0:00I'm on a mission to get everyone to try
0:01jiu-jitsu. Today, I'm going to be taking
0:03you behind the scenes at my local gym
0:04where I'm going to be teaching a class
0:05so you can get a feel for what it is
0:07that goes on behind closed doors. All
0:09with one goal in mind, for you to go to
0:11your local gym and to try it for
0:12yourself. What do I get out of it?
0:14Nothing. But I will promote New Tonic
0:16throughout. Culture here at Garage
0:17University Wong is so nice and there's a
0:20lot of highle people, but they're all
0:21like the nicest humans you could ever
0:23meet. And whether it's your first day or
0:24you've been training for years, you can
0:26come along, have a good training
0:27session, learn a bit, make some new
0:29friends, and it's beautiful. Everyone
0:30should give Ju any kind of combat sport
0:32for a girl. I love JSU cuz I feel like
0:34it's the perfect blend of physical and
0:36mental. Um, it's active problem solving.
0:38So, there's always something to learn,
0:40always something to improve on. Every
0:41day you're learning uh through direct
0:43experience what you can do better, and
0:45that motivates you to come back uh the
0:46next day and keep working on things that
0:48you need to improve. It's really
0:50rewarding training in a place where
0:52you're constantly learning new skills.
0:54Skills that I think are are pretty cool.
0:56The more I learn, the more I want to
0:57learn, the better I get and the more fun
0:59it gets. So, it just keeps getting more
1:01fun. And the people are great. Everyone
1:03wants you to get better, too. So, that's
1:05always that feels pretty special, too.
1:06So, we're going to look to try and end
1:08up in front headlock, which is where
1:09you're in front of your partner. You've
1:10got one hand on the chin, one hand on
1:12the tricep. We end up here more often
1:14than we'd like to think from passing,
1:16but I'm just going to go through the
1:17mechanics of a guillotine first. I
1:19didn't get my first submission from a
1:21guillotine until I was a purple belt.
1:23And I used to think we were squeezing
1:24the neck. I used to think it was like a
1:26rear naked but from an inverted
1:29position, but it's not squeezing the
1:30neck. So, if you sit your butt and give
1:32me your back for a second. One thing
1:33we're going to do with our partner to
1:34begin with is a position that I call no
1:36man's land. Now, if I'm ever gassed
1:38around, you'll see me do this. So, we're
1:40going to come to seat belt from behind
1:42our partner. We're going to put our arm
1:44across our partner's neck. But instead
1:45of trying to squeeze or submit our
1:47partner, we're going to bring them back
1:49into this position here. Now, if I take
1:51Jake all the way to the floor, he's
1:53going to be quite comfortable. And if
1:54he's sat up, he's quite comfortable. I'm
1:56actually going to bring him into a
1:57position halfway between the two where
1:59he's actually probably going to panic a
2:00little bit and he's going to start to
2:01feel quite uncomfortable. Then, slowly,
2:03all you're going to do is push your
2:04partner's chin to their chest. Now, if I
2:07was to get Jake to count out loud to 10,
2:09if you do that for me, his ability to
2:11count is diminished just by compressing
2:13his chin towards his neck. So, one more
2:14time, say it with chest. One 2 3 4 5.
2:19So, that's what I want us to think
2:20about. The guillotine mechanics is not
2:22to do with squeezing the neck. It's to
2:24do with compressing the chin towards the
2:25chest. And eventually, I'm not going to
2:27do it too hard cuz we're just doing a
2:28warm up. If I was to clasp my hands in
2:30this position and to compress his chin
2:32towards his chest, he'll probably tap.
2:34Okay.
2:36Cool. So, all we're doing with a
2:38guillotine is doing that movement. And
2:41if someone had told me that sooner, I
2:42wouldn't have gassed out my biceps
2:44trying to squeeze people's heads off so
2:45much. So, get your partner, take their
2:48back, just slowly start to instead of
2:50trying to squeeze the neck, think about
2:52pushing the chin towards the chest. And
2:54the fact that my arm is in there means
2:56there's even less room for that
2:58mechanics to happen. If I take my arm
2:59out, it's probably going to be able to
3:00go all day. So, do that. Maybe do two,
3:03three each side and just start to get
3:04that feeling of what a choke feels like,
3:07not a strangulation. So that's a choke.
