0:04[ __ ] that's the

0:09scene I've traveled all the way to

0:11Melbourne to track down the world's best

0:13Arman cross

0:16on

0:19yeah oh go yeah you know what deam one

0:23of these it's got your name on

0:27it what are your thoughts

0:30do you like an armor cross on oh yeah oh

0:32God yeah oh God yeah going to go down

0:34track down Chris Williamson I bought

0:36this for him about an hour ago I'm hung

0:38over and I've been wandering around

0:39Melbourne trying to find the point oh

0:42James come over here but Chris

0:43Williamson for any of you that don't

0:44know is currently doing a carnivore and

0:47fruit diet some say he's watched too

0:49many Joe Rogan episodes but we leave it

0:51up for you to find out do you know what

0:53I don't get about melin imagine this

0:55you're a settler come here on a boat

0:57Australia beautiful beaches all of this

0:59scenery all of that you get to

1:02Melbourne this is where you you

1:05stay it's [ __ ] freezing it rains all

1:07the

1:08time I just don't get it though it

1:10doesn't add up there's AR fishy going on

1:12in Melbourne today we'll find out what

1:15that thing is oh come meet us here it's

1:17half an hour away I've been lugging this

1:18around for hours yeah well Chris we'll

1:21come to you mate don't you worry Chris

1:22we'll come to you sweet heart Jo I think

1:26I [ __ ] hate Chris 12 hours 12 hours

1:30of drinking yesterday but the day before

1:32I only had one beer also was hung over

1:34so it turns out any alcohol get hung

1:37over when you're my age next enjoy your

1:40years while you can 23 what a time to be

1:42like when I was your age climate change

1:51why I care about the environment but you

1:54know what else I care about V8 engines

1:57are you a climate change dener

2:00I am for the right price what do you

2:01reckon is the biggest threat to humanity

2:04humans themselves you reckon 100% more

2:07so than climate change well human cause

2:09climate change what about population

2:11collapse yeah probably overp populating

2:14over overp population you think

2:16overpopulation problem yeah oh de how

2:20naive you know our population's about to

2:23decline collapse we're not having enough

2:26babies is it yeah have you have you been

2:29looking at the birth rates not really me

2:31Australia hasn't had enough babies for

2:3450 years what has enough babies because

2:38the population is more you need to have

2:39more than two babies so to continue uh

2:42the population expanding you need to

2:44have more than two babies you need to

2:45have two babies to keep the population

2:47going but there's not enough houses as

2:48there is so how is that a good thing

2:50because soon we're not going to have

2:51enough young people to

2:53work okay so so in Australia drun your

2:56birth rate is 1.5 so basically we' got

2:58more old people than ever before yeah

3:01but when they die we're not going to

3:02have enough young people to replace

3:03them so then you have to import young

3:07people from overseas yeah not a bad

3:09thing but then the housing crisis is

3:11what's causing people to not have enough

3:13babies as well yeah it's just expensive

3:15yeah if you can't afford to live you

3:17can't afford to have kids population

3:18collapse is coming have babies but not

3:21at 23 you enjoy yourself wait I'll do it

3:23for you I've been carrying this [ __ ]

3:25thing around all of Australia for this

3:28play and you know I reckon he's only

3:30going to have one bite Chris my body is

3:32a temple James I'm friends with Joe

3:34Rogan how are you I think this is our

3:36first time

3:41meeting yeah messaged you before onl

3:45came online bu unreal did you bring me a

3:48I did yeah I hate carrying stuff that's

3:51why I have a bun bag or a backpack

3:53so I'm not sure M you as a

3:56non-native Brit you may not be able to

3:58tell but James has a racist ACC yeah and

4:01you know what now trumps in now trumps

4:03in you're allow to from the side I think

4:07from the side on this I've gas L into

4:08telling it's going to be the best CR

4:10this

4:21[ __ ]

