0:00This is about 5 g of creatine. And the

0:03reason it's in a lumpy ball, we'll get

0:04into in a second. If you were to take

0:06that 5 g of creatine a day, you would

0:08get loads of benefits. Strength,

0:09performance, muscle mass. And the new

0:11science is showing us some cognitive

0:13benefits. And we'll get into the sleep

0:15deprivation mega creatine dose science

0:17shortly. So, with the incredibly

0:19well-priced powdered version of

0:21creatine, why are people going so wild

0:23still for the much more expensive

0:26versions of the exact same supplement?

0:28But, this is where the problem begins. A

0:30few months ago, I uncovered not just one

0:32multi-million dollar scam involving

0:34creatine gummies, but I uncovered

0:36several. Now, for a very quick recap,

0:38the first one was Overload. They were

0:39using me in their adverts, promoting me

0:41all over TikTok. Asked them several

0:43times to stop using me in the adverts,

0:44and they didn't. Tested their gummies,

0:46no creatine present. And Overload, like

0:47a lot of the other companies, quickly

0:49pointed the finger to it being a bad

0:50batch. So, then I decided to get the 10

0:52biggest brands of creatine gummies, and

0:54I sent them all off to get tested. And

0:56lo and behold, over half of the gummies

0:58came back with no creatine detected. One

1:01company in particular, called Push

1:02Gummies. Now, I had a feeling that these

1:04companies might do what Overload did and

1:06say it was a bad batch. So, what I

1:07failed to mention in the first video

1:09was, not only had I tested their

1:10gummies, I tested several batches of

1:12their gummies and sent them to the very

1:14same testing laboratory that they got

1:16their own gummies tested. Even signed

1:17off by the exact same person. Which has

1:19now got me banned from being able to

1:21test things with Eurofins. Lol. And one

1:23of the craziest things was, the

1:24certificates that Push Gummies were

1:26putting on their website were falsified

1:28from the very manufacturer in China.

1:30They had connected them with the person

1:31to do the testing for them. They had

1:32never tested their own product. So,

1:33whether or not that's their fault, let's

1:35just say this. Anyone out there in the

1:37supplement industry, if your one-star

1:39reviews and your five-star reviews say

1:41the exact same thing,

1:43"I can't even taste any creatine."

1:44That's a problem. Then a good mate of

1:46mine, Adam Sullivan, just made a million

1:47dollars in 10 days releasing his own

1:49brand of creatine gummies.

1:51According to his tests, they have

1:53creatine in them. I haven't got my

1:54results back because I've been banned by

1:56Eurofins, but I will definitively have

1:57that amount of creatine in per gummy

1:59very, very shortly. Let's get back to

2:00the question. Why are people going crazy

2:02for much more expensive versions of

2:04creatine than just taking creatine? What

2:06I've come to discover is there are two

2:08different types of creatine users

2:09worldwide. Let's begin with group one.

2:11In a mental, I've literally got

2:13creatine gummies everywhere for the last

2:15few years. You group one, these are the

2:17people very quick to comment Declan, and

2:18they go, "Oh my god, why can't you just

2:20get a scoop of creatine and put it in

2:22your drink every day and mix it? It

2:24dissolves with water. What's wrong with

2:25you?" They look at you as if you're

2:27mentally handicapped for missing a day

2:29of creatine. These are the same people

2:31that I remind you, Declan, are the type

2:32of people to put plain chicken and

2:34broccoli in Tupperware, to stack it up,

2:36and come into work, and eat tuna at the

2:38desk, and go, "Ha, look at that person

2:40having a muesli bar. You don't know seed

2:41oils are bad for you?" There is a cohort

2:43of people that I can only call six-pack

2:45Pete, the [ __ ] boring ball bag,

2:46right? To them, the idea of putting

2:48ketchup on something is crazy. We all

2:50know a group one person. The type of

2:53person that will fast for 72 hours, or

2:55doesn't eat plain food, and they will

2:57sit in economy for 18 hours fasting

2:59because there's too much salt in plain

3:01food. The type of person that thinks

3:03people that drink Coke Zero are mental,

3:05and they should just have a glass of

3:06water instead. The group one bell end.

