Intro
0:00at 23 years old I was a bit of a loser I
0:02lived for the weekend I was living at
0:03home my mom and dad which isn't a bad
0:05thing but I wasn't overly ambitious I
0:07went to Asia for six months and got
0:08pissed every single day and I was
0:10hanging out the back of anything I could
0:11get my hands on by 33 somehow not going
0:14to list my accolades managed to unscrew
0:16up my life and be one of the most
0:18successful people to ever do the
0:19profession I've done and in this video
0:21I'm going to share with you some lessons
0:22of wisdom that I've accumulated over the
0:24last 10 years let's get into it when it
0:27comes to dating apps unless you're in
Dating Apps Reality
0:29the top 10% or even the top 5% of men
0:31you're screwed you won't even get a look
0:33in 90% of women are all fighting over
0:35the top 5% this isn't a pop of women but
0:38they can be quite shallow with some of
0:39the things that they want when it comes
0:40to men such as setting a prerequisite
0:43for 6 foot which quite literally means
0:45the majority of men will never even get
0:47a match introducing the delusion
0:49calculator so if you live in America
0:51there's something called the female
Delusion Calculator
0:52delusion calculator so let's say most
0:55women might want someone between 28 33
0:59let's let's say exclude married of
1:01course race any race minimum height 6
1:04foot that is a big prerequisite for a
1:06lot of women out there considering the
1:08average height of a man is 5'8 it's
1:09pretty crazy exclude obese I don't think
Height & Income Filters
1:12there are many women out there that are
1:13looking for a man who's obese and when
1:16it comes to minimum income you only need
1:18to spend a couple of hours on Tik Tok to
1:19realize most women in the world expect
1:21their man to be earning six figures so
1:23if you're looking for someone in that
1:24age range That's not married or at least
1:266' tall you're looking at a percentage
1:28of 0.32% I say a lot of women maybe even
1:31over half are all searching for a very
1:34very small amount of men so if you're on
1:36a dating app you're just not going to be
Why Delete Dating Apps
1:38able to capture them this way for the
1:40majority of you watching this if you're
1:41single and you think you're going to
1:42find a good quality woman on dating apps
1:44you are well you're wrong my first bit
1:46of advice would be to delete data apps
1:47not to use them and instead put yourself
Meeting People IRL
1:50into positions where you have to talk to
1:51people in public when I first got to
1:52Australia I deleted dat apps on my phone
1:54and instead I would sometimes put a
1:56number on a bit of paper and carry it
1:58around on me in my backpack or even
1:59better yet if I was in a cafe I would
2:01ask them for a bit of pen and paper I'd
2:02write down my number I'd approach
2:04someone and just say hey I never usually
2:06do this I don't know if you got a
2:07boyfriend or not feel free to never
2:08message me but I couldn't leave this
2:10place without giving you my number if
2:11you are doing something at the moment
2:13and it is not working it's time to
2:14change it up and try something else if
2:16you can just commit to 3 months and not
2:18using dating apps and trying to
2:19organically meet people in person you're
2:21going to have a much better experience
2:23of finding someone that's right for you
2:25we all go through life with different
Values Audit
2:26things being important to us these are
2:28called values sometimes our values won't
2:31align with other people's other people
2:32just quite simply find things important
2:34that we don't and vice versa some of you
2:36will made it really far through life
2:38without really examining what those
2:39things are that are important to you and
2:41when you determine what these values are
2:43you must act accordingly and if someone
2:44has do an audit on your life of what you
2:46actually find important and then what
2:48you do on a day-to-day basis we could
2:50probably find some discrepancies between
2:52your actions and your values if those
2:53don't align chances are that you might
2:56have inherited someone else's values if
2:58you don't think about what you want from
2:59life you just kind of take them on from
3:01other people maybe even your parents and
3:03your parents might be great people but
3:05they lived and grew up in a very
3:06different generation to the one you're
3:07in for many of you watching this your
3:09values actually surround maybe Adventure
3:11traveling freedom but your parents
3:14values might be around security and
3:16having a stable upbringing so for many
3:18of you you might want to travel the
3:19world but at the same time you're saving
3:21money for a mortgage with a woman you're
3:22not really in love with that doesn't
3:23support your Ambitions and values of
3:25traveling and for some reason you're
3:26going to buy a house in a place that you
3:28don't want to live with a person you
3:29don't love to a commute to a job that
3:31you don't really enjoy and the reason
3:32you might be experiencing despair is
3:34because your actions are actually trying
3:36to fulfill someone else's values not
3:38your own and for any of you woring that
Bill Burr Quote
3:40you might be too old here's my favorite
3:41quote that I've ever heard from the
3:43comedian Bill bur realize that sleeping
3:45on a futon when you're 30 is not the
3:47worst thing you know what's worse
3:49sleeping in a king bed next to a wife
3:52you're not really in love with but for
3:53some reason you got married and you got
3:55a couple kids and you got a job you hate
3:58You' be laying there fantasy exz and
4:00about sleeping on a futon there's no
4:02risk when you go after a dream there's a
4:04tremendous risk to playing it safe if
4:08you want people to respect you you're
4:09going to need to respect yourself and
Training = Self-Respect
4:11training at least three times a week is
4:13going to be the way you're going to do
4:14that now for some of you Young Guns or
4:16maybe people that don't have access to a
4:18coach or a trainer I'm going to attach a
4:20link to this video with a free workout
4:21the last four weeks and every month I
4:24mean every month I'm going to rotate it
4:25for a brand new split if you hold up
4:27your end of the bargain of trying to
4:28make your life better I'll keep up M
4:30into the bargain and keep rotating the
4:31program people seem to think the gym
4:33memberships are expensive but they're
4:34not if you use them if you take the
4:36monthly cost and divide it by going to
4:37the gym three to five times a week it's
