0:00I live in the same house. I train in the
0:01same gym. I follow the same program. I
0:03have the same partner. I walk the same
0:05dog. And I'll be honest, even my diet
0:07pretty much the same. I could sit here
0:09and go, I started following a new
0:11training program. Swipe up to get it.
0:12Oh, I started periodizing my workouts
0:15and I started using a certain diet
0:17strategy that I can share with you, but
0:18the only thing that changed was the
0:19amount of circulating testosterone in my
0:21bloodstream. That's it. I've even had a
0:23child in this period, so my sleep is way
0:25worse. The point I want to make clear in
0:27the onset is that every single input has
0:29remained near about the same, but the
0:31output has been vastly different. I feel
0:33better. I have more energy. My libido is
0:35like I'm 10 years younger. I have more
0:37motivation. I have more drive. But the
0:38point I want to make clear is the
0:39version of me before, even though I
0:41don't look that great. I was still fine.
0:42I still could work. I still could get
0:44up. I wasn't depressed. I didn't have
0:46low mood. I was still trying to work as
0:47hard as I could. And funny enough, that
0:49older version of me was trying all these
0:50things on YouTube, whether it was ice
0:52baths, whether it was peptides. In my
0:53head, I thought I was just trying to be
0:54creative on YouTube, but actually I was
0:56just trying to find a way to feel
0:57better, to reclaim my youth in some way.
0:59And I'd come to the point of thinking,
1:01you know what? This is just how life is.
1:03And then I started using a TRT service.
1:05If you were to ask me whether I really
1:06needed a TRT service or that I wanted a
1:09TRT service, I'd probably say that I sit
1:11somewhere in the middle. And I don't
1:12think there's any shame in that. Now,
1:13although my journey I would say has been
1:15great, something happened that I didn't
1:17anticipate. It wouldn't just be my own
1:18journey. two, three months into using
1:20the TRT service, my friends, my family
1:22like, "Go get your bloods checked. Go do
1:24a blood test. Send me your results." And
1:26if their results look pretty good, I'd
1:27be like, "Come on, mate. Sleep better.
1:29Clean up your diet. Get training more."
1:30But then my friends who had low results,
1:32I was like, "You need to go talk to an
1:34organization that's going to help you
1:35with this and manage it. You should try
1:37doing what I'm doing. You should try
1:39different interventions to increase your
1:40levels of testosterone." I was pretty
1:42much spending my days helping other
1:43people to the best I could. And if you
1:45look back at my career, it's always been
1:47me making a business out of the one
1:49thing I'm doing. When I worked in
1:50corporate, I used to write people's
1:52programs and train people in the gym.
1:53They're like, "Bro, become a PT." Then I
1:55became a PT, started an online PT
1:56business, which morphed into all kinds
1:58of other different businesses. And then
1:59I started another business educating
2:01people about how to do that. So, I moved
2:02my own journey to this point where I'm
2:04absolutely loving life and now I just
2:06want to find thousands of men that have
2:07got low levels of testosterone and show
2:09them the right path to feeling better
2:11like I do. Now, if you want to start
2:12your own TRT service, it's very
2:14difficult. There's red tape, there's
2:15doctors, it's a minefield. It was way
2:16too complex. I just don't have the time,
2:18energy, or resources to do that. So, I
2:20looked to invest in a partner. And the
2:21company I've invested into is Manuel.
2:23Now, you might know Manual from doing
2:25hair transplants. I believe yesterday
2:26they just did Joe Marers. And I know
2:28what you're thinking, James. Maybe you
2:29needed them a little bit sooner before
2:31partnering with them. Sure. But one
2:33thing I know for sure is that Manuel is
2:34on a mission to help men with low
2:36testosterone seek the treatment
2:37necessary to make them feel better.
2:38That's where I come in. content, my own
2:40personal experiences, education,
2:42breaking down stigma, all the things
2:44I've done throughout my entire career,
2:45but this time with men in mind. And some
2:46people out there are going to go, "Oh,
2:48James, started a bit of TRT. Now you've
2:50become an advocate. I've been speaking
2:51out for years about women doing HRT and
2:53looking at hormone replacement therapy
2:55through menopause." I've always been a
2:56big advocate of people leaning on
2:58pharmaceutical interventions as they get
3:00older, and it's no different here. Now,
3:01I'm going to lay it out for you and be
3:03completely honest. The mission to some
3:04of my content moving forward is going to
3:06be empowering men to make the decision
3:08to get a blood test. I do not get paid
3:10or any commission to do so. I don't get
3:12paid to mention manual. And as an
3:13investor, I only benefit if manual do
3:15well. And manual only do well if they
3:17help men with low testosterone that want
3:19treatment. This is not the case like
3:22many other offers that I've had across
3:23the years of, "Hey, James, we'll give
3:25you 10K if you can promote our
3:26business." It's not it. For some of you
3:27out there, you will do the blood test
3:29and you won't have low testosterone. And
3:30you might think that's a wasted
3:31opportunity or a waste of money, but
3:32it's not. I'll tell you why. The sad
3:34reality for every man watching this is
3:35that your testosterone will decline by
3:37about 1% every single year. And when I
3:39got my readings of low testosterone that
3:41qualified me for using a TRT service,
3:43people said to me, "But James, this is a
3:44decision that you're going to have to
3:46take for life." I said, "Yeah, but hold
3:47on a minute. I'm 36, and if my situation
3:50is only going to get worse, worse
3:51energy, worse mood, worse composition,
3:53worse libido." It was never a question
3:55of if, it was a question of when. If not
3:56at 36, it would probably be 38 or 40. So
3:59what? I'm going to wait four more years
4:01in my peak period of my life before
4:03addressing a problem and a way that I'm
4:05feeling. That doesn't make any sense.
4:06When I have toothache, I go to the
4:08dentist. The second I have toothache,
4:10I'm like, "Yo, I don't want to deal with
4:11this anymore." The idea of putting off a
4:13test a few more years to have the virtue
4:14of saying, "Oh, I waited till I was 45
4:16to use the TRT service." It's like
4:18waiting till your toothache gets so bad
4:19you got to have the tooth pulled. I know
4:20some people are going to think that I'm
4:21a sellout. Some people are going to see
4:23this as my first brand endorsement. Some
4:25people are going to say whatever it is
4:27they're going to say. But I'll be
4:28honest, at the end of all of this, even
4:29if there's just a few thousand men with
4:31low testosterone that can seek treatment
4:33and get half the benefits I have in the
4:34last 12 months, for me, that's
4:35completely worth it. One day, I'll be
4:37having a chicken and bacon prep baguette
4:39in a corner of London. Someone will come
4:41and give me a fist bump and go, "James,
4:42thank you for your YouTube content,
4:43mate. It helped me make a decision to
4:45start using the TRT service." I go,
4:46"Good on you, mate." Underneath this
4:48video, there's going to be a link in the
4:49description where you can find out more
4:50information about my investment into
4:51manual, how you can get a blood test,
4:53and how this journey could potentially
4:54look for you. Hopefully for many of you
4:56like me, you're 12 months away from
4:58feeling vastly better. And if you're not
4:59interested, it's also completely fine.
