0:20was 20 that was very much like a
0:22soulmate madly in love okay literally
0:25worshiped the ground this man walked on
0:27yes we got married I was so happy and
0:29then and I found out he was like living
0:31a double life it was a very wild
0:33scenario okay and then two weeks later
0:36my brother was murdered missing and
0:38murdered as you can imagine totally
0:40decimated me yeah it's been 11 years
0:42I've done a ton of healing around it
0:44since both happened like okay I want it
0:47all back I want to like meet someone and
0:49build a life and do the thing but yeah
0:52so the first of all you want to realize
0:54folks that when you say things that are
0:56a lie anything that comes after that is
0:58not going to exist
1:00it it can't right so you can't go back
1:03to what you had now I get what's implied
1:06with it but energetically because you're
1:08trying to fulfill on something that's
1:09impossible you keep sustaining which is
1:12the part you get to be right about not
1:14having a
1:15relationship so what is it that you
1:18think you want by going back there I
1:21guess a feeling it's a feeling isn't it
1:23yeah really at the end of the day you're
1:25after a feeling you're not even after
1:27the dude that you worshiped right yeah
1:29exactly double life all that he didn't
1:31he really didn't sound that great no
1:34sounds like you were more more than
1:35anything you were
1:36naive yes I certainly remember when I
1:38fell in love at 20 I was really not that
1:41smart I don't want to go back to that
1:43right yeah okay but can you see in the
1:45way that you Juliana tells the story if
1:48I want to go back there can you see
1:49that's something literally impossible to
1:51fulfill
1:53on yes yeah it's hard to let go I mean
1:57I'm just like I that
2:00yeah but but I mean this is kind of
2:03beautiful right you can see
2:05how subtle but powerful the resistances