4:25wow what Dave P

4:30arm is you got a queue for like 15

4:33minutes to get

4:34in um it's great great it's really good

4:39isn't it isn't it interesting the

4:40psychology of when you could be beating

4:42someone up but the second they go limp

4:44all your impulses stop like they're even

4:47even deep rooted the second some of

4:49those limp St so that like knockout uh

4:53reaction is it your body protecting you

4:56yes but it also protect it also protects

4:59you way that once you stop being a

5:02threat well that's this was something

5:04Rob Henderson taught me about the the

5:06male monkey

5:07dance um so if you look at the way that

5:10guys outside of a nightclub someone's

5:12pumped into someone downstairs or talk

5:14to someone's bird or whatever and they

5:16go upstairs and if you look at the

5:18typical stages that male aggression goes

5:20through it tracks the same with monkeys

5:22it tracks the same with Stags so first

5:26off there'll be a circling like that or

5:28maybe they'll just sort of circling like

5:30that and then they'll usually come in

5:32and they'll be some sort of like a like

5:33a push which is a test of strength

5:35they'll do that and then only after all

5:38of that is there a big a big overhand

5:39right but the male monkey dance but the

5:42interesting thing that Rob talked about

5:43was that there's no point no young dude

5:4820s full of testosterone knocks out a

5:51grandmother even if she pisses him off

5:53because it's not a fair fight the reason

5:54that you have a fight is that you have

5:56two people of potentially similar but as

6:00yet undetermined levels of strength and

6:02formidability and we don't know let's

6:05put it to the test but if there's an

6:07obvious imbalance what was the point in

6:08doing in any case and what that comes

6:10across as is like sympathy or disgust or

6:13like an ink or you know uh somebody

6:16being predatory but what that actually

6:18is is just like an inbuilt sense of well

6:20this was never a fair fight in terms of

6:21formidability so there's no status games

6:23from winning if it's what you get

6:25froming out an old man and then the

6:26other side is that like you often see

6:28like even when even when a gorilla could

6:31beat another gorilla they actually don't

6:33engage in the combat right um they just

6:36try to Bluff charge them away and that's

6:39thought to be partially because of the

6:42physical costs of winning a fight like I

6:45remember waking up one morning after a

6:47boxing match that I had as a kid and

6:50literally there was blood on my face cuz

6:52my nose started bleeding again in the

6:53night I was stiff as a board I had

6:55bruises all over my shoulder from you

6:57know deflecting blows that kind of thing

6:59um front shoulder especially and I

7:01thought to myself I was like oh my gosh

7:02that was a fight that I won right like

7:06that's what like I knocked the guy out

7:07in my third rounds and that was about

7:10where I was supposedly the winner and

7:12yet the next day I was like basically

7:14unable to get out of bed so you know in

7:17a suburb that's no big deal right I

7:19could just you know kind of Limp to

7:20school the next day uh but if you're in

7:22the jungle or on the Savannah or

7:24something and you're just winning fights

7:27right there's a cost that you're paying

7:29physically

7:32I I knew that you were I was like I was

7:34going that's my word that's my only

7:35smart interjection to my book but where

7:38did you learn it originally someone

7:40else's book me no no no no no it was I

7:43know where I was when I told you it was

7:45in Jan's it was in Joann's Foods on

7:47Congress I [ __ ] know same place I

7:49talk you about the zonic effect zonic

7:51one is his but I remember I found in the

7:53book there was a picture of a wolf

7:55jumping off a cliff to get a bird and

7:58that's how I remember

8:00see uh feels like his it feels like his

8:02status is being threatened in this part

8:04you sense that maybe we need to fight

8:05yeah um have you ever thought about any

8:07more like psychology stuff when it comes

8:10to boxing sport fighting any other like

8:13interesting [ __ ] given that your two

8:15worlds are punching people in the face

8:17and thinking about human psychology well

8:19that was that I I wouldn't even call it

8:21my world it was just you know the sport

8:22that I competed in as

8:24kid I think that it's um I think that a

8:28lot of my thought around it has focused

8:31on what you've already talked about

8:33which is just how unusual it is like

8:36most of male combat in a way never

8:39happens in the sense that it's always

8:40you know a star down or a bluff or a

8:42shove and then one guy kind of you know

8:44makes a snide comment and walks off and

8:46saves some of his status right um

8:50whereas you know in boxing and MMA it's

8:52like forcing these Fair fights where

8:54it's like it's weight matched it's skill

8:56matched and kind of creating this

8:57artificial environment where it's accept

9:00uh the formidability then becomes more

9:02interesting yeah one thing that one

9:04thing that I have thought about is that

9:05you'd think from like a lot of evoy

9:08textbooks you'd expect that boxing UFC

9:12Etc that this would be or or BJJ this

9:16would be where there'd be like crowds of

9:18women swooning right because it's like

9:21oh there this is the top is the most

9:23dominant men but instead they're all at

9:25you know the Harry Styles concert and

9:27the UFC is just like all dudes I don't

9:29know what to of that but like in terms

9:30of like the the whole idea of you know

9:32dominance between males and physical

9:34formidability all these things being

9:36attractive I'm not saying that these

9:38guys aren't popular with women but it's

9:41not like it's not like you're not better

9:44off being Rockstar or you know an actor

9:46or

9:48something these are F cameras guys we

9:51just have these around us just so that

9:52we look for so just spent the last 90

9:56minutes editing a video and putting

9:57subtitles on it putting it together

10:00meanwhile David gogins last night in

10:02Melbourne just uploaded a photo of him

10:05doing push-ups on stage I feel like I

10:08feel like our content strategy needs to

10:10be updated Goggins if you're watching

10:12this grow up no he's found the he's

10:14found the heck he just does push-ups two

10:16phones tell Oh no you're a drug dealer I

10:20know one when I see one how are you good

10:23man we did uh I have got are we it's

10:28Walking Mate it's illegal

10:30that's a very American term uh we've got

10:32a show tonight ni yes where are we h h h

10:36we we you look like you look like a big

10:39Viking would not go down got long hair

10:42play any sport oh

10:44you Union or leag un good

10:49man how does someone win over the love

10:52of Chris

10:53Williamson

10:55uh just being peaceful and [ __ ]

