0:03Um I think that may we can start.
0:07>> Yeah sure.
0:08>> Um hello everybody. Thank you so much
0:10for join joining. Um uh I'm Radha Meta.
0:14I'm the product manager at Mrofit and we
0:16have Tanmay Kenny with us. He's the
0:18customer success manager. Uh this
0:20webinar we've specifically arranged to
0:23take you through uh our midyear feature
0:25updates. It's a going to be a completely
0:27product focused webinar in addition to
0:30the monthly demo series that we do. Uh
0:32we wanted to do a special webinar to
0:34highlight the new features that we've
0:36added during our entire year in 2025
0:39till now. Uh so that you know you are
0:41also apprised of all these new features
0:42which will help you track your
0:44portfolios in M profit in a much better
0:46and seamless fashion. Uh so that's why
0:49we've done this uh webinar today. Uh
0:52we've added a couple of new features
0:54like uh PMS tracking
0:57uh enhancements to the existing PMS
1:00tracking wherein you can track your PMS
1:02investments at a scheme level. We've
1:04also added uh US equities uh t we can
1:07show the next slide.
1:09Uh we've also added uh US equities uh
1:12wherein you'll be able to track your
1:13international US stock investments uh in
1:16M profit. certain XR related specific
1:20features we've added like category wise
1:22XR and blended benchmarks as well. We'll
1:24be taking you through all of these
1:25features and we've also added certain
1:28small other feature enhancements to our
1:30existing available features and we'll be
1:32discussing all of those in detail today.
1:35Uh now to start with PMS tracking right
1:38uh we've all of you are aware of the PMS
1:42uh investments that you can track in M
1:44profit at an underlying level and also
1:45at a cash flow level. uh many of you all
1:49have asked us and we've taken that
1:50feedback that you also wanted to see PMS
1:53at a scheme level right wherein you can
1:55track PMS as an at an asset class level
1:58and hence we've done certain new
2:00enhancements to our existing PMS module
2:03where you'll be able to track uh your
2:05PMS investments at uh underlying and a
2:08cash flow level that is a detail level
2:10but also at a scheme level and at an
2:13asset class level across your entire
2:15family's portfolio.
2:17Right. This helps you see your PMS at
2:19two levels. One of course the detailed
2:21version of XR including your cash flows
2:23underlying. See which are the
2:25investments which your PMS manager has
2:27done. But also at an overall family
2:29level you can see PMS at a specific
2:31asset class like we have different asset
2:33classes of stocks, mutual funds, private
2:35equity, EIF. Similarly PMS at a scheme
2:38level can also be tracked. Uh now I'd
2:40request tan to share the screen and then
2:42we can show you uh what this feature
2:44means and how you can actually enable it
2:45in your portfolios.
2:48>> Sure. Thanks Rada. So let me share the M
2:51profit screen basically and then we can
2:53I can show you um the existing tracking
2:56of uh PMS in Mr. and also
3:00the new feature we have added. So
3:03everyone must be aware that you can just
3:05like normal investment portfolio you can
3:07create PMS portfolio as well in M profit
3:10just to quickly show you that you can
3:11click on add portfolio enter the
3:14portfolio name and mark the portfolio as
3:16a PMS portfolio.
3:18Okay so this is the way to create a new
3:20portfolio new PMS portfolio and to
3:23manage all your investments you can
3:25import two different uh statements. One
3:28is a transaction statement which
3:30contains the underlying investment data
3:32and second is a bank book statement
3:33which contains the cash flow data. We
3:36already support various PMS um files uh
3:40sorry service sorry provider file
3:41formats for uh import directly. So of
3:43course you don't need to manually enter
3:45any transaction data. This can be
3:48directly imported also you can set it
3:50for auto forward and on monthly basis
3:52this data can be automatically
3:54forwarded. And just to show you uh this
3:56is how the PMS portfolio looks like
3:59where at the bottom of the screen you
4:01can see total cash in cash out total
4:04fees cash on hand current valuation and
4:07you can generate a performance snapshot
4:09as well. Here you can actually track the
4:11underlying investments which are
4:13happening under under a specific PMS
4:16scheme. Now if you look at the group
4:18view
4:20okay by default Mr. displays all the
4:24underlyings data as it is into the
4:26portfolio. So for example, if you have
4:29individual portfolio linked to the group
4:31as well as PMS portfolio link to the
4:33group, we show by default everything
4:37considering the underlying data. But if
4:39you don't want to do that, if you want
4:41to just see PMS scheme as a line item as
4:45a individual scheme and current value
4:47returns for that, we have added the
4:49option now where you can change the
4:50group view. So you can go to the
4:52preferences tab and there is a option
4:55now called PMS within groups. So you can
4:58decide how you want to see PMS
5:00portfolios within groups. By default
5:03option is underlyings where every single
5:06asset if it's a stock, if it's a mutual
5:08fund will be displayed as it is under
5:11group. If you select line item which is
5:13a new option now and click on apply.
5:16This will show PMS portfolios as an
5:19individual line item. Meaning that just
5:21like stocks, mutual funds and other
5:23asset classes, you will see a new line
5:26item or new asset class called PMS.
5:29Inside that you can actually see every
5:32single PMS portfolio as a line item
5:34basis. For example, KC PMS bina or ambit
5:37PMS aimed which I showed you which is
5:40this portfolio will be shown as a line
5:42item basis. This will help you to see a
5:44consolidated investments overall
5:47including your PMS portfolio as a scheme
5:49as an individual scheme.
