0:00You may notice that the fitness
0:01industry, the majority of them get
0:02really annoyed when people take weight
0:03loss drugs because some people out there
0:05have won the genetic lottery and other
0:07people that have just got chronic high
0:08appetite or whatever it is are now
0:10getting in good shape. And it really
0:11annoys the people with good genetics.
0:12And I can't just help but feel the exact
0:14same thing happens when I talk about
0:16TRT. Men that just won the genetic
0:18lottery are like, "Why are you taking
0:19TRT? Why are you using a TRT service?
0:22You're only 36. How dare you? Because
0:24now you're going to start looking like
0:26me." Mad. So the first thing that people
0:28argued a lot about was that I shouldn't
0:29have used the TRT service. I should have
0:31tried to raise my testosterone. At the
0:33inception point of this, I was sleeping
0:35nine hours a night. I didn't have a
0:36child. My diet was pretty much spot on.
0:38And I was heavily supplementing Tonka
0:40Ali and Sigma, which is another form of
0:43test boosting supplements which has
0:45Tonka Ali in it. And the highest level
0:46of free testosterone I was able to get
0:47to was 313. Now, the very first thing
0:50and big criticism that people are going
0:51to conclude is 313 is actually just a
0:54little bit too high for me to qualify to
0:55get TRT in the UK and I'm not in the UK.
0:58So, in the previous video, I said that I
0:59was fine and I was. I wasn't on suicide
1:02watch and I certainly wasn't depressed,
1:03but my inclination to train was the
1:05lowest it's ever been in my life. I
1:07literally own a gym and I was never
1:08using it. One of my biggest symptoms was
1:10low libido. I had no interest in sex. I
1:13was 34. My composition pretty shoddy,
1:15but I thought that's just what coming
1:16into your mid-30s was like. And one of
1:18the symptoms that I kind of haven't
1:19really spoken about much before was I
1:21was getting a bit anxious to the point
1:22that I started therapy and I hated it. I
1:24really didn't enjoy therapy at all. So
1:26there were all these kind of things in
1:27my life and I actually didn't go get my
1:28blood work checked. I actually got a
1:30referral from a friend to potentially
1:32try testosterone cream. So I didn't
1:33think right I want to jump and use the
1:34TT service. The first thing that I
1:36looked at was oh maybe I can apply a
1:37topical cream every day and see how I
1:39feel. So I got a prescription from a
1:40clinic and 313 was actually fine in
1:42Australia to be qualified to go in the
1:44cream. Started taking the cream felt
1:45better. whether it was the DHT component
1:47of it, maybe it was a placebo, and it
1:49only took my free testosterone to 340.
1:51But there's quite a bit of nuance to
1:52this. I think there are some people out
1:54there at 400 who feel great. There might
1:55be some other people at 6700 who feel
1:57awful. And one of the reasons that I
1:58partnered with the TRT service was I
2:00want to engage an open debate online
2:03that maybe we can't quantify how men
2:05feel to three numbers or different
2:07depending on where you are in the world.
2:08I want to start the discourse that maybe
2:10we should listen to men about how
2:11they're feeling, what symptoms they're
2:13having, and if they want the treatment
2:14for them to be able to get it. There's
2:16two things that every single person
2:18needs to want to start a TRT service and
2:21well to need to use a TRT service. The
2:23next thing that we're going to talk
2:24about is I heavily abused
2:25performance-enhancing drugs when I was
2:27younger. In my 20s, there was a period
2:28that I was blasting anabolic steroids.
2:30Now, the reason that I don't come out
2:32swinging and say that's the reason I
2:34started a TRT service was I have no
2:36evidence to say that is the reason why I
2:39feel the way I do. I have no evidence to
2:40say that is the reason that potentially
2:43at only 34 I felt like rubbish. So, I
2:46wasn't going to come onto a YouTube
2:47video and go, I abuse steroids, so I
2:49need to start using TRT. I don't think
2:52that is professional or honest. And on
2:54TRT, my levels are around 700, 750. And
2:58again, I'm not going to disclose the
2:59exact amount of milligrams I inject a
3:01week because this is on an individual
3:03basis between men. Some men take a bit
3:04and get a big response. Some people take
3:06a bit, don't get a big response. The
3:08dose is dependent. And that's a
3:09conversation between you and your
3:10doctor. There are a few comments here as
3:11well talking about how people think that
3:13TRT and testosterone replacement is
3:14completely useless. And they say, "Oh,
3:16but for women, it's completely fine.
