What Makes a Great Confirmation Page

0:00We get questions all the time. What

0:01makes a great confirmation page

0:03nowadays? A page that can help improve

0:05show rates, actually warm up leads right

0:08after somebody opts in or books a call

0:10or is about to show up to that next

0:12webinar or even after they just bought

0:14something low ticket and you're trying

0:15to not push them through the Ascension

0:16process. The confirmation page is where

0:18it all starts. In my world, we teach

0:20this concept called back-end selling

0:22systems. Confirmation pages are one of

0:25five of those back-end selling systems.

0:27Back-end selling systems are pretty easy

0:29to understand. Instead of doing all the

0:31selling on the front end of the

0:32conversion, we do what actually makes

0:35more sense and we put more of the

0:36information we'd actually want people to

0:38know on the back end of the decision

0:41they made. So, after somebody books a

0:42call, they typically look to justify

0:44showing up to the call and making sense

0:46of the decision. Therefore, they're more

0:48willing to consume information after

0:50they've booked the call rather than

0:52prior to that. They're in what we call

0:53scanner mode where they're just trying

0:56to determine whether something is for

0:58them or not for them with the least

1:00amount of effort consumed. Once the

1:02action's taken and something's

1:03officially on their calendar, that's

1:05when they really start to try to

1:06justify. Is this for me? Is this not for

1:08me? That's where the research process

1:10usually begins as an example. So,

1:11without further ado, in today's video,

Video Overview

1:13we're going to go through one of my

1:14confirmation pages and some of the best

1:16confirmation page best practices so I

1:18can help you ideate on what you need to

1:20do to go out there and improve your show

1:22rates, improve your close rates, get

1:24leads warmed up and more prepared to

1:26convert when that key conversion event

1:29finally comes to fruition. So, without

1:31further ado, my name's Jeremy Haynes.

1:33All we do around here is talk about

1:34cracking million-dollar months, whether

1:35it's the first million month or the next

1:36million month. We just talk about

1:38lessons around here from people who have

1:39been there, done that and we hand them

1:40down to you in bite-size videos on this

1:42channel at no cost to you. Thank you so

1:44much for being here. We make no income

1:46claims though. The probability for you

1:47to ever go out there and achieve these

1:49monstrous numbers according to the US

1:51Bureau of Labor Statistics, they claim

1:53that less than 0.1% of all businesses on

1:56Earth ever go and achieve $10 million a

1:58year, let alone even smaller quantity

1:59than that that would ever go and hit a

2:01million dollars a month, aka 12 million

2:03bucks a year. And the even smaller

2:04probability than that that you'd ever go

2:06and crack a few million bucks a month.

2:07So, again, the odds are definitely not

2:09in your favor in any way, shape, or form

2:10and obviously you're not going to go get

2:11rich as [ __ ] or ever produce numbers

2:13like that off watching a YouTube video,

2:14just to be clear. These are all just

2:15lessons. So, thank you for being with

2:16us. Consider subscribing to the channel

2:17if you haven't done so already after

2:19watching today's video. And of course,

2:20if you're already a subscriber, welcome

2:21back. So, I'm just going to start with

Real Confirmation Page Example

2:23actually showing you one of my pages.

2:25So, I have an offer, it's called Master

2:27Internet Marketing. It's a 7-week live

2:29class there with me. I'm not pitching

2:30you. I'm giving you context. Master

2:32Internet Marketing is essentially a

2:33course, but it's a 7-week course. It's

2:35broke down where every single year we do

2:38an annual cohort update. So, we've done

2:40five of these cohorts so far cuz we've

2:42had this for 5 years and every year we

2:44go back and we update the whole thing.

2:46Each week covers a completely different

2:48topic. So, one week we might cover

2:50Facebook and Instagram, the next week

2:52we'll cover Google Ads, another week

2:53we'll cover copywriting best practices,

2:55email marketing, funnels, etc. In

2:57between each one of those weekly live

2:59classes, there are a extensive amount of

3:02homework videos to consume, SOPs to

3:05consume, and a very active community.

