:25to make their own little like SAS
51:27companies with just School groups so
51:29like you can make a subscription group
51:31create content in there unlock things
51:33for people create like
51:36things that unlock at levels which is
51:39like a way that people can
51:41grind
51:42or pay like you you know you can buy
51:45things like with money or you can kind
51:48of unlock things with effort and
51:50contribution
51:52um
51:53and it's all handled natively
51:55yeah
51:58shoe Tendencies is there a way to add
52:00members to a course but limit them to a
52:03specific module
52:05not the full course
52:08um no there is not
52:11I don't know why you'd want to do that
52:13but maybe if you tell us in the school
52:15Community or maybe in chat
52:17foreign
52:24ER says is it possible to change the
52:27number of points associated with levels
52:29no not at the moment
52:31um
52:33we again would want to know why
52:36because you know a lot of people want to
52:37do a lot of stuff
52:39and if we did everything school would
52:41suck
52:42so our job is to try to figure out why
52:45do people want to do all of this crazy
52:47stuff
52:47and what is the right thing to do
52:50um
52:51and how do we do it all in a way that
52:53keeps School very simple and intuitive
52:55so that you don't need instructions and
52:57it it's a joy to use
53:01Nicholas Gunther says what is your
53:03long-term goal with school
53:06I want to build something that a billion
53:08people use
53:11that's pretty much it I think our
53:14company mission statement is to help one
53:17billion people find community
53:22and we want to achieve that by
53:25empowering one million creators to
53:29earn a full-time income by building a
53:32community around their passion or their
53:34interest so you know if you're if you're
53:37really into playing the guitar
53:39you should be able to make a school
53:41group about Qatar
53:45get people in there and then figure out
53:48what people want try to make it useful
53:50for everyone
53:51and then if it's super useful you can
53:54then charge a monthly fee and you can
53:57get people to pay for membership kind of
53:59like a little online Country Club
54:03on diff based on your like specific
54:05passion right and you should be able to
54:08earn enough money from that so that you
54:11can pursue your passion full time
54:13that's really what we want to do help a
54:15million creators follow their passion
54:18full time by having a monetized
54:20community
54:22and you know on the other side of that
54:26helping a billion people find their
54:28community
54:50Algiers says will manual access be
54:53possible for sets and modules
54:55it's not it's it's not possible at the
54:58moment it's not on our roadmap to make
55:00it possible I would want to know why
55:02like why would you want to give someone
55:04just access to one module but not the
55:07other ones
55:08you should let us know in community or
55:10chair tell Sid something like that
55:15calendar event email reminder on the
55:18same day
55:20[Music]
55:20um
55:21could be too late for a lot of people
55:25on the day of
55:28because there's generally a lag between
55:30when people get email and read it we
55:32think day before is the best at the
55:35moment instead of day off
55:39hmm
55:42Ted has a question he doesn't want to
55:44spam people
55:47but whenever he bulk invites via a CSV
55:50School reinvites the same people who
55:52have already been invited
55:55I don't think we do this
55:58yeah Ted you asked me this the other day
56:00and I'm looking into it for you so I'll
56:02get right back to you
56:04We Should Skip them yeah
56:06um
56:12so Ruth has a question Ruth Robinson if
56:15you email help school.com then our team
56:19will be able to help you out
56:21help at school.com
56:29there's a lot of messages I need to
56:31speed up a bit
56:32can
56:47so AMA says can Edmund see the member
56:50request email
56:53I think I know what you mean see if
56:55someone requests access to your group it
56:58just shows at the top here like
57:0012 membership requests pending we don't
57:03send an email to you because it would
57:05get kind of crazy but you would get so
57:08many emails you kind of have to remember
57:10to check your group and you know approve
57:13these people
57:15um
57:16and then his other question was
57:19an admin cannot reset a user's password
57:22because an admin doesn't control a
57:25user's account
57:26you control their membership in your
57:28group but not their account they control
57:31their account
57:32and you can have as many admins as you
57:35want
57:45okay Josh I get you
57:48a few more characters