10:58normal would they have

11:00would they have to live in Austin or

11:01would you like it more like they live in

11:02Dallas so you can see each other at

11:03weekends but you're not hanging out just

11:05for the sake of hanging out [ __ ]

11:06tough I did the long distance thing for

11:08so long it's really really tough I'm

11:10kind of over most of your relationship

11:12being mediated through iMessage or

11:14Whatsapp it kind of sucks um so I don't

11:19know is she is she American or is she

11:22not American I don't

11:24mind is she an athlete or is she not an

11:30athlete

11:33uh uh like a professional athlete issue

11:36of equal ambition so here's an issue

11:39right let's say you want to have the N

11:41what do they call it the nuclear family

11:43yeah you want to have the nuclear family

11:45if you date someone of equal status or

11:48equal ambition that potential step down

11:50that they would need to make to create

11:52the nuclear family could cause

11:53resentment very difficult yeah no I

11:55think uh what you've got with Tay seems

11:58really great which is someone who went

12:01and crushed it but then was ready to do

12:03the whole mum thing uh that I think is

12:08that feels to me like the ideal setup

12:10cuz she's competent and it means that

12:12you admire her but also she's kind of

12:15satiated some of the things outside that

12:17means you can go and do the online

12:19equivalent of

12:21[ __ ] fight and scavenge and

12:24accumulate the resources what's really

12:25interesting is I wonder if you have a

12:26discussion about this women although

12:28they have a lot of purpose being a

12:29parent very much still seek purpose

12:32outside of that and I've noticed with t

12:34she wants to return to work and doing

12:35work and uh be an entrepreneurial even

12:38if it isn't of the level of it was

12:40before um women still strive and seek

12:42purpose even if it's selling clothes on

12:45Vinted which I think is a very

12:47interesting

12:49Dynamic n Dean my feminism has failed

12:52women do you know who the real victims

12:54of the patriarchy are

12:57feminists a joking

12:59oh wow the talent's here if you need him

13:02Bit TV is it television yes so you don't

13:07want background causing Mischief topless

13:09streaking probably okay I'll keep my

13:12clothes on then God that's what happens

13:15right I put the hotel in a story

13:16suddenly TV here it is hard to travel

13:19anywhere you know being the the James

13:23the Chris

13:27Williamson it's actually one of the

13:29first times I've seen him not wearing

13:30Crocs interesting get out Chris very

13:34interesting you reckon his haircut is

13:36definitely just for functionality

13:39definitely that's moving way quicker

13:41than 3

13:42minutes Dean that's not uploaded 3

13:46minutes that's what it's like on the

13:47road that

13:49not it before you post Mine mine's still

13:52there but it's just going thin it's

13:54going thin but you got to be you just

13:57got to accept it you know what they say

13:58about guys that l

13:59testosterone testosterone that's it

14:02dh2 like count you inject it

14:06as what you say about my

14:08mom sorry Alex what' you say about my

14:10mom does that mean I've got a bad

14:12testosterone level cuz I've got a good

14:14set of

14:16hair gone quiet

14:20there he's never seen him that happy

14:23ever seen a

14:27m that's actually not that bad if we can

14:29get back

14:32in these

14:34frowns never see me I'm always happy

14:36always in a good mood always positive

14:39positivity yeah's got good forearms you

14:41got to give him that does yeah

14:43suspiciously good last one quite like

14:46the line of romantic questioning that we

14:48had going on that was quite enlightening

14:51okay [ __ ]

