0:00Did you know you can achieve any goal by

0:02building systems that use the power of

0:04AI? Because I'm here to tell you you

0:06really can balance work, health,

0:08relationships, personal growth without

0:10burning out. I know this firsthand. I

0:12went from broke at 24 to hitting every

0:15goal I set for myself and more by

0:17building systems that made it easy. AI

0:20has made creating these kind of systems

0:22easier than ever before. So today, I'm

0:25going to show you how to use the power

0:27of AI to build those same systems for

0:29yourself. So you can stop relying on

0:31willpower and brute force and instead

0:34make it almost effortless to hit any

0:36goal you've ever wanted to achieve. So

0:38let's get into this. The first thing is

0:40you have to think in systems, not just

0:42goals. Every person has the same goal,

0:45make more money. The person with the

0:46system has the higher probability of

0:49hitting that goal if they actually sat

0:51down to figure it out. Systems take over

0:53when willpower and motivation go away. A

0:56system for me is a process that's

0:59repeatable that I can execute, look at

1:02the feedback and the results it gave me,

1:04and then use that to improve the system.

1:06If you want to be successful, it's not

1:08like you have to grind harder, you have

1:10to build systems that grind for you.

1:12Systems is an acronym. It stands for

1:14save yourself time, energy, money, and

1:17stress. You have to think in systems to

1:20achieve your goals, not just have a

1:21goal. But before anything else, you need

1:24to know exactly [music]

1:25where you're going. That's why you need

1:26number two, clarify your goals. AI can't

1:30help you if your goals aren't clear. How

1:32are you supposed to hit a target you

1:33can't see? Saying make me more

1:35successful, it's going to say what area?

1:38Tell me more. The truth is is most

1:40people don't know what their five-year

1:41goals are. I interview literally dozens

1:43of people every month and one of my

1:44questions I ask them is in five years

1:46you wake up, you wave a magic wand, you

1:48can have anything. Paint me a picture of

1:50your life. And they always say

1:52that's a great question. Nobody's ever

1:53asked me that before.

1:55Hmm.

1:57Okay, well, if we don't know what the

2:00future looks like, then we can't make

2:01decisions in the short term because we

2:03don't know how they align. Clarity

2:05equals acceleration. You want to

2:07accelerate your life, get clear on your

2:09five-year goals. My favorite example of

2:12this is Gary V. If you do not know who

2:13he is, Gary Vaynerchuk, Google him.

2:16Every person knows his goal. His number

2:18one goal in life is to buy the New York

2:20Jets. Now he's been saying this since he

2:22was in his 20s when buying a

2:24multi-billion dollar sports team made no

2:26sense to anybody around him. Why?

2:28Because he wanted that clarity around

2:31his direction. It became his North Star.

2:33That's the power of clarity. Not only

2:36does it align your actions, it even

2:38enrolls strangers, your audience on

2:41social media, to support you in

2:43achieving of that goal. I have zero

2:44doubt Gary's going to achieve it because

2:46he has clarity around what it is. If you

2:49don't know where you're going, then any

2:51path will do, which means you might get

2:54way off track only to find out that

2:56you're 10 miles off base when you could

2:58have been 20 miles ahead of goal. So if

3:00you're not 100% clear on where you're

3:02headed, here's how you can fix this in

3:04three easy steps. First, we need to tell

3:06ChatGPT. Just ask it, help me define a

3:09five-year smart goal, specific,

3:11measurable, attainable, relevant, and

3:13time bound. Ask me clarifying questions.