3:09A strangulation would be where I squeeze
3:11his crotets and get the tap that way.
3:12There's two different ways in which we
3:14can submit our opponent by using their
3:16neck. So even here, I'm just going to
3:18hold him. Now, he's not going to want to
3:20be here. If he sits up, I'm going to
3:21pull him down. If he comes down, I'm
3:23going to pull him up. I'm just going to
3:24hold him in this position of misery. As
3:25long as I've got a hand under his chin
3:26and my shoulder behind the back of his
3:28head, it's really horrible. And you
3:30don't need a lot of strength to control
3:31someone like that. So just like do this
3:33sort of like a seat belt. Just one hand.
3:34All right. Yeah. Cool. Now walk your
3:36yourself back. Cool. And then even from
3:39here start to you're you're keeping him
3:41in a straight line. I want you to bend
3:42him like a fishing rod. Yeah. Oh yeah.
3:46How does this tie in to passing the
3:47guard? I kind of stole this from Ash
3:49Williams a little bit. First of all,
3:51when we passing the guard, we've been
3:52passing from supine. And if we harass
3:55our partners enough, they will go
3:56supine. So Jake to begin with will be
3:58sat up. He'll probably be reaching for
4:00my legs or whatever, but if I can try
4:02and cut a corner from him, he'll just go
4:03to supine. So, for the sake of this
4:05drill, we're going to do this. Now, I
4:08have a really terrible knee up. Whenever
4:10I start to knee up past people's guards,
4:12even a brown belt, it's not that good.
4:14I've got terrible camuras. I've got
4:15terrible arm bars, but even being
4:17terrible at things, you can still have a
4:18pretty good game. What we're going to do
4:20from here is as we're looking for the
4:22knee up pass, just so I don't break your
4:24fingers, keep your elbow tight to your
4:25body for a second. We're gonna knee cut
4:27way past our opponent and turn back. So,
4:29I'm not even gonna look for the knee
4:31cut, per se. I'm just gonna go past my
4:34opponent. I'm gonna turn into them. Our
4:36opponent's probably going to turn to
4:38turtle or they're just going to get
4:39past. So, Jake roll to turtle other way.
4:42We're going to turn into me and we're
4:43going to come into the front headlock
4:44from that. So, to begin with, partner
4:46goes twine. We're going to start to set
4:48up the knee cut. We're actually going to
4:50go all the way past our opponent. Now,
4:52if Jake doesn't roll in, I've got the
4:55position. He's almost 100% going to roll
4:57in and go to turtle to prevent the pass
4:59from happening. As he comes in, I'm
5:01going to solidify my position on top.
5:02So, one more time, just going to drill
5:04this with our partner. The first couple
5:05of times, we're going to start to look
5:07for the knee cut. We're going to go all
5:08the way past our opponent. We're going
5:10to turn back in. They're going to come
5:12to front headlock. They're going to go
5:13to turtle. So, we're just going to drill
5:15that. This is a way that you can pass
5:17the guard without having to actually
5:19pass the guard. Now, we don't get points
5:21because they've gone to turtle, but we
5:23do get to get into a position that could
5:25be beneficial for us. This is a really
5:27cool way to do it. So, we're just going
5:28to drill two, three of those each and
5:30find our way into the front headlock so
5:32we can start going into the guilt team
5:33from there. That's your way you can end
5:34up in this front headlock position. Now,
5:36the next thing that not many people do
5:38at training, cuz I feel it a lot, is
5:40when they get here, they think the
5:41dominance of the position is just having
5:43my weight on top of my opponent, which
5:45in some respects is true. But the thing
5:47I want us to do today is we're going to
5:49grab the chin. So if I lift your head
5:51up. Sorry if everyone can see that side.
5:53If you turn around 180 for me, please.
5:56Sorry. You can see that I'm really
5:59grabbing the chin with my hand. A lot of
6:01people in the guillotine like to go with
6:02the blade of the wrist through me. No. I
6:05like to hold on to this now from here.