14:54off she's probably going to be a bit

14:56younger four years is the average Gap

14:58isn't it uh I'll ask Mack he'll know

15:00he'll know the data he'll know like the

15:01data from last week he does know the

15:03data how old are you Chris

15:0536 when you have gone through life

15:08envisioning an age in which you would

15:10potentially be in a serious relationship

15:11and a family how old were you younger

15:14than

15:1636 now is there any stress that you have

15:20throughout your life thinking that

15:21potentially you are pushing it to the

15:23later end of the spectrum uh not in

15:26terms of partner selection but in terms

15:30of uh time with kids you could argue

15:33that you're fit you're young you're

15:34healthy so you might have more Vitality

15:36in your 40s and 50s and some people

15:37would have in their 30s

15:39mhm um what about the thought process

15:43behind having to eventually at that

15:45point deload from work schedule to

15:48prioritize the upbringing of a family

15:50good idea to front load it then good

15:51idea to accumulate as much momentum as

15:53much Capital as possible like I'm never

15:55going to have to work I hope I'm never

15:57going to have to work as hard as I have

15:58for the last 5 years but do you think

16:00that is a narrative that you potentially

16:02play to yourself to excuse your actions

16:05at the moment because I'll guilty of

16:07this as well you say I'll work hard now

16:08it means I'll work less hard later but

16:11do you think there's a possibility that

16:14when potentially family partner and

16:16children do come along you come to

16:18realize that that hard work isn't just

16:20something that you were doing it's

16:21something you need to do MH absolutely I

16:24mean you tell me has your drive been

16:27diminished now that you've got a kid not

16:29not diminished but the even if you

16:31reduce your workload by 30% you actually

16:34then give up 30% of your purpose it's a

16:36lot harder to fill your you got a new

16:37purpose now yes but there's a lot of

16:41enjoyability that you get out of having

16:42your professional purpose but also

16:44you've spent your entire life it's like

16:46uh your entire life was spent on glucose

16:48that was your mode of meaning right from

16:51work mostly status blah blah blah

16:53external and now someone's saying switch

16:55to keto you go oh hang on a second I've

16:57never done this before m I need to learn

16:59how to feel positive fat adapted yeah

17:04it's just it's just very it's

17:05interesting like cuz there's so many

17:07different things you can say to yourself

17:09as cuz I I was saying I always thought

17:11oh by 35 I'll have it all figured out

17:14but my S my brother-in-law was 50 he was

17:19in his 50s when he had his first kid no

17:21I but the thing is it's almost like a

17:24societal Pressure David bus just had a

17:26kid he's 72

17:29come on boy wife's 43 or something

17:31that's but do you do you ever do you

17:33ever so at the moment we could imagine

17:35that your professional priorities are

17:37here your personal ones are here do you

17:39have a feel that you're going to have to

17:40put your hands onto those levers and

17:42crank one up and the other one down I

17:44think so but I kind of look forward to

17:45that uh I've worked really really hard

17:49oh know for a long time at the same

17:52thing like it's been accumulate skills

17:56money status blah blah blah I'm really

17:59looking forward to actually applying

18:01some of that effort to a human that's

18:03you know M my genetic is is crazy and

18:07you know build with some growth-minded

18:11woman as well that's peaceful and wants

18:13to dedicate herself to becoming better

18:15for her and for me and for us how many

18:18uh children potentially would you

18:20envisage H having an a utopian Forward

18:24Thinking desire two Dean on the way here

18:27thought that their population issue was

18:29that there were too many people on earth

18:31I had to give him a brief explanation of

18:33population collapse potentially you

18:35could you could help educate him in a

18:37more uh succinct and better way than I

18:40you want me to try and do population

18:41collapse in 60 seconds uh yeah and

18:43Australia I believe got one of the worst

18:441.5 1.4 in the UK wow okay here's a

18:48question with with that it's not act we

18:51call it fertility rates but it's not

18:52actually fertility as people believe it

18:54is it's referred to as the fertility

18:56rate though TFR total fertility rate is

18:59just the technical term so even though

19:00it's not restricted by physiological

19:02capacity to make children it's referred

19:04to as the TFR to there a lot of people

19:06that I think believe that narrative

19:08includ a lot of my friends that went to

19:10have children they had they did it first

19:12time they were like okay ovulating had

19:14sex had a baby I think there's some

19:16people are Oh I thought it was going to

19:17be harder but it's not that hard the the

19:21issue is actually not not that

19:23scientific process it's the cultural

19:26issues that we have around affordable

19:28housing there's three there's three

19:30bottlenecks that happen first bottleneck

19:32is finding a partner second bottleneck

19:35is choosing to have a kid third

19:38bottleneck is getting pregnant right so

19:41only one of those is physiological

19:43although you could say that psychology

19:45is Downstream from physiology so maybe

19:46all of them are physiological but yeah

19:50first one finding a partner one that you

19:53like and can stay with and is loyal and

19:55all the rest of it second choosing to

19:56have kids feeling like you're ready

19:59feeling like you're grown up feeling

20:00like you've got the money and so on and

20:01so forth the money thing is the worst

20:04excuse ever adjusted for inflation

20:07people have more money than they ever

20:08had before ever in history the poorest

20:11countries have the most kids yet but

20:14adjusted for inflation wages in the UK

20:17since 2007 have stalled if not right

20:19since 2007 but when was the real

20:23big uh birth rates we're talking like

20:2550s 60 they've been in Decline since

20:28like the 1970s but I think now people

20:30have more reason than ever to blame it

20:31as a financial or fiscal it's it's a

20:33total misn it's not true I might feel

20:36that way that's fine it can feel that

20:39way your interpretation of reality is

20:41more real than reality you think there

20:43are so many different factors in the

20:44psyche that are making people feel that