3:18Hormone replacement therapy is very
3:20similar where our own production of
3:21hormones as we age. Maybe it is
3:23endocrine disruptors. Maybe it is
3:25plastics in the water. Maybe it is.
3:27Insert whatever you think it is that's
3:28causing people's hormones to be
3:31And then people go, "Yeah, but menopause
3:32only happens to women in their 50s."
3:34Well, no. One in a 100 women will go
3:36through menopause before they're 40, and
3:37one in a thousand will go through
3:38menopause before they're 30. But over
3:40the next few years, I genuinely hope
3:41that there can be scope for potentially
3:43the powers that be add more flexibility
3:46to the amounts that they say people have
3:48to hear. It seems crazy to me that you
3:50can be 100th of a marker off a certain
3:52point in time and they go, "Nope. If you
3:54were 100th underneath, if you're 1%
3:56lower, you would have qualified, but
3:58because you're a little bit too high,
3:59come back in a year. Okay, so here's an
4:01interesting one where people say
4:02testosterone fuels prostate cancer
4:04cells. I don't think that's true. And
4:06again, I think that there's quite a lot
4:07of evidence online that you could point
4:09to. Here we go. Here's a study in 5,000
4:11men. In a population of middle-aged and
4:13older men with hypogonism carefully
4:15evaluated to exclude those at high risk
4:16of prostate cancer, the instances of a
4:18high-grade or prostate cancer and other
4:20prostate events were low and did not
4:21differ significantly between
4:22testosterone and placebo treated men.
4:24Again, there was another one about young
4:26men being hooked on farmer for life. But
4:28again, it just seems a bit strange. If
4:29you were 30 and you became a type 1
4:31diabetic, which happens quite rarely at
4:3430, and you get prescribed insulin to
4:36save your life, no one's going out there
4:37going, "Well, you're going to rely on
4:39big farmer for the rest of your life.
4:40That's disgusting." or you get herpes
4:43and you have to take pills for the rest
4:44of your life. Every time you have an
4:46outbreak, big farmer, they probably gave
4:48you herpes because you're going to be
4:49hooked on the pills for the rest of your
4:50life. I just find it bonkers that people
4:52will get so annoyed with that. Again,
4:54here's another study. In men with
4:55hypoginism, pre-existing or high risk of
4:57cardiovascular disease, testosterone
4:58replacement therapy was non inferior to
5:00placebo with respect to the incidence of
5:02major adverse cardiac events. And I'll
5:03put links to these studies in the
5:05description so you can see them for
5:06yourself. And I expect as more and more
5:08evidence comes out and the cohort of men
5:10such as myself using a TRT service
5:12increases, we're probably going to see
5:15more positive effects of this and the
5:17stigma will be reduced. We kind of saw
5:19this with HRT in women over the last 10,
5:2120 years. What about the downsides?