6:08Sorry. If I get you to count to 10
6:09again. Yeah. Five, two, three, four. I
6:12want to hold his chin so hard he can't
6:14talk out loud. And there's nothing wrong
6:16with me doing that. And when I'm in this
6:17position, I don't want the person
6:19underneath to feel comfortable. I
6:21actually want them to start panicking
6:23already. That's just one hand. My other
6:25hand will go behind the armpit. Now, the
6:27reason no one ever really told me why we
6:29grab the armpit. And I'm going to show
6:30you now. So, with this, we're going to
6:33play around with this. Our partner's
6:34going to go to front headlock. You go
6:36front headlock for me. Grab my chin and
6:38make it quite uncomfortable. Now, if
6:40Jake just has his weight on me, I can
6:43grab this
6:45elbow and just peek out. And not many
6:48people, one are controlling the head
6:49enough, but two are respecting the peak
6:51out. So, one more time. So, I come in
6:53for the front headlock. I'm not really
6:54respecting the position. He grabs my
6:56tricep, his left hand. Now, even with
6:58all my weight on him, all he has to do
6:59is peek out the same way as me. He's now
7:02on my back, which is really
7:03considering I started from a guard
7:05passing position. So, what we're going
7:07to do, we're going to come on. We're
7:08going to secure the chin strap. I'm
7:10going to ask our partner to count to 10,
7:13please. I'm going to hold his tricep.
7:15So, if he tries doing a peek
7:17out, he can't move because he needs the
7:21rotation from that right shoulder or the
7:23opposing shoulder to create a circular
7:25motion to peek out. That's why we must
7:27clasp the chin hard enough that they
7:29feel like this is really, really
7:30but also that we hold the armpit hard
7:32enough that they can't turn out. So,
7:34we're going to play around with that.
7:35Your partner's going to put a soft front
7:38headlock position on you. You're going
7:39to grab the tricep and you're going to
7:41be doing a circular
7:42motion. What do you call that in boxing?
7:44A weave. Yeah. Cool. Exact same. Tricep
7:47weave. If you look the same way as your
7:49partner, you're out. You're on the back.
7:50Then second time, we're going to get a
7:52nice little meat claw on the tricep.
7:54Nice little meat claw on the chin. And
7:56we're not going to let our partner move.
7:57So if we go into that from here, it's
7:59going to make the next step we go into a
8:00lot easier. 1 2 3.
8:05You know, like that trend on TikTok
8:07where they ask their dad to like duck
8:09underneath the arm or whatever and then
8:10they close their eyes and they're doing
8:11that. It's a lot like that. Okay. So, if
8:14you come to front headlock for me again.
8:16So, now that we appreciate that we need
8:18the tricep and the chin or they're just
8:20going to take our back. Everyone seems
8:22to think cuz I've got head height here
8:23that I'm going to beat my partner. If
8:25you're lazy in this position, someone
8:27who's in turtle, aka me, is there
8:29because they want to be because they're
8:31athletically inferior, but they have
8:33ways of getting out of it. So from here,
8:36again, one thing that I used to do all
8:38the way to a purple belt was I thought I
8:39just needed to get under my opponent to
8:42start sitting into a guillotine. And in
8:44some respects, that's okay. But the
8:45first thing we need to do is actually
8:47lift our opponent up. And by lifting our
8:50opponent up, if you come
8:51sideways, if we look at Jake's spine
8:54here, it's flat. By lifting him up, I
8:56put a bend in it very, very quickly,
8:58easily. I don't have to be very strong
9:00to do this. And considering that we know
9:02from the first drill that a bend in the
9:04spine is one of the best things that we
9:05can get for guillotine. That first
9:07little pickup doesn't just give me that,
9:08it gives me space to sit into. Now, the
9:11second thing that I'm probably going to
9:12do from here is as I lift him up, I'm
9:15just going to put my fingers onto my
9:16little fingers, just strengthening that
9:18grip. Because then when I pick Jake up,
9:21whatever he tries to do, he's now got to
9:23fight both my arms to do so. And if he
9:25tries to peel away one of my hands like
9:27that, it's reinforced with the other and
9:28vice versa. So, we're going to secure
9:31the armpit. We're going to grab the
9:32chin. We're going to hold the little
9:34finger. We're going to pick our opponent
9:35up. And again, we're not going to lift
9:37them up so their spine comes straight.