20:46way but money is the easiest one that

20:47they can attribute to it then they can

20:49swallow that pill at night going it's

20:51money if I only had correct this amount

20:53I could do it which a lot of people do

20:54with happiness and other things y I

20:56think so um so there's a bunch of stuff

20:58going going on I think a huge thing that

21:00no one really ever speaks about is uh

21:02libido is down because men's

21:04testosterone is down women more women

21:06are on hormonal birth control than ever

21:07before so you're artificially you're

21:09artificially suppressing libbido for

21:11both men and women and what is libbido

21:13libido is just what making babies is

21:15generated from people don't make babies

21:17they have sex right so if your desire to

21:21have sex is lower if everybody's a bit

21:22fatter so here's another thing the

21:24entire world is fatter there's more uh

21:27malnourishment than biggest cause of ma

21:29cause of malnourishment worldwide is

21:31obesity not starvation right so there's

21:33more people suffering with chronic

21:35obesity than chronic starvation do you

21:37think asmic because was you that told me

21:40that Boeing have changed their

21:42predictions over the weight of

21:43passengers on planes goldsmiths and

21:45Jewelers have accounted for Less income

21:49as they don't need to use as much gold

21:51to make people's wedding rings I'm glad

21:53I didn't pretend I came up with that

21:54fact I definitely got it from Chris it's

21:56true Mars uh Ben and Jerry's uh

21:59confectionary companies hip and knee

22:00replacement uh companies all of these

22:02have been priced in that they're going

22:04to their prices their uh revenues are

22:07going to be decreased because thinner

22:09people thinner populace if you if you

22:12were put in charge by Elon Musk to head

22:14up increasing fertility rates or to get

22:17people having more babies say you were

22:18say you're one of uh Trump's X-Men you

22:21have tulsy Gaba JFK all these people

22:24they bring in Chris Williamson CR mate

22:26we need you to help with uh inre

22:28inreasing fertility rates what would be

22:29your first point would you go to the

22:32ability of young men talking to young

22:33women would it be the dating structure

22:35would it be uh social situations

22:38confidence where would you go good

22:39question uh it's very hard to change

22:42culture culture is emergent bottom up

22:44not top down so you can't really come in

22:46and say think different things about

22:49women or whatever like that's not the

22:50way it works um but I think different

22:54conversations around uh how easy it is

22:57to raise children I don't think that

22:58Financial interventions make that much

23:00of a difference yeah do you give in

23:02Taiwan they're giving people money to

23:03have babies and it's not working in uh

23:05Hungary I think one kid you get 25% off

23:08income tax as the woman two kids you get

23:1050% off three or more and you never pay

23:12income tax for the rest of your life

23:15that is a very very all of that huge

23:17huge amount of money thrown at it in

23:19Norway across the course of their life

23:21women will receive about $1.1 million

23:24more than men do in subsidies for child

23:27rearing for all the rest of but where

23:29does that money come from comes from men

23:32women get that who puts it into the

23:34economy the men that don't get that back

23:36out so men enter more money and women

23:39take that money back out which is

23:40totally fine and may improve the

23:42fertility rate they did all of that all

23:44of all of all of it in all of those

23:45countries and they were able to nudge

23:47the decreasing fertility they were able

23:50to slow it by like

23:520.2 wow it's very difficult uh for every

23:56hundred British people there will be 35

23:59great grandchild that was the thing I

24:01was going to say earlier on yeah that's

24:03crazy for every 100 Koreans there will

24:04be four great grandchild what do you

24:06think about genz is like him thinking

24:08there's too many people to be educated

24:10think is is genocidal rampant you know

24:13like it's just it's not I don't think

24:15that anybody's genocidal there is

24:17nothing more genocidal than the thought

24:18there were too many people is that

24:19Jordan P but no but genocidal would be

24:21wanting that to happen it's just an

24:23assumption that that's the way the world

24:24is yeah po pot nice one ma what a ma

24:28do you know po pot is never Wow have you

24:31heard of the Holocaust yeah of course oh

24:34okay so genocide one place is fine but

24:36in the other you don't have there you go

24:38cognitive dissonance is finest for the

24:39old

24:41genz this is uh this is actually my home

24:44G used to be yeah yeah so I used to

24:47around

24:49cor tired and H over bang waves for the

24:52boys shoulders yeah thighs yeah tries

24:57what what Mike Israel pilled workout

25:00have you got off your sleeve Yeah Yeah

25:02Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah

25:04Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah science base

25:05mate remember when you were the best the

25:07evidencebased had on the internet and

25:09then people with your grees came

25:11in look just cuz you got PhD don't make

25:13it better than me just cuz you got a BSC

25:15don't make any better than me I don't

25:16have one just cuz you've got parents

25:17I've got a be

25:20oh yeah glad we got that one Chris

25:22Williamson's going down

25:25the forearms and watch chrison use maybe

25:31certain anatomies oh yeah the medial

25:33deltoid you know the lateral delto shut

25:36up Chris go back to podcasting you ask

25:39questions for a living what you just say

25:42over there I know that when you walk

25:43away and you say shake is sided me yeah

25:45I was like watch watch Chris start using

25:47some oh yeah you know basically shoulder

25:49extension is a you know really important

25:51part for the Lal medialist of the obl

25:54that's been your content for six years

25:58and now you just P into significance

26:00people who actually know I stay clear of

26:02musle content because you are just

26:04asking to be torn to show you got these

26:07guys like if you want big arms do this

26:09you're like bro you're underdeveloped

26:1314-year-old talk to me about your

26:15hypertrophic preference rep range uh I

26:20do like 8 to

26:2212 so like for somebody that just don't

26:25care about strength

26:29Chris straight in yeah what's that

26:33[ __ ] can't wait to be criticized for

26:36myric oh call that a

26:38[Music]