3:06You'd imagine that there'd be a lot of

3:08questions on the other side of somebody

3:10booking a call and filling out an

3:11application who's interested in that

3:13type of offer. And that is where our

3:14confirmation page starts. What we do is

FAQ Video Strategy

3:17we start with answering some of those

3:19common questions. So, this very first

3:21video, as you can see, has in this case

3:23just an image thumbnail. The reason we

3:25went with an image thumbnail is because

3:27there's several videos on this page.

3:29There's one, two, three, four, five

3:31different videos. I don't believe

3:33there's any testimonial videos here, but

3:35we can scroll down and look through all

3:36these bad boys and check. No, so there's

3:38five total videos all hosted on Wistia

3:41on this specific page. And again, it all

3:42starts in this 2-minute and 33-second

3:45answering FAQs video. So, in this case,

3:48images make more of the sense. I'm a big

3:50fan of video thumbnails though, I'll

3:51tell you that. You'll also see down here

3:53something very important. These are

3:55chapters in the video that we can add.

3:58That way the person doesn't have to

3:59actually consume a measly 2-minute and

4:0133-second video. They can scrub through

4:04it and get the specific question that

4:06they may want to know answered right

4:08here as soon as they click. Now, another

Urgency Video Strategy

4:10very important thing that you can also

4:11consider doing right here in this very

4:13first video is an urgency-based video.

4:16So, we have a client and he is in the

4:18real estate info space. This same

4:21strategy, by the way, works so well

4:22beyond info. Any kind of high-ticket

4:24product or service lead gen-based

4:26business, this confirmation page best

4:28practice, this [ __ ] big time. It's

4:30amazing what it can do. So, just to be

4:32clear, an urgency-based video is

4:33sometimes more appropriate. Again, this

4:35specific client in this example, they

4:36have a real estate info offer and we had

4:3919 breakout videos on the page prior to

4:42putting the urgency video. These were

4:43all questions that the sales team were

4:45being asked, things that related to all

4:47the technical questions somebody may

4:49have for this specific type of real

4:50estate vehicle. And when we added those

4:5219 videos, each video discussing the

4:55specific question that somebody had onto

4:57the page, it improved the show rate by

4:59measly 4% to the webinar the guy was

5:01hosting. That's not really the result

5:02we're after when we do breakout videos

5:04and add to our confirmation page.

5:06Instead, we had to create urgency. We

AI-Created Urgency Script

5:08had a tool that we use and this tool is

5:11an agentic AI tool. We came out with a

5:13newer and better version of it. It's

5:15called Utari. You check a link down in

5:17the description for that if you want to

5:18take a peek. But essentially, with any

5:20agentic AI tool, you can prompt it like

5:21this where you can say, "Okay, I want

5:23you to go out there and do real-world

5:24research and I want you to find me

5:26legitimate reasons that would create

5:28urgency in an individual who's

5:29considering this type of real estate

5:30investment and why they have to act on

5:32it now. Don't consider the company at

5:34all. Consider third-party data that can

5:36be validated by sources credited to

5:39high-authority institutions and or news

5:42platforms and or businesses that are

5:44talking about and disseminating this

5:45data. And I want you to craft it

5:47together into a video that can go onto

5:49the confirmation page. And what we also

5:51did is we uploaded my confirmation page

5:53best practice SOP into that agent as

5:55well and we told the agent to go do the

5:57research and craft us a script that we

5:59could hand off to the client to film

6:00that. The script came back to be about 8

6:02minutes long. I've talked about this on

6:04this channel before, but I'll reiterate

6:05it to you now so you can understand.

6:06This specific client taught a real

6:08estate investment called co-living.