3:09We all know them. Do you know a group

3:10one bell end? Are you a group one bell

3:11end? What else would a group one bell

3:13end do? I know. They would take scales

3:15to dinner with them, plop it on the

3:16table, put the plate on it, and then

3:18measure the amount of green beans

3:19they're taking from the middle, and put

3:20it into MyFitnessPal. Now, there's

3:22nothing wrong with being a group one

3:24orthorexic piece of [ __ ]

3:28But, these products weren't made for

3:30group one individuals. Let's get into

3:31group two. People in group two aren't

3:33stupid. I actually exist in group two. I

3:36know the benefits of creatine. I've done

3:38many videos on it online. I actually, in

3:40fact, have some of the most viewed

3:41YouTube videos in history when it comes

3:42to creatine. But, every time I get a

3:45bag, or a box, or a pot of creatine, I

3:47say to myself that this time, Declan,

3:49it's going to be different. And guess

3:50what? It's not.

3:51It ends up going into the top cupboard,

3:53and I say to myself, "This time's going

3:55to be different." This bag is ancient.

3:57It's old. It's from when we first moved

3:59in here. It's about 3 years old. You

4:01wanted to know why the creatine was

4:02crumpled in the beginning? Declan, there

4:04are old, creepy Australian men in

4:06Thailand getting knocked off in a

4:07massage parlor by a young woman who is

4:10younger than this piece of creatine.

4:12This is easily 20 years old. It looks

4:14like some of Colombia's finest marching

4:16powder. And sometimes I wish it was.

4:18It's not me not knowing the benefits of

4:21creatine. It's not the fact that I can't

4:24take the creatine. The fact is, the

4:26process of taking it just isn't good

4:28enough for me to do it on a daily basis.

4:30And there are millions of group twoers

4:32who would only take creatine if there

4:34was an easier way. The same way that

4:36almost everyone can write their own

4:38training program, but they hire coaches

4:40like me and my amazing online coaching

4:41app, ARC, because the workout is there,

4:44the results are what they need. They

4:45need something that makes it easier, and

4:47to reduce the barrier to entry, so they

4:49actually do the thing they need to know

4:50to do. There'll be a free trial for that

4:52in the link to description to this

4:53video. The crazy thing is, to group one,

4:55this looks moronic, stupid, overpriced,

4:58ridiculous. And the fact that the

4:59majority of them don't have any creatine

5:01in them, that's one thing. But, to group

5:02two, there's finally a world where they

5:05can take creatine for long enough to

5:06reap the benefits. Because the biggest

5:08tragedy in the industry is this. It

5:09takes about 3 to 4 weeks of

5:11supplementing creatine every single day

5:13to hit something called saturation.