26:41new wa I swear like sometimes sometimes

26:45my de actually smells too much like what

26:48body ododa could smell like and I'm I'm

26:50having to distinguish is that body o up

26:53or is that de and there's one thing I

26:54will not tolerate unless smelly people I

26:56had to kick a guy out the gym once stunk

26:59I was like I'm really sorry to do this J

27:01you got to go how did you that uh he was

27:04pretty

27:05embarrassed but then another member of

27:07the gym gave him some deod but it's was

27:09like spitting on a [ __ ] house fire

27:12how the cameras are rolling when he's

27:13warming up on 50kg that wasn't a warmup

27:15that was just first working set with no

27:17warmup I actually don't do much shoulder

27:19press no I'm tell no it's just um it's

27:22not like a very functional thing for

27:25Jiu-Jitsu so there's a guy at my uni I

27:27won't name him Walters and uh he had the

27:30biggest [ __ ] right to the point that

27:32like it was like a [ __ ] baby's arm

27:33holding Apple but it became a curse cuz

27:36on nights out we' just be like mate show

27:37him me [ __ ] show him me [ __ ] and

27:39eventually T time was like all right you

27:41get it out but he would always wear

27:43those baggy boxes and baggy chis so

27:45imagine he'd have his shopping he's

27:46walking up to a zebra cross in I'd cack

27:48him like literally so he's got his bags

27:51of shopping massive [ __ ] out he'd have

27:53to put the shopping down Pull his pants

27:55up then go back down for the shopping

27:57you just get him again middle of the

27:58cross him but we we honestly would get

28:00his [ __ ] out all the time but then the

28:01whole uni found out that he had a

28:03massive Croc so then some girls wanted

28:05to sleep with him but imag he started

28:06dating a girl really liked her had to

28:08break up cuz they couldn't have sex

28:11unfortunate it hurt her too much it

28:13wasn't a pleasurable activity it was

28:15like there's some chick some famous uh

28:18actress chick that's got this condition

28:20where sex hurts like regardless of penis

28:23sides and [ __ ] like that she was the

28:25blonde one from like what was that movie

28:27with uh Tom Cruz in it was like rock and

28:30dance and [ __ ] wasn't Rock of Ages it

28:33might have been anyway like one of the

28:35lead chicks in that yeah big problem but

28:38even then like you know sometimes

28:40allegedly when you're having sex your

28:42body's like nice and close and your

28:44you're doing all that stuff if your

28:45cock's too big you're literally shoving

28:47the cervix so you literally have to keep

28:50the distance so like everyone's like oh

28:52yeah big dick amazing it could be a

28:53curse cuz people like me will make you

28:55get it out of house PES it will become

28:57my Tri is your cop your

29:00[Laughter]

29:03[Music]