3:16If you post that into ChatGPT, it will

3:19start asking you questions to get

3:20clarity for it to help you. Next, we

3:22have to answer every question. My

3:24favorite way to do this is use voice to

3:26text in the ChatGPT interface. You just

3:29click the little icon for the voice and

3:31just talk to it and ramble. Next, we

3:33have to refine by going back and forth

3:35until the goals it's suggesting clicks

3:37with your soul. If I look at something

3:39and I'm like anxious but excited,

3:42usually a good path. Often times my

3:44anxiety around a goal that I'm excited

3:46about means I have to do it. If

3:49something else I see that and I'm like,

3:50nah, nah,

3:51that's not for me. Give yourself

3:53permission to pass. Where people mess

3:55this up is they think they have to be

3:56perfect. They think they have to be

3:58right. And I'm telling you the good news

3:59is you don't have to be right, you just

4:01have to have a direction. So even if

4:02you're like, I'm not sure 100%, that's

4:05okay. If it speaks to you a little bit

4:06and it feels good, just use that for

4:08now. You can always adjust in the

4:09future. And remember, make sure it's a

4:12smart goal, specific, measurable,

4:14attainable, relevant, and time bound. If

4:16you do this, then you have clarity. If

4:19you don't, you just have vagueness and

4:21you can't hit a target you can't see. If

4:23you want to take this another level from

4:24a planning point of view to make it

4:26super simple, you can click the link in

4:28the description and I'll give you my

4:29one-page [music] preloaded year where

4:32you take your five-year goals and then

4:34you put it in that one page so you have

4:36clarity around what you should be doing

4:38with the next 12 months of your life. It

4:39is so simple and easy and will give you

4:42massive clarity that if you show it to

4:44anybody, they're going to think you're a

4:45freaking genius for doing this and it's

4:47my gift to you. Once AI helps you get

4:49clear goals, the next step is making

4:51them unforgettable, which brings us to

4:52step three, turn your goals into a

4:55vision board. Your brain doesn't think

4:57in words, it thinks in pictures. Just

5:00imagine a really fat elephant sitting on

5:02a red chair.

5:03Got you. If we can give it a very clear

5:06image of what we want our life to look

5:08like, the goals we want to accomplish as

5:10if we've already done it, then it will

5:12act like a heat-seeking missile to go

5:14find opportunities to make that happen.

5:17That's why we need a vision board.

5:19Everybody on my team, I have them

5:21outline their vision for their life,

5:22specific things like the car they want,

5:24the house they want, the achievements

5:26they want to achieve, and I have them

5:28add it to the wallpaper on their phone.

5:30My favorite story is Sam, my creative

5:32director, because for four or five years

5:35he had a white Porsche GT4 on his phone.

5:38So my wife and I decided to buy him his

5:40dream car. I just want to play for you

5:42that moment cuz it like touched me on a

5:45level I didn't expect at the time. Sam.

5:48Yes. Oh wow. Yeah, Sam can stay there.

5:49Same as Wow. This is your little track

5:52car. Basically

5:54the GT2 but a little bit compacted.

5:57Isn't this the one you have on your

5:58phone screen, Sam? Yeah.

6:00In white?

6:01>> Yeah.

6:02Shut up. Show me your phone.

6:04Same one. It's the Cayman too.

6:08No way, James. You know Sam, how long

6:10What were you saying, five years you

6:11were going to see? Yeah.

6:13Six years.

6:14It's been a while.

6:15You know what's crazy? You know what's

6:16crazy about this guy?

6:19Tell me.

6:23He puts everybody else first. He would

6:25never do this for himself.

6:29I did.

6:34How did that feel?

6:38Yeah.

6:39>> It's all insured and ready for you to

6:40drive away, MAN.

6:41WOO!

6:45I REMEMBER AFTER I DID THAT to Sam,

6:46every person at the company started

6:48going like, "Hey, look at my dream car.

6:50Look at my dream car." I'm like, yeah.

6:51You should figure out who Sam is to

6:53understand why I bought him that car.

6:56But when you visualize your goals, then

6:58it makes it so much more realistic and

7:00your mind will help you have the

7:02conversations to make them come true.

7:04None of that would have been possible

7:05without him having a vision that was a

7:08vision board for his life and looking at

7:10it literally hundreds of times a day. I

7:12don't believe we create our future, I

7:14think we attract our future by doing

7:16three things, having 100% clarity, 100%

7:19belief, 100% of the time. To the degree

7:21you do those three things all the time,

7:23you will pull that future into your

7:25life. With AI, creating a vision board

7:28has never been easier. First, just take

7:30your five-year goal and make it 4D. You

7:33need to like give it some dimension,

7:35some pep, some color, like really amp it

7:37up. Next, we ask ChatGPT, help me

7:40describe this goal with sight, sound,

7:42color, smells, details of what life

7:44would look like when I've achieved it.