5:52You can navigate this anytime. If you
5:54don't want to see line item wise, you
5:56can simply go to preferences again.
5:58Click on underlines again and you will
6:00not see a PMS as a line item. But we
6:03have received lot of feedback regards to
6:05this particular feature where most of
6:07our clients would like to see PMS just
6:11on a scheme level basis because anyway
6:13the underlying investments those are
6:15those cannot be controlled because in
6:18case of PMSs all the underlying
6:20investments the decisions made are
6:22basically by the PMS service providers
6:24PMS managers they basically take all the
6:27decisions to sell by all these asset
6:29classes. So for end client for main
6:32family office HNI users they want to see
6:35PMS as a line item basis. So this is one
6:37one of the important feature we have
6:39added. So now you don't need to go into
6:41individual portfolio to look at the
6:44scheme wise returns. You can obviously
6:45do that by simply looking into a group
6:48portfolio
6:50individual group. Similarly you can
6:52definitely create a custom groups also.
6:54So for example, I have selected I have
6:57created a family group which consists of
6:59all the family members portfolios. But
7:01if you just want to see investments
7:04including PMS portfolios for a
7:06particular entity, you can create a
7:08custom group as well. I can click on
7:10right click on a particular
7:13portfolio select new group option. I can
7:15create a group only for Ajameata's
7:18portfolio. So in this case I'll link all
7:20Ajameata's investments
7:23and similarly create a group. So this
7:25will show me u details of sorry the name
7:29is already available. So I'll make it a
7:31mata group
7:33and this will create a a methas group.
7:35Here I'll see all the investments only
7:38of Ajamea and of course the PMSs as
7:41well. So PMS will be shown as a line
7:42item basis.
7:44So these are the uh features we have
7:46added here. Um similarly now this is
7:50about the classic view where under group
7:52you can see PMS as a line item but in
7:55our analytics view also we have added
7:57this feature where you can do this
8:00setting to see PMS as a line items. The
8:03option is available under portfolio
8:05section and you can go to the
8:07preferences tab and you will see a
8:09option show PMS as a line items in
8:11groups. So you can use this option. You
8:13can enable this. And then if you look at
8:16the family group.
8:20Now PMS will be considered as a line
8:22item information again. So if you go to
8:24the holdings tab, all the PMS schemes
8:27are by default added under the equity
8:30category. So if you want to see you can
8:32click on equity category and you will
8:34see PMS as a line item view. Similarly
8:37you can drill down this view. You can
8:39click on PMS category and you will see
8:42all the PMSs. So this is about the
8:44holding tab. So it shows the PMS asset
8:46allocation. How the assets how the PMS
8:48as a line item assets are allocated in a
8:51particular group. Similarly, you can go
8:54to the performance tab and get the
8:56returns also only for PMSS you have. So
9:00this is the return you are making on all
9:02the PMSs you have under a group.
9:05Similarly, if you want to see line item
9:08wise information
9:10performance by asset. So, this section
9:12basically shows the PMS line item wise
9:15return. So, for every single PMS scheme
9:18you have in your family or in your
9:20group, you can see the returns.
9:25So these are the various options we have
9:27provided uh to basically track the PMS
9:31portfolios and profit and also to see it
9:34on a high level that is on a scheme
9:36level information. You obviously can get
9:38the detailed views also. For example, if
9:41you want to look at the axis PMS or
9:43let's say ambit PMS AJ portfolio in a
9:46more detailed manner, you can obviously
9:48go to a specific portfolio. So from the
9:50left panel I can select ambit PMS a as a
9:54individual portfolio and then I can get
9:56the underlying holding details as well
9:58by category by asset. I can also look at
10:02the performance view which will show a
10:04performance of a particular PMS
10:06portfolio in a detailed way. So you can
10:08see all the cash flow data cash in cash
10:10out current investment value cash on
10:13hand other details as you see absolute
10:15gain income payout total fees where you
10:17can see the distribution of the total
10:19fees as well. So these features are
10:21definitely there but overall feature is
10:24added basically on a group level to
10:26understand the PMS as a line item. So
10:29you don't need to look at the individual
10:32investments if you look at the overall
10:34group level view
10:36uh rather you want to add anything uh
10:38for this point. Uh yes. So uh just you
10:40know in addition to what we discussed
10:42right now I would like to highlight that
10:43the earlier option where uh we did not
10:46when you know you could track the PMS
10:49all your PMS underlyings were shown
10:50under stocks and ETFs even at a family
10:52group level because they were getting
10:54combined as stocks and ETFs. But now
10:57because we've added this feature, you
10:59have the option of seeing PMS as a
11:01completely different line item,
11:04different asset class and you can track
11:06different schemes, right? You can create
11:09your own linked PMS options, right? for
11:11every portfol PMS portfolio that you can
11:13h you have you can create your own PMS
11:16scheme uh which you are invested in and
11:19see at a scheme level how these PMSs are
11:22looking like and the uh in analytics
11:24where Tanayai showed performance by
11:26assets you can actually then compare
11:28each scheme that you are invested in how
11:31each scheme has performed right so if
11:32you go to equity PMS and you see
11:35performance by assets all the five 10
11:37different schemes in which you're
11:38invested in you can actually compare
11:41okay ambit PMS has given X percentage of
11:44XR axis PMS has given Y percentage of XR
11:47so this gives you a quick snapshot level
11:49view of all the different PMS schemes in
11:51which you're invested in at a
11:53consolidated level how these schemes
11:55have performed and of course if you
11:57still prefer to go back to the original
12:00way of tracking it as underlyings uh
12:02along with all the other asset classes
12:04that option will always be available to
12:06you right okay
12:09>> yeah and this particular view
12:10performance by asset. If you look at the
12:12PMS subcategory view, this will really
12:15help you to compare different PMSs
12:17schemes which each other. So you can
12:20actually see that which is the PMS
12:22scheme, which PMS scheme is actually
12:24making the highest return. You can sort
12:25the view as well. You can simply click
12:27on XR column head to basically sort the
12:31view not only by XR but by total
12:33investment or total gain which is
12:35absolute gain. If you want to understand
12:37which is the PMS scheme which is making
12:40a higher absolute gain. So you can click
12:42on this total gain column as well to
12:44sort the views. So in a single view you
12:46can compare different PMS schemes which
12:49with each other basically. So this will
12:51definitely help you
12:53>> right. Um now hope this you know feature
12:57uh will help a lot of you and if you uh
13:00you know want to understand this better
13:01you can always reach out to us and we'll
13:03uh you know somebody from our team will
13:05definitely guide you on each uh
13:07technical steps of how this can be
13:09achieved.