5:15Basically, you've got enough in your

5:16system to reap the rewards and the

5:17benefits. Most people would take

5:19creatine for like a week, and they don't

5:20feel the difference, and they're like,

5:21"Oh, it doesn't work. Oh, I'm a

5:22non-responder." Most people have never

5:23been creatine saturated. Most people

5:25that buy a tub of creatine never

5:26actually get to the creatine beta

5:28paradox, which is something that I just

5:30made up, which is where the benefits

5:31actually start to kick in. Strength

5:32increases, muscle mass. People accusing

5:34you of being on steroids, which I've got

5:36quite a lot of randomly since I started

5:37TRT. These gummies could finally mean an

5:40end to millions of people that need

5:42creatine, that tried taking creatine,

5:43that didn't take enough creatine for

5:44long enough to saturate themselves for

5:45the benefit of creatine, to take

5:47creatine. So, let's quickly rewind to

5:48March 2025 this year, when I released

5:51this video with 1.7 million views. You

5:54guys may or may not remember that I was

5:56going to invest into a British brand

5:58called Overload. It all went wrong, and

5:59they pulled on the deal as soon as I

6:01wanted to do my due diligence into

6:02testing the gummies. So, that was

6:04incredibly strange. Then the second

6:05thing was, they started using me in ads

6:07without permission. My opinion is that

6:10someone in their team went, "Why are we

6:12going to get this guy to invest when we

6:13could just use him in ads anyway?" And I

6:15even sent them a very polite legal

6:17letter asking them to discontinue, and

6:18in the nicest way possible, they told me

6:20to [ __ ] off. And we all know how that

6:22turned out when everyone found out there

6:24was no creatine in them, and that they'd

6:25been ripping off thousands of customers

6:27for millions of pounds. So, I set out to

6:29create my own creatine gummy that people

6:32could trust. Let me show you Gym Sweets,

6:34which was the brand. So, here is Gym

6:36Sweets. The packaging's going to look

6:37like this. And actually, that little

6:39circle in the middle is going to be

6:40transparent, so you could see the

6:41gummies inside. We had all the warnings,

6:43everything set out. Let's go 1st of

6:45January. So, nearly a year ago. You can

6:47see here samples, different types of

6:50gummy, competitor analysis, factories,

6:52timeline. The designs we thought looked

6:55pretty sick. Even every single component

6:58about the logo design, color palettes,

7:00color codes, looked at different

7:01typography, textures, icons. Everything

7:05was looked into. Spent hours on calls

7:07going through all of this. And as you

7:08can imagine, thousands of dollars in

7:10design. Which begs the question, why do

7:12I not have a creatine gummy product? And

7:14truth be told, going through the process

7:16of trying to find a good supplier, a

7:17reliable supplier, having to stay on top

7:19of the batches. Also, I will just be

7:21honest with you, the process of creatine

7:23being converted into creatinine. And

7:26also, I could not find enough science

7:28and literature about the degradation of

7:30gummies. And I'll 3, 6, 9 months time,

7:33whether or not the purity of that

7:35creatine would be managed, kept, or

7:37preserved. Because as we scale this

7:40business, the amount of stock that we're

7:42going to have is going to become much,

7:43much bigger. At the moment, we have

7:45about $6 million

7:46worth of stock of just Neutronic cans in

7:48circulation at any given point. Some of

7:50those might sit on a shelf for 2 months,

7:513 months, maybe even 6 months. A can of

7:53Neutronic lasts about 2 years. So, there

7:55are all these considerations. And if we

7:56scaled to the size that we had a million

7:58bags of creatine gummies, and some were

8:00to sit in a warehouse, let's say in

8:01Australia, and they were to get warm,

8:02could we be confident they would still

8:04have the essential 5 g of creatine in

8:07them? And the answer I got to was no.

8:09Considering that I made the most viral

8:10video in the world calling people out on

8:12their purity and their creatine content,

8:14I could not take that risk. So, I had to

8:15make something different, which is why

8:17we decided to make this. Neutonic

8:19creatine sachets. Now, just before I

8:20show you these, these are made with

8:21something called Creapure, which is the

8:23purest type of creatine on the planet.

8:25Very expensive, very premium, and you

8:27have to get that from the Germans. They

8:29make great cars. They You'd have to

8:30trust them. All my All my whips are

8:32German. We had the Volkswagen, then we

8:33had the Audi, now we have the Porsche.

8:35Let's start off with pineapple. Look at

8:36that. One month supply. This is actually

8:38my first time seeing them in real life.

8:39I haven't seen a pineapple one yet.

8:41Then, if you guys uh subscribe, we

8:42should be sending you a whisk. Also,

8:44should have a look at the bundles on the

8:45website. There'll be a link in the

8:46description. You get one of these. Now,

8:48I couldn't find my Neutonic bottle, but

8:51I found an AG1 bottle from an AG1 video

8:55that I did a couple years ago, when I

8:56spent $99 US

8:59on a month supply of greens powder. $99

9:01US

9:02on a month supply of greens powder,

9:04which was mostly spirulina. So, creatine

9:06actually works. Loads of evidence. A

9:09third of the price Even the expensive

9:11sachets, about a third of the price of

9:13AG1. Now, I know some people are going

9:15to jump up in defense of AG1, but all

9:17I'll say is this. If that formula that I

9:19spent $99 US on for 1 month was so good,

9:22why did you just reformulate all those

9:24millions of dollars of people buying

9:26your greens powder? Yeah, you had to

9:27reformulate. But, I've been asked

9:29politely to stop going after Chris's

9:30sponsors. Smells like gains. The

9:32sweetener we've used is stevia. Not

9:33going to lie to you, when we were doing

9:34the testing, sucralose tasted better.

9:37But, one thing we've learned is that

9:38some people don't like the idea of

9:40sucralose. They want natural sweeteners.

9:41We want natural sweeteners. Probably

9:42tastes about 5% worse, but we did it for

9:44the hippies. You won't believe me, but I

9:45taste better than the time we did that

9:47the sample. You got one there? Do you

9:48want to put it in your water? Go and

9:49give me that. And you can say it's [ __ ]

9:51if you want, because people will find

9:52that more believable. Oh, look at all

9:53the mess you made. Wait, you didn't,

9:55because you used the sachet. You could

9:56have ripped a bigger in that.

9:58I feel like you're enjoying that now.

10:00What's life like not caring about the

10:01environment?

10:03It reminds me of something. A monger.

10:05Yeah, it tastes just like that.

10:06>> Good man, you get to keep your job

10:07another day. It's good, isn't it? It's

10:08good. Yeah, it's good stuff. If you are

10:09seeing this segment in the video,

10:11creatine sticks are now on sale in

10:13Australia from Australia. So, they won't

10:15take weeks to arrive. Pineapple, very

10:18good. Strawberry lime, also very good.