9:38Going to lift them up to put the curve
9:40in. Now, from here, my right
9:42shin is going to go into his jeans
9:45pocket. You know where you hide a bag of
9:46cocaine on a night out? Allegedly, into
9:49there. Okay, here. I'm just going to
9:51kick it with my foot and fall to my
9:54side. Sorry, that was your head on the
9:55mat. So, my foot is here. I now have
9:58control of shoulder, neck, hip, and
10:02there's a nice curve in the back. Now,
10:05irrespective of if my partner goes to
10:07put his head into the mat or straighten
10:08out his spine, he can't because I've got
10:11that grip. From here, the only thing he
10:13can do is jump over my guard, which is
10:14why I'm going to put my leg over the
10:16top. But ultimately, instead of trying
10:18to squeeze his neck, and actually for a
10:19lot of you on this side, sorry, can you
10:21come around here, William Patel, if you
10:23look around my right bicep, if we were
10:26doing a head arm choke or anything, we
10:28would be very concerned that there was
10:29space here. If we were doing a DS or
10:31we're doing an anaconda, we're doing any
10:32submission, this would be unacceptable.
10:34But with an arm in guillotine, it's
10:36completely fine because it's not the
10:37strangulation of the neck, it's the
10:38curve in the spine. And all I'm going to
10:40do is pull his chin in towards his hips
10:43and his butt using my
10:46armpit. Put my leg over the top and we
10:50get the submission. So from here, again,
10:52my pec is on the crown of his head. I'm
10:54just going to push his hips in towards
10:56his his chin in towards his hips.
10:59[Music]
11:01This is how we finish a guilt team. It's
11:03not a strangulation of the neck. It's
11:05forcing his chin in towards his hips.
11:07And again, because that arc is through
11:09the spine, there's not very far he can
11:11go. Now, we're going to play around with
11:12this. Sorry about this. Terrible time to
11:14be in UK. If for whatever reason I can't
11:17get the finish, I can take this hand out
11:20and I can put it in front and connect
11:22with my fingers again. And from here, I
11:24can lift my elbow, come again, and go
11:26for a high elbow guillotine. This again
11:28is just going to put more pressure on
11:30his neck. We lose the control of the
11:32upper body. We go from arm in to arm
11:34out. We can then clasp our hands
11:36together. Hold this in this position.
11:38Again, bring our elbow up. And again,
11:40the finishing mechanics is me pushing
11:41his head in towards his hips. So, we're
11:44going to play around with that. Arm in
11:46guillotine, arm out guillotine. The
11:48pressure is that we're trying to push
11:49our partner's head towards their hips
11:51and they will tap. So, we've learned a
11:53few guillotine variations. We're now
11:55going to try another type of submission
11:57from passing. If our partner doesn't go
11:59supine, so let's say that I'm harassing
12:01Jake and for whatever reason, he's just
12:03not going down. I come to the side, he
12:05just squares up with me. I'm going to
12:07step into his guard. I'm going to
12:09threaten the guillotine. Now, when I
12:10threaten the guillotine, he's going to
12:12bring his hands to fight my hands. And
12:14when he does that, I'm just going to go
12:16to his back and sit. Very simple. So,
12:20one more time. Jake's playing guard. And
12:23for whatever reason, he's not going
12:24supine. I'm going to step into his
12:26guard. I'm going to throw a guillotine
12:28on. Both his hands are going to come
12:29defend. From there, I'm just going to go
12:31around the corner, drop to his back.
12:34It's one of the easiest back takes there
12:35is. Now, another time it happens if Jake
12:37does it to me for a second. He steps
12:40into my guard as if he's going to knee
12:41cut. And I'm thinking to myself, oh, am
12:43I going to drop reverse deaha? Am I
12:46going to try some kind of wrestler? Then
12:47boom, he snaps on that guillotine. I
12:49think, "Oh if I'm unfortunate
12:51enough to fight the hands through his
12:53legs, if he comes to my back now around
12:55the corner, he also traps my arm." Sit
12:59down. And now from this position, he's
13:01got full control of my arm. Put the
13:02other hook in. And I'm pretty much
13:04from here. So guys, give this a
13:07go. Real simple. You're stepping into
13:08your opponent's guard. They catch him
13:10into the guillotine. He goes to defend.
13:13Easiest back take you'll have or your
13:15money back. I go to guillotine my
13:16partner. He jumps over my guard. I move
13:18my hips away. If my hips are away, he's
13:21not got the control that he needs. Now,
13:23everyone watching on this side, you'll
13:24notice the corroted artery on the right
13:26side of his neck is exposed. I'm going
13:29to put the back of my hand. Some people
13:30call this a punch stroke, but to punch
13:32him from here, I feel very difficult. My
13:35elbow isn't in the right driving force.