4:39not expensive at all the gym can then
4:41become your third place you have your
4:42home you have your work and you have the
4:43gym go there to listen to podcasts lift
4:45weights relax how many of you would sit
4:48in less traffic if you were to go to the
4:49gym for an hour before work you would
4:51only have to get out of bed half an hour
4:53earlier and then you've got your workout
4:54in before you even start work for the
4:56day the woman of your dreams that you
4:57might not even met yet she's going to
4:59want to a guy that takes care of himself
5:00training is are non-negotiable don't
5:02care who you are or what you do you need
5:03to be
5:05training sleep is the foundation for
5:07greatness you cannot build a big or
Sleep = Foundation
5:10grandiose Building without strong
5:11foundations no Empire was ever built
5:14being sleep deprived in your older years
5:16you're going to generate these kind of
5:19small creatures that ruin sleep over a
5:23long periods of time and some people
5:24call them kids now I'm not saying that
5:27you just disregard your kids or you know
5:30don't let them interfere with your
5:31bedtime but what I'm saying is you need
5:32to respect your sleep cycle now you
5:35can't really impact the time you wake up
5:37because I'm sure you've got those little
5:38annoying things called kids you've also
5:40got things like a job or maybe a dog
5:42like mine that bites your toes in the
5:43morning to go out for a walk but one
5:45thing we do very much have in our
5:46control is what time we go to bed we do
5:49aimlessly scroll through our phones just
5:51looking for an excuse not to go to sleep
5:53in case we might see a video that might
5:55give us a little dash of dopamine before
5:58we close our eyes set yourself a
6:00respectable bedtime and go to bed at
6:02that time now the non-negotiables for me
6:05I wear an ey mask there's a brand called
6:07alasa bear they're not expensive they're
6:09on Amazon they deliver the next day and
6:11now just even the pressure of the eye
6:12mask against my eyes lets me know it's
6:14time to go to sleep no strips I actually
6:16bought for a video so I could debunk
6:17them but I actually sleep with a no
6:19strip the majority of the evenings in
6:20the night just makes me feel like I'm
6:22breathing better then the goats of going
6:24to bed cuz your mind might be raced and
6:25you think I'm not ready for sleep I'm
6:27not tired yet not to mention the fact
6:29you been swiping through your phone for
6:30a long period of time putting a podcast
6:32on with a self timer is probably the
6:34best hack to going to bed because even
6:35if I'm not tired at 9:00 p.m. but I know
6:37I need to go to sleep I say okay lay
6:39down close my eyes put the podcast on
6:40for 15 minutes and just see what happens
6:42worst case scenario I'm still awake I
6:44just listen to my favorite podcast for a
6:46quarter of an hour I sell it to another
6:47quarter of an hour and I very very
6:49rarely make it through everyone's
6:50looking for a supplement a superpower
6:53ice baths little do people know how much
Power of Sleep
6:57impacts a small amount of more sleep can
6:59have on every aspect of your life from
7:02sex drive cognition well-being mood
7:05composition the list goes
7:07on you already know this you just need
7:10to do this when it comes to finances I'm
Finances & Wealth
7:14no expert but one of my favorite quotes
7:15is from Tristan tape where he says you
7:17should spend half your money like you
7:19think you're going to live another 50
7:20years and the other half of your money
7:22is if you're only going to live for the
7:23next 50 days when it comes to finances
7:25be sensible and avoid debt I know for
7:28some of you doing this you work hard and
7:30you want recognition from other people
7:31about your hard work I've succumbed to
7:33this a lot over the years and you think
7:35that wearing a watch that costs £25,000
7:37will get strangers to be jealous of your
7:38success but at the end of the day it
7:40could be better spent the most important
7:42lesson I can tell you about finances is
7:44that wealth is subjective it depends on
7:46the person there are so many people with
7:48more money than you that are depressed
7:50about the amount of money they have and
7:51there are so many people with less money
7:53than you that are much happier about it
7:55than you are when you look at studies of
7:57happiness and wealth when you get to a
7:59certain threshold which isn't even that
Money ≠ Happiness
8:01much it's about twice the national
8:02average there is not a linear rise
8:05between happiness and wealth just
8:06because you earn more money doesn't mean
8:08you're going to be happier so it's
8:09really important you don't get into a
8:11career that you hate with the premise
8:12that oh in 10 years time I'll be earning
8:14this amount of money and I'll be this
8:15happy because of it because what happens
8:17if that bet is incorrect you just wasted
8:1910 years of your life there are plenty
8:21of people that have millions in the bank
8:22account that still kill themselves so
8:24don't think it's a prerequisite for the
8:25good life it helps sure but it's not
8:27everything when it comes to your
8:29situation right now renting is not
Renting vs Owning
8:31wasted money is not dead money renting
8:33is freedom renting is being able to pick
8:35up and move whenever you want renting is
8:37not having to worry when there's a water
8:38leak in the bathroom both owning a
8:40property and both renting both have
8:42their equal benefits so don't beat
8:45yourself up because you're still renting
8:46at 30 or 35 remember the real finances
8:49here the real currency we need to be
8:51worried about is how happy you are how
8:52much you enjoy your life because your
8:54property portfolio could be zero but
8:56you're having a good life versus someone
8:57that might own seven houses but ha their
8:59existence we need to make sure that we
9:01are aligned with the values that we
9:02spoke about before to have a better
9:04understanding of where finances sit
9:06within our daily levels of happiness I
9:08spoke about it before when I first came
Bondi Barista Story
9:09to Sydney I couldn't believe there were
9:11young attractive people working in
9:12coffee shops I was like why is this
9:13beautiful 24y old working for minimum
9:15wage in a coffee shop then I realized it
9:17was a cafe on Bondi Beach she got there
9:19at 6:00 a.m. she left at 2:30 in the
9:21afternoon she earned enough to pay a
9:23rent and cover her bills and she
9:24probably was sat on the grass you know
9:26watching the sunset at 5 6: p.m. with a