2:09totally when you're looking backwards
2:11can you see just energetically like the
2:13an analogy I like to use because it's
2:15very Visual and it makes sense is it's
2:16like you're driving your car but the way
2:18that you're trying to get somewhere is
2:19you're looking in the rearview mirror
2:21yeah and you wonder why you keep running
2:23into [ __ ] right so you're through no
2:27fold of your own you're looking
2:28backwards you have all of this romant
2:30side's idea of this like you know this
2:32this incredible man who really wasn't
2:34that incredible but nonetheless gave you
2:36an experience that you've become
2:38attached to and you've Associated it in
2:40time and space and it's 20 years ago and
2:43now you're trying to fulfill on that
2:45here which has got nothing to do with 20
2:47years ago yeah right that's how it
2:50occurs right I'm 39 they baby da da da
2:52da the're ticking I'm from a divorce
2:53family da da da right all of the
2:55evidence as to why it's not working like
2:57you you're basically [ __ ] right or or
2:58not as the case may
3:01that's
3:03terrible sorry so what you're looking
3:05for is presence the only place any of
3:08you have any power is where you are and
3:11most of you aren't where you are and
3:14then you wonder why you're not
3:16powerful literally the only place we
3:18have to get to is where we are but
3:20because our mind is so preoccupied with
3:22psychological time with the hurt as I
3:24said from a history that we haven't yet
3:25accepted and the fear for a future that
3:28we anticipate is going to happen which
3:29is all completely made up why the hell
3:32would we be relaxed and present I'm too
3:35busy trying to [ __ ]
3:37survive human beings are literally wired
3:40just to make it just to try and survive
3:43in your case it's not pain but it is
3:47heartache it's love it's the fear of not
3:49having a family these are pretty hefty
3:52things for a woman particularly and with
3:54the significance of your age which adds
3:56more pressure which creates more urgency
4:00when you're urgent are you more present
4:01or less present less do you see so you
4:05get to fulfill on it all the
4:07time so if you fell in love with a guy
4:10who just made the guy from 20 years ago
4:12look like a complete loser in you know
4:15two months from
4:17now in a way that you didn't even
4:19comprehend what love was MH that this
4:23man embodied a space that really was
4:27authentic safety reverence for the
4:30feminine committed to being a
4:33father who had the utmost respect for
4:36you he adored you he inspired you and
4:40that's the future that you're stepping
4:42into how would you feel right
4:46now like awe maybe yeah it's kind of
4:49like a bit like you're blushing a bit
4:51right it's kind of a little unbelievable
4:54yeah and almost I'm going to assert
4:56maybe something you don't quite even
4:58deserve
4:59yeah I think there's like an element of
5:01like who me like are you still talking
5:03to me yeah yeah yeah yeah but that tells
5:08us a lot about the way you view
5:11yourself doesn't
5:13it yeah clearly I'm like oh that hurts
5:16to say but yes yes well I'm not here
5:18into Panda but I'm here to help you see
5:20what's in the way which is the hurt
5:22right as I said hurt and scared
5:24commensurate so the way that Juliana
5:26views herself I'm going to assert isn't
5:29that great
5:30welcome to humanity right but I'm in the
5:35business of helping you see how
5:36extraordinary you
5:37are you just have a shitty view of
5:40yourself as a you know way to help
5:43everybody get something from this what's
5:46the lie about the love you're looking
5:50for where's love for you I guess it
5:53seemed to be outside of me yeah I I mean
5:57most people here would probably think
5:58love is outside of them
6:00mhm so then if love is outside of you
6:03what are some of the things Juliana does
6:05like wait Wait for Love yeah sometimes
6:07you wait for it but then sometimes what
6:09do you do Chase it Chase it yeah but it
6:12all occurs that you're looking for
6:14something outside of you yeah and you
6:17got the evidence oh head over Hills this
6:18guy that you ground worshiped the ground
6:20He Walked on and I'm going to assert
6:22that in ways that you're not necessarily
6:24consciously aware you're still
6:25energetically tied to him yeah I mean I
6:28would agree because I still think about
6:30him so I feel like that's a time yes but
6:33you're not thinking about him your
6:35thoughts are confirming the illusion of
6:38what you think he
6:41represents do you get that that's good
6:44news because what it actually is doing
6:46is is showing that you're manufacturing
6:49the experience you're using him as the
6:53excuse somebody just get something from
6:56that so what's the good news about that
6:59I'm doing it you're doing
7:01it yeah but as long as you think it's
7:03because of some some person you're
7:05thinking about you don't take
7:08ownership but if you are under the
7:10impression that the reason you feel what
7:12you feel which is this energy what you
7:14call love that you're chasing is because
7:16of someone who's not even in your life
7:19it's literally a figment of your own
7:21imagination then you have to not
7:24understand that you are the author of
7:25your own experience which is the
7:28precursor also manif manfacturing
7:30manifesting the buzzword the life to
7:32represent
7:34that so again if I cut to the fact that
7:36I said this you know I painted this sort
7:38of Prince Charming perfect you know he
7:40reveres you he respects you he inspires
7:42you he's beautiful he takes care of
7:44himself he has all the attributes that
7:45you would attribute to the ideal man for
7:48you and he's he's literally he's in a
7:51timeline called your future heading
7:53toward you two months from
7:57now that's great well I don't know if it
8:00is like that's what I'm like really
8:02inquiring with you like is it really
8:04great are you nervous you said you'd be
8:05in awe you know you might be like [ __ ] I
8:08got some work to do I got to clean out
8:10my closet like if he sees my garage it's
8:12going to be really embarrassing like
8:14right they might be some [ __ ] in your
8:16life that you'd want to tidy up yeah
8:18Fair
8:20sure but because love is something that
8:22you wait for why would you do that
8:26now do you
8:28see see we're all waiting for an excuse
8:30to get on with our life instead of
8:32getting on with our life and allowing
8:34life to present what is appropriate for
8:36the new frequency that we embody by
8:38virtue of being responsible and authors
8:40over the life we're
8:46creating and it's human we we're all
8:48idiots you know but not realizing how
8:52powerful we are as I said at the
8:53beginning you're creating whether you
8:54realize it or not it's just what most
8:56people are creating is an avoidant
8:57energy it's an a reaction to a future
8:59that you are desperately trying to
9:02avoid and I promise you you doing
9:05everything you can to inspire and
9:07attract love which confirms the fact
9:10that it's not there you're not it's not
9:12on the way and you don't have it and and
9:15you're a beautiful SM woman like it's
9:17not I'm not saying this to make you feel
9:19inadequate but just to notice the
9:21insanity of how the brain works or
9:24doesn't
9:25work but what I want you to realize is
9:27that you again using the image of
9:29looking through the rearview mirror to
9:30try and find a fulfilling or inspiring
9:33future which I get is what you're really
9:35dedicated to doesn't work yeah and to
9:39come back to what is the lie and when
9:42did I say what did I ask about where is
9:43the love where are you looking for it
9:46outside of me outside of you yeah so why
9:51is that a
9:52lie because yeah everything I'm
9:55experiencing is inside of me correct so
9:58who were you with that
10:00man who was I who were you that's what
10:04you want you don't want him you want the
10:07you that you were with him right just
10:09yeah that I was just so open what
10:13else I I mean I didn't really know you
10:17know the I didn't really know pain yet
10:19you know yeah that's the naivity and the
10:21Innocence but there was a joy there was
10:23a freedom there was an inspiration there
10:25was a whatever you call it the openness
10:27right yeah you had a sense of a
10:29possibility for the future of what was
10:31going to happen the family the marriage
10:32the trips the right all of that but you
10:35generated that yeah you just Associated
10:39it with him and the LIE is cuz he's not
10:42in your life that you've lost that
10:45yeah but that's a lie yeah you know one
10:49of the greatest things I learned from a
10:51relationship coach many years ago was um
10:55she said you know we don't fall in love
10:57with the other person
11:00we fall in love with the version of us
11:02that we get to be through and with the
11:05other
11:07person Isn't that cool like because we
11:10love becomes so personified right it's
11:12over there with them so then that's when
11:15the control and the manipulation and the
11:18devastation happens if they leave it's
11:20like well the love is over there no no
11:21no no no no they're the catalist to
11:23reveal the love that is your
11:27nature so the one thing that confus uses
11:29me is it was all in me yeah but you
11:33don't replicate that level of like deep
11:35love with I do really well you said you
11:38you're talking to me okay so it's one
11:40way to stay safe isn't it you you're
11:42able to replicate like very very deep
11:44love with yes lit anyone why would I do
11:48this why would I do this right now damn
11:51okay well I want to go where you're
11:52going so well you're here so let's do it
11:55right
11:56now isn't that what you're looking for

