0:00In my last video, I said I needed 66

0:02days to get legal advice. And for some

0:04of you, you might have realized it's

0:05quite a long time because I lied. Not

0:06only was I getting legal advice, I was

0:08doing something else. And I decided not

0:10to put this in the first video in case

0:12legal came for me pretty hard. I've not

0:14had any public statement. I've not been

0:16contacted by any lawyers since my last

0:18video. Push are deleting a lot of

0:20comments and attempting to hide it all.

0:21So, it's time to reveal the pocket ace.

0:23So, let's reveal the biggest bombshell

0:25in this scandal. While I was in fact

0:28seeking legal advice for this video, I

0:30thought to really cover my tracks, I

0:31wouldn't just send the gummies off to

0:33get tested. I would send them off to

0:34China to get tested. Not just from

0:36Euroins, but from the exact same Euroins

0:40that Push Gummies allegedly get their

0:42gummies tested. So, in my eyes, if we

0:44sent it to their lab using their tests

0:47they claim work, and if I was to get it

0:48signed off by the very same person that

0:51signed off their testing, surely they

0:53would now come back containing creatine,

0:55right? Strawberry flavor, creatine not

0:57detected. Apple flavor, creatine not

0:59detected. And look who we have down

1:01here. Mr. Ryan Luo. So, I think at this

1:03point we cannot blame the testing

1:05method. I know what you're thinking.

1:07Maybe it was a bad batch. Well, let's

1:08bring into question one of the batches,

1:11PGL 3612, which as you can see in this

1:14short video here is the batch that we

1:16sent off to China to get tested. Now, if

1:18I bring up the PGL 3612 document from

1:22the push website, which is redacted, you

1:24will see that the results come in

1:26containing creatine, how is it that the

1:28batch you sent to your factory comes

1:31back redacted with creatine and the

1:33batch, the exact same batch that I send

1:35to the same factory to the same person

1:38came back with no creatine detected.

1:40You'll even notice where we sent the

1:42gummies, we sent a sealed bag, so we

1:44couldn't have interfered with the batch.

1:45Now, interestingly on this one,

1:47consignation testing, which is

1:49interesting. Surely, if you were sending

1:50your own batch to China, it would have

1:51gone in a sealed bag like the ones we

1:53did. And hopefully by this point, I

1:55think you are starting to connect the

1:56dots. We now know there's no creatine in

1:58these gummies from their own labs. Now,

2:00this leaves a lot of questions to be

2:02asked. They now cannot dispute the

2:04results, and I don't even think their

2:05legal team would probably pursue this

2:07any further. They probably said, "We're

2:09out." But it doesn't end here. We

2:10decided to get in touch with push via

2:12Instagram and just in case someone

2:14thought that maybe this was made in

2:15Photoshop we'll do it through the video.

2:17So we asked just reading your

2:18transparency post who does your testing

2:20is it you or does your factory supplier

2:22provide them with every batch that you

2:23buy from them? Says here that push say

2:25we take our testing very seriously and

2:26have been transparent about the testing

2:28we put our gummies through to prove

2:29their creatine content. Looks like this

2:31is a bit of a copypaste result. So we

2:32ask the very important question who does

2:34your testing is it you guys scenario A

2:36or does the factory or supplier provide

2:39you with the every batch that you buy

2:40from them which would be B. Just to make

2:42this real clear they said yeah Europins

2:44does the testing and we deal directly

2:45with Europins ourselves. So just to

2:47double check you send the product

2:48yourselves to Europins from New Zealand

2:50and here it is. We have an agent who

2:51sends the gummies to Europins and we

2:53deal directly with them. We pay them

2:55direct. We work with them on the testing

2:57and we are sent the results directly.

2:59This is separate from our manufacturer.

3:01So, we asked the simple question, why

3:02would you not send your own product

3:04yourself to Europins? It's super easy to

3:06do. Done it countless times now. And we

3:08asked the question, how do you know you

3:09aren't receiving incorrect information

3:11like the ones where the QR codes are

3:12redacted? Do you have them? Who redacted

3:14them? You or the agent or the person at

3:16the factory? They come back with a bit

3:18of a deflection. We aim to deliver as

3:19quickly as possible post-production,

3:21tweet, blah blah blah. So, we just

3:22double check your Europ's agent is based

3:24in China. And we're kind of confused

3:25here. Why go to the trouble to send them

3:27to Europins in China who take 66 days to

3:30get back to you when you could get the

3:31packs and send them to a local lab.