29:07cop this is the best one I've found so

29:11from

29:15here

29:19there feel like Chris is trying to Al us

29:22with yeah like he like oh this is a 3

29:25second plus eent I'm be throwing that

29:27[ __ ] around you four four number

29:30sequences oh that's definitely a

29:38131 mix bag of Music in here Mack I know

29:42I hav't pick the playlist Out Just For

29:43You by De when we upload this let's keep

29:46the music in it because if we get

29:48striked I don't care do you know why cuz

29:50I'm rich I don't need your AdSense money

29:53do you know what let's turn turn

29:55monetization off we don't need it wait

29:57how much battery you got let's go give

29:58homeless people money and film it I got

30:01loads mate so at the bottom you can go

30:02to neutral go side by side if you want

30:05or whatever feels good T you're just

30:07thinking about the little little finger

30:09up to me

30:12about you

30:14theide control that down a little bit

30:16more if you can Chris good

30:20beautiful so Chris do you have a

30:22preference to hold the dumbbell

30:24towards is that part of the technique or

30:26not I was just watching you do was oh I

30:29just picked it up wrong no no no because

30:30I'm the saying with bicep curs I feel

30:32like coming to the inside of the

30:35dumbbell actually gives you a better

30:36contraction yeah cuz it twists it out

30:38I've never I've never noticed that so

30:41with these I go from neutral to the

30:42bottom so you can get more of a stretch

30:44so if you think about yep perfect and

30:46then down down down no uh little PS at

30:50the bottom as

30:51well and see if you can get it to almost

30:54touch the back of the bench yeah PS at

30:57the bottom

30:59try head back

31:01maybe um no like one to

31:06two I think people underestimate the

31:08amount Del to get hit and pressing P how

31:11just in like a bench press is good for

31:13ads uh even Rose in some sense good just

31:17because it's like such a it's not

31:19primary muscle but medial to get medial

31:21slammed pressing up ah head doesn't get

31:24it no so like I'm just saying like uh

31:26you can have a really well balanced

31:27training program not hypert program

31:30training program with no direct shoulder

31:32work I feel I feel like you need press

31:34away pull in maybe some press up pull

31:38down but I think the fundamentals are

31:39press away pull in Squat and probably

31:41deadlift but actually not even deadlift

31:43let's just say posterior chain cuz I

31:45think a glute ham deck you got bad back

31:49so you're doing like a ghd or like a

31:51back extension to be so much better for

31:53you than D thing decline bench overrated

31:56you got a short and range of motion

31:58which is good for your ego but like I I

32:00think incline's better stay off the

32:02decline remember you're in here to train

32:03muscles not your ego mate come on Jimbo

32:06do you do you what I'm a big hypocrite

32:08with I was a PT for so many years but I

32:10hate often training with people this is

32:13fine by the way but like I just like

32:14putting on a dark playlist to go I have

32:17to I have to be with other people now

32:19really yeah I just I don't have it in

32:21the tank to uh push myself that hard if

32:24I'm not around other people

32:28for Chris type of guy needs to train if

32:30there's not one PhD in the room rp9 is

32:33not getting

32:35hit honestly my PT is kind of [ __ ]

32:40but just got

32:42crack basically moral

32:44support uh B no not the bander effect

32:47what's it called where if you're

32:48observed you work

32:49harder over to the [ __ ] scientist in

32:51the

32:53room you do for a job people that are

32:56watched in the gym live more weight and

32:58for more reps so actually I can't

33:01remember SCH some I think many H brought

33:03to like though there's been some

33:04controversial takes but um so now if

33:07I've got a really heavy set I film it

33:09not just for the

33:11footage question got a guy who's a

33:14little bit from the left got a guy who's

33:15very far on the right how do you know

33:17I'm a little bit from the left you seem

33:19to support a number of policies that are

33:20from the left may not that maybe too

33:23you're more you're more eclectic than

33:25that but you know what I mean so

33:29question let's say that you are able to

33:32push Harder by looking at a hot goal in

33:36the

33:37gym you're going to go for High Reps on

33:40a heavy weight you have two choices can

33:42ask the guy to come over and actually

33:44spot you which is good for safety that

33:47will get you the exact same number of

33:48reps as getting a hot girl to come over

33:50and stand in front of you is it ethical

33:53to use her if she was prepared to spot

33:55you and you could have looked at her is

33:57it ethical to get her to not spot you

33:59and just use her for looking at

34:01her I think Plato and Aristotle once had

34:05this discussion I would never use a

34:07female in that kind of manner I the word

34:09use and female I don't have in the same

34:11sentence it's just unknown to me so you

34:13know to me crazy what a kid will do to

34:15you isn't it yeah you know I'm I'm

34:17someone that believes in uh equal rights

34:19and in a perfect world I'd even let

34:20women in the gym now I don't need to

34:22look at women to reach rp9 cuz I respect

34:25them people so so many people on the

34:28left are just so unreasonable you can

34:30hate the opposition you can tweet

34:33whatever you like but their reasonable

34:34takes are just terrible like if someone

34:36said you got to leave your kids it's a

34:38completely 100% random but they're going

34:40to be with a potential liberal or a

34:42potential conservative you you're not

34:44leaving them with a liberal to come back

34:46with blue

34:48[Music]

34:50hair

34:51good all

34:57Yeah Boy

34:59[Music]