6:10Co-living was newer to the United

6:12States. Apparently, it's quite popular

6:13in places like Europe, India, places

6:15that are very like dense. This is

6:17something and also depends on zoning

6:19restrictions and laws that apparently is

6:20normal everywhere else, but here in the

6:22United States, it's very uncommon. Well,

6:23here's what this agentic AI goes out and

6:25finds. Doing real-world research, it

6:27goes through and it sources and credits

6:30eight different major cities that have

6:31recently rolled back zoning and

6:33restriction laws that would have

6:35prevented co-living. Co-living is

6:36essentially you take a single-family

6:38home as an example, instead of renting

6:39it to one person, you rent it kind of

6:41like professional roommates would be an

6:42easy way to describe it. You rent it by

6:44the room and all the shared spaces

6:46become amenities. It's like the

6:47backyard's an amenity, the living room's

6:49an amenity, the kitchen's an amenity.

6:50It's a shared space. So, the rooms are

6:52for rent and this allows the landlord in

6:54this case, the owner, to make a much

6:56higher multiple on rent than they would

6:58if they did a single-family home or even

7:00comparatively to short-term rentals like

7:02Airbnb or VRBO. So, co-living seemed

7:04like a great way to take a single-family

7:06asset and make more money off that

7:08single-family asset in a place that

7:11doesn't have zoning restrictions or

7:13housing laws that would prevent you from

7:14doing it. Eight major cities within the

7:16most recent couple months, according to

7:18this agentic AI and all the source data

7:20it pulled. And I'm talking major US

7:21cities, Miami, Los Angeles, Denver,

7:23Texas large cities, Washington D.C.,

7:26Chicago. They'd all rolled back their

7:28housing restriction laws to allow for

7:29this type of investment to finally exist

7:31here in the United States. Who's going

7:32to make more money sooner? The people

7:34who take action first or the people who

7:36wait until all the inventory's gone, who

7:38wait until the opportunity is far more

7:40known? Who's going to make more money

7:41first? The people who take action first

7:43and take the risk or the people who wait

7:44until everybody else has already proven

7:46it works and have less inventory to

7:47choose between? You see what I mean? So,

19% Show Rate Lift

7:48we crafted that through using an agentic

7:51AI tool like Utari to go out there and

7:54create this VSL script and we put it

7:56right here. That created a 19% lift in

7:58the show rate. 19, 19% lift in the show

8:02rate having an urgency-based video here.

8:04So, for something like a real estate

8:06investment offer that was targeted to

8:07cold traffic, people who didn't know

8:09this guy, who were getting framed to go

8:10to a webinar, that's a huge [ __ ] jump

8:12from a singular video making all the

8:14difference. In my case, for my type of

8:16offer, I don't really want to sell to

8:18somebody that I have to create urgency

8:19in. I know this sounds a little

8:21ridiculous because at the end of the

8:22day, most of you will want to sell to as

8:24many people as you can. In my world,

8:26specifically, I want to sell to people

8:28that don't necessarily need an

8:29urgency-based reason to learn digital

8:31marketing right now cuz my demographic

8:33typically comes through a little warmer

8:35given that most of them originate from

8:37places like here or in some instances

8:39from ads. I want to be very direct in

8:41saying the FAQs cuz my offer's slightly

8:43more complex. This is actually had more

8:45effectiveness for us compared to an

8:47urgency-based video. And yes, of course,

8:49we split tested both. That opening

What NOT to Do

8:51video, whether it's an urgency video or

8:53whether it's more of an FAQ video,

8:54should never be the stupid video that

8:57most people put, which is, "Hello, thank

8:59you for taking the action that you just

9:01took. Make sure you actually show up.

9:03You're going to get some emails now that

9:05are going to tell you to show up. You're

9:07going to get a calendar invite. Make

9:08sure you respond to our team." Like,

9:10don't do that. That always fails right

9:12here. Nobody watches that [ __ ] okay?

