Introduction

0:01so we'll get started now with the

0:03webinar um today's Focus you know we've

0:07done webinars previously on the import

0:09features in M profit and we will be

0:11doing some more of those also uh you

0:14know we've given a an overall

0:15introduction to the platform but today

0:17the agenda is for us to focus on our

0:22reports and insights so mostly all the

0:25output features in M profit that's going

0:26to be the focus for today uh and we'll

0:30go into a lot of detail about the

0:31different kinds of reports that are

0:33available the the different kind of

0:34insights that are available some of you

0:36are already familiar with with these

0:38reports and insights but I think there

0:40might be additional reports additional

0:42insights and just uh tips that you will

0:45appreciate uh when since you're using M

0:48profit uh so I think you know with that

0:51in mind let's get started T I have tanai

0:54with me who is also part of mprofit he's

0:57an mprofit expert uh you know some of

0:59you might have already you know heard

1:01from him during the time that you've

1:03used the platform and the new members

1:06you know who have joined today uh you

1:08know we hope to hear more from you as

1:09well so let's get started so what we'll

1:12do first is you know we'll just

About MProfit

1:14introduce M profit as a platform for

1:16those who are new to the platform uh T

1:18you can just quickly just switch to the

1:20main screen yeah uh so M profit as you

1:24guys know is a portfolio management

1:26solution that allows you to consolidate

1:29your investment from all of the

1:31different asset classes and Brokers that

1:33are available out there uh in India and

1:35manage your Investments the right way

1:37seamlessly in one place for your entire

1:40family you know that's the premise of M

1:42profit you know we allow you to

1:43aggregate transaction data for stocks

1:46for mutual funds other asset classes uh

1:49into our platform and the the best thing

1:52about M profit is that it allows you to

1:56automatically upload your contract notes

1:58it automatically allows you to add

2:00upload your trade files your mutual fund

2:02data without needing to manually record

2:04it so that you can directly seamlessly

2:07bring all your investments in one place

2:09so today what we'll do is we'll cover

Introduction to MProfit Reports

2:11each report in brief detail we'll just

2:14give you an introduction to what the

2:15report is and what it does and how it

2:17can benefit you uh there are reports

2:19available in M profit both at the

2:21individual portfolio level as well as at

2:24the overall group level so group level

2:26meaning that you know you can

2:27consolidate many different portfolios

2:29into one and view your insights at the

2:32overall group group level so we'll cover

2:35both of these today uh in a little bit

2:37of

2:38detail yeah so I think what we can do is

2:40tanai you can take over now and you can

2:42just introduce the report sure thank you

2:45for the introduction and quick recap so

2:49uh as I think mentioned we have two

2:51different sections of the report uh one

2:53is on individual label so on the left

2:55hand side you see there are two

2:57different portfolios Mr MAA and Mrs mea

2:59and there is is one group so to access

3:01the individual reports you have to go to

3:03Mr mea portfolio for example and on the

3:05top right hand side there is a report

3:06section available if you click on the

3:08reports there are different

3:10subcategories as you see performance

3:12capital gains transactions Advan tax

3:15software formats income and other so

Performance Reports

3:18under performance section you see three

3:19different reports portfolio summary

3:21annualize return xir and historical

3:23valuation so first report is portfolio

3:26summary report I'm just opening the

3:27sample report here

3:30so as you can see on the screen this is

3:31a portfolio summary report which gives

3:33the summary of all the assets we are

3:35managing under one portfolio so this

3:37cover stocks mutual fund fds Insurance

3:40all the asset classes which are managing

3:42under your portfolio so as you can see

3:44the names uh columns you can see asset

3:46name folio number quantity average

3:49purchase price amount invested current

3:52price today's gain overall gain and

3:54current value so overall Gain Is

3:56unrealized Gain here which is similar to

3:58what it displayed on the summary screen

4:01the main screen okay all these reports

4:03can be exported into PDF or Excel format

4:05or you can directly take a print out so

4:07options are there on the top so you see

4:09a print option download PDF or download

4:12Excel

4:15option so this is just a s just a

4:17snapshot of your current portfolio uh

4:20similar to what you see in the summary

4:22screen right so if you want to get the

4:24summary screen to be printed you can

4:26simply go to this portfolio summary

4:28report either you can print it or you

4:30can export it into PDF or Excel

4:33format and all your assets in a

4:35portfolio will be part of