9:28couple of Siders with her friend
9:30that young person on a minimum wage
9:32serving coffees probably had a better
9:33life than most humans have ever had in
9:35the existence of the human race yet if
9:37we just looked at her salary we could
9:38point out the babbe she wasn't earning
9:40enough who's to say remember you are the
9:42curator of your life and you get to
9:44determine how your life looks if you
9:46compare your bank account to someone
9:47else's it's earning more it's the same
9:48as comparing your physique to someone
9:50else's it's in better shape you're just
9:51going to make yourself feel worse about
9:52it I just trained this guy called
9:53Russell and he was a self-proclaimed
9:55millionaire and used to come into the
9:56gym and show off about the cars or oh
9:58I've accidentally won this watch oh this
10:00leather on the strap is the same leather
10:02on the inside of my Rolls-Royce oh look
10:04James this watch was engraved by Harolds
10:06I'd never think he was fully happy old
10:08Russell because he was always having to
10:10try and prove to me how much more money
10:11he had than me and he kept telling me
10:13about a friend that he had that lived in
10:14a place called Worthing in the UK and
10:16the guy had a smaller house than him a
10:1710-year-old car and just lived with his
10:19dog and he couldn't understand why that
10:21guy was happier than he was if you rely
10:23on money is the only thing that's going
10:25to make you happy I just don't think
10:27it's the best place to spread your bets
10:28when you're progressing in life be
Real Ambition
10:30sensible when it comes to money but it's
10:32not the be all and end all of
10:34life when it comes to ambition everyone
10:37thinks that ambition is having this
10:38massive mountain in front of you that's
10:40bigger than everyone else's and that
10:41your Peak is the highest and you just
10:43spend your whole life reaching for the
10:45peak but if I'm honest about ambition
10:47it's about appreciating there never is
10:49going to be a peak because every time
10:51you try and get close to it you're just
10:52going to see another one on the horizon
10:54ambition is having an understanding of
10:56something called the honic treadmill
10:58where whatever level you set for
10:59yourself you're going to get used to it
11:01eventually you've already experienced
11:03this where you're like oh when I get
11:04this car I'm going to be so happy 3
11:06months after buying the car you get in
11:07it you shut the door and you're like w I
11:09used to be really excited by this and
11:11now I feel nothing I feel numb to it the
11:12same when you bought your first house
11:14maybe or you moved into the new
11:15apartment that got you super excited or
11:17when you bought that watch you've
11:18already experienced the adonic treadmill
11:20something that you were so excited for 3
11:22months later you feel numb to it you
11:24think you're broken you think you're
11:25like what am I messed up am I a
11:26psychopath true ambition should be about
11:28wanting to do better to perform better
11:30to think better not just for yourself
11:33but for your friends for your family for
11:34the family you might not even have yet
11:36and one of my key hacks when it comes to
11:38ambition would be something that I've
11:39coined touching a future there's going
11:41to come a time where there's something
Touch Your Future
11:42that you want to do and on paper you
11:44can't really afford it maybe it's flying
11:46business class maybe it's renting a
11:48luxury car for the weekend maybe it's
11:49going on holiday somewhere or buying a
11:51pair of trainers that is out of your
11:53reach but you should do it and the
11:55reason you should do it is because that
11:57brief period of time you can experience
11:59what your future might be like first
12:00time I flew first class I couldn't
12:02afford it but I thought this is a great
12:03opportunity to touch a world that I
12:05could live in in a few years time if I
12:07do the work when I sat there I sat on
12:09the plane I looked around and I thought
12:11wow I felt like I'd won it I felt like
12:12I'd won this in some kind of raffle I
12:14was like I don't deserve to be here this
12:15is a weird experience but then as I had
12:18my meals and I slept on the plane as I
12:20had a shower and ate the expensive food
12:22and got treated like royalty I thought
12:24whether or not I come back to this area
12:25in the plane whether or not I revisit
12:27the part of my future that I've touched
12:29is dependent on what I do tomorrow when
12:31my alarm goes off when I get offered the
12:33opportunity to do something when I have
12:36the choice of playing video games or
12:37knuckling down on the project that I
12:38should have worked on the fact that I
12:41touched my future motivated me so the
12:43next time you're booking a trip or even
12:45a hotel for something you're doing with
12:47your misses and you're looking at the
12:49hotels you could afford maybe you booked
12:51the five star hotel when you experience
12:53how they treat you and the service and
12:55now clean your R is and the fact that if
12:56you have an afternoon nap you come back
12:58to your room after dinner and they made
12:59your bed again this is all a part of
13:02touching your future if you can
13:04implement this right you get enough
13:06taste of that you make your future
13:08happen because again you're the driver
13:09in control of your life everyone seems
13:12to think it's external things they're in
13:13control of everything it's not now I'm
13:16not saying everyone can be successful
13:18enough to fly first class and to stay in
13:20five star hotels but your chances of
13:22doing so are going to be probably quite
13:24a bit higher if you can experience it in
13:26the short term you want to be Ambi you
13:29should definitely touch your future I
“It’s All Right for You”
13:30know some people are going to go oh it's
13:32all right for you it's all right for you
13:33just over 10 years ago I was knocking on
13:35doors to make a living in gler I'm was
13:37signing on the doll at the job center I
13:39used to work in shopping centers asking
13:42people to stop so I could sign them up
13:43and get my 7 pound commission and for so
13:46many people watching this when it comes
13:47to being ambitious half of you are just
13:49going to shut down your own Ambitions
13:51going oh my life's harder than everyone
13:53else is I can't do this but the other
13:55half of you that actually make it happen
13:56are going to be the ones that can
13:57succeed Way Beyond beond what you could