57:50we'll see what we can do
57:53Joshua sentence
58:04yeah I see what you mean Josh about
58:08showing it in like showing zoom in there
58:11but the thing is
58:13people can't participate they have to
58:16like still click that and open Zoom
58:20so it's just like Zoom showing the video
58:22in your group but like you can't
58:25actually use it
58:27um
58:29like they can't chat with you they can't
58:32talk they can raise their hand or do
58:35anything like that so it just seems to
58:37me like not a very good solution
58:40especially when we show this at the top
58:43like
58:44you know it even wobbles this shows you
58:47that something is happening now yeah
58:50it's not a video thing up here but I
58:52mean it shows you something's happening
58:54now and then you click it and then
58:55there's just one click and then Zoom
58:57launches
58:58we've honestly found this to be really
59:01good
59:03like
59:06it it works pretty damn good honestly
59:18Daniel says is it possible to add audio
59:20files yeah you can add MP3s in school we
59:24support that
59:26um
59:29share
59:30[Music]
59:48yeah that's a good suggestion Josh
59:52Tristram says who's making the most on
59:55affiliate commissions
59:57um
1:00:00there's a guy who wrote a really good
1:00:03review
1:00:05I don't know if we should share who he
1:00:07is or or what yet but we know who it is
1:00:10and he just wrote a really good review
1:00:11of school
1:00:13um and it's he came up fast and he's
1:00:15crushing it
1:00:17um
1:00:19you might be able to find it on Google
1:00:21there's probably would it the best
1:00:23written review that you'll find on
1:00:25school is the person that's making the
1:00:26most money in commissions
1:00:29um
1:00:31and yes someone says exequiel says can I
1:00:35promote school if I do not have a paid
1:00:37School group yes anyone can promote
1:00:39school all you need to do is have a
1:00:42school account and then you click on
1:00:44this
1:00:45settings referrals
1:00:48Shield link
1:00:49and
1:00:51you'll get 40 percent
1:01:11Neil Hansen says host a podcast in your
1:01:13group
1:01:14I mean you could honestly just do a zoom
1:01:16call like this and record it
1:01:19and then you could call that a podcast
1:01:22um
1:01:44Justin Garcia any feature that people
1:01:47may see on other platforms that goes
1:01:49against your mission I.E you'll never
1:01:51have
1:02:01I don't know I mean that's kind of a
1:02:03weird question
1:02:05I mean we don't want to run ads ever
1:02:07like in our groups like we care a lot
1:02:10about privacy and
1:02:12and
1:02:13we don't have any advertising so I mean
1:02:16that's one thing but you'd have to tell
1:02:20me some of the features for me to give
1:02:21you an answer
1:02:24foreign
1:02:29interesting idea Ted yeah
1:02:33the problem is Ted we don't have their
1:02:37their so Ted said zapier from school to
1:02:40Shopify if a user hits level six ship
1:02:43them assured we're thinking about this
1:02:45for ourselves right because we're going
1:02:47to have like a t-shirt and a and a
1:02:50sweatshirt on here soon
1:02:53um
1:02:54the thing is is we don't have their
1:02:55address so where do you and we don't
1:02:57know what size so like where do we send
1:03:01it to and what size do they want right
1:03:04um it's not as simple as just having
1:03:05zapier
1:03:06so it works well to have like the school
1:03:10merch like store right
1:03:13and then what we can do is have a coupon
1:03:17code
1:03:18so you know they could check out and
1:03:23then
1:03:24have a coupon code that gives it to them
1:03:26for free right and then we would just
1:03:29share that coupon code
1:03:31inside the course that they unlock so
1:03:35they get to a they unlock the free
1:03:37t-shirt they open this and there's a
1:03:40link to the merch store and it gives
1:03:42them the Code
1:03:44um that's a that's how we're planning to
1:03:47do it
1:03:56Sam says in renaming the rules section
1:03:58to be Mission goal Etc anytime soon we
1:04:02hadn't planned on it
1:04:04um
1:04:07romance is what is school's mission
1:04:09statement already answered there
1:04:12oh my God there's a lot of messages
1:04:19it's three o'clock you guys are crazy
1:04:23I thought I was going faster and I
1:04:25obviously just went slower
1:04:27um
1:04:30all right I'm gonna try to skip ahead a
1:04:32bit now
1:04:37looks like a lot of people want audio
1:04:38Yeah yeah
1:04:40yeah we'll give it to you
1:04:43write it down said
1:04:48can I give something other than a course
1:04:50as a higher level unlock easy one-on-one
1:04:52sessions yes great question
1:04:54so Marcel says can I give something