4:37it and second report is annualized

4:39return XR

4:41report this is again very important

4:44report and in this Legacy uh version we

4:47provide xir reports since Inception ta

4:49date as aik said it gives you three

4:52different levels of xir okay first is on

4:54a asset level asset class level that is

4:56for stocks how much XR you have made so

4:59you can see see the stocks line if you

5:01see it's 12.61% for this stocks asset

5:03class this is the first level second

5:06level is basically individual asset

5:08level so for example 8K M software

5:10Services you have met 10.77% XR return

5:14on the particular stock and third is

5:16basically for your entire portfolio so

5:18if I scroll down I see a grand total

5:21here and you see annualized return XR

5:23for entire portfolio that is 4.01% xir

5:26for entire portfolio so this xir report

5:29covers all the asset classes again so

5:31you see XR for stocks mutual funds

5:34Insurance private Equity fds whichever

5:36asset classes you

5:38managing and more on this if you want to

5:40get the periodic xir report then as I

5:43think mentioned we have an analytics

5:44view available for that where you can go

5:46to the performance Tab and generate the

5:48periodic xir this Legacy report will

5:51give you xir since Inception till

5:57date then we have a historical value

5:59valuation report if you want to see the

6:01historical value of any particular uh

6:04date so for example if you want to see

6:06you have a portfolio since last four

6:08years and you want to see the portfolio

6:10valuation as on 31st March 22 so what

6:13you can do you can customize this report

6:15this report will face the historical

6:17prices as on 31st March 22 and it will

6:20give you the valuation as on that

6:21particular date this report is available

6:24for stocks and mutual fund asset class

6:25as of

6:27now so for example this is a sample

6:29report again you can see that historical

6:31valuation report as on 31st March 2020

6:34so this has faced the current prices as

6:36on 2020 31st March 2020 and based on

6:39those Holdings you see the overall gain

6:43and current

Capital Gain Reports

6:50value now we'll go to the capital gains

6:54section we provide very comprehensive

6:57capital G reporting you see different

6:58reports for for capital gains capital

7:00gain summary capital gains it format

7:03schedule 112 it format so these the

7:05first three are basically realized

7:07capital gain reports okay and the SEC

7:10other two unrealized capital gain these

7:12are unrealized one summary and detail so

7:14let's start with the capital gain

7:16summary report I'm opening the sample

7:18report

7:19again this is a summary of your capital

7:22gains it gives a quick uh overview of

7:25what are what is your intrade profit and

7:27loss short-term capital gain and

7:29long-term capital gain okay some of our

7:32clients are using this report to file

7:34the Advanced Tax as well so to do that

7:37uh you can simply customize this report

7:39if I go to the stocks and if I click on

7:42the additional customization option I'll

7:45see option period wise details if I do

7:47show this will show the breakup of a

7:50breakup of the capital gains quarterly

7:52basis so that will help you to file the

7:54advanced taxes quarterly

7:58taxes

8:00okay this all these capital gains

8:01reports are available for stocks mutual

8:05funds invites and arities and traded

8:08bonds we of course cover all the

8:10grandfathering Clause as well as the

8:12recent bonus traping rule which has come

8:14so all is already included Incorporated

8:17in capital gain report so if you

8:19generate the uh stocks capital gain

8:21summary or any any particular report it

8:23will be after considering the

8:25grandfathering Clause as well as bonus

8:26stripping

8:27rule so we can show the IT format for

8:31that yes so you can go to the capital

8:34gains it format this is a again a

8:36standard format but it's in a more

8:38detail compared to the summary report so

8:39if I go open the sample report you see

8:42more detailed information here where

8:44you'll see sell date asset name quantity

8:46sold sell price sell amount and then

8:49there is a purchase amount purchase

8:50information as well including the cost

8:52of acquisition cost amount that is

8:54purchased amount and capital gain so you

8:57see a breakup here first it it will show

8:59intraday profit and loss then it will

9:01show short-term capital gain loss and

9:03then it will show long-term capital gain

9:06loss and as you see the isign is also

9:08available in this which is appearing

9:10just below the asset name if you export

9:12this report into Excel format isin colum

9:15will be uh will appear separately so

9:17it's easier for you to just refer to the

9:19Isn easily you don't need to copy it

9:22from

9:24here and again all this cap realized

9:27capital gains as well as un realized

9:28capital G reports are considering the

9:31grandfathering Clause as well as bonus

9:33stripping

9:37rule then we have a schedule one2 it for

9:41yeah think you want to add it yeah I was

