0:10We're going to start harvesting some
0:11roots after we get a nice hard frost.

0:15echynasia and marshmallow and comfrey
0:20and a couple other ones that I got in
0:21here. So excited after a frost. Not
0:23excited for a frost, but excited for
0:24when the frost happens, I get to come
0:26out here and dig up roots and get that
0:27medicine into my own hands. So check it
