0:00so I've been wearing the 4.0 for a month

0:02now I'm going to give you a very honest

0:04review and when I say honest I mean

0:06honest the majority of people that are

0:08talking about fitness trackers are

0:09getting paid to talk about fitness

0:11trackers well they have a commission

0:13code of some kind of discount but either

0:14way I think they might get 50 US dollars

0:16per person that signs up and that is not

0:19an honest review so what even is a whip

0:22strap and what does it do the group is a

0:25heart rate monitor

0:29and

0:30without the strap-on it actually looks

0:32like this

0:36now there are some features I really

0:37like about the group the attraction

0:38sleep attraction training even recently

0:41there's an update where it updates your

0:42stress levels it's waterproof and you

0:44wear it all the time even when charging

0:46you charge a little battery pack and

0:48then

0:50it charges on your wrist and I'm not

0:52gonna lie it does look pretty [ __ ]

0:54[ __ ] house when it's charging you're not

0:56going to want to leave the house with

0:58that thing on your wrist now the

1:00features I like now I've given you a

1:01little screen record in here so you can

1:03see the amount of battery that's there

1:04and then you see the activities I've

1:06done in that day that I can log but it

1:07also Picks Them Up in its own time here

1:10you can see different heart rates the

1:11amount of calories you burn probably not

1:12that accurate but here sleep performance

1:14HRV sleep performance as you can see I

1:17did very well last night 98 recovery

1:19don't worry about it the dog is humping

1:21my leg as I'm doing this get off

1:23recovery 56 not my finest amount of

1:26recovery I'm not gonna lie to you and

1:27then as you go down here you can see my

1:29recovery across the week so I can know

1:30when to dial up the training when to

1:31dial it back resting heart rate

1:33respiratory rate which I still don't

1:34know how it does it and you are scored

1:35on strain strain meaning how hard you've

1:38worked if it was just a score and who

1:39burns the most calories who gets the

1:41highest heart rate suddenly being big or

1:42being unfit would give you an unfair

1:44Advantage so the strain score is quite a

1:47smart way of judging how hard someone is

1:49working on a day-to-day basis so you

1:51can't argue with the fact that you wake

1:52up and suddenly you're wanking yourself

1:53off looking at your sleep stats and it

1:55is nice to wake up and look at oh my God

1:57my resting heart rate's lower oh my God

1:59my heart rate variability is off the

2:01scale I'm peeking babe I'm [ __ ]

2:03peaking now the interesting thing is you

2:05can wear it on the wrist you can wear it

2:06on the bicep with a sleeve and many of

2:08you will know me as someone that doesn't

2:09shut the [ __ ] up about Brazilian Jiu

2:11Jitsu

2:12[Music]

2:15there's a little

2:17pouch in there

2:19slide it in

2:20and you can look

2:23like an absolute gimper training and

2:25straight away people will know you mean

2:27business because you're a [ __ ]

