0:04the five CATME teamwork dimensions, Contributing to the Team's Work is
0:09defined as helping the team achieve its goals or objectives by completing the
0:13assigned tasks. This dimension is measured by the quality and quantity of
0:17a team members contributions to their team, their level of commitment and
0:21contribution to the team in its tasks, and whether or not they are helping
0:25their team members. To excel in this dimension, you must do more or higher
0:29quality work than expected and make important contributions that improve the
0:32team's work. This can be done by completing work accurately and on time,
0:36preparing for and participating in meetings, and keeping commitments even
0:41when it's difficult. Helping team members who are having difficulty completing
0:45their work is also very important to excel in this dimension. You can achieve
0:49this by teaching team members who are struggling to understand tasks how to
0:52complete them or volunteering your time to assist those who are falling behind
0:55in the work assigned to them. Thank you for watching please fill out the survey