1:04:56other than a course as a level unlock
1:04:59eg101 sessions or merge yes you just use
1:05:03a course to do it
1:05:05um so you know here I said visit School
1:05:07HQ or join this like
1:05:10in a circle
1:05:13um
1:05:14which these two things aren't like
1:05:16course content right
1:05:18um and then I said we're going to
1:05:20also have like merge so for Merch you
1:05:24could just have a link to the merch
1:05:25store with a coupon code right that
1:05:28unlocks
1:05:29for
1:05:31like visit School HQ I could just have
1:05:33like send me a DM or email this email
1:05:36address
1:05:37for
1:05:39you know unlocking a private in a circle
1:05:42like little small chat group you could
1:05:44link to a slack chat or a or um
1:05:48something like that
1:05:50and then for one-on-ones you could
1:05:53unlock the course and then have a
1:05:55calendly link
1:05:58um yeah
1:06:11I see what Daniel says so disable
1:06:14leaderboards people then just post a
1:06:16relevant stuff just to get points
1:06:19yeah but you can police that you know
1:06:21like if you find someone that's using it
1:06:25in in a silly way what I've found is if
1:06:28you just DM them and you say hey cut
1:06:30that out or I'll kick you out of this
1:06:32group they stop real fast
1:06:36um
1:06:37and then you know you keep the good but
1:06:40you've stopped the bad but just
1:06:42you know throwing away all of
1:06:44leaderboards just because a couple of
1:06:46people are like stupid that seems like
1:06:49you're getting rid of like the good with
1:06:51the bad
1:06:52um yeah
1:06:55Khan says don't make it too complicated
1:06:57please
1:06:58we are trying
1:07:04so queef says how do you guys cook so
1:07:06much ass in a short time
1:07:09how do we do that well I mean I just got
1:07:12a shout out to our internal team you
1:07:14know Sid talking to all you guys I'm
1:07:17getting the feedback Sam does a ton of
1:07:19Designing I mean he freaks out over
1:07:21design on the weekends he's sending me
1:07:23stuff or engineering team kicks a lot of
1:07:26ass so you know I really just have to
1:07:28shout out to our own team
1:07:30yeah we do have a badass team yeah
1:07:38school is way more than just us three
1:07:40there's a company how many people are in
1:07:43the team now
1:07:4515 people yeah
1:07:48um so there's 15 of us now and with our
1:07:51current hiring plan we'll be at about 30
1:07:55about 30 or 33 by the end of this year
1:07:59um and we're super careful with who we
1:08:02hire too like we're not just trying to
1:08:04hire fast
1:08:06um yeah
1:08:14Griffin says guys if you want Community
1:08:16I do not want to keep my fans in
1:08:17multiple groups for different courses
1:08:19but I think critically about why I feel
1:08:22this way
1:08:32all right good work Griffin this sounds
1:08:35like you could make a good post on it
1:08:37for school community
1:08:39yeah we want to hear things like this
1:08:41what Griffin just said
1:08:43um so someone asked earlier like how do
1:08:45I
1:08:47how do I contribute to school
1:08:51thinking about things like this
1:08:53so you know Griffin he just posted this
1:08:58or in the in the chat
1:09:01really thinking about what you want and
1:09:03thinking about it critically and
1:09:05spending a long time because you know if
1:09:07it's going to come to me and I've got to
1:09:09make a decision on it I'm going to sit
1:09:12with it and think about it from every
1:09:14side and every angle for a long period
1:09:16of time
1:09:17and so the more you develop those ideas
1:09:20before they get shared with me
1:09:22that's very very helpful for me because
1:09:25it's already developed
1:09:28um
1:09:28and I know why you want something
1:09:30instead of it just being like an impulse
1:09:33yeah that can be very helpful
1:09:38we have school merch
1:09:41if you didn't know
1:09:44um
1:09:47right
1:09:59there's a lot of feature requests in
1:10:02here these would be like really good if
1:10:04you guys like
1:10:06shared them in school Community too
1:10:09I think the most important thing when
1:10:10you're sharing why you want like is
1:10:12sharing why you want something so a lot
1:10:15of people they ask for something I want
1:10:16this my next question is always going to
1:10:19be why
1:10:21um so if you can think about what you
1:10:23want and then why you want it
1:10:27then that would be very helpful for us
1:10:30[Music]
1:10:33some of these are too big that I'm just
1:10:35going to have to skip over them
1:10:50I don't know how necessary that is to
1:10:52keep like have a way for people to
1:10:54indicate Commitment if they're coming to
1:10:56an event
