0:39everyone, I'm Lisa. Today I want to
0:42share with you my morning routine. What
0:44I do when I wake up and get ready for a
0:47new day. It's a simple routine, but I
0:49think it can help you learn some new
0:51vocabulary and phrases in English. Let's
0:54get started.
0:55I usually wake up at 6:30 in the morning
0:58when my alarm clock rings. The first
1:00thing I do is open the curtains to let
1:02in the sunlight. It helps me feel more
1:04energetic. Then I make my bed neatly. I
1:07think it's a great way to start the day
1:09with a small accomplishment. After that,
1:12I go to the restroom to brush my teeth
1:14and wash my face with cold water.
1:17Sometimes I take a quick shower if I
1:19want to feel even more fresh and ready
1:21for the day. I usually wash my hair a
1:23few times a week, but not every day.
1:26When I'm finished, I get dressed in
1:28comfortable and stylish clothes. I
1:30usually choose a t-shirt and jeans. I
1:32make sure I look tidy and presentable.
1:35Then I move to the kitchen to prepare my
1:36breakfast. I often make a cup of green
1:39tea or coffee. And I enjoy something
1:41healthy like yogurt with strawberries or
1:44a piece of toast with peanut butter.
1:46While I eat, I listen to the news or
1:48some relaxing music. This helps me ease
1:51into the day. Before I leave the house,
1:53I pack my bag with everything I need. My
1:56wallet, phone, notebook, and other
1:59essentials. I double check to make sure
2:01I haven't forgotten anything. Then I'm
2:04ready to start my day with confidence.