35:02di I miss gender a guy oh I saw that

35:05brutal yeah how can you misgender a guy

35:08beautiful long hair and he was 75 yards

35:12away he asked a great question that's a

35:15[ __ ] awesome question oh yeah oh that

35:17I thought he meant like the meet and

35:18greet hey hey lady there was some

35:21distance but I don't blame this forever

35:23nard gets a lot of [ __ ] for over

35:24complicating Fitness they're turning it

35:26into a scientific experiment place you

35:28come to yeah and then also the exercises

35:30that I see him doing I'm like are you

35:32really doing those to like build muscle

35:33or is it just like is it just like a re

35:35say that when I trained with Cump

35:38everything was [ __ ] obscene

35:40Tempo 140 lb

35:45dumbbells but was you choosing like

35:47normal exercises or like I asked if it

35:50was oh is this a [ __ ] super Secret

35:52Squirrel technique it was very basic

35:54there was no single arm cable lean away

35:57yeah where you're lying on the ground

35:58and like rolling your forearms or

36:00whatever yeah I think someone was

36:01criticizing sign his training program

36:03someone's like okay bro nice you're

36:06going to criticize seum good luck yeah I

36:09mean I saw a video of uh seum just doing

36:11straight bicep curls and I was like I

36:14mean it's just like if he's got biceps

36:16like that doing that then I don't really

36:17need to be like lying on the ground and

36:19like twisting my body into a pretzel but

36:20people

36:21like yeah exactly yeah yeah yeah like

36:24the super leaned over con ation curl I

36:28don't know I I think it's all a little

36:29too

36:32complicated but all those guys are

36:34bigger than me

36:37so

36:39culture down you bring in when

36:43minority but it's so [ __ ] hard to

36:45have that say that

36:48sentence it's like right okay so if I

36:50was in Sudan or something and saying

36:52that we need to No One keep off you need

36:55to be mindful of as your foot position

36:56so I've been sitting in

36:58you want now just do fine you want you

37:01want knees forward so you then rest your

37:03elbows so using your knees as a preacher

37:04car so right after I said I didn't want

37:06a complicated exercise you put this this

37:08is not

37:09complicated right so what is one of the

37:12hardest things to do when you train your

37:13biceps fix the elbow or the humoris to

37:16stop it from moving because the shoulder

37:18if your humoris goes backwards in a

37:19bicep curl you're it no longer is an

37:22isolation exercise it becomes like a

37:23distorted roow so here we are fixing the

37:25humorus so all we have to to

37:28do no it's only because this say you're

37:31saying your Dynamics no no no no no it's

37:33because this is pulling my center of

37:34gravity forward let

37:37go take the back take it back it's

37:40[ __ ] what was that guy BJ whatever is

37:43[ __ ] you like this one the first set

37:45you won't feel it too much cool now see

37:47how your knees are FL I want your feet

37:49to be closer together point for now and

37:51just push should KN back and then she

37:53going to pull this towards your

37:54forehead bring your elbow 20 It Forward

37:57just have your KNE

37:58there

37:59nice now I cannot wait for someone to

38:02critique this that knows more about

38:03biomechanics than I do but I just think

38:06there's nothing to concentrate on it's

38:07quite nice to sit in the bottom of squat

38:09SC position yeah you just and it's not

38:12very often you can train our bicep with

38:14that elbow in this position if you go

38:16prone do those like spider curls or what

38:18they called they just

38:20[ __ ] so use your knees as the pracher so

38:23get your feet point forward a bit more

38:25going like the top of the squ yeah now

38:27your kn your elbow slightly over your

38:28knee yeah that's it uh reason being that

38:33at the very end of the movement there's

38:35basically no pressure it's being P at

38:37the same but if you put it to the

38:40bottom we can go

38:42[Music]

38:52[Music]

39:07got a Christmas event tonight so I've

39:10already got to do a small part of it

39:11which is nice so Chris very kindly

39:12opened my USA and Canada talks means you

39:15get a little bumping ticket sales and

39:18just breaks up the pace evening a bit

39:19like someone opening for a comedian so

39:21now I'm return in the p

39:23p which will be fine yeah

39:32very get back in Li get back in your

39:34thing sorry no yeah I would say he's

39:38only like when the camera's on but I'd

39:40be lying anecdotally women say like oh

39:43if we're serious about someone well this

39:45in my in my anecdotal experience has not

39:47been true but I've heard women at least

39:49say it that it's like oh if I'm serious

39:51about you I'm going to like try to hold

39:52back for a little bit and I think it's

39:55just like trying to make the best

39:57impression signal chity that sort of

39:59thing um but there's kind of a did you

40:02see that Viral post of the guy who was

40:04upset because his wife had said you're

40:07the type of guy that I would marry but

40:08not have a one night stand with did you

40:11see that yeah she it was like the

40:13weirdest like kind of tilted compliment

40:16thing where she's like you know she's

40:18trying to say something nice but she

40:20doesn't realize that it just Digs at our

40:21evolved psychology and like the perfect

40:24like it gets at the base of dual mating

40:26and just so you know something that I

40:28realized when I broke up with my Ms in

40:30March of this year the only people that

40:33said to me well now you know it's really

40:37good what you've done because she's

40:38liberated to be with someone that will

40:40be with her forever I'm like the only

40:43people that said that were women not a

40:45single bloke said that I'm like look I'm

40:48aware that I've just stopped this thing

40:50but still the male like desire for

40:54control and possession lingers not a

40:57single guy said it and pretty much every

40:59girl did one of the most interesting sex

41:02differences that I've noticed in not in

41:04mating but in Breaking yeah break

41:07William would be all over this the whole

41:08kind of failure of cross sex mind

41:10reading where you're trying to

41:11compliment someone and you end up

41:12completely breaking their heart or

41:13you're trying to comfort someone with

41:15break up and you just end up their just

41:17di psychology yeah exactly

41:23yeah yeah this album is dedicated to all

41:27the teachers that told me I never amount

41:28to nothing to all the people that lived

41:30above the buildings that I was hustling

41:32from that called the police on when I

41:33was trying to make some money to feed my