13:59ever even imagined at the end of the day
14:01ambition shouldn't be derived on whether
14:03or not you make a million pounds whether
14:04or not you buy a mansion or any of these
14:06things but one day you're going to die
Deathbed Test
14:07you're going to be laying in your
14:08deathbed and you're either going to be
14:09proud of all the work you put in or
14:11you're not and ultimately you have the
14:13choice to how you're going to feel when
14:14that day comes and that choice is up to
14:16you it's not up to me and if more people
14:18could see ambition like that could
14:19probably make their life a lot
14:21easier when it comes to diet and
14:23supplementation I'm not going to be here
Diet & Supplements
14:24to lecture you about fiber targets that
14:26you should have but why I'm going to say
14:28is this
14:29our body is regenerating on an ongoing
14:31process you can feel it when your nails
14:33are growing and your hair is growing
14:35every single bit of skin that you have
14:36now in a few months time will regenerate
14:38into a new piece of skin we cannot get
14:41the nutrients required for those
14:43regenerative
14:44processes from the air we need to get
14:47them from things that we eat so when we
14:48look at fueling that regenerative
14:50process of how our skin our nails our
14:52hair our bones our gut all of these
14:55things are going to be formed we are
14:56going to need to give oursel the
14:57adequate nutrition to do so so I'm not
14:59asking you to eat like a saint I'm just
15:01saying fruit vegetables meat hitting a
15:04proper protein
15:07Target staying
15:09hydrated I drink electrolytes because I
15:11sweat a lot when I train I have creatine
15:14in this because not only do I want the
15:15gains from a sport performance
15:17standpoint I want the cognitive benefits
15:19that come from taking creatine every one
15:21of you watching this should be hydrating
15:24supplementing creatine and looking into
15:26other forms of supplementation maybe if
15:28you have a defici iy if you've had blood
15:29work done maybe you're going to be
15:31taking things to supplement your
15:32testosterone which will'll get into in a
15:33bit you might be taking Tonka Ali and
15:35many of you should be trying to lever
15:37your ability to find New Tropics that
15:38help you cognitively I truly believe
15:40that productivity is going to be the new
15:42fitness and your ability to work to
15:44hustle to get things done to get ahead
15:46of other people your Tropics are
15:47performance enhancers for the mind they
15:49could be the very difference between you
15:51doing enough work to just get by or you
15:53doing enough work to get ahead so take
15:55your diet seriously and this is all I
15:56ask be honest with yourself and ask
15:58yourself how good is your diet out of 10
16:00and if it's a four I'm not here to say
16:02that's bad I'm just here saying what can
16:04you do and Implement to make that diet a
16:06four a five then once you identify what
16:08that thing is let's make it a five then
16:10we can spend the next period of time
16:12however long it is making it go from a
16:13five to a six there not too much to ask
16:16if you think about the amount you want
16:17to change your life from where it is to
16:19where you want it to go you're going to
16:21have to fuel that process properly so
16:22you might as well start now so your diet
Tech Diet (Media)
16:25is what you eat your Tech diet is what
16:28you cons assume people seem to think
16:30that they're not influenced by the world
16:31they take in around them digitally but
16:34they are you need to make sure that
16:36you're not absorbing negativity from the
16:38internet that's going to make your life
16:39worse here's one for you for instance I
16:42live in Australia everyone goes you must
16:45be scared of sharks I have to remind
16:47them that when I swim in the sea I'm way
16:49more likely to drown than I am to get
16:51bitten by a shark in fact hundreds of
16:54people drown each year on Bondi Beach
16:55yet my mom's not calling me up going oh
16:58son please be safe in the water and
16:59don't drown statistically speaking
17:02sharks are the least of my problems when
17:04I put a foot in the ocean in fact most
17:06British people can name five different
17:08types of shark but we can't even spot a
17:10rip in the ocean which is the part
17:12that's going to drag us out to our death
17:14but it's because when there's a drowning
17:15the news don't put it in front of people
17:17but when there's a shark attack they do
17:18let's look at flying for instance we see
17:20a lot of people that get nervous on
17:22planes shaking in their seat hoping that
17:24the plane's going to be all right
17:25statistically speaking one of the safest
17:27methods of travel yet my mom the person
17:29who's afraid of flying is the same
17:31person that doesn't put a seat belt on
17:32when I start driving in the car and I
17:34get the ding ding ding ding mom come on
17:37statistically speaking she's way more
17:39likely to die in the car than she is on
17:40the plane being in a car traveling the
17:43same distance you would fly is over 10
17:45times more likely to end up in fatality
17:47yet again when there's a car crash and
17:48people die it doesn't make the news but
17:50when a plane goes down it's everywhere
17:51the information you take in through your
17:53technological diet has a massive
17:54influence on what you think is actually
17:56capable and possible still don't believe
17:58me let's look at the lottery the chances
18:01you winning the lottery are less than
18:02you getting struck by lightning in fact
18:04the chances you winning the lottery are
18:05more rare than you getting strupped by
18:07lightning whilst being eaten by a shark
18:09whilst the plane crashes on top of your
18:11head yet why do people believe and still
18:13go out and buy the lottery ticket
18:15because they are programmed to by people
18:17taking the lottery winner and putting
18:18them on TV today we've got Dave and he
18:20won the Bingo jackpot Lottery of 145
18:23million how do you feel Dave shut up
18:25technology and media will convince you
18:27the world is a certain way that it wants
18:28you to believe it is algorithms will
18:30serve you content that they believe you
18:32will watch platforms want to keep you on
18:34it they don't want to keep you happy so
18:36if you're absorbing negativity it will
18:38make you negative if you're absorbing
18:41pessimism it will make you pessimistic
18:43you must not just control the diet of
18:45the food you put in your mouth but you
18:46must control the technology that you put