13:10Now going to the next feature that we've
13:12launched is the US equities right a lot
13:15of you have uh requested us over a uh
13:19you know time that you wanted to track
13:21your global portfolio US stocks and ETFs
13:24in which you're invested in and you know
13:26we have now gone live with international
13:30portfolio currently this is our first uh
13:33phase wherein we have launched US
13:35equities and ETFs wherein you have the
13:39option of tracking tracking all your
13:40listed stocks and ETFs in US market in
13:44dollar terms. Earlier people used to
13:47face an issue with you know uploading
13:49data for their US portfolio tracking it
13:52uh with their existing INR portfolio.
13:54But now we have made this live and this
13:57is available in all the uh family office
13:59plans. You will be able to see
14:02uh and track your US portfolio in M
14:06profit.
14:07Currently you have two asset class
14:09options. One is the listed stocks and
14:11ETFs. We are providing current end of
14:14day pricing as well. And the second is
14:17private equity for all the other asset
14:19classes
14:21wherein uh it could be like an unlisted
14:23stock or any other kind of investments
14:25that you have currently. You can all add
14:28that under private equity. Everything is
14:30dollar denominated. So you will be able
14:32to see your dollar US dollar denominated
14:34portfolio at a consolidated level across
14:36different assets like stocks, ETFs and
14:38any unlisted assets or even any other
14:41kind of investment that you have in US
14:42but there is no specific asset class you
14:44can still add it under private equity.
14:46Um uh T maybe we can just show them how
14:49to create the
14:50>> yeah now just to create the
14:52international portfolio. So for example
14:54you have already created your investment
14:55portfolio which is INR portfolio. So
14:59from any uh uh group or a portfolio you
15:03can go to this plus sign and you will
15:05get a option to add a new international
15:07portfolio. So if you click on add
15:09international portfolio this will give
15:10you the screen you can enter the name
15:13portfolio short name portfolio full name
15:15and you can select the currency as USD.
15:17Once you do that you will get a new
15:19section. So on the left hand side if you
15:21look at there is a INR section and also
15:23now international section. In my case, I
15:26have already created the portfolio. That
15:28is the reason I'm already seeing this.
15:29But once you create it, you will get a
15:31new section. Under this, you can
15:33obviously add more portfolios if needed.
15:36As Radha mentioned, we initially
15:39launched the first phase. Uh with first
15:41phase launch, we have added US stocks
15:43and ETFs for the management. And you can
15:46directly upload the transaction
15:48statements also. Just like Indian
15:50brokers, we have also supported lot of
15:53US brokers also such as Charles Web,
15:55Fidelity Investments, InMoney, Crystal
15:58Advisor, Wested Finance, Stockwell
16:00Securities, Interactive Brokers, First
16:02Global. There are multiple brokers we
16:03have started supporting it. Uh currently
16:05we support almost 12 to 15 different
16:08international brokers where uh you can
16:10directly get their transaction
16:11statements and upload it into M Profit.
16:13So you don't need to manually enter the
16:15transactions even for US stocks and
16:16ATFs. And as Radha also mentioned, we
16:19support the current prices. So we
16:21support EOD prices um for US stocks and
16:25ETFs. So as you see on the screen, once
16:27you add a stock investment system will
16:29automatically fix the price and of
16:31course it's in USD and depending on that
16:34you will see today's gain, unrealized
16:35gain, current valuation as well. Also we
16:39support certain reports as you see uh we
16:42have enabled portfolio summary report,
16:44annualized return, XR report. So for
16:46your US stocks and ATFs you can
16:48definitely see the returns you are
16:50making. Also we have enabled profit and
16:52loss summary and detail report as well.
16:54So basic profit and loss summary and
16:56detail you can definitely get it from M
16:57profit for US stocks and ETFs. Uh
17:00similarly there are transaction reports
17:02available. If you just want to get all
17:03your transactions in a plain Excel or
17:05CSV format those are available.