9:14It's also very important to consider,

Research-Based Video Approach

9:16you want to also help people do their

9:18research. That's the third type of video

9:20that typically does extremely well right

9:22here on this first and centered video

9:25that you can put here. Research means

9:27that you actually help the person go out

9:29there and do their due diligence. This

9:30would mean, as an example, you start the

9:32video by saying, "Hey, thanks for taking

9:33that action. Let me be really direct in

9:35telling you I get where you're at now.

9:36You want to help understand if this is

9:38the right thing for you or not and I'm

9:39going to help you do all your research

9:41on the opportunity. I'm going to help

9:42you do the research on our product or

9:43service. I'm going to help you do the

9:44research on us. Let's start with us cuz

9:46that's likely what matters most. Are you

9:47doing business with good people? Let me

9:49show you my dispute rate. Let me show

9:50you my refund rate. Let's go on Google

9:52together and let's search me up and let

9:54me walk you through our Google search

9:55results for like our company name in the

9:57word scammer or our company name in the

9:59word reviews or my name in the word

10:00scammer my name in the word reviews.

10:02Let's walk you through that so we can

10:03help you do your research. That's what

10:05you're going to find here in the

10:06remaining part of this video and there's

10:08also some additional videos below this

10:10video you're watching now that answer

10:11very specific questions you may have.

10:13Consume them with intention. That way

10:15you can show up to the call well framed

10:17ready to make a decision. The easiest

10:19part of this whole process should be

10:20buying or not buying and we're going to

10:23help you do that right now. Let's jump

10:24into it. You start helping them

10:25literally right then and there in that

10:27video do things like research, okay? We

10:29have a lot of clients that we've worked

10:30with that also take action with that

10:32specific approach for this front and

10:33center video and it absolutely bangs.

Breakout Videos Strategy

10:35Now, from here you have what we call

10:37breakout videos. Now, breakout videos

10:39are things that people may have very

10:40specific questions on. Some of these may

10:42originate from your sales process. Some

10:44of these may originate from you taking

10:46educated guesses on what you think

10:48people would want to know or what you

10:50think people need to know prior to

10:51showing up. So, as an example, one of

10:53the most common ones that we get in our

10:55sales calls is what the [ __ ] is Jeremy

10:57AI. So, we started to make a video

11:00really simple. It's 7 minutes long and

11:02in this particular video same thing it

11:04has all the chapters so people can skip

11:06around to the parts that matter to them

11:07the most about this topic, okay? And

11:09this is also the first video in the

11:11breakout video series of these other

11:13four because again it was our most

11:14common question that people had, okay?

11:16The next three, how does the program

11:18work? What niche is this best for? And

11:21then what's the pricing, okay? So, we

11:23answer all these common questions in

11:25these short little videos. We typically

11:26do it in a way that's really easy to

11:28understand so you can replicate this.

11:30The first part of these videos should be

11:32like a summary of the rest of the video.