18:47into your brain we've known for years
18:49that you are what you eat I'm here to
18:51tell you you're also what you absorb
18:55online testosterone is a hormone that we
Testosterone 101
18:57produce men produce more of it than
18:59women and after the age of 30 it's going
19:01to decline about 1% a year if you're
19:03lucky now testosterone is a big player
19:05in sex drive muscle mass composition
19:08it's a very complex hormone but it's
19:10fleeting if you do not support an
19:12environment congruent to it being able
19:14to be produced in layman's terms you
19:15must protect your testosterone
19:17production men with low testosterone
19:19often have low libido low mood it can be
19:22a big causor of mental health disorders
19:24and there are even going to be some men
19:26that have something called hypogonadism
19:28which is where their testicles just
19:30don't work in the way they should to
19:31produce adequate testosterone those men
19:33can medically go on testosterone therapy
19:35known as trt now trt is very fashionable
19:38because suddenly due to a 45 and really
19:40into fitness can manipulate their
19:42testosterone levels to be of the same of
19:44a 21y old with extreme levels of test
19:46this is people kind of manipulating the
19:48system a little bit but ultimately what
19:5045y old doesn't want to have the
19:51testosterone of someone a lot younger
19:54there are considerations to make the
19:56supplementation like Tonka Ali getting
19:58getting more sleep getting sunlight
19:59Vitamin D fish oils all of these things
20:02that are very important for production
20:03of
20:04testosterone this helps us produce test
20:07endogenously it allows our body to
20:09produce more of it however when we look
20:12at things like trt and anabolic steroids
20:13you're having this
20:15exogenously which is taking it from the
20:17outside and bringing it in whether it's
20:19through pills or injections or cream
20:20whatever it is when we take on
20:22testosterone exogenously our body's
20:24production will halt it will stop this
20:26is why people do Cycles in smaller
20:27periods so they can Kickstart their
20:29system afterwards if you were going to
20:30consider going on testosterone
20:32replacement therapy you will probably be
20:33on it for a very long period of time you
20:35probably will be injecting or taking the
20:37pills or putting the cream on for the
20:38rest of your life when it comes to
20:40anabolic steroids and this debate of
20:41exogenously taking testosterone whether
20:43in smaller amounts or larger amounts we
20:45must think about the ethical situation
20:47of performance enhancing the analogy
20:50that I use with a lot of my clients is I
20:52say to them look I've got a gol far if I
20:54tune that engine I'll get better
20:56performance out of it similar to taking
20:57on a b stor but we must be mindful that
21:00there is a reason that the manufacturers
21:02made the car in a certain way and if we
21:04wish to get more horsepower more talk
21:07more performance out of it we must take
21:09on the fact that we are going to put it
21:11at risk of potentially not being able to
21:13handle that performance which is where
21:15we can see ill adverse effects from
21:17testosterone use and testosterone abuse
21:20however I think it's imperative that
21:21everyone watching this takes it upon
21:23themselves to protect their production
21:25of testosterone and try and optimize it
21:27the best they can increase sleep reduce
21:29alcohol lift weights eat a good diet get
21:32sunlight and if you're not sure about
21:34the levels of testosterone you're
21:35producing get blood work done make sure
21:37you do it fasted on an empty stomach at
21:40the same time and do it several times
21:41over the period of a few months so you
21:43can determine where your Baseline of
21:44testosterone is it's more important than
21:46anyone's given it credit
21:48for I know there's a lot of wankers out
21:50there on the internet that like oh you
Books + Podcasts
21:52should read uh CEOs read one book a week
21:54they don't and then there's other people
21:56like Chris Williamson that shares a
21:57reading list of of 100 books and you're
21:59like mate I don't need a list of 100
22:00books I haven't even read one suddenly
22:02when you see a list of 100 books it
22:03makes you want to read none but what we
22:05need to appreciate is when someone
22:06writes a book they are sharing a
22:08lifetime of wisdom within a few hundred
22:11Pages often an audio book that's 6 hours
22:14long so in 6 hours you can access more
22:16than a Year's work from someone if you
22:18were to think about how much it would
22:20cost to hire me let's say it would be
22:22very expensive by the hour even more so
22:24when I wrote any of my last books when
22:26you think about the amount of hours of
22:27work I put in into it and the fact you
22:29get it for £450 and a hard copy from
22:31Amazon or you can get the audio book for
22:33free on Spotify audio books are now free
22:36on Spotify as part of what you're
22:38already paying to listen to Joe Rogan or
22:40listen to your favorite
22:41playlist you get to access huge amounts
22:45of people's work boiled down into one
22:47succinct editorial overlooked piece of
22:50work yet we Overlook it and we don't
22:53appreciate the value in that you can
22:55become an expert in any field with
22:57within a matter of days or weeks by
22:59absorbing the information from the most
23:01knowledgeable people you've then got say
23:04you got 100 people that have written a
23:05topic about one subject you can see the
23:08reviews of which book did the best and
23:10resonated best with the audience you've
23:11got not only the person at the top to
23:14write about the subject for years on end
23:16to put it into a book you've then got
23:17thousands of people that have read the
23:19book for you to then review you and tell
23:20you how good it was so you can decide
23:22which book you read yet you don't do you
23:25understand how insane that is I get
23:27rainers well over six figures to write a
23:29book on a subject sometimes subjects I
23:31don't know that much about like my last
23:33book how to be confident do you know
23:34what I did I read the five top books on
23:37confidence I agreed with some things I
23:39disagreed with others I then emulated it
23:41and succinctly put it into one book I
23:44read five books so you didn't have to so
23:45you needed to read one and walk away
23:47more knowledgeable than most people that
23:48you could ever meet at a pub quiz I love
23:50Joe Rogan I do his podcasts are 3 hours