17:09uh sim similarly has closing balances
17:12and holding period report which is
17:13similar to the uh uh INR portfolio
17:16reports and then there is a income
17:18report. Uh you can add all the corporate
17:21actions also for your US stock. So you
17:23can simply right click on it go to other
17:25transaction and you will see all the
17:26different corporate actions such as
17:28split, spin-off, merger or if you have
17:31any offmarket transaction you can add
17:32it. Similarly, income details as well.
17:35Uh dividend income on certain uh US
17:37stock you can definitely add.
17:40So all these options are available. So
17:42you guys can actually start adding all
17:44the uh US stocks if you are investing in
17:46US stocks and ETFs. And as I mentioned,
17:48you don't need to manually enter the
17:50transactions. We support international
17:53broker stat statements for direct
17:54import. In case if any broker is not
17:57supported currently, you can send us a
17:59sample statement and uh we have a
18:01dedicated team which can develop a new
18:03template for you and then you can start
18:05uploading all the transaction details.
18:10>> Um
18:12>> yes. So
18:13>> and just on the PA side as Radha also me
18:16mentioned any any other assets such as
18:18if it's not US stocks and ATS any other
18:21assets such as tradered bonds or any
18:23unlisted share you can definitely add it
18:25under private equity section here we
18:28have actually made it open where you can
18:30create the asset and you can add the
18:32investment buy sell income transactions
18:35so technically you can add anything
18:36under private equity all other things
18:39like stocks and ETFs which are listed on
18:41NASDAQ those can be definitely added
18:43under stocks and ATFs asset class and
18:45the benefit here is we provide the price
18:47feeds for the same so current valuation
18:49will be automatically updated you will
18:51see the returns as well uh on a regular
18:53basis
18:56>> correct
18:58and this is just our first phase right
19:00where we've added US stocks we plan to
19:02in future add other markets as well but
19:04currently because many of you all
19:07specifically had requested for the US
19:09stock markets we've made it live um And
19:12uh this is going to be very beneficial
19:13for you guys to track your international
19:15portfolio and also see your Indian
19:17portfolio all in the same software. So
19:19you don't have to use two different ways
19:20of tracking these portfolios, right? Uh
19:23and like Tanay mentioned, we are already
19:25supporting about 8 to 10 different
19:26brokers and more. Uh but if there is any
19:29template that you have which you can't
19:30find in our existing import uh list,
19:33please do share that with us and our
19:36team will definitely uh look into it and
19:39create that template. uh if all the
19:41transaction level details are provided
19:43there. Uh
19:46currently uh like we said we have stocks
19:48and ETFs category along with private
19:50equity. So please uh start adding all
19:53your US stock investments data and uh uh
19:57the live pricing for the listed stocks
19:59will also be provided at the end of the
20:00day.
20:04Okay.
20:06Now uh
20:08next is in our analytics tab for our XIR
20:13we've added two major updates. uh till
20:16now XR tracking was happening um at a
20:20specific index level for each um
20:23portfolio or each asset class you could
20:25see your XR but now we've also added
20:28certain MP profit default categories
20:30like equity debt real estate etc which t
20:33will take you through for all of these
20:35categories you'll be able to check your
20:38XR for each category along with that you
20:41can also create your blended X uh
20:44benchmarks which means by giving
20:46different weightages to different
20:47indexes. This kind of gives you an added
20:50edge in tracking your portfolio at a
20:53much granular and deeper level and not
20:56just seeing it at an overall level. We
20:59understand that as a family office uh
21:02your portfolio is going to be mix of
21:04several different assets of equity,
21:06debt, AF, PMS, etc. and tracking each of
21:10these assets to a common index will not
21:13really make sense. Right? So it is
21:16always better to see your XR at
21:18different category levels at different
21:20asset class levels. And of course for
21:22each specific portfolio, each specific
21:25category,
21:27a single benchmark may also not be
21:29possible. Right? For example, if you you
21:30have an equity category, it could be a
21:32mix of mid, large and small, right?
21:34Different assets you may have in your
21:36stocks. it does not make sense to
21:39directly
21:40uh compare it to a single index. So we
21:43have given the option of creating your
21:45own blended benchmarks so that you can
21:47actually apples to apples compare
21:49depending on how your portfolio asset
21:51allocation is looking like to the index
21:54which gives you a more detailed level of
21:56insight into your actual performance
21:59compared to a benchmark. Uh first uh
22:02let's understand what is the category
22:04level benchmark that we have. uh than my
22:07OT.
22:08>> Yeah. So just want to add before I uh
22:10show you the category wise breakdown
22:12just want to inform that uh M profit
22:15provide multiple levels uh XR. Okay. So
22:19you can select family group you can
22:21select individual portfolio and see the
22:23returns. Similarly you can select a
22:25specific asset class such as stocks and
22:27ATFs or only mutual funds to see and
22:30similarly you can further drill down.
22:32You can select a particular mutual fund
22:33scheme as well to see the returns. So
22:36these options were already available but
22:38what we have done we have also created a
22:40categories now uh which you can see on
22:42the left hand side equity real estate
22:45debt gold plus retirement cash and so
22:48on. Now you can see the category wise
22:50returns as well. So if I select equity
22:52category I can of course see the holding
22:55details. For example equity category can
22:57have stocks and equity ETFs, private
22:59equity, equity funds. So I can see the
23:02holdings. So similarly I can also see
23:04the performance. So for every single
23:06category whether it's a equity, debt,
23:08gold plus you can see the holding
23:10details as well as the returns
23:13>> also as I mentioned not only equity but
23:16if I select the debt category and go to
23:18the holdings debt category covers fixed
23:20deposit NCDS uh post office schemes
23:23listed bonds debt funds debt mutual
23:26funds basically. Similarly, if I select
23:28gold plus category, it will cover a
23:30physical gold, sovereign gold bonds,
23:32gold and silver ETFs.