12:02didn't know that was possible honestly

12:41that place God it's just yeah life is
12:44like basically 1 million times more
12:47beautiful just loving with an open heart
12:50every single person yeah every moment I
12:54mean it's yeah very
12:57different it's really touching you

13:07that's where the right man will meet you
13:09yeah and it's like it won't matter like
13:11it's a blessing but it's I'm getting it
13:13everywhere

13:24you're the source of it
13:29so we now get to bathe in the essence of
13:31what you just discovered for yourself
13:33for which we're the lucky
13:36recipients and any man would be blessed
13:38to be in that space with you and dare I
13:42say you might crack him open to find it
13:44in
13:46himself because otherwise he's going to
13:48be telling a story 20 years from now
13:50where he met this amazing woman and he's
13:53trying to get back
13:56there cool huh yeah a a whole new life
14:01really well that's the
14:04intention it's a whole new life because
14:06literally you just discovered what was
14:08on the other side of the lie as I said
14:10you can't build anything on top of a lie
14:12but in the absence of the lie you reveal
14:14the truth which is the essence of who
14:15you are which is love
14:17itself
14:20yeah you were trying to be loved and now
14:24you just discover that you get to be
14:26love Yeah entirely different existence
14:30that makes this a much better planet to
14:32be
14:33on that's my