10:19We've done unflavored and I'm not going

10:21to lie to you. I'm an honest guy. Not

10:23sure why we've done unflavored. I mean,

10:25we've gone to all of the effort to

10:26create these amazing flavors that make

10:28it really easy. So, this would be I

10:30don't know if people are maybe

10:31traveling, maybe mixing it with

10:32something else. Maybe you're having

10:33electrolytes. Now, don't get me started

10:35on whether or not people need

10:36electrolytes cuz again, we're not going

10:38to go after Chris's sponsors. But, some

10:39of you might have a pre-existing

10:41routine. Maybe it's a smoothie that you

10:42have in the morning. Maybe it is an

10:44electrolyte blend you have at Jijitsu,

10:45whatever it is. That would be

10:46unflavored. I wanted us to do three

10:48flavors, but I'm pretty sure that in

10:50some of the competitors that don't use

10:52Creapure, they have pretty outstanding

10:54amounts of sales for unflavored. So,

10:55we're going to go with it. Like I've

10:56said before, it's going to take a good

10:58few weeks. You're pretty much going to

10:59have to finish a whole box for it to get

11:00into circulation. But, what I will say

11:02is what I've always said, if you go to

11:03neutronic.com, use the link in the

11:05description, you buy these for whatever

11:06reason, and you don't love the taste, or

11:08you think there's a quality discrepancy,

11:10or whatever it is, email me

11:11james@neutronic.com and I'll deal with

11:13every case personally. The reason I can

11:15do that is because we don't get that

11:17many people complaining. We get some

11:18people being cheeky. But, that one

11:20tasted better than I remember from the

11:21sampling session. You got a bit more,

11:23yeah? Oh, you see Oh, you didn't even

11:24know I was filming you. Give me some of

11:25that. I want to have a bit more. Dare I

11:26say it, that's better than I remember.

11:28That's put me in a better mood. And I'm

11:29not going to say anything bad about the

11:31gummy brands that are here. These

11:32gummies here from Noo Nutrition are also

11:34excellent, but the reason they have so

11:36many gummies remaining is that if I eat

11:39four or sometimes five, the amount I

11:40need to get my recommended daily dose of

11:425 g creatine, I always get a little bit

11:44of stomach irritation. And it's not from

11:46the creatine because if I smash

11:47creatine, nothing happens. So, I think

11:49some of these companies are using

11:51ingredients in their gummies, which is

11:52giving me a bit of like gastric upset.

11:54Sometimes get a bit bloated. Sometimes

11:56just don't really feel that great after.

11:58And I don't know if that's the

11:59technology you need to use to make the

12:01gummy hard or have a chewy texture, or

12:04to hide the grit. But, yeah, I just get

12:06a bit of stomach discomfort. So, there's

12:08one elephant in the room that we haven't

12:09covered yet that we do need to talk

12:10about. This is about two and a half

12:12times to three times cheaper than this.

12:15There's a pretty hefty price

12:17discrepancy. And in every scenario,

12:19Neutonic costs more. And this is where I

12:20have to admit, I'm not selling you

12:22creatine. What I'm selling you is the

12:24outcome you will get from actually

12:26supplementing it for once in your life.

12:27What I'm selling you is the fact that

12:29you will actually become creatine

12:31saturated within the next 3-4 weeks.

12:33What I'm actually selling you is that

12:34you will never ever have to worry about

12:36the purity or the content or the amount

12:38of degradation occurring within your

12:40creatine. What I am selling you is

12:41something that you can just stuff in the

12:43car, put in your travel bag, keep in

12:45your gym bag, and that taking creatine

12:47isn't something that you just do, it's

12:48something you actually end up looking

12:51forward to. That to me is where the

12:53gummy market has been so lucrative.

12:54People haven't wanted more creatine.

12:57They've wanted the means of taking

12:58creatine to be easier, to be more

13:00accessible, and to be less messy. Every

13:02product that we've created wasn't

13:04actually just with you in mind, it was

13:06with me in mind. Before doing speaking

13:07gigs and talking to hundreds of people,

13:09I used to always kick off about what

13:11type of energy drink that we were going

13:12to have because speaking to someone for

13:149 hours is exhausting. And to get to an

13:15event, there's only full sugar Red Bulls

13:17in the fridge, it'd ruin my day. The

13:18reason I created this was I needed

13:20something to make my life of taking

13:22creatine easier. I travel a lot. I don't

13:25fancy taking ominous white bags of

13:27powder in my travel case with me when I

13:28go through Dubai. So, you probably only

13:30have a couple of questions left in your

13:31mind. The first of which would be why

13:33would Neutonic, a company predominantly

13:35that works with nootropics and

13:37ingredients to help people focus and

13:38concentrate, want to get into a sports

13:40performance bodybuilding supplement?