11:33So, although this one on AI Jeremy 7

11:36minutes in the first 60 seconds you can

11:37understand all of what it is and then

11:39you can move on to the other one. So, it

11:40should be a summary to start the video

11:42and then you can dive deep on anything

11:44else that you'd otherwise want to talk

11:46about at more length through the

11:47remaining part of the video. These

11:49breakout videos as I mentioned, these

11:50alone can create tremendous impact. I

11:52remember one of our inner circle members

11:54this name Devon, he comes into the

11:56group. All he did was take action on the

11:57confirmation page videos. He didn't do

30% Show Rate Case Study

12:00any of the other four back end selling

12:02systems. He just did this one. He

12:04improved his show rate to his calls 30%

12:07by doing so. That's at the higher end of

12:09the spectrum in terms of what to expect

12:11as outcomes and results but still

12:13breakout videos are amazing for what

12:16they can do because if you have leads

12:18that are failing to justify the decision

12:21to show up for whatever they've booked

12:23or whatever they've opted in for or they

12:24just drop off and have a low connection

12:26rate and low response rate to you

12:28throughout your sales process, breakout

12:29videos are typically where people's

12:31interest is at its highest. As I

12:32mentioned, it's very important for you

12:34to consider that on the front end of

12:36your process people are in what we call

12:39scanner mode and in scanner mode it's

12:41really an energy conservation state,

12:44okay? Everybody on the front end is just

12:47trying to determine if it is right for

12:49them or not. Now, as soon as they

12:51actually take the action itself like

12:54book a call or opt in or buy the low

12:56ticket thing, on the back end of your

12:58process this is typically where people

13:01attempt to justify decision and when

13:03they're justifying decisions this is the

13:05research phase. This is where people are

13:07most open for actually hearing out and

13:10understanding whatever it is that you've

13:12got for them and trying to figure out

13:14whether it be from you or other news or

13:16information sources what specifically

13:18they can and cannot believe because

13:20people don't want to waste their time.

13:21Both states are technically from a

13:23perspective of energy conservation,

13:25self-preservation, resource

13:27conservation. They're just trying to

13:28make sure they don't waste money, waste

13:29time and that's why there's a little bit

13:31of a difference between front end and

13:32back end. Front end is like an extreme

13:34version of that. They're very pulled

13:35back on the energy they're willing to

13:36expense. On the back end they'll at

13:38least do things like Google, maybe ask

13:39chat, look at the AI search overview but

13:42even then if you have like one little

13:43thing in a search result it'd be way

13:44better for you to make a video

13:46showcasing what it is so you can add to

13:48the frame of it rather than them just

13:50seeing it on their own. Now, like almost

Add Heavy Testimonials

13:52every great confirmation page typically

13:54what we also do from there is we add a

13:56fuckload of testimonials. So, in my

13:58specific case for my Master Internet

13:59Marketing program as you'll see I have a

14:02fuckload of testimonials. We have so, so

14:04many and whether it's on desktop,

14:06whether it's on mobile, each one of

14:07these images is clickable so you can

14:09read through it. There's a really simple

14:11thing to understand which is sure

14:12detailed people will actually go through

14:14and read a majority of these or somebody

14:16will go through and find like one

14:17specific one that stands out to them but

14:19the people who operate at a little

14:21higher level and they are in that energy

14:22conservation state we talked about that

14:24justification

14:25These people will just scroll through

14:27and see the total volume of testimonials

14:29and say, "Holy [ __ ] this guy's clearly

14:31doing his job really well." So, you bias

14:33towards both types of people when you

14:35actually have a really high quantity of

14:37these. In addition to that, we have an

14:39American phone number that somebody will

14:41be getting a text from when they reach

14:43out to us or we reach out to them. This

14:45is typically the phone number in which

14:47they get communicated through. Now, that

14:49number does rotate to be clear. Like as

14:51an example, if somebody starts spamming

14:52us like we just change the number and

14:54then change it on the funnel here.