9:42just going to say that uh with regards

9:44to the capital G it report uh you know

9:47we will also for mutual funds for

9:48example for debt mutual funds and gold

9:50bonds indexation is also definitely

9:52supported so you know we provide the

9:54latest CI adjusted numbers from an

9:56indexation standpoint so you will

9:57definitely get those insights also and

10:00next year from next year debt hybrid and

10:03Equity mutual fund taxation is changing

10:04even more so when you file your capital

10:06gains for FY 24 and profit will be

10:09adjusting and handling those nuances as

10:12well right and we have provided options

10:15if you want to see capital gain for debt

10:17mutual fund with or without indexation

10:19just to give get the more clarity you

10:21can just customize the report and say

10:23with indexation yes or no and generate

10:26the report accordingly similar thing is

10:28available on a equity site where you can

10:30decide if you want to generate this

10:32report with grandfathering or without

10:34grandfathering the option is provided

10:36but we uh recommend you to uh for the

10:39ITR filing it's always with a

10:41grandfathering so you don't need to do

10:43any customization here you can simply

10:44generate the report and use it for

10:46filing

10:50purposes then we have a schedule 112 ITR

10:53format report available this certain

10:55reports are available in Excel format so

10:58this if I click on view sample report it

10:59has downloaded the Excel statement

11:02basically which you can use again as you

11:04guys are aware uh schedule 112a format

11:07is supported on our government portal to

11:09file the long-term capital gain uh uh

11:11information there are a couple of points

11:13in the chat one is uh what about uh what

11:16is grandfathering so just wanted to give

11:17you a little Clarity that it is the

11:19long-term capital gain grandfathering

11:21rule uh you know which came in in 2018

11:24wherein your gains have to be

11:26grandfathered uh as of 31st January 2018

11:30when the 10% long-term capital gain tax

11:32was introduced so when if you're holding

11:34any shares from prior to 31st J 2018 the

11:39gains or loss losses on those shares

11:40will have to be grandfathered as of the

11:43value the fair market value on 31st

11:45January 2018 this is an income tax

11:48mandate uh which has to be followed when

11:50you file your ITR and this is what tanai

11:54was referring to when he talked about

11:56the ltcg grandfathering rule so for

11:59those of you who are not aware of what

12:00grandfathering is that this is exactly

12:03what M profit currently supports and

12:05handles and secondly another point was

12:08uh do we handle the buyback of shares

12:11accurately in M profit so T you can just

12:12give context there as to you know

12:14buyback gains are not subject to capital

12:16gains so M profit does properly handle

12:18that as well right so in case of buyback

12:21uh we do have a support to manage

12:24buyback entries in your portfolio also

12:26for capital gains these uh buy by gains

12:29are treated separately so we have a we

12:32have provided option where you can go to

12:33customize report and just see the

12:35buyback gains so by default if you just

12:37go to reports and open the capital gain

12:39report it will not consider buy by gain

12:41you can customize the report go to this

12:44option only buyb gain loss after July 5

12:472019 click on yes and then generate the

12:49report this will generate only gain loss

12:52if you have any buyback

12:54entry as this needs to be treated

12:56separately and filed separately

13:00yeah so I was talking about the tax

13:02software format so along with these

13:03three realized capital gain reports that

13:05is capital gain summary ITR format and

13:07schedule 112a ITR format we have a tax

13:11software format uh reports available so

13:13you can see that uh certain portals or

13:16tax softwares like clear tax vinman

13:18compute tax Spectrum genius tax Pro

13:20these tax software formats are directly

13:23supported in M profit meaning that these

13:25are rimed reports for you which you can

13:28generate suppose you are filing the

13:30returns through clear tax portal you can

13:32simply go to this option generate stocks

13:34or mutual fund report and it will give

13:36you a clear Tax Ready format what you

13:39have to do is simply copy paste the data

13:41from M profit report to your clear tax

13:44Excel statement and then upload it to

13:46clear tax portal to file the returns

13:48same goes for all the other tax software

13:50formats as well winman compute tax

13:52Spectrum genius so you don't need to

13:54worry about which data to paste in which

13:57particular column and in M profit we are

13:59providing exact Excel template as per

14:02what other stack software formats are

14:04supporting so for example certain

14:06Chartered Accountants are using winman

14:08comput tax uh tax office to file their

14:12returns for their clients so they can

14:13simply generate the vinman report which

14:15will have a exact column what winman is