7:46If you want to take it to another level,

7:48make it photo-realistic as much as you

7:50can to the age you'll be then. Next, we

7:53have to have ChatGPT format the

7:55description so that you can plug it into

7:57a tool. So you ask it to create a visual

8:00prompt that you can use whatever tool

8:01you want to visualize and ask it to

8:03write the prompt that's going to create

8:04that. Next, we use Midjourney, Canva,

8:06Gemini, Sora, whatever tool of choice

8:11from AI image generation you want to use

8:13and then paste that prompt into it to

8:15create the vision board. Once you have

8:17it, have it formatted to whatever place

8:19you want to see it. So if it's your

8:20phone, set it up as a wallpaper. If you

8:22want to print it off, make it high def

8:23so you can print it off, put it on your

8:25wall, put it under neath the mirror in

8:27the bathroom so you see it all the time.

8:28Just make sure that you look at it as if

8:31you're in that place. Like really, like

8:33close your eyes and get into the energy

8:35and feel it. That's what brings it to

8:37life. Your frequency and energy of

8:39belief is what you frequently see. So if

8:42you believe it, it will start to bring

8:45opportunities, ideas, conversations, and

8:47just magically get your fingers to do

8:48things at the right time that all of a

8:50sudden people will call it luck. But you

8:52know it's cuz you kept your mind focused

8:53on the right thing like a heat-seeking

8:55missile. Now, all this is awesome, but

8:58without structure, it's essentially

9:00worthless. So if you actually want to

9:02achieve your goals, you need AI to build

9:04a clear roadmap, which takes us to step

9:07number four, creating an AI roadmap. To

9:10achieve any goal, you need to know the

9:12steps to get you there, the plan.

9:16Sequencing equals success. You can have

9:18the same ingredients and a completely

9:20different recipe. One person gets a

9:23beautiful chocolate cake, the other

9:24person following a different recipe

9:26creates a big pile of mush. Why? They

9:28did the right things in the wrong order.

9:30AI will help you build a plan so you

9:32don't waste your time. And the cool part

9:34is AI can translate that five-year

9:36vision that you know you want to achieve

9:38and break it down into yearly,

9:39quarterly, monthly, and even weekly

9:41milestones for you to calibrate to know

9:43if you're on track. For example, when I

9:45started doing Ironmans, I was

9:47overwhelmed by the distance the race was

9:49going to require. I mean, it's wild. The

9:50swim almost kills me. Then I get on the

9:53bike, power through the bike, but

9:55problem is then I burn a bunch of

9:56matchsticks so I don't have any energy

9:58I'm already 4 hours into this thing, and

10:01now I got to go run 26 miles. But, what

10:03I decided to do is instead of focusing

10:05on the 26 miles, that I focus on the

10:07next telephone pole. And I made a

10:08commitment that I'm just going to get to

10:10the next telephone pole. And then, I'm

10:11going to make a decision if I want to

10:12keep running. And because I broke it

10:14down into telephone pole runs instead of

10:17a marathon, it was way more

10:19approachable. And that's the power of

10:21step-by-step. So, the cool part is AI is

10:23going to help you answer the question of

10:24what's your next telephone pole. Here's

10:26how we do it. So, first, ask AI, "Turn

10:29my 5-year goal into a year-by-year

10:31plan." And ask it to include milestones.

