0:00Good morning, guys. Here's next kitchen
0:02counter talks. I have some tomatoes on
0:04the counter that we are going to can
0:05hillbilly style outside to make sauce.
0:08I'll do a sauce. The eggplant have been
0:10bananas this year. So cool.
0:12So we're going to do have to do a lot
0:14more with that. Peppers are still
0:15coming. I got some cucumbers putting
0:16together some breakfast for the kids.
0:18Made some of sourdough cornbread mini
0:20muffins, some cucumbers, and some celery
0:23they'll do ants on the log, and cheese
0:25sticks because I accidentally Well, not
0:27accidentally, I totally did it on
0:28purpose bought a boatload of these
0:31string cheeses from Organic Valley
0:33through Azure Standard and no one really
0:35cares for them that much. So we have a
0:36boatload. So I'm making them beat this
0:38stuff right here for breakfast. And we
0:40have basically the last of my famous
0:43purple potted pole beans that we are
0:45going to go ahead and can up this year.
0:47The rest of them that are out there
0:48we'll go ahead and just leave them for
0:50seed. But these ones need to get in the
0:52pressure canner. And then I made some
0:53buns last night for we made some
0:55homemade bratwurst off of our pork that
0:58we
0:59that we do ourselves. So the bratwurst
1:01were delicious. And then coffee, which
1:03is cold again. I have some goldenrod
1:05honey over there that I infused last
1:07year to help with some allergies.
1:08There's my sourdough starter and some
1:10leftover breakfast that I'm snacking on
1:11from yesterday that I created a
1:13cornbread mini muffin bottom and then
1:16put some I baked that a little bit and
1:18then I put scrambled eggs on top and
1:20that was really good. Well, I mean the
1:22kids don't really like eggs, but I do.
1:24Some leftover junk I got to get rid of
1:25back at the tomatoes. So
1:27what's on my Well, you guys know what's
1:29on my counter. Just this I'm too tired.
1:30I'm going to go back to drinking this
1:31coffee
1:33and maybe another cup. But tell me,
1:35what's on your counter?