14:18supporting they simply have to copy

14:20paste the data columnwise and then

14:22simply upload that Excel file to the

14:23winman folder winman application why

14:26this is important to copy paste the data

14:28because certain columns in those tax

14:31software format Excel files has a

14:33formula that is the reason you cannot

14:36directly use mprofit uh vinman format

14:39and upload it into their application you

14:42have to copy paste the data columnwise

14:44but these are again red uh columns which

14:46will exactly match with their Excel

14:48statements you just have to copy paste

14:50it and then upload their Excel statement

14:53to their their particular tax

14:56software so we support uh different as I

14:59mentioned clear tax winman comput tax

15:01Spectrum genius tax Pro and we are soon

15:04going to add few more so let us know

15:06even if it is any of this tax software

15:09you're not uh is not listed here please

15:12let us know we can definitely work on it

15:14it might take some time to support it

15:15but we'll definitely work on it to add

15:17the new formats yeah I think someone

15:20mentioned quo so you know we we are

15:22having discussions with them also on how

15:24to make this process simpler for Mutual

15:26uh M profit and quio users but if you

15:29have a quicko format that you would like

15:31to share with us please do sir

15:36sure so we we have covered realized

Unrealized P/L Reports

15:38capital gains so similarly we provide

15:41unrealized capital gains summary and as

15:43well as detailed report this is what aik

15:46has already mentioned so on the summary

15:48screen we already showing uh unrealized

15:52gain but that is a total value you can

15:54say in from the report section you see a

15:57summary as well as a detailed

15:58information so on the overall on the

16:00summary screen you see overall gain or

16:02unrealized gain column we shows just the

16:04single value in this report you will get

16:06the breakup of whether that unrealized

16:08gain is a intraday shortterm or longterm

16:11this is a summary report available

16:13similarly there is a detailed report

16:15available as

16:17well which gives the complete detailed

16:20information this will help you to

16:21understand if you want to take certain

16:23decision on your long-term Investments

16:25for example uh this is again a sample

16:27report but this will give you

16:28information that okay if you sell

16:30particular stock let's say HDFC Bank

16:32what will be the gain or loss as on

16:34particular date so this will help you to

16:36make the decision if you want to exit or

16:39if you want to sell particular asset

16:40this is available for stocks and mutual

16:49funds okay this is available sorry uh by

16:52mistake it's available for stocks mutual

16:54fund uh invites and rits and traded

16:56bonds as

16:57well

Transaction Reports

17:01then we have a transactions report which

17:02is contract note summary contract node

17:04charges stock transactions and mutual

17:07fund uh transactions so contract note

17:09summary is something which is a summary

17:10of all the contract notes you are

17:12importing for example if you have set

17:14the auto forward and you are getting

17:16different contract notes on a daily

17:18basis if you just want to see how much

17:20contract notes how many contract notes

17:22uh you have imported it got imported on

17:24auto basis you can generate this report

17:26and see the total like which is the date

17:28which are different Brokers the auto

17:30forward is happening contract note

17:32numbers whether the amount is receivable

17:33or payable and then the final

17:37amount similarly there is a contract

17:39note charges report available again this

17:40is not this report the sample is

17:42available in Excel as well as if you

17:44generate the report uh it will be

17:46directly downloaded in the Excel format

17:48so I will not be able to show you the uh

17:50on the screen but this covers the

17:52expenses as you know that uh for Equity

17:56transactions there are five types of

17:57expenses basically St GST stamp charges

18:01transaction charges and CB charges or

18:03other charges so all five charges we

18:05read it from your contract notes as well

18:07as trade files and this report will help

18:09you to understand which are the total

18:11charges you have paid to your

18:14broker so there is a contract no charges

18:16report

18:17available similarly there is a simple

18:19stock transaction report available which

18:21covers the corporate actions as well

18:23this is a simple report let's say you

18:25are again importing data from different

18:26sources like contract notes or trade

18:28files this is a simple plain simple

18:31report where you see different

18:32transactions along with the corporate

18:35actions this report is available for uh

18:38one year at a time uh similarly if you

18:41want to get the uh overall transactions

18:44for your entire portfolio there is

18:45another option available which I'll

18:47cover after completing the report

18:51section so similar to stocks there is a