23:53long but you need to consider if there's
23:55a subject that you want to become more
23:56well versed in are you you better off
23:58listening to two Joan podcasts or one
24:00complete Book on a subject not to
24:02mention the fact that you can listen to
24:04the audio books at 1.2 or 1.3 times the
24:07speed you can shave nearly an hour off
24:09the podcast and absorb it in a faster
24:11way where you don't feel like you're
24:12getting bored you can never
24:13underestimate the impact of a good book
24:15I had a million pound idea quite
24:16literally multi-million pound idea from
24:18a 7 pound book even if you were just to
24:21commit to every time you were in your
24:22car on your own driving somewhere that
24:24you listen to an audio book your
24:26self-development could Skyrocket and
24:29that one idea that one concept that one
24:31thing that you thought you were going to
24:32do that book in one little sentence
24:34might give you just the inkling of
24:36information you needed to make change I
24:38was sat at home August 2016 in my
24:40parents Garden listening to an audio
24:43book of the 4-Hour Work week and I
24:44couldn't understand why I was feeling
24:46the way I was feeling in life and there
24:47was one sentence by Tim Ferris that
24:49changed my life forever the opposite of
24:51happiness is boredom within 3 weeks I
24:53was on a plane oneway to Australia it
24:55was the best single decision of my life
24:56without that book I would not be here
24:58recording this video for you think about
25:01that all truly great ideas are thought
Walking Wins
25:04of while walking do you know he said
25:05that Frederick
25:07nche so whenever you need to think about
25:10something or even call down hey go walk
25:12it off walking is a great tool I think
25:14it's great for clarity for ideas for
25:17thinking about things it's a nice
25:19distraction I think walking is massively
25:21overlooked I think that people should
25:23have more work meetings out on a walk
25:25rather than sitting in an office like
25:26hey you want sit down and discuss what
25:28we're going to do for the week why don't
25:29we do it whilst walking walking to me is
25:32just a great thing that people should be
25:33doing more of I know a lot of you during
25:35lockdown got sick of the fact that you
25:37were walking everywhere with dates
25:38because places were closed I still think
25:40this is an incredible tool that you
25:42could utilize you see walking allows us
25:45to do something that makes us feel very
25:47natural so when we share that experience
25:48with someone else it's a bit like being
25:50in the car with someone you're doing
25:51something on autopilot that allows you
25:53to have a nice flow to conversation
25:55nothing is more Awkward than sitting in
25:57a bar in an interview style es sitting
26:00opposite each other that's another thing
26:01if you're going to go on a date with
26:02people sit next to them not opposite
26:04them unless you are trying to interview
26:05them walking is something that you
26:07should be doing not just for exercise
26:09not just for your body but for your mind
26:10and it can sound super creepy but if
26:12you're going to meet someone on a date
26:13rather than getting pissed with them
26:14especially when you don't think they're
26:15that hot but you do four pints and end
26:17up banging them anyway say let's meet
26:19for a date it's less time of yours less
26:20time of mine we don't have to commit to
26:22going to a busy bar in the evening let's
26:23just get a coffee walk around the block
26:24I'll walk you to the tube station after
26:26work so we can get to each other out you
26:28ever noticed that dogs just need to
26:30sniff each other's bums to see whether
26:31or not they're interested and I think we
26:33could learn a lot from dogs when it
26:34comes to that so maybe next time you're
26:36penciling in a date but you got a busy
26:37diary so she by the way just say hey
26:39look we both work in the same part of
26:41the city why don't I walk you to a train
26:43station we can meet each other for 10
26:44minutes but don't mention sniffing each
26:46other's bums because I've said that
26:47before to girls they never really like
26:51it I could talk about Jiu-Jitsu all day
Jiu-Jitsu Value
26:54every day but at the end of the day we
26:56could say it's about putting yourself
26:57outside inside your comfort zone or we
26:58could say it's about making new friends
27:00or really the reality is with jiu-jitsu
27:03you can make yourself a flipping weapon
27:05you can massively improve your
27:06competency when it comes to compatitive
27:09situations I saw a study recently about
27:11women and attraction to men and
27:13apparently the man's ability to fight
27:15was a bigger predictor of the sexual
27:17attractiveness than almost anything else
27:19so maybe getting a couple of scars on
27:21your eyebrows and little cauliflower it
27:22could be exactly what you need and I'm
27:24not saying that you ever need to require
27:26this skill so you can fight people in
27:27public but we know it's better to be a
27:29warrior in a garden than it is to be a
27:31gardener in a war and Jordan Peterson
27:33famously said that you should be a
27:34monster an absolute monster and then you
27:37should learn how to control it yeah sure
27:40lifting weights and doing all that is
27:41really fun but so is [ __ ] up people
27:43that are twice your size I could be
27:44wrong about Jiu-Jitsu it could be the
27:46worst experience of your life but I'm
27:47heing this video saying stop being a
27:49[ __ ] and give it a go if you go to
27:51Jiu-Jitsu you actually tried it out for
27:53a session or two then you can use the
27:54comments and say that I was wrong but
27:56until then I'm right until prove them
27:58wrong so how about you go inquire in
28:00your local gym and give it a go you
28:02[ __ ] me joking chances are you're going
Hair Loss & Balding
28:06to go bored or at least you're going to
28:07experience hair loss quite a bit of hair
28:09loss a receding hairline for sure how do
28:11I know that because the majority of men
28:13do it's a part of life if you go to
28:15somewhere in Eastern Europe you look
28:16around literally 75% or more men are
28:18bored but for some reason social media
28:21has led us to believe that we shouldn't
28:22be experiencing her loss most of the
28:24celebrities that we follow from Jordan
28:25Peterson David Beckham or or any
28:27Hollywood actor has had a hair
28:29transplant so we suddenly look at
28:31hairlines around and go what's happening
28:33to me shouldn't be happening now you can