14:55There's all kinds of little [ __ ] that we

14:56do but this is an example of a little

14:58pro tip that you can use if you have a

15:00static number that your organization,

15:02your sales team is going to be

15:03communicating through when you reach

15:05out. Um, something to consider. Now,

15:06there are a little over, I don't know,

15:08probably 30 different things I could

15:10show you here that are pro tips that I

15:12could help you with in terms of

15:13scripting the videos, other examples of

15:15very well done confirmation pages that

15:17have had huge stat lifts. I could

15:19obviously show you the SOP itself for

15:21the confirmation page best practices but

15:23I don't. I'm a professional earner. All

15:25I do here on YouTube is help you get to

15:27the point where you should be able to go

15:29take action on what we just talked

15:30about, see some results with it, be able

15:32to come to the conclusion by this guy

15:33actually knows the [ __ ] he's talking

15:35about and helped me before I even had to

15:36give him money. That way we bribe you to

15:38the point where you're actually willing

15:39to go check those links down in the

15:40description so you do a deal with us. We

15:43would love the opportunity to help you

15:44in a much more impactful way. On YouTube

15:47I withhold about 80 to 90% of what I

15:49know but I openly discuss about 10 to

15:5120% of what I know. That way I put you

15:53on game. You can go out there and

15:54hopefully make a little bit of house

15:56money, take that house money and be able

15:57to invest it into one of those offers

15:59down in the description. I talked a

16:00little bit about my Master Internet

Master Internet Marketing

16:02Marketing offer here today which again

16:03is a 7-week class. If you buy in in

16:06between our live classes you get the

16:07last class's recording which is always

16:09up-to-date. You get immediate access to

16:11the community, all of our SOPs that we

16:13have available for our Master Internet

16:14Marketing students and some access to

16:15Jeremy AI. We also have what's called

Jeremy’s Inner Circle

16:17Jeremy's Inner Circle. Jeremy's Inner

16:18Circle is for rich people trying to get

16:20a fuckload richer. This specific offer

16:22is my mastermind group and it's also

16:24where I do my one-on-one. Comes with

16:26twice a month 30-minute one-on-one calls

16:28that you can book at your convenience,

16:29weekly group calls at 11:00 a.m. EST on

16:32Saturdays. Those are all recorded of

16:34course. You can watch them live with us

16:35where you get to ask questions or of

16:36course propose that week's topic. You

16:38can also just watch the big old vault

16:40that we have of these. These are all

16:41about an hour in length and they're

16:43master classes on individual topics that

16:45we see patterns all our members need to

16:47know or that you guys specifically

16:49request as a member of this group. We

16:51also have our quarterly in-person

16:52masterminds right here at our good old

16:53facility here in Miami, Florida. We come

16:55in here and we meet in person four times

16:57a year. We have about 100 at our

16:58lightest masterminds to upwards of 200

17:00people at our heaviest masterminds give

17:02or take the time of year. We all get

17:03here, line up this room with very comfy

17:05church chairs, build a stage here in

17:07front of the screen and we talk at

17:09length about getting richer. Usually

17:11most of our talks nowadays are centered

17:13around the people who have earned

17:14million dollar a month trophies being a

17:16part of the group. We in no way, shape

17:18or form imply that you have any [ __ ]

17:20chance at all of ever hitting those kind

17:21of numbers being a part of any of my

17:23offers for that matter. All we do is

17:24provide information to people. However,

17:26one culture trait of Jeremy's Inner

17:28Circle is that people deeply care about

17:29hitting those big numbers and they do

17:31whatever it takes to try even though the

17:33odds are definitely against them. They

17:34all meet up here and at our most recent

17:36mastermind that we just did in this

17:38earlier part of January we had nine

17:40people that hit a million dollars a

17:42month for the first time which was

17:43[ __ ] insane. We also celebrate

17:45hitting 5 million bucks a month. Those

17:47are the two things that we give out

17:48trophies for. We have a group chat very

17:50active full of rich people trying to get

17:52a fuckload richer. All of us link up and

17:53we openly communicate about

17:55vulnerabilities, wins, successes,

17:57referrals, softwares. You [ __ ] name

17:59it that group's yapping about it in

18:01there all the damn time. It's extremely

18:02active. We have 30 plus SOPs currently

18:04and we have unlimited access to Jeremy

18:06AI. We also threw our new agentic AI

18:08tool into the Jeremy's Inner Circle

18:10stack called Utari. You can buy a

18:12standalone plan to that whether you're

18:14in the Inner Circle or not but it's

18:15included with about 10,000 credits a

18:17month when you're in the Jeremy's Inner

18:19Circle offer and I'm sure there's

18:20something else that comes into there I'm

18:22probably just negligent of right now cuz

18:23it comes with so much awesome [ __ ] to

18:25help rich folks get a whole lot richer.

18:26If you're interested in that, there are

18:28income qualifications to it and there's

18:29also timeline based commitments that you

18:31must make to be a part of that group.

18:33There's a link for that down in the

18:34description as well and we'd love to

Outro