18:53mutual fund transaction report available

18:55as

18:56well so you see a date asset name folio

18:59number transaction typee this covers all

19:01types of transactions mutual fund

19:02transaction that is Buy sell dividend

19:04payout dividend reinvestment bonus

19:06everything quantity price gross amount

19:09St stamp charges TDS and net

Advanced Reports

19:14amount then under Advan section we have

19:16a closing balance report holding period

19:19report and stock register report closing

19:21balance report is again important report

19:23to know the closing balance for

19:25different dates basically so let's say

19:27you are holding quantity and you want to

19:29see how much purchases you have made for

19:32that particular uh holding you can see

19:35that as well so you can see a breakup

19:37for example in this case BH AEL you have

19:40purchased on two different dates

19:42basically Jan 2019 as well as September

19:442019 so you you see two different

19:47quantities one 1250 quantity as as well

19:50as 280

19:52quantity this will also help you to if

19:54you want to reconcile the data with your

19:56broker demat statement

20:01similarly uh we have a holding period

20:03report available which is very much

20:04similar to the closing balance report

20:07but additional information this provides

20:09is basically holding period days as you

20:11can see the last column it shows you how

20:13many days you're holding particular

20:15stock this is again for a decision

20:17making certain long-term investors are

20:20using this report quickly to see it if

20:22they want to exit or sell particular

20:24stock so I can take a decision here whe

20:27whether let's say a I'm holding for 447

20:30days which is obviously more than 365

20:33days so it is if I sell it today it will

20:35be going to uh go into long-term capital

20:37gain or loss and we are also showing the

20:40gain loss information here which is

20:42basically 1 188,000 so if I sell this

20:44particular stock today I'll be making 1

20:47lak 188,000 gain and that will be a

20:49long-term capital

20:51gain so this report basically is for you

20:54know uh for you if you buy a specific

20:57stock across a specific spefic across

20:59different time periods and you want to

21:00see what the holding period is on that

21:02particular on for each transaction in

21:04that stock this report will give you a

21:06nice Insight in one go you don't need to

21:10then look through your contract notes to

21:12see when a stock was purchased Etc you

21:14will directly come to the holding period

21:16report you will be able to see

21:17transaction wise what the holding period

21:22is and there is one important report

21:24stock register report now this is again

21:26used for multiple uh cases uh first case

21:30is basically if you want to see what is

21:32all happening for any particular asset

21:34meaning that you are uh investing in

21:37certain stock you might be selling in

21:39between you might be purchasing it again

21:42so let's say you are holding bharti AEL

21:43for last four years you want to see what

21:46has happened in that particular stock

21:47for any particular period maybe for a

21:49specific period or for a particular

21:51Financial year this report gives you a

21:53complete picture that what is the

21:55opening balance at the start of the date

21:57what what are different transactions

21:59During the period including corporate

22:01actions and what is the closing balance

22:04for that particular stock after the end

22:06of the year end of the period so this

22:08report is again helpful to file the

22:10returns also uh so along with our

22:13capital gains holding report or closing

22:15balance report this is one important

22:17report which you can refer or if you are

22:20giving your reports to your ca to file

22:23the returns CA will definitely uh for CA

22:26it will be definitely helpful

22:28to know what has actually happened for

22:30that particular asset so we normally

22:33recommend to all our clients that along

22:34with capital gains it format or tax

22:37software formats uh always provide this

22:40report to your ca to file the returns

22:42they get a better understanding better

22:43picture on all your Investments you have

22:46made this is available for stocks and

22:48mutual funds

22:52again then tax software formats you've

22:54already covered

Other reports

22:56it I'll go to the income and other

22:58section which is the last

23:00subcategory you see income report

23:02summary income report detail then for

23:04other asset classes we have reports

23:07available for fixed deposit FD and

23:09deposit there is a report available

23:11similarly for ulip and insurance there

23:13is a report available and the last one

23:15is due dead report which is there so uh

23:18I'll quickly cover income report summary

23:19and detail income report is basically

23:23covers all types of income you are

23:25receiving on different Investments for

23:27for example for stocks it can be a

23:29dividend income for fixed deposit it can

23:32be interest income for Bond it can be