1:10:57like I prom I sent out an email about
1:11:00this um Valentine's Day call like last
1:11:03week
1:11:04got people to register for it on um Zoom
1:11:08like this
1:11:11and I knew roughly how many people were
1:11:14coming based on how many people
1:11:15registered
1:11:17but to be honest that that information
1:11:20isn't that valuable to me at all like
1:11:24having that inside of school like a way
1:11:27to RSVP to a calendar event and it's
1:11:30just a lot of clutter I can tell you
1:11:32what I did with my Mastermind when we
1:11:34were doing actual in-person events
1:11:37um I would do RSVPs and I can probably
1:11:42show you it it's closed now but
1:11:45um
1:11:50this is what I did like for if for
1:11:52in-person events I said
1:11:54are you attending this event and people
1:11:57said like attending attending not
1:11:59attending and then Sid would come
1:12:02through here and like them and then
1:12:05tally them up in the Excel
1:12:08um and he would tell me this many people
1:12:09are attending and honestly this worked
1:12:12better than
1:12:14than anything else because it was like
1:12:16public people or not public but everyone
1:12:18else in the group could see who was
1:12:20coming
1:12:22um so you know an RSVP post for very
1:12:25special like events you don't I don't
1:12:28think you need a way to
1:12:31ol like RSVP in the calendar
1:13:00yeah that's a good comment Griffin about
1:13:02Community we agree with you by the way
1:13:05that's why school is about the community
1:13:08um that's the center of it all I think
1:13:10that's the future of this industry
1:13:25thank you Amanda cook
1:13:28glad you like school
1:13:35interesting idea Kevin
1:13:37[Music]
1:13:42foreign
1:14:09yeah that's a pretty good review
1:14:11um Ted
1:14:12if you guys haven't seen this oh no
1:14:14that's not it what did it change
1:14:18yeah so there's another one it's not the
1:14:20one oh
1:14:22this is new we haven't seen this yet
1:14:42I don't know Victor about what are the
1:14:45best free school groups
1:14:47um
1:14:48maybe post like
1:14:51if you search in the community I'm sure
1:14:53you can find is there a good thread on
1:14:55that there's a good thread on there
1:14:56what's what's the subject it's literally
1:14:59quite a subject I mean
1:15:04free school groups yeah
1:15:08yeah that's fine everything in it yeah
1:15:12check out like this this thread if you
1:15:15just go to school Community search for
1:15:17free school
1:15:20um
1:15:22people are sharing links
1:15:28also this guy Kevin Lee built this
1:15:31directory School dot directory it's
1:15:34pretty cool it lists a bunch of
1:15:35different groups
1:15:37um
1:15:38and you can search for them and
1:15:41see what they're about and then visit
1:15:43them
1:15:44it's an interesting tool
1:15:48yeah so yeah check this thread out
1:15:52screenshot that check it out
1:15:59I'll leave it up
1:16:01um
1:16:16cool thanks Justin Garcia hi and Ted
1:16:21cars dropped a few links to good free
1:16:23groups too
1:16:27so Danny Melinda says are you looking to
1:16:30make the teaching features at the end of
1:16:32modules more involved so the user is
1:16:34getting more involved and as the owner
1:16:38we can see progress goal to see them
1:16:39complete the course and learn
1:16:44I mean we could do stuff like that
1:16:50we honestly think the more interesting
1:16:52side is like interaction with other
1:16:54people
1:16:55so like you know with an older School
1:16:58course you would just go in there and
1:17:00sit down and watch videos and complete
1:17:03them
1:17:04but we think it's more about like
1:17:08interacting with other people
1:17:10and doing stuff
1:17:13um we think that's more fun and more
1:17:16educational too
1:17:19courses serve a purpose but I don't
1:17:21think it's the main thing
1:17:27thanks Serena
1:17:40oh I'm right at the end
1:17:42damn oh well oh
1:17:54I am thanks Ted
1:18:02Tristram says can course modules be
1:18:05dripped
1:18:06yes they can can't they yeah yeah
1:18:11Jonathan Wallace is quizzes and tests
1:18:13are very helpful to integrate knowledge
1:18:19I've got to be honest I don't really
1:18:20like quizzes and tests
1:18:23I'm not a big fan of them
1:18:26um
1:18:28you someone would just have to give me a
1:18:30really good use case and explain why I
1:18:34mean personally when I come across a
1:18:35quiz or a test
1:18:37I'm like oh it's just trying to like
1:18:40pick me on on a memory of One Piece like
1:18:44it's not a good indication of my actual
1:18:47like comprehension of the
1:18:50the material or like the Mastery of the
1:18:53thing it just wants me to memorize
1:18:55something