10:34So, that way you can calibrate it to

10:35know if you're on track. Next, you want

10:37to take the current year and break it

10:39down into quarters, every 3 months, and

10:41do the same thing. "Give me some

10:42milestones, so I know that I'm on

10:44track." Next, guess what we're going to

10:45do? Ask it to take that quarterly goal

10:48and break it down into two or three

10:50rocks or projects, so that you can focus

10:53on the biggest lever points to achieve

10:55your goal. And then, finally, at the end

10:57of the year, repeat that process for the

11:00next year, and the next year, and the

11:02next year. And the best part? You can be

11:04as specific as you want. If you want it

11:06to take the quarterly goals to the

11:07monthly goals to the weekly goals to the

11:09daily goals, and create a spreadsheet,

11:11just ask it. Whatever you need for

11:13yourself, you can ask it [music] to

11:15create the plan, then create the import

11:18file that you can then download from AI

11:21and import into the tool of choice to

11:23track your progress. Now, it steps and

11:25the milestones in place. It's kind of

11:26cool. Next, we have to use AI to

11:28integrate them into your daily schedule.

11:31Number five, automate and integrate.

11:34The best way to think about it is goals

11:36only stick when they live inside your

11:38day-to-day. I call those standards. If I

11:40can design a standard that I follow

11:43every day that makes my goal inevitable,

11:46then I have a system that's going to get

11:48the results. So, what we want to do is

11:50use AI to plug your big goals into the

11:53routines and tools that you already use.

11:55You can ask it to take all of your goals

11:57and your milestones, create to-dos that

11:59you have to check off every day, and

12:01then create the file that you can import

12:04so that it gets integrated into your

12:05software. Like, for example, I use AI to

12:08monitor my inbox, to look at my goals,

12:11to monitor the reports I get from my

12:12investment portfolios and my CEOs. And

12:15if anybody misses anything, it sends me

12:17a message letting me know that, "Hey,

12:19it's Monday and Friday, you didn't get

12:21what you needed by these people. Do you

12:23want me to message it?" Yes, please. It

12:25messages those people. Why? I built this

12:27system for my goals that have other

12:29people as dependents, and then that way

12:32it can monitor for me, so I don't have

12:34to think about it. I just created it

12:35once, and then it runs forever. AI is

12:37like a multiplier. The people who learn

12:39to use it will get 10x their output. The

12:41people who don't will literally get left

12:44behind. The easiest way to integrate AI

12:47into your systems is 100% through your

12:49calendar. The first thing we want to do

12:50is ask AI, I recommend ChatGPT, but you

12:53can use Gemini, it doesn't matter, to

12:55look at your calendar this week. So, you

12:56either integrate it or you take a

12:57screenshot. And then, ask it to suggest

13:00three reoccurring time slots that you

13:02can use to consistently have work to

13:04push those rocks forward. So, you're

13:06asking it to define the reoccurring

13:09calendar blocks for you to do the work

13:11that's going to make the goal an

13:13outcome. Now, if you're in Gemini, since

13:15it's a Google product, and if you're

13:16using Google Calendar, you can actually

13:18say in chat, "Book these three blocks

13:20into my calendar every week for the next

13:22quarter, 2 hours each." And you can do

13:24this with ChatGPT, too. Next, at the

13:26start of every week, I want you to ask

13:29ChatGPT to scan your calendar and shift

13:31any of your focus blocks if they clash

13:34with other meetings and suggest best

13:35alternatives. So, have it manage your

13:37calendar for you. That's the pro move.

13:39Now, these hacks are freaking great, but

13:41they only go so far. AI can also fix

13:44deeper problems holding you back from

13:45achieving your goals. Number six is the

13:48upgrade loop. Once you get your systems

13:50running, the next step is to upgrade,

13:53moving from the short-term fixes of

13:54building these systems to long-term

13:56solutions. Early on, when we try to just

13:59start being more productive, we'll do

14:00things like, you know, timers and hacks

14:03and quick fixes, nicotine, EDM music

14:06with no vocals to try to like be

14:07focused. Those are all great, but

14:09they're external. What we want to do is

14:11move them internal, so that you become

14:14the identity of who you are is someone

14:16who can produce, who can achieve goals.