23:35If I select the retirement category, it
23:37will cover solution oriented funds,
23:39certain insurance schemes. So, you can
23:41actually see category wise holdings as
23:44well as category wise returns also. For
23:46example, I can select equity category,
23:48go to performance tab and I can see how
23:50much return I'm making just on a equity
23:53category investments. Similarly, I can
23:55of course see the subcategory wise view
23:58also. So, as I mentioned, equity
24:00category can have uh stocks and ETFs,
24:03equity, mutual funds, uh private equity.
24:06So, you can see the subcategory wise
24:09returns as well. Also, you can further
24:11drill down individual subcategory as
24:14well. I can click on equity funds and
24:16get the view. Okay. So these are the
24:19options we have added to see the returns
24:22on category as well as subcategory
24:24label. You can see it for any category
24:26you want. Category as well as
24:28subcategory level. Now we have this
24:31feature which you must be already aware
24:33that you can compare your portfolio
24:34returns or category returns with a
24:36particular market index. So on the right
24:39right hand side there is a view called
24:41uh XR versus index EGR where you can
24:44select the individual index and you can
24:46get the comparison.
24:48We have added this XR comparison as well
24:51which shows
24:53um appletoapple comparison and here also
24:57you can select an individual index. So
24:59by default it will have either of the
25:00index selected maybe TR F50 or TRF 500
25:04but now we have also added enhancement
25:07to this particular section where you can
25:09create a blend. For example, I'm looking
25:12at equity portfolio, equity category
25:14later. Now, equity category may be
25:17consisting of certain small cap, certain
25:18large cap, midcap investments. I can
25:21create a blend of multiple different
25:23indexes now. So, I can go to change
25:25benchmark. I can select blends and use
25:28this option create new blend where I can
25:31select multiple different index. So, I
25:34can select let's say TRRI Nifty Midcap
25:36150. I can which is a midcap uh uh
25:39related index. Similarly, I can select
25:41TR nifty small cap 250 which is small
25:44cap related index. I can select multiple
25:46different indexes. We currently support
25:4880 plus different market indexes. So I
25:50can obviously select multiple. Click on
25:53this select option and I can set the
25:55allocation. So I can let's say uh
25:58allocate 60%
26:01or 70% of the nifty midcap and 30% of
26:04the small cap. This is depending on the
26:06investments you have in your portfolio.
26:08And then I can save this blend to
26:10basically get the returns. Now if I look
26:13at the portfolio returns and actually a
26:15blended benchmark return, this will give
26:17you give me uh much more better clarity.
26:22So this feature is available creating
26:25blends of different benchmarks. Indices
26:27is available not only on a category
26:29level but is it is also available on
26:31multiple different levels. portfolio
26:33level, family group level, category
26:35level. For example, I can have a
26:38separate blend for my equity category
26:40and I can go to debt category and I can
26:42have a different blend for my debt
26:44category as well. So similarly, I can go
26:47to debt category. Click on change
26:49benchmark. I can create a blend only for
26:52my debt category. Similarly for gold
26:54plus category. So you can have different
26:56blends created for multiple different
26:58categories investments you have. So this
27:00will definitely give you a more detailed
27:03insight uh XR comparison insight to
27:08make a better decisions. Basically you
27:10can get a complete understanding how
27:12your portfolio or how a particular
27:14category investment is performing
27:16compared to a specific index or a
27:18blended benchmark.
27:21>> Correct. Now if you even see the list of
27:23categories that we have like for example
27:24real estate that will consist of your
27:27properties any REITs and invits that you
27:29have right so all we have created
27:32certain defaults so that when you want
27:35to see a equity return it is purely an
27:37equity return your debt return is purely
27:39a debt return right estate retirement
27:42funds so you can see for each category
27:45how the performance is looking like and
27:48if you go to the performance tab right
27:49all the t tabs and charts s that we have
27:52for a normal portfolio will still be
27:54available at each category level and
27:56like TMA is now showing you can see
27:57performance by subcategory also how much
27:59did actually reads provide XR or how
28:02much did property provide and all of
28:04this is available for all prior periods
28:06as well right current c selected period
28:08is all to date but of course uh the
28:11entire analytics tab is customizable for
28:14any specific time period that you want
28:16financial year calendar year month
28:18custom periods right if you if you want
28:20to see just for the last 6 months. You
28:22can custom select those dates. So with
28:26these new feature enhancements, we have
28:28made it possible for you to track each
28:31category return separately. Uh so that
28:34it gives you a more deep dived view of
28:38your existing portfolio and not just see
28:40it at a family level or or at different
28:42asset classes. Right? So private equity,
28:45equity mutual funds, uh your listed
28:48stocks, your PMS all comes under equity.
28:50So you can then track your equity
28:52portfolio and compare it with a specific
28:55index, right? And in addition, in order
28:59to actually make it more uh granular
29:02level, more apples to apples comparison,
29:04you can create your own blends, right?
