0:00This video will explain the concept of Expecting Quality, one of the Five CATME
0:04Teamwork Dimensions. Expecting Quality focuses on the belief that the team is
0:09capable of and encouraging the team to strive for quality work. Excelling in
0:13this dimension requires the team members set high expectations and motivate their
0:17team to do excellent work. To set high expectations, you have to identify and
0:21share the benefits of the project. Expressing your belief that the team can
0:25do a good job builds confidence that can help sustain the team's efforts. Remember
0:30to allow each team member some level of control and responsibility for the
0:33project. Teams that do not care about the quality of their work are not going to
0:39perform well. Without a successful outlook team members may not follow
0:43through on their commitments. Teams are at their best when striving for and
0:47attaining challenging and realistic goals. Consider what expectations have
0:52benefited you and your teammates in the past. Thank you for watching! Please fill