14:18The whole point of having a goal is not

14:20actually achieving the goal, it's the

14:21person you become in the pursuit of the

14:24goal. But, if we don't focus on the

14:26upgrade loop for ourselves, then we're

14:28always going to be at the mercy of these

14:29hacks and systems. So, imagine, if you

14:32can't be healthy unless you have like

14:33the compression socks and the freaking

14:36dialed-in meals and macros and like your

14:38perfect bed sleep with like the cool

14:40chili pad and all that stuff, and then

14:42you go and you want to travel the world

14:43for a year like I'm doing with my

14:45family. So, what does that mean? I can't

14:47be healthy, and then all of a sudden, I

14:49can't sleep well or I can't recover from

14:51a workout? No. I've upgraded my

14:53identity, my mind to become the person

14:56who is healthy. I don't need the hacks

14:58anymore. This upgrade loop will help you

15:00turn the short-term patches into

15:02long-term habits. So, for example, when

15:05I wanted to really dial in waking up

15:07earlier, I set an alarm clock for when I

15:09went to bed. See, a lot of people see me

15:11get up at 4:00 or 5:00 in the morning,

15:12they're like, "Oh my god, what time do

15:13you go to sleep?" 9:00 p.m. It's not

15:15that impressive. But, because I've built

15:18that habit over the last decade, now I

15:20don't even need alarm clock, not only to

15:22go to bed, but even wake up. It's just

15:24naturally who I am, because I've built

15:26that into my identity, my habits. The

15:29people that have achieved their goals at

15:30the highest level, the wealthiest

15:32people, the fittest people, the most

15:33successful people, they think in

15:35decades, not days. They're not trying to

15:38upgrade for the next week, they're

15:40trying to upgrade who they are. See,

15:41when you're willing to sacrifice the

15:43short-term for the long-term, that's

15:45when the big stuff happens. First, we

15:47have to identify the patches in your

15:49systems. Like, where have you built

15:50these like reminders or hacks or

15:52shortcuts that are needed for you to

15:54even accomplish something. Again, look

15:57at your dependencies, your vices, your

16:00routines. Some people like they can't

16:01even be productive if they don't have a

16:03morning routine that lasts 3 hours.

16:05That's up. Challenge yourself on

16:07the 3-hour morning routine and go, "What

16:09would happen, curious, if you got up and

16:12you just worked? Is it really that

16:13impossible?" That might be the biggest

16:15upgrade ever. Second is we have to ask

16:17AI, "List the possible root causes for

16:19my low energy." If your hack is you have

16:21low energy, so you have to drink a bunch

16:23of caffeine in the morning, then maybe

16:25there's something else that's a

16:26precursor to your low energy that AI can

16:29give you some ideas around it. Could be

16:30your nutrition, could be the way you're

16:32sleeping. You might have these hacks

16:35that you're doing to be productive that

16:37you've gotten used to that you can

16:38actually use to replace to get better

16:40at. Next, I want you to ask the AI to

16:42suggest replacements to take the patches

16:45and replace them with habits. So,

16:47instead of energy drinks in the morning,

16:48maybe it's going to suggest that you

16:49improve your sleep and nutrition.

16:51Instead of a Pomodoro timer, maybe it's

16:54going to train me to focus on endurance

16:56in the morning, which is what I do now.

16:57Exhaust the body, tame the mind. The

16:59cool part is you keep upgrading slowly,

17:02and you let the system evolve you, your

17:05identity and who you've become. So, my

17:08is what are you pretending not to know?

17:10Because when AI can solve any problem

17:12you can give it, then the problem to

17:15want to solve. Right now, figure out

17:17what you want your life to look like in

17:185 years. Crystal clarity. Break it down.

17:20Have a plan, 1 year, quarterly, monthly.

17:23Build the systems. Integrate it into who

17:26you are, and that's how you'll achieve

17:27it. And remember, if you want my

17:29preloaded year template, just click the

17:31link in the description below, and I'll

17:32send it to you. It will change the way

17:34you look at your time. Now, if you want

17:36to learn about a ChatGPT feature that no

17:39one uses, click here, and I'll see you

17:40on the other side.