23:34interest or other income uh for

23:37insurance it can be a different kind of

23:39income it's if it's a different type of

23:40insurance so all this income are covered

23:44in single report so you can see this is

23:46a summary report where you see a total

23:48income you have received so for infosis

23:50you have received total of 1,00 rupees

23:52uh uh dividend here and this is the TDS

23:55and final net amount similarly if you

23:57want to see a detailed view there is a

23:59detailed income report available so if I

24:01go back I can click on income report

24:04detail this will show the date as well

24:07so you see a date asset type asset name

24:09income type gross amount TDS and net

24:12amount it will show you a breakup that

24:14in the summary report we saw that

24:16infosis was showing the total amount but

24:18infosis has received let's say six

24:21different uh dividend on six different

24:22dates in last four years you will get

24:24the detailed breakup as well that on

24:27this particular six dates you have

24:28received dividend income for particular

24:31stock or interest income for particular

24:37FD similarly for other other asset

24:40classes such as FD deposit report uh

24:43ulip and insurance we have a report

24:44available so this is how the FD and

24:46deposit summary report looks like where

24:48you see a maturity date asset name

24:50reference number interest type whether

24:52it's a cumulative or payout interest

24:54rate and interest percentage basically

24:56what is the investment date when you

24:58started the investment principal amount

25:00and the maturity amount so this is

25:02helpful for someone if you are heavily

25:04investing in fixed deposit or even a

25:06normal generic deposits like post office

25:08deposits this will be covered in this

25:10particular report if you are more on the

25:13uh uh uh investing in fixed deposit we

25:15recommend to generate this report to get

25:17the summary instead of going into

25:19detailed uh uh uh

25:22data and similarly there is a ulip and

25:24insurance report available which gives a

25:27similar inform a summary of all your

25:29insurances policy name policy number

25:31insured name nominee some assured

25:34premium paid if you have done any

25:36withdrawal maturity date current policy

25:39value and then if you have done any

25:42paybacks the last one on individual

25:44reporting is a due dead report uh for

25:47certain asset classes such as insurance

25:49fds we are allowing uh users to add the

25:52due dates for example your FD is

25:54maturing after uh three years you can

25:57decide

25:58kind of a reminder or a due date for

26:00that maturity what it will do is it will

26:02remind you in a two different ways one

26:04is if you're using mprofit mobile

26:06application it will send you a push

26:08notification on your mobile app and you

26:10can decide when you want the

26:12notification to to uh basically get it

26:15on your phone so let's say FD is

26:17maturing on let's say 4th November

26:202024 you want notification 3 days prior

26:23to that what you can do is you can set

26:25the maturity date or you can set the due

26:28date or you can set the reminder as on

26:301st November so three before 3 days you

26:33will get the push notification on the uh

26:35mobile app as well and also anytime you

26:38can open this du dat report which will

26:40give you the information that if

26:42something is going to get matured or

26:45your insurance let's say for insurance

26:46you have to pay the premium so this it

26:49will show that okay premium is due for

26:51this particular insurance similarly for

26:53insurance if you want to set the lockin

26:55period due date you can do that as well

26:58so this will help you to understand if

27:00your uh for insurances if your premium

27:02is due you you will get the reminders

27:04prior to particular maturity date or a

27:07premium due date so you can basically

27:10stay up to date and file the uh I mean

27:13pay the premiums for insurances or take

27:15a decision for FD if it's maturing if

27:18you want to renew it or not if you want

27:19to Simply do a withdrawal for your FD so

27:22this covers uh all uh individual reports

27:25which we provide uh for different asset

27:28classes similar to individual reports we

Group & Family-level Reports

27:31have a group report available uh again

27:34more or less the reports are similar but

27:36this will help you to understand the

27:38overall family level

27:41Investments as group will help you to

27:43consolidate portfolios suppose you are

27:45managing four different family members

27:47portfolios and you want to see the

27:48overall uh reporting so what you can do

27:51is you can create a group and you can

27:52refer to uh a group reports group report

27:56again there are couple of reports

27:57available group portfolio summary which

27:59will give you overall amount invested

28:01for entire family across I mean

28:04considering all different portfolios so

28:06you see total amount invested here which

28:08is 5 cr44 lakhs which is again for

28:11entire family