2:28on the mats that's tracking his heart

2:29rate now in 2019 there was a

2:31meta-analysis survey done to realize

2:33that fitness trackers of any kind were

2:34an absolute push repellent when it came

2:36to sex appeal so wearing it on your

2:38wrist or even your bicep

2:40there's enough to dry the panties of

2:42anyone so a massive credit to with what

2:44they invented

2:46a pair of boxes

2:48where you put the heart rate monitor in

2:50and no one knows that you're tracking

2:52your heart rate which is difficult for

2:54whoop users because they like everyone

2:55knowing that they're tracking their

2:56heart rate how is it going mate yeah

2:58good according to my HRV hey mate did

3:01you have a good night 82 according to my

3:04boo this is a great addition because

3:06this means you can actually be sexually

3:07attractive whilst measuring your heart

3:08rate for the first time in history since

3:10fitness trackers came about which means

3:12you can go on several dates with someone

3:14until the point you actually officially

3:15date and then

3:16can put the pus repellent as I call it

3:18back on your [ __ ] wrist but in all

3:20seriously that does open the doors to

3:23MMA fighters people that do contact

3:25Sports rugby players football players

3:27netball players they even have like

3:30sports bars for women so even if you're

3:32into cross-dressing you can still

3:34cross-dress without them to worry about

3:36losing your heart rate data but you know

3:38I wish they had an ankle strap which is

3:40an ankle strap because then you could

3:43have sex with someone when you're not

3:44wearing any clothes and they can't see

3:45your roots and whoop if you're watching

3:47this give us an ankle strap for the loop

3:49because as it stands you can't wear the

3:52boxes and you can't wear the sleeve

3:53whilst [ __ ] without looking like a

3:55pleb and when it's on your wrist that's

3:57just enough to send anyone soft so if

3:59you get like a cool looking ankle strap

4:01for the wood for the shaggers amongst us

4:03so the next most important question is

4:06why would you wear such a device to me

4:07to track improvements to track

4:09progressions to give almost like a

4:11third-party point of view on whether or

4:13not I should be training working harder

4:14doubling up sessions or having a day off

4:16a lot of us especially High performers

4:18struggle with stepping back taking a day

4:20off and listening to our body so

4:22sometimes having a bit of technology

4:23that tells us what our body is really

4:25saying is advantageous

4:29could also be a good way to track how

4:31hard you're working across a match or a

4:33sporting event or something to really

4:36motivate you because what gets measured

4:37gets improved let's not forget that and

4:39for myself included when it gets to that

4:41point on a Friday night where I'm

4:42thinking I could just have a couple of

4:43beers and go to bed and not be hung over

4:44the next day I know that it would

4:46negatively affect my score when it comes

4:48to sleep therefore it deters me from

4:50drinking or staying up later than I

4:52usually would because I'm very

4:53competitive and I want to get high score

4:54before I get up in the morning and I'll

4:56be looking at my whoop and if I don't

4:57get above 90 on my sleep score I know

5:00exactly why it was and I'll hit myself

5:01for it hey I'm trying to make YouTube

5:04content the silver play button may not

5:06mean much to you it might just be

5:08something that you chew on but for me

5:09I'm 5000 followers away from it Alfie

5:11now as far as the battery life it's not

5:13the greatest thing in the world probably

5:14lasts me about three or four days before

5:16I've got to put the puss repellent block

5:18magnet charging thing back onto the

5:19wrist and hide it from anyone in plain

5:21sight but I do like the feature that you

5:23can charge it whilst you're wearing it

5:24you don't have that option with other

5:25things like garments or fitbits or other

5:28competitors watches like the Apple watch

5:30which brings me on to the competitors

5:32I've worn other watches at the Garmin

5:34Fenix 6X Pro during lockdown that was

5:36big bulky and [ __ ] disgusting to look

5:39at and I suppose one of the other

5:40benefit is if you're someone who likes

5:42nice watches when you dress up smart you

5:44don't have to give up your Garmin for

5:45something else you could just put this

5:46on the other wrist and although you'll

5:48look like pretty [ __ ] significant

5:50bell end you can still get away with it

5:52and again like I said you could also

5:54hide it in your boxes so you can still

5:55maintain some level of sex appeal so it

5:58does have one up on its competitors and

5:59something else that you get from it I

6:01suppose is some accountability to your

6:02habits should you work too hard or not

6:04work hard enough should you drink too

6:06much alcohol or neglect the important

6:08aspects of sleep like getting to bed on

6:10time and not staying in bed using

6:12certain devices your whoop will tow you

6:13off for it and as far as how much I

6:15would say it's benefited me I would say

6:17I'm drinking less I'm going to bed

6:18earlier trying to get high scores on

6:20days that I don't get much strain I'll

6:21probably do more exercise on days that I

6:23work too hard I'm more inclined to maybe

6:25rest the following morning I'm

6:27supplementing creatine and bedtime

6:29supplements much more consistently

6:30because if I know how that will benefit

6:32my Scores And as far as how much it

6:35costs if any of you don't live in the

6:36United Kingdom because the majority of

6:37you that watch this are watching from

6:39there well it's actually annoyingly

6:40given me the price in Australian dollars

6:41where it's 44 Australian dollars a month

6:43what is 44 Australian dollars in Great

6:45British pounds about 23 pounds maybe 25

6:47pounds a month you're looking at 250

6:49pounds a year and you pay for a

6:50membership opposed to just having the

6:52device earning it outright which I

6:53suppose is the negative in some respects

6:55but then a positive if you don't want to

6:57Splash hundreds of pounds on a Garmin

6:59watch and finally who would benefit from

7:01potentially wearing something like this

7:02competitive people whether you're

7:04competitive with yourself or you want to

7:05be competitive with your friends and put

7:06them in a group setting I like to

7:08passive aggressively send texts from my

7:10friends to get poor recovery asking them

7:12what the hell they're doing with their

7:13life if their HRV scores are bad or

7:15they're total sleep or their recovery I

7:17can mock them and say Hey you were [ __ ]

7:19at life yesterday if their strain's too

7:21low I say wow you've given up already

7:22have you you're lazy prick and if you're

7:25someone like me who's hyper competitive

7:26against yourself everything to me

7:28including social media other things are

7:29like a game I like to gamify things to

7:31distract myself from the reality of the

7:33situation I still don't believe that I

7:35have a million followers on Instagram to

7:36me it's just a relatively high score

7:38on social media and being able to gamify

7:41different aspects of supplement intake

7:43consistency and accountability with

7:46workout and building up all of these

7:47different aspects of my life without

7:48even realizing it in a bid to get the

7:50high score I'm actually feeling better

7:51performing better being accountable to

7:53myself so I don't think the loop is for

7:55everyone but for someone who is fixated

7:58by continual Improvement marginal gains

8:00and accountability I think it could be a

8:02good way of doing that but then again if

8:04you're someone who likes to look cool

8:05maintain your sex pill let's just put it

8:07this way if I was single I would not

8:09wear the Rope I'm in a Renault now so

8:11that time I used to spend on hinge and

8:12I'll spend on the boot app if you're a

8:14whoop user or a competitor user let me

8:17know your experiences in the comments so

8:18that other people can make a decision

8:20for himself adios
