0:02begins when Beerus and Goku are
0:04training. Goku pushes Beerus harder than
0:06ever, forcing [music] him to use a
0:07massive Hakai blast. Goku barely dodges,
0:09but the attack continues into deep space
0:11and strikes a tiny glowing star. The
0:12star [music] instantly disappears. At
0:14first, nobody cares. Then Whis suddenly
0:15drops his staff and shouts for Beerus to
0:17stop [music] moving. Beerus asks what's
0:18wrong, but Whis stares at the empty
0:20space where the star once existed and
0:22quietly says, "That wasn't a star."
0:24Within [music] seconds, every angel in
0:25every universe receives the same
0:27warning. The Grand Priest immediately
0:28summons Beerus to Zeno's Palace. There,
0:30Whis reveals the horrifying [music]
0:31truth. Hidden throughout the multiverse
0:33are 12 balance stars. They aren't
0:35planets or suns. They [music] secretly
0:36stabilize reality itself. Destroying
0:38even one causes the laws of the universe
0:40to slowly stop working. Nobody believes
0:41him until [music] gravity suddenly
0:42disappears inside the palace. Zeno's
0:44guards begin floating into the air.
0:45Moments later, time itself freezes for a
0:47few seconds [music] before restarting on
0:48its own. Across Universe 7, oceans begin
0:50flowing into the sky while entire
0:52mountains collapse without falling.
0:53[music] Beerus demands to know why
0:54nobody warned him these stars existed.
0:56The Grand Priest admits they were hidden
0:58because no God of Destruction was ever
0:59[music] supposed to find them. Beerus
1:00prepares to travel back and restore the
1:02star with the Super Dragon Balls, but
1:03Whis stops him. Dragon Balls can revive
1:05living beings. The balance stars [music]
1:06were never alive. Then another warning
1:08appears on Whis's staff. A second
1:09balance star has just vanished. Everyone
1:11turns toward Beerus, believing another
1:12Hakai caused it, but Beerus [music] has
1:14been standing inside Zeno's Palace the
1:15entire time. The Grand Priest slowly
1:17looks away from the staff and says,
1:18"Then someone else has learned how to
1:19destroy them." At that exact moment,
1:21every remaining balance star appears on
1:23Whis's staff.