29:08We have over 80 plus indexes a mix of
29:10both TR non-TR indexes and a certain
29:13debt indexes also right. So you can
29:16custom create your own blends. You can
29:18add up to five indices in a single
29:20blend. Give different weightages to each
29:22index. Let's say your large cap is uh
29:25you know your asset allocation in a
29:27portfolio for large is 80% and small and
29:30mid is 10 and 10. You can actually
29:31create a specific customized blended
29:35benchmark which is completely as per
29:38your asset allocation. Right? It is not
29:41a market derived benchmark. This blended
29:43option actually gives you a more clear
29:47view of how your portfolio is performing
29:49compared to how that blended benchmark
29:51is performing. Right? Uh this is not
29:54only available at a category level. The
29:56blended benchmark feature is also
29:58available at an overall family group
30:00level across all asset classes and of
30:03course at individual portfolio level
30:05also. Right? So for example if you just
30:07select let's say Ajay Meta's portfolio
30:10it's possible that the asset allocation
30:12there could be a mix of equity debt
30:16right so you can actually then select a
30:18blended benchmark which has both equity
30:20and debt component. You can select a TR
30:22nifty50 and a crystal composite bond
30:24index depending on your own portfolio
30:27mix for each individual portfolio. You
30:29can have different blends created.
30:31Right? So this blended benchmark again
30:33is customizable for each category for
30:35each portfolio. Right? So there is no
30:38standard or default categorization. You
30:40can actually create your own blends
30:44for each portfolio for each category.
30:46This gives you a more uh detailed level
30:51view of your performance and gives a
30:54more meaningful approach to the XR
30:57comparison chart.
31:00Uh then anything you want to add on
31:02these two features?
31:04Uh no I guess we have covered uh just
31:06want to add like we have XR as Raha also
31:09mentioned we have the XR returns
31:12available benchmark comparison available
31:15on multiple different levels. Uh just to
31:18inform you again it's on a group level
31:19it's on a portfolio level it's on a
31:22asset class level like individual asset
31:24class it's on a category level and also
31:26on a particular investment level. You
31:29can get returns, get benchmark
31:31comparison for a single investment also.
31:34For example, a particular stock
31:35investment or particular mutual fund
31:37investment and obviously you can create
31:39the blends there as well.
31:47Uh so you know today we've covered the
31:50four uh main different feature updates
31:52that we have done. Uh the PMS line item
31:55enhancements that we have done. This is
31:57available at all HNI and family office
31:59plans where you are able to track all
32:01your PMS investments. Now you have the
32:03option of tracking it at an asset class
32:05and scheme level.
32:07Uh we've also added the international
32:09portfolios like we saw you can track
32:11your US equities, stocks, private
32:13equity, any kind of other US based
32:15investments that you have. All this
32:17entire international portfolio is US
32:19dollar denominated. So any US dollar
32:21denominated asset that you want to track
32:23you can add it under private equity for
32:25now. But definitely the listed stocks
32:27option is always there. Uh we are
32:29providing you end of day prices as well.
32:32Right. And the two main XR related
32:35features that we launched are you can
32:38see your XIR at different categories.
32:40Mrofit has created certain default
32:42categories. If you go to the holdings
32:44tab, it will show you different
32:46categories, right? Uh equity, debt, gold
32:49plus, retirement, real estate, etc.
32:52Right? And you can compare your XRR for
32:55each category separately. And in
32:57addition,
32:59the XR comparison chart is now more
33:02enhanced with the option of creating
33:04your own blends. Now these blends can be
33:06created at individual category level,
33:08different blends for equity category,
33:10different blends for debt category, so
33:12on. And for each individual portfolio,
33:15individual groups that you have created,
33:17family group, for each of these
33:19different levels, you can create your
33:21own blends. Then we have a uh uh saving
33:24feature that is every time you open that
33:26specific portfolio, it will save the
33:28last selected blended benchmark that you
33:30have, right? So you don't have to do it
33:31every time. So all of these different
33:33options are there. This blended
33:35benchmark feature has been you know uh
33:37asked by many of you because you want to
33:40track your portfolio depending on on
33:42your own unique asset allocation and
33:44hence we've made this live. Uh so we
33:47hope that this feature really helps all
33:49of you and uh uh helps you better track
33:51your portfolio
33:53across your uh family members and your
33:56asset categories as well.
33:59Uh now uh in addition to these there are
34:01certain small enhancements that we've
34:03done but also equally important uh to
34:06help you track your portfolio better. Uh
34:08since we are at the analytics tab let's
34:10quickly cover the equity exposure
34:11feature that we have. we always had the
34:14equity exposure feature uh which is
34:16basically an overlap analysis of how
34:18much exposure you have to a particular
34:20script uh through your stocks and
34:22indirectly through a mutual funds PMS
34:25but now we have added certain
34:26enhancements to this feature so your
34:29equity exposure let's say for example
34:32the chart that you're seeing here your
34:34HDFC bank right the exposure is not only
34:37through your direct broker stock
34:39investments but indirectly through all
34:41the different mutual funds that you have
34:42purch purchased and also all the PMS
34:44schemes in which are invested in right
34:46uh in addition to that we've added
34:48sector wise uh exposure market cap wise
34:52and certain other levels also uh which
34:54sun will now show you
34:57>> yeah so earlier the equity exposure
35:00feature only had a exposure by stock so
35:03as Radha mentioned you can find out if
35:06you have if you have certain stock
35:08investment through direct stock or
35:10mutual fund underlying or PMS MS
35:12portfolio or ATF. So you can actually
35:15drill down every single stock as well.