3:32They've got to go to China. They've got

3:34to clear customs. Got to wait an extra

3:36few weeks to see if a product is legit.

3:38So, we double checked the agent you used

3:39is based in China. Yes, they are. If you

3:41send it to Europins in New Zealand, they

3:43will ship it to the same lab

3:44internationally that our agent ships it

3:46to. They would not do this sort of

3:47testing within New Zealand, Australia,

3:48or even likely the UK. So, we asked the

3:50question, did your factory supplier

3:52introduce you to the agent? And from

3:54there, the DMs start to go cold. So,

3:55they don't do their own testing.

3:56Apparently, it's an agent and they don't

3:58even know where the testing happens,

4:00even though it's there on their own

4:01documents. And as they aren't doing

4:02their own testing, they can't actually

4:04authenticate the documents. And it's

4:05starting to sound a lot like overload

4:07here, which is crazy because after the

4:08overload takedown, you would think that

4:10anyone out there that runs a creatine

4:11gummy brand business would double check

4:14that they're not fraudulently being

4:15misled by their provider. So, some

4:17questions I have here for the audience.

4:19Why are some of these tests redacted and

4:21the new ones aren't? It's just crazy to

4:22think that Push aren't doing their own

4:24testing as we can see from their

4:25messages. And I've always had this

4:27suspicion as soon as I saw that the

4:28documents were Chinese. Is it negligence

4:30or did they just not want to know? Or as

4:32it looks, they're probably buying these

4:34gummies from a manufacturer in China

4:35that are given them these documents. And

4:37if Push themselves aren't doing this

4:39testing, what local Chinese supplier is

4:41providing this to urins because it's not

4:43their product. They're providing

4:44something else. So, do we think Push are

4:46ripping people off for thousands or

4:49potentially even millions of dollars? In

4:50my honest personal opinion, I don't

4:52think that's the case. I think they've

4:53been [ __ ] up good and proper here by a

4:55Chinese supplier. Very similar to

4:57overload. But there is no excuses for

4:58not doing your own testing, especially

5:00with the amount of sales that you're

5:01making. When even some of your one-star

5:02reviews on Amazon, people clearly say

5:04they've taken creatine gummies before

5:06and these ones have no creatine in

5:07because they taste too good or people

5:08aren't getting the results. You go, you

5:10know what? Maybe let's check that. And

5:11you're probably thinking as well, why

5:13would the Chinese manufacturers not put

5:14creatine in the gummy when it's so cheap

5:16and easily readily available? Well, in

5:17my honest personal opinion, I think it's

5:19this. You want the experience of someone

5:21eating the gummy to be as good as

5:22possible. You actually want them to say,

5:24"Wow, I couldn't even tell there was

5:25creatine in there." Which is ironic

5:26because there isn't. When you put

5:28creatine in the gummies, I think you

5:29tank the likeliness of someone repeat

5:31purchasing. I think by making it taste

5:33better and not putting creatine in it,

5:34you give people that wow factor. So, by

5:36selling people sweets to sell on with

5:38the illusion there's creatine in there,

5:39your chance of repeat business and your

5:41average customer value is only going to

5:42be heightened, which means that the

5:44factory in China is only going to get

5:45more business. Purely hypothetical. Now,

5:46push, you can do the right thing and

5:48come off sale immediately. You start

5:49doing your own tests and you find a new

5:51supplier of a product that actually

5:52contains creatine. This is what Overload

5:54have done. But I don't think overload

5:55were completely honest either, as I

5:57don't think their products ever had

5:58creatine in them like they tried to

5:59claim. Or they wouldn't have had to

6:01change their entire product line to what

6:03is very apparently a brand new product.

6:05Or maybe Push will dig in, continue to

6:07block people, delete comments, and to

6:08lie to their customers and athletes. If

6:10that's the case, I'd quite like to see

6:11what a court would think of this. And I

6:13wonder how much the refunds could equate

6:15to and whether or not anyone would face

6:16prison time. Time to do the right thing

6:18here. Push. You have a great brand here.

6:19I just hope you can fix this immediately

6:21and do the right thing. Not by me, but

6:23all the people that bought your product.