13:36I could punch out, but I can't punch in.
13:39So, for that reason, I'm going to use
13:40the back of my hand. Now, my back of my
13:42hand, I'm judo chopping is corroted. My
13:44fingers underneath are wrapping onto my
13:46wrist. Now, from here, it's a bit of an
13:48Ezekiel. It's a bit of a padlock. It's a
13:50bit of a a diesel squeeze. It's a bit of
13:52everything. Now, from here, I'm just
13:54going to pull and squeeze. I'm going to
13:56get the tap. Now, as I'm putting this
13:58on, if Jake comes to lay me flat on my
14:01back and tries to crush me and tries to
14:02put the von flu
14:05on. So, again, I sit the guillotine.
14:07He's a real quick bastard. He's round
14:09the side. I push my hips out. From here,
14:11his hand on the hip. I'm trying to get
14:13my hips as far away from his as
14:14possible. Going to put the judo chop on
14:16the back. gonna grab my own wrist where
14:18my watch would be. Now, it doesn't
14:20really matter. The best defense that
14:22he's really going to do is to go over
14:23the top and put his back to the mat.
14:26This now gives me the position to come
14:28up on top. You can see here that I've
14:30got my judo chop in the side of his
14:31throat and squeeze. Quickly going to
14:34look at two more considerations from
14:36this to make you a better athlete. So,
14:38again, let's say Jake takes me a single
14:40leg. Traditionally, for me to try and
14:43guillotine him or finish my partner,
14:46I've got to push his head to the side.
14:47I've got to take a chin strap. Then from
14:49here, I've got to control the hamstring.
14:50I'm going to sit. By the way, I have to
14:52then sit, put my leg across, and I have
14:54to go for the guillotine. And if he pops
14:56his head out, oh bollocks, I've just
14:58given up top position for what? So, one
15:00thing to experiment with is if your
15:02partner picks you up in a single leg,
15:04pop the head to the side, grab the chin
15:06strap, and think, do you know what? I
15:07want to keep head. In jiu-jitsu, if
15:09you're ever not sure about the position
15:10you're in, if your head's above your
15:11opponents, you're in a good good place
15:13to be. I'm going to put my hand against
15:14that. I'm going to put it on because
15:16even if I don't get the finish here, you
15:17can guarantee he's letting go of my leg.
15:19And then we can start to get into other
15:21positions. So that same finishing
15:23mechanics, single leg, just going to pop
15:24it out to the side. I'm going to try and
15:26get my hand in. If my fingers can wiggle
15:29above there, I'm in a good position. I'm
15:30either going to get the finish or
15:32against most black belts and brown
15:33belts, they're going to let go and just
15:35absolutely spaz their way out. So use
15:38this in other positions. Now the last
15:41thing that um I'm going to teach is if
15:43you lay on your back for a second. I
15:45feel like the guillotine doesn't get
15:46enough love from already established
15:48positions. Noi is really hard to submit
15:50people from mount. Like I told you, I've
15:52got terrible arm bars. I've got terrible
15:54camaras. The idea of me trying to get up
15:56into an escard, I'm just getting bumped
15:58off my opponent. You'll never really see
16:00me going for an arm bar from mount. So
16:02instead, sometimes if my opponent is
16:04really tight, he's got his lats turned
16:05on, and he's using CrossFit strength to
16:07stop me from tapping him out, I'll
16:09sometimes bring my head to the mat over
16:11here, and I'll just wait because I know
16:14eventually he's going to try and push me
16:15off in a bucking escape. So, I'm going
16:17to come over here. Jake's going to start
16:18bucking me off. I'm going to come
16:20around. I'm going to wrap his neck. At
16:22some point, to push me off with the
16:24bucket mount, he has to go concave. So,
16:26the second he goes concave, I'm going to
16:29look for his neck. Now from here I can
16:31try and finish or actually I can come
16:34back to my own guillotine positions and
16:37I'm back into my own attacks from here.
16:39He gets no points for this because I've
16:42pulled the guard from mount. Is that
16:44correct? It's a reversal. Thank god for
16:46that. I can start to wiggle around my
16:48positions and it's actually a lot easier
16:50for me to submit him from here than it
16:52is being on top of him. If for whatever
16:54reason he manages to pop out or
16:56whatever, fair enough. That's a bad
16:58move. But if we ever going to uh if you
17:01mount me for a sec, if I'm in this
17:02position, my head's going to be flat.