35:17So you can click on HDFC Bank to
35:20understand the true equity exposure. For
35:22example, the overall stock value is 3.88
35:25CR. Actually, it's 3.93 CR. Out of that
35:293.88 CR is available under direct stocks
35:32and certain PMS stocks. Similarly, there
35:34is there are almost 4.76 lakhs of
35:37investment has happened through mutual
35:39funds. So you can see a mutual fund uh
35:42view as well and of course the
35:43allocation for that. Now you can get a
35:46drill down view also. So if you have
35:47HDFC bank as a part of the direct stocks
35:50you can see which direct stocks are
35:51currently holding HDFC bank and what is
35:53the exposure for that. Similarly there
35:55are certain PMS portfolio scheme
35:58investments where again the investment
36:00is in HDFC bank. So you can see the
36:02drill down view as well. Similarly for
36:04mutual fund as well you can drill down
36:06every single mutual fund. Now this
36:07option was available just on a stock
36:10label but we have also added this on a
36:12asset uh the sector wise as well as
36:14market cap wise level. So if I go one
36:17step back you will see view by sector
36:18view by stock. Now there are two more
36:21options added view by sector where you
36:23can see every sector exposure as well.
36:25You can drill down every uh individual
36:28sector to see which stocks you have and
36:30again if you click on the HDC bank it
36:32will show the similar view. Similarly
36:34now there is a view by market cap as
36:36well. So you will see large cap, small
36:38cap, midcap, other market cap wise
36:40exposure. You can again drill down every
36:43single
36:44um market cap as well. Similarly, if I
36:47go to a individual portfolio, individual
36:50stock, let's say HDFC bank,
36:53I can get the allocation by asset type
36:56and also by asset to understand. As you
36:59see, it has now changed to consolidated
37:01exposure only to HDFC bank. So you can
37:04see direct stock exposure, PMS stock
37:06exposure and then mutual fund wise
37:09exposure as well. This is on a asset
37:11level. Similarly on a portfolio level as
37:14well. If I select portfolio view by
37:16portfolio, it will show me exposure only
37:19for portfolio level that is a mata PMS
37:21different portfolios I have in my group.
37:25Okay. Similarly from here also you can
37:26further drill down. You can click on
37:28direct PMS and holdings to go inside. So
37:31these are the different views or I would
37:33say more enhancements we have added on
37:35the equity exposure part.
37:42>> Yeah rather you want to add anything on
37:44this? Yeah. So, you know, just to uh uh
37:49reiterate that uh equity exposure
37:51feature was always available, but with
37:53these enhancements, you can actually see
37:54the overall sector- wise exposure
37:56through your direct stock investments
37:58and indirect investments through your
38:00mutual funds and PMSs, right? And the
38:02market cap. So, this gives you a much
38:04more perspective into your stock
38:06exposures across the different asset
38:08classes. uh sometimes we've missed to
38:11see an exposure to a particular script
38:13uh because we've not directly invested
38:16in uh but because we've invested it
38:18through your PMSs and mutual funds your
38:20exposure can increase right that's why
38:23it may make sense to see this overlap
38:25analysis and like tan showed you if you
38:28select a specific script it will also
38:31show you the exposure you have to that
38:33script along with whether that exposure
38:35is through mutual funds whether it is
38:37through your direct stock investments or
38:39through your PMS investments and it will
38:41give you a breakdown also which mutual
38:43funds which PMS portfolios have exposure
38:46to this scheme uh this script right so
38:48this gives you a detailed level of
38:50overlap analysis to actually make any
38:53decisions that you want to take regards
38:55to your asset allocation if you think
38:58you're over or underexposed to any
38:59specific script and you want to change
39:01that asset allocation you can quickly
39:03come here see this view and draw your
39:06own analysis uh as to how your exposure
39:09to different stocks is looking stocks
39:11sectors and market cap is looking like.
39:15Okay. Uh now uh we have done certain
39:19improved navigations which we briefly
39:20covered when explaining the category and
39:23asset class. Uh but uh we've add on the
39:26left navigation tab which is the black
39:28tab that you see. Uh we've added these
39:31quick tools to actually select uh any
39:34specific category asset class uh select
39:37any specific portfolio by the drop- down
39:39list so that you don't have to go into
39:41multiple different layers or levels to
39:44select a specific asset class. You can
39:46just quickly select it from this tab
39:48like uh shown here.
39:53Yes, you want to add anything on this
39:55point just to quickly show.
39:56>> No, that's it. Yeah. So one more thing
39:59like you can obviously uh uh navigate
40:02between different groups and different
40:03portfolios from here. So this drop-down
40:06will show the list of all the portfolios
40:08and groups you have under one family. If
40:11you want to change the family, you can
40:12simply click on this small icon beside
40:14the family name to basically navigate
40:16between different families in case you
40:18are maintaining having multiple
40:19families. So we have made it very easy
40:22to navigate between different families,
40:24groups, different categories, different
40:26asset classes. You don't need to uh
40:29there are no multiple different layers
40:31to do that. Simply from the left panel,
40:33you can simply click on a specific
40:34category to see the holdings and
40:36returns. Similarly, click on specific
40:38asset class like stocks and ETFs to see
40:40the holdings and performance to see the
40:42returns and so on.