5:23Cardiovascular resists, we've covered
5:25gyno, which is development of pressed
5:26tissue. You would have to abuse
5:28testosterone to get that 99% of the
5:30time. Average lower lifespan. Again,
5:32I've kind of said this for years with
5:34women on HRT. If you've got someone
5:35going into their 40s, 50s, 60s, and
5:37they're able to train more, have more
5:39muscle mass, and live a life with lower
5:40body fat. It doesn't scream to me that
5:42you're going to reduce someone's life
5:43expectancy. And I think this is a really
5:45important one here. Are there any
5:46drawbacks? You make it seem like a
5:47god-like substance. My dad taught me if
5:49something's too good to be true, it
5:51probably is. And in my own personal
5:52opinion, I would say this. Injecting
5:54twice a week isn't fun, but it's about 4
5:56seconds of discomfort both times. You
5:59have to travel with medicine on you. But
6:00actually, I found since traveling with
6:02syringes, vials, and alcohol pads, my
6:04bag gets stopped at the airport way
6:06less, which is wild. You keep a document
6:08on you from your TRT service to show
6:10that you got the prescription. Yes, I am
6:12on it for life, but I'm also running a
6:13fertility medicine alongside it, which
6:15we'll get into in future content, which
6:17is designed to keep my testicular
6:19function going should I want to have
6:21another child. And also, one of the
6:22reasons that I wanted to take this was
6:24that if I did want to come off 3 6 12
6:26months in, I could. And that's one of
6:28the reasons that I spent a year using a
6:30TRT service before coming out public cuz
6:31I wasn't sure if I was going to stay on
6:33it. I wanted to test it for a long
6:35enough period of time before I knew what
6:36I was going to do in my life. And it
6:37turns out that over a year into it, I'm
6:39like the idea of that for the rest of my
6:41life completely fine. One of the final
6:42biggest drawbacks is you have to be
6:45healthy using TRT. I don't drink as
6:47much, don't party as much. I'm much more
6:49health focused because I know any
6:50degenerate behavior will show up in my
6:52blood work. Whether it's my LDL
6:53cholesterol, whether it's tanking my HDL
6:55cholesterol, whether it's my
6:56inflammation markers, whatever it is,
6:59when TRT becomes a part of your life,
7:01you are now responsible to those. And I
7:03would say in my own opinion that if you
7:04want to be healthy on TRT, you will be
7:06healthier. But if you want to be
7:07unhealthy on TRT, it will probably make
7:09you unhealthier. So, it's a big decision
7:10to make. If you're someone that loves
7:12boozing at the weekends every weekend,
7:14if you're someone that loves having one
7:15big night out a week where you snort
7:17coke and don't go to bed, this isn't a
7:19lifestyle intervention for you. Noob
7:21question. What is the difference between
7:22doing steroids and doing TRT? Dose. Most
7:24bodybuilders would take between five and
7:2610 times the amount I take on a weekly
7:28basis. Not to mention, when people take
7:30steroids, they often mix in other
7:32compounds. Another comment here. The
7:33issue is that adding test to your body
7:34is that your natural levels drop, don't
7:36they? You're effectively locked in for
7:37life. This video feels like a total
7:39grift. Very disappointing. And that's
7:40fine. So, yeah, we produce testosterone
7:42endogenously. When you take testosterone
7:44exogenously, your indogenous production
7:46will drop. You're effectively locked in
7:48for life. Well, if you think on every
7:49single test booster that I could take, I
7:51was at 313 at 34. I very much doubt my
7:54numbers were going to go any higher than
7:55that. So, I was probably what 369 months
7:57away from getting under that 300 to then
8:00qualifying. I would have been 3536. And
8:02to close off, I'll say this. There will
8:04be no promotion in this video. There
8:06will be no mention of where to go, what
8:08link to click. I also triggered a few
8:10people by me saying that it was
8:12testosterone. Some people think, no,
8:13it's your mindset, it's your motivation,
8:15it's your drive, it's all of those
8:17things. But for me, it's a bit of a
8:18chicken and egg thing. I was trying as
8:20hard as physically possible before and I
8:22was getting somewhere. I'm now trying as
8:24hard as physically possible now and I'm
8:25getting so much further. I'm happier. I
8:27train more. I look better. I feel
8:29better. I'm a better business person.
8:30I'm a better partner. And now I'm a
8:32great father. And if you're really mad
8:34with that, I don't know why. I grew a
8:37fitness business that help people with
8:38their workouts. That's fine. I grew a
8:41business that helps people use social
8:42media to get clients. That's fine. I
8:44grow a business to help people remain
8:46focused and be productive. That's fine.
8:48I grow a business that helps men that
8:50feel like feel better. That's a
8:52problem. Remember, if I was really a
8:54I would have just lied to you,
8:55said I was natural, and said it was my
8:57workout plans. I would have made
8:58millions. All right, you have a good
9:00day. And if some of you haven't seen the
9:01video that caused all this upset in the
9:03beginning, you can watch it