17:04I'm going to be keeping everything to
17:05myself. But the second that I go to pop
17:07and bump him off, Jake's just going to
17:09be ready. And I'm going to go and he's
17:12going to reach around. Is once we're in
17:14this position, we're making our opponent
17:16panic a little bit. He goes for the
17:17bump. I get the neck. And from here, the
17:20guillotine's only going to get worse for
17:21him. I don't want to be loosening it up
17:23at any point. I want his life to
17:25continually get worse. I'm going to make
17:27slight adjustments. I'm just going to
17:29get to the point where even if the
17:30strangulation isn't going to tap him,
17:32I'm going to squeeze all the hope out of
17:34him. And that's the best way to win a
17:35guillotine. Take your opponent's hope.
17:37From here, what I want us to do is go
17:39head hunting. So, when I step into the
17:41guard, I want the guillotine. He's
17:42probably going to go supine. If he goes
17:44supine, I can use my knee cut to go
17:46past. Come back into front headlock. Or
17:49even, let's say, for whatever reason, I
17:51bring him over to the other side and I
17:53start to pass. Sometimes if his head is
17:55here, I don't care about the legs. Oh,
17:57he's got inside position. Don't care.
17:59I'm just going to grab a guillotine
18:00because he now knows that I've learned
18:02about 16 ways to guillotine him. Now,
18:04the worst case here scenario is he
18:06clears my hand out, but I'm just going
18:08to use this to pass this guy and then
18:11I'm passed. Any position that we come
18:13into, maybe he puts me in a knee shield
18:15half guard. Cool. If I can clear that
18:17knee and just grab his head, I'm in a
18:20great position. Both his hands are
18:21dealing with me. I've got a spare hand
18:23here. I'm probably just going to come
18:24into whatever position we're in. This is
18:26pretty much me exposing all my game.
18:28It's just grabbing the head wherever I
18:30can and having really bad passing if I
18:33don't have the head. So again, any
18:35position you want to work from, maybe
18:37even uh he puts me in like a reverse
18:39delever. He starts off balancing me.
18:41Cool. I'm just going to grab his head.
18:43Going to clear his legs. I'm going to
18:44get back through. If he doesn't attack
18:47my hands or stop me from attacking his
18:48head, I got the guillotine in. So every
18:50time I pass, I'd either get an attack or
18:52a pass. And then once I've passed, it's
18:54a lot easier to get another guillotine.
18:56So we're going to try that. We get four
18:57people in the middle. Everyone line up
18:59on the wall. You're going to try and
19:00find your way past. No armbars, no
19:02kimuras, no leg locks. It's guillotines
19:05or passes. We're just going to do 10
19:08minutes and then we'll get into some
19:09rounds. 1 2 3.

19:29I don't know.
19:32[Music]
19:51[Music]
20:04[Music]
20:06I'll pick up
20:12[Music]
20:20You'll be there.
20:32[Music]
20:57Hey. Hey. Hey.
21:01[Music]
21:09So, as you can see, everyone's friendly.
21:11We get into the techniques. We try and
21:13help each other. We try to look after
21:14each other. Uh, there usually is a lot
21:16more women training with us. Super
21:18friendly. I'm not saying that you need
21:19to come to our gym. I'm saying that any
21:21local gym that you want to consider
21:23joining, message them, go to a trial
21:25class. They'll give you a week for free.
21:27They'll be super receptive. Everyone
21:28seems to think in jiu-jitsu gyms it's
21:30super intimidating. It's people trying
21:31to kill each other. It's not. Everyone
21:33here, doesn't matter what you do for a
21:34living, doesn't matter what you do, who
21:36you are, what political party you
21:38follow, everyone's here just trying to
21:40be better. And I think if anyone could
21:42just watch this video and take that next
21:43step to start in a jiu-jitsu journey,
21:45it'd be amazing. I stopped playing rugby
21:47at 28 and this was the perfect thing for
21:49me. It's safer. I've been less injured
21:51and I feel like I'm progressing more
21:52than any other sport. Quiet your local
21:54gym. Enjoy it. Thanks for watching.