28:35do your best like I do sometimes I push
28:37the hair across because you can use the
28:39hair here to cover this bit or what
28:40Barbers do is they grow you a bit of
28:42hair here to cover that bit but
28:44ultimately it's just something that's
28:45going to happen you can book a flight to
28:47Turkey and go get a hair transplant
28:49where they take the follicles from the
28:50back and put it to the front but you'll
28:51notice that they only replace it to a
28:53certain line not further back and the
28:55reason they do that is because after the
28:57surgery they're going to put you on
28:58finasteride and man aidil which are two
29:00different compounds that are going to
29:01prevent any more hair loss from
29:02occurring now not everyone but I believe
29:05a fairly significant chunk of people
29:07will get side effects from these drugs
29:09whether it is low libido erectile
29:11dysfunction or just causing any type of
29:14disruption to the endocrine system
29:16including testosterone and other factors
29:18so you need to make an informed decision
29:20on that but personally when I look down
29:22the rout of what things were available
29:23for me to potentially get thicker hair
29:25get my hair back or whatever I decided
29:27I'd rather go Bard gracefully keep in
29:30mind that the majority of things we're
29:31trying to do with our appearances
29:32impress other than men not women the
29:34reason we want big peex is to impress
29:36other men not women the reason we want
29:37the latest rose gold Daytona is to
29:39impress other men not women Daytona
29:42comes up a little bit smaller on the
29:43wrist that's why I've got AP but the
29:45reason so many things we're doing with
29:47our Aesthetics are actually to impress
29:48other dudes the majority of women
29:51couldn't give a [ __ ] about your hairline
29:52when looking at other things that you
29:54can work on everything was spoken in
29:56this video health diet financial
29:58situation ambition all of these things
30:01are going to put you in much better
30:02stead with women than having a solid
30:04flipping hairline that goes across the
30:06front of your head I'm not saying it's
30:08nothing to worry about for some of you
30:09the idea of being a skin head might
30:11[ __ ] you and fill you with anxiety
30:13but just to remind you there are a lot
30:14of hyp successful men The Rock Jason
30:16Stan Bruce Willis Joe Rogan chances are
30:20if you shaved your head people will
30:22remember you as having a shaved head it
30:25would take a few months similar to the
30:26adonic treadmill
30:27you shave it oh my sh within three
30:30months I can't remember what you look
30:31like wearing hair wearing hair can't
30:33remember what you look like with hair
30:35it's just the reality same as buying a
30:37new car within three months you'll be
30:38bored of it same as shaving your head
30:39within three months no one remember what
30:41you look like before you can wear hats
30:43as often as you like you don't need hair
30:44product you don't need to wash your hair
30:47some women find it really sexy to dat a
30:49guy who a skin head I would 100%
30:51recommend dudes shaving their head then
30:54if you hate it and you do want to have a
30:55hair transplant and take them an ex on
30:57fin Tried by all means do it because
30:59guess what they need to do just before
31:00you have the procedure they shave your
31:01head Bolding embrace it happens to the
31:04majority of men so what imagine you sit
31:06down with a woman who loves you for who
31:08you are but then her one thing was oh if
31:11you start losing your hair I'm not going
31:12to love you she's the type of person you
31:14want to flip and get out of your
31:19life and
31:22what when it comes to porn you need to
Porn & Purpose
31:24be careful because you in 1 hour on porn
31:27can access more vaginas than hundreds of
31:30years of lineage of all your ancestors
31:31that came before you and that must have
31:34some kind of impact on the brain now I'm
31:36not here telling you to never have a
31:37wank or to never watch porn just to
31:39think that there will be repercussions
31:41of you doing so the issue with being a
31:42man is how easy it is to bypass so many
31:44things that make it important to be a
31:46man and coming with that so many things
31:48that drive you to be a man a man has
31:50sexual desires which he can
31:51self-medicate by wanking to porn a man
31:54has desires to be held in regard and to
31:56have status and to get recognition which
31:58he can get from video games one of the
32:00only things left to be a man is to have
32:02a full belly and suddenly you're sitting
32:04at home wanking playing video games and
32:06eating takeaway pizzas and you're trying
32:09to bypass the system to find happiness
32:11as a human being yet you're not doing it
32:13quite right my advice especially if
32:15you're in a single man is to stop
32:16watching porn to maybe dial back on the
32:18wanking because you're going to need a
32:20bit of fire in the belly when you
32:21approach a woman in public to very
32:22politely ask her for a number because
32:24remember people don't mind being sold to
32:27it's the means and manners in which
32:28they're sold to which is the best to
32:29remember let's say you stop from wanking
32:31you get a bit horny and you think Jesus
32:33I really need to sort my life out when
32:34it comes to dating suddenly you're in a
32:35Starbucks you're getting a coffee you go
32:37approach a woman and you say hey look
32:39really sorry here's my number saw you
32:41from afar I think you're beautiful I'd
32:42love the opportunity to take you out for
32:43a drink or maybe go for a walking date
32:45with a coffee you have the opportunity
32:47to give a woman a compliment she might
32:48not have had in months or years you have
32:50quite literally the ability to make
32:51someone's day even if they decline your
32:53date but if you're having a wank every
32:54morning to Pornhub and you're medicating
32:56that part of your body that wants sexual
32:58desires you are not going to feel
33:00inclined to do anything outside your
33:01comfort zone when it comes to being
33:03proactive to get closer to going on
33:04dates with people that you could
33:06actually have a long and fulfilling
33:08relationship with so there are many
33:10dangers to masturbation and to porn and
33:12they could have long serving issues to
33:13psychology and again if you're someone
33:15that wanks infrequently maybe just wank
33:17less to this crazy porn because again
33:19like we spoke about in the tech diet
33:21what kind of information whether it's