13:42Well, that's because you could call

13:43creatine a mild nootropic. There's a

13:45study here about the effects of

13:46supplementation on memory in healthy

13:48individuals, a systemic review and

13:49meta-analysis. Creatine supplementation

13:51enhanced measures of memory performance

13:53in healthy individuals, especially in

13:54older adults. The effects of creatine

13:56supplementation on cognitive function in

13:58adults, a systemic review and

13:59meta-analysis. Current evidence suggests

14:01that creatine monohydrate

14:02supplementation may confer beneficial

14:04effects on cognitive function in adults,

14:06particularly of the domains of memory,

14:08attention time, and information

14:09processing speed. The effects of

14:10creatine supplementation on cognitive

14:12performance, a randomized control study.

14:14Our study in combination with the

14:15literature implies that creatine might

14:16have a small beneficial effect. Given

14:18the safety and broad availability of

14:19creatine, this is well worth

14:20investigating. A small effect could have

14:22large benefits when scaled over time and

14:24many people. That's really what we're

14:25looking to do here. You think about it

14:27this way. Let's say creatine improves

14:29your strength by 5%. being very

14:30conservative. The compounding interest

14:32of that happening in every single

14:33workout, three, four times a week, 16

14:35times a month, couple hundred times a

14:37year. Those gains over time make a big

14:38impact. So, if creatine can have that

14:40benefit to you physically, and it can

14:41have that benefit to you mentally,

14:43whether it's scripting a video, writing

14:44at work, presenting in a meeting, these

14:46little bits of marginal gains are what

14:48get you ahead. The influence of creatine

14:49supplementation on the cognitive

14:51functioning of vegetarians and

14:52omnivores. And again, just before I even

14:54read that, it's worth noting that 5 g,

14:56if you're a vegan and you have 5 g

14:58creatine, you will have more circulating

15:00creatine in your system than someone

15:02who's like on a carnivore diet. Creatine

15:04supplementation did not influence

15:06measures of verbal fluency and

15:07vigilance. However, in vegetarians

15:09rather than those who consume meat,

15:10creatine supplementation resulted in

15:11better memory. Now, we spoke before

15:13about the idea of potentially

15:14mega-dosing creatine. I've not tried

15:16this myself yet or tested it too much,

15:18but Rhonda Patrick is probably at the

15:20forefront of this. So, let's see what

15:21she has to say about it. If you take

15:23someone and you sleep deprive them for

15:2621 hours

15:28and give them about 25 to 30 g of

15:31creatine,

15:32it completely negates the cognitive

15:35deficits of sleep deprivation. Actually,

15:38not only does it negate the cognitive

15:40deficits of sleep deprivation, it makes

15:43people function better than if they were

15:46well rested.

15:47>> Many things have come and gone in the

15:48fitness industry. The power plate that

15:50was supposed to be amazing. You got

15:51P90X, the Insanity workout, intermittent

15:54fasting, 72-hour fasts. One thing is

15:56constant variable. One thing, no matter

15:58what we do as far as researching,

16:00studying, implementing, has anywhere

16:01near the effects of creatine. It's here

16:03to stay. Creatine isn't going to get any

16:04better than creatine monohydrate. It's

16:05certainly not going to get better than

16:06Creapure. So, rather than putting a

16:08focus on new things you can add to your

16:09regime, whether it's an ice bath, or

16:11whether it's saunas, or whether it's

16:12sunning your bum hole. Yes, some people

16:15spread their cheeks to the sun. I don't

16:16think anything is going to give you the

16:17bang for the buck that creatine does.

16:19One more time. I did not make this for

16:21group one melons eating plain chicken

16:23and broccoli that dry scoop their

16:24creatine. I don't love it. I made this

16:25for morons like me who, unless the

16:27process of taking it every day is pretty

16:29much effortless, we're not going to do

16:30it. All of you should find the easiest

16:32and most efficient way to consume

16:33creatine. I'm not saying this is right

16:35for everyone, but it's pretty damn

16:36perfect for a big amount of you. So,

16:37there's going to be links in the

16:38description. Grab some, try it out. And

16:40if you're not interested, but you want

16:41to know more about that creatine scam

16:42that I unfolded, well, you can watch

16:44that one here. I appreciate you

16:45watching. Whether it's my products or

16:46someone else's, take your damn creatine.

16:47Bye-bye.