28:14similarly there is a XR report available

28:17on a summary as well as detailed

28:20report so you get this for entire family

28:23again I mean if you don't want to see

28:24for like if you are managing let's say

28:27five different portfolios you don't want

28:28to go into individual portfolio and see

28:30xir you can simply go to a family group

28:32to see what are what is the xir on a

28:34family level on a group level again you

28:37will get the bifurcation as well as

28:39total uh xir for your entire family so

28:42you can see a grand total which says

28:57just these reports are available on a

28:59group level so there's a income report

29:01FD ulip and D reports available on a

29:04global or uh family group level

29:07report so I think this this covers all

29:10the reports uh two different sections of

29:12the reports on an individual level as

29:14well as group level you just quickly

F&O Reports

29:16cover fno reports I think there have

29:17been a couple yes yes sorry sorry yeah

29:19so uh we were into investment uh

29:22category as of now where we have two

29:24different categories here you can as you

29:26can see investment section or investment

29:28category and then there is fendo

29:30category as well so if you are dealing

29:32with fendo uh future and options

29:34category if you're uh having fendo

29:37trading future and option trading or

29:38you're doing commodity or currency

29:39trading in M profit you can definitely

29:41manage those Investments at those uh

29:44trading uh data trading

29:46transactions and for that as well that

29:48is for fendo portfolio as well we have a

29:50reports

29:51available so you get a portfolio summary

29:54report uh profit and loss report profit

29:58and loss transaction wise that is

29:59detailed report fendo turnover report

30:02and fendo contract no charges report so

30:04I'll quickly go through different

30:05reports uh the S summary report is very

30:07much similar to what you see on the

30:09summary screen which will show you the

30:11co units that is quantity cost per unit

30:14that is current price uh the purchase

30:16price current price the mark to Market

30:19uh information which is on a daily basis

30:21it will be keep on updating unrealized

30:23profit and loss if you are just uh

30:26holding the position if you not uh done

30:29any kind of exit from the position then

30:31it will show you the unrealized profit

30:32and loss there is a realized profit and

30:34loss if you have actually sold the

30:36position maybe partially exited or fully

30:38exited from the position it will show

30:40you the realized profit and loss and

30:41then it's a total profit and loss

30:43information so you see this uh on a

30:45gross level also and after considering

30:48what you are making as a net total

30:50profit and loss as

30:52well so this gives uh quick information

30:55on your fendo portfolio what what are

30:57are the open positions what profit and

30:59loss you have made gross as well as net

31:01profit and

31:05loss second report is profit and loss

31:07summary report which is similar to what

31:09you can say it's similar to the uh

31:12capital gain summary report only thing

31:14is there is no concept of intraday

31:16short-term long-term for the F Ando

31:18instrument so this is simply treated as

31:20a realized profit and loss whichever

31:21gain uh whichever profit or loss you are

31:23making for future R option instruments

31:25it will be treated as a realized profit

31:27loss here so this is a summary report

31:30this is how it displays so uh for future

31:34and options it will come under stock

31:35fendo if you are trading in commodity or

31:38currency trades that will appear as a

31:40other fend so you can see that other

31:42fendo it's showing uh certain currency

31:44instruments and you see a realiz profit

31:46and loss for that as

31:49well similar to summary report there is

31:51a transaction wise which is a detailed

31:53report available so you see a sell date

31:56instrument name quantity sold sell price

31:58sell amount so detailed information for

32:01the trade and then you see a realized

32:02profit and loss information for for

32:04those

32:06instruments these are two new reports

32:09which we added uh these were not

32:10available so one we added is a turnover

32:12report again this report is available in

32:14Excel only so I will not be able to show

32:16you a sample on this uh screen so we

32:19have added turnover report as well as

32:22the contract Noe charges report both the

32:24reports are directly available in the

32:25Excel format so you will not be able to

32:27view it on the screen if you try to

32:29generate it it will be directly

32:30downloaded in the Excel format and you

32:33can open the open the Excel refer that

32:35report so these are the two new reports

32:37we added fendo turnover report and fendo

32:39contract no charges report so these are

32:42uh uh reports available for the fendo

32:44section and fendo covers future and

32:46option instruments as well as commodity

32:48and currency

32:52instruments thanks so I think uh we are