33:23news media social media or hardcore porn
33:26is is influencing your state of the
33:28world and that can't be taken lightly
33:30I'm not saying never wank the porn again
33:31but I'm saying if you did your life
33:32would probably be considerably better
33:34and you might be thinking what's the
33:36problem with having dudes that sit at
33:37home that wank and play video games and
33:39eat pizzas while those people become
33:40losers and losers are a bad thing not
33:43just for society and not for the losers
33:45in general but for the fact let's say
33:47there are hundred losers in your
33:48neighborhood we know statistically
33:50speaking that one in a 100 people is
33:51probably a psychopath so the more losers
33:54that we have in the world that are
33:55disconnected from society that are
33:56living in their own little worlds of
33:58video games masturbation and junk food
34:00that have no connections to real people
34:03those people start getting disgruntled
34:04with the rest of the world and people
34:05being happy and families going on little
34:07trips and people being on Happy dates
34:09they're the type of people that end up
34:11taking an assault rifle to their school
34:12so the better that you can understand
34:14the fact that these integral and
34:16important parts of your human psychology
34:18need to be fed and not bypassed with
34:20proper things like striving for a family
34:23life a serving relationship and a job
34:26that br brings you personal pleasure and
34:29fulfills your values as a human being
34:31the better you can get on with it when
34:33it comes to playing video games some
34:34people say you should you shouldn't how
Gaming Rule
34:36about this this is your Golden Rule if
34:37you want to play Call of Duty you want
34:38to play fortnite or you even want to
34:40play World of Warcraft here's the rule
34:42you cannot play video games until you've
34:43made the day you're [ __ ] if you've made
34:45the day you're [ __ ] and you've
34:46conquered everything you get home you
34:48want to have a few games then by all
34:49means do it but if you're going to wake
34:50up without doing the things you need to
34:52do on a daily basis start playing video
34:54games that puts you in a close vicinity
34:56of being a loser so don't do
34:59that and the last lesson we're going to
35:01talk about is mental health and I know
35:03that a lot of people on social media of
Mental Health Table
35:04the last few years has used this as an
35:06opportunity to see who's got the worst
35:07mental health oh but you've never tried
35:09killing yourself so what do you know to
35:10lecture me about mental health this
35:12isn't a competition or [ __ ] off to see
35:13who's been more depressed I'm here to
35:15remind you I see mental health being
35:17like a table that has many legs that
35:19need to be propped up by many of the
35:20things we spoke about before values
35:22stress diet relationship sleep there are
35:25so many and you might be able to kick
35:27one leg out and the table's fine but if
35:29you kick enough of them out it's going
35:30to topple over and it's going to fall to
35:31the floor and crash down around you
35:33there are two components when it comes
35:35to mental health that I think are
35:36vitally important you have happiness and
35:39you have pleasure and the quicker that
35:41you can understand that drugs are in
35:43pleasure booze is in pleasure wanks is
35:45in pleasure happiness is enjoying your
35:48work it's having a dog it's being in a
35:50serving relationship as it's raining on
35:51a Saturday night and sitting at home and
35:53watching a Netflix series with you
35:54Misses the problem is if you do not
35:57distinguish the two of these and you
35:59feel like you have a low in your life
36:00you might turn to pleasure and you might
36:02turn to boozing doing drugs going out
36:05but really what you're trying to do is
36:07fill your quoter of Happiness now if you
36:09do not appreciate or have a good
36:11understanding of what makes you happy in
36:12life and you start trying to fill that
36:14quota with this you will end up with
36:15Despair and we've all seen the people
36:17that constantly party and their mental
36:19health just gets worse and worse and
36:20worse the most important lesson that you
36:22all need to learn from this is you can
36:23live a life with happiness without
36:25pleasure remember the girls that worked
36:26in the coffee shop that went to work at
36:286:00 a.m. and finished at 2: p.m. they
36:30didn't have a lot of money they didn't
36:31have Gucci handbags they didn't have
36:32expensive things but what they did have
36:34was purpose meaning job getting up in
36:37the morning probably watching the sunset
36:39go down with their friends having a CER
36:41in the evening what they didn't have was
36:42pleasure but if you neglect happiness if
36:44you neglect relationships neglect the
36:47importance of what you absorb in a diet
36:49if you neglect all the things we spoke
36:51about today you cannot live a life of
36:53pleasure without happiness and that's
36:55why some people on a mediocre income in
36:58a strong family house with kids are
37:00happier than people that have got all
37:01the money in the world if you can go
37:03through life abiding to the lessons that
37:05I taught you before and distinguishing
37:06between happiness and pleasure and
37:08appreciating that mental health is
37:10fleeting it's like Fitness you have to
37:12work to get fit then you have to
37:14continue doing the work to remain fit
37:16and all it takes is one slip up and a
37:18few months out of it for your health
37:20markers to take a dip when it comes to
37:22physical health and the same will go
37:23when it comes to mental health if you
37:25take a pay cut at your Cur current job
37:27to go after a job that you actually are
37:28going to enjoy that means less pleasure
37:30for more happiness that's a good deal if
37:32you decide to stop drinking and doing
37:34drugs and snorting coke at the weekend
37:36that's less pleasure for more happiness
37:38that's a good deal well whenever there's
37:40an option in life to give up happiness
37:42for pleasure whether it's doing a job
37:44that's more stressful for more money bad
37:46deal whatever decision you make in life
37:48from this point on ask yourself are you
Final Charge
37:50giving up happiness for pleasure or
37:52pleasure for happiness and they're the
37:54best lessons I can give you for my last
37:5510 years on this plan it if you apply
37:57them right I think you can do better
37:59that's all I'm asking you to
38:00do do better thanks for
38:04watching