40:47>> Yes. Uh now uh going back to the classic
40:50view uh all of you all are well aware of
40:52the autoc corporate action feature that
40:54we have uh wherein you can um automate
40:58the option of the process of applying
41:00corporate actions your stocks stock
41:03splits bonus merger de merger and
41:05dividend right in addition to that now
41:08we have also launched the TDS on
41:10dividend option right uh which basically
41:13means that we will automatically
41:15calculate the TDS on dividend for you uh
41:19wherein uh the current threshold limits
41:23for this financial year for a resident
41:25individual which is 10,000 rupees
41:28threshold at a 10% TDS rate. This is
41:30automatically done by us. Uh but you
41:33have the options of customizing this as
41:35well. Um this gives you an option to
41:38actually when you see the income report
41:41it will give you your t dividend into
41:43gross uh TDS and net as tan is showing
41:47uh you have the option you can select
41:49edit portfolio for any of the portfolios
41:51that you have. If you select is resident
41:54individual TDS on dividends, yes, which
41:56means it will automatically apply the
41:57existing rates as per a resident
41:59individual which is uh like I said
42:0210,000 rupees is a threshold limit with
42:04a 10% TDS rate. uh but if you're adding
42:07any NRI portfolio or any private limited
42:10company data or any partnership form HUF
42:13or any other entity for which the
42:15existing rates do not apply there is
42:18there are different rates for these kind
42:19of uh legal entities you can actually
42:23add your own TDS percentage your own
42:25threshold limit and the system will
42:27calculate for that specific portfolio as
42:30per the inputs provided by you right so
42:33now the entire process of you just
42:36seeing dividend at a gross level in M
42:37profit then looking at your 26 as form
42:41or any other tax related form to see how
42:43much TTS was deducted uh becomes time
42:46consuming. So in order to minimize your
42:48efforts at the year end to actually see
42:51how much uh t uh dividend is there and
42:55along with that how much TDS was
42:57deducted on that dividend we've made
42:59this feature live uh it's a normal
43:01process you don't have to do anything
43:03additional uh you just have to go to
43:04actions uh click on autocorporate
43:07actions and in the autocorporate actions
43:10when you click you'll be able to see
43:13that we are adding different uh
43:15corporate actions like split dividend
43:17bonus merger de merger but now TDS on
43:20dividends will also be autoc calculated
43:22by default. So the minute you apply
43:24corporate actions if at all there is any
43:26dividend as per the uh threshold limit
43:30and the TDS rate we will automatically
43:32apply this to all your stocks wherever
43:34dividend has been provid uh received by
43:37you and the customization option is also
43:40available at each specific portfolio
43:42level.
43:45Yeah. And then we do provide the income
43:47report uh uh in profit. So you can
43:50actually see the gross amount for any
43:52dividend you have earned TDS and net
43:55amount break up for every single stock
43:57or a mutual fund. So in a single report
43:59you can see all the income details. But
44:02if you just want to see dividends you
44:04can customize the report to see
44:06dividends on on stocks and mutual funds
44:08with gross amount EDS and net amount.
44:12>> Correct.
44:14I just want to add one more enhancement
44:16we have done which is on the private
44:18equity side. Uh the asset was of course
44:20there uh uh buy sell income transaction
44:23support was of course there but we are
44:26getting lot of uh feedback saying the
44:28corporate action details cannot be added
44:30on the private equity asset. Of course
44:32for stocks and ETFs it's completely
44:34automated. Bonus split merger de merger
44:37dividends can be anyway added for
44:39private equity also. Now we have added
44:41options to add the
44:44um corporate action. So you will be able
44:46to add all kinds of corporate actions
44:48from income, bonus, split, merger, de
44:51merger as well for the private equity
44:54asset class.
44:55So this will be definitely is a new a
44:58new feature we have added uh and it will
45:00help you to track not only income on
45:03your unlisted investments but now you'll
45:05be able to track if there is a split
45:08happens or merger happens or if there is
45:10a de merger you can definitely add that
45:12for even unlisted shares
45:15>> correct correct uh so you know uh we
45:18always like said we always had this
45:20private equity option but with these
45:22additions to add your corporate action
45:24options. It actually helps you track
45:27private equity uh in more detailed
45:29levels and uh like you can see the
45:31merger option into a listed stock is
45:33also provided. So if at all your current
45:36unlisted investment tomorrow there's an
45:37IPO and gets listed, you have the option
45:39of merging it into the listed entity as
45:42well. So all of these small enhancements
45:45actually help to see your portfolio at
45:47an overall better level to give you more
45:50clarity into all your investments. Uh
45:53lastly before we jump into uh the Q&A
45:56session I also wanted to highlight that
45:57as per last year's budget uh of 2024
46:01uh we have made the changes live for the
46:04buyback as well uh the
46:08rule of uh buyback from 1st October 2024
46:12was that if at all any company does any
46:14buyback transaction that buyback has to
46:17be treated as a dividend and to be shown
46:20in your income. So we've made that
46:22option live. Uh soon in a couple of
46:25weeks or next month we will be doing a
46:27session uh for all the capital gain
46:29changes which will help you with your
46:31tax filing season. We will definitely
46:34cover in more detail as to how the
46:36buyback can be seen in our different
46:38reports. Uh but just to give you a quick
46:40update on that uh that feature has also
46:42been made live wherein all the buyback
46:45transactions post 1st October 24 where
46:47the new rule applies has been made live
46:49in Mr. and you'll be able to see all the
46:52effects of buyback pre and post 1st of
46:55October as well.
