0:01Everything in your life

0:03is created from your thoughts.

0:06If you can master the correct mindset,

0:10you can build the exact type of life

0:13that you want.

0:15The number one issue that I think most

0:17of us struggle with

0:18is limiting beliefs.

0:21You have to understand that as a human,

0:23you have been conditioned to believe

0:25certain things over time. And the

0:28farther that you go in your life, the

0:31more these conditioned beliefs start to

0:33compound and it becomes extremely hard

0:35to break out of this jail cell

0:39of

0:40what you believe to be possible in your

0:42life.

0:44If you want to have Kanye West level of

0:47self-belief,

0:49if you want to

0:50reach the optimized version of who you

0:53are,

0:54what you have to do

0:56is

0:57eliminate

0:59any type of negative thought that pops

1:02up in your mind. You need to throw it

1:03out. Right? There there's a quote that I

1:05love that says,

1:07"The first your first thought doesn't

1:09matter, your second thought does." You

1:11can't control that first thought. It's

1:13just going to pop in. It could be

1:14negative, it could be hateful, it could

1:15be whatever. Throw it out. Your second

1:18thought is what matters. Now,

1:20how do we do that? How do we make sure

1:22that you're only having positive

1:24thoughts?

1:26We need to reverse engineer this. So, if

1:29you lived a happy, fulfilling life where

1:31you achieved all your dreams, what would

1:33you be thinking every day? You would

1:34have a lot of gratitude. You would be

1:37constantly thinking about how you've

1:40been able to do this, the work that

1:42you've put in.

1:44Your

1:45sense of self-belief would be

1:47very high. And so, in other words, you

1:50have

1:53essentially a fortified

1:57shop of ideas. That's That's the way

1:59I'll describe it. You have a shop of

2:01ideas in your head. Now, you get to

2:03choose what type of idea you're going to

2:05shop. But, guess what's not going to be

2:07available in the inventory? Any negative

2:08thoughts, right? And so,

2:11essentially, how you do that is

2:14you actively, consciously try to think

2:18positive thoughts,

2:20but more importantly, everything you

2:21consume has to be positive. You are what

2:24you consume. If you go on social media

2:26and you just watch bitter, hateful

2:28videos all the time, what do you think

2:30is going to happen? You are going to

2:32turn into that.

2:34You are what you consume.

2:36If you read books that are very

2:38degenerate, if you

2:40you know, the conversation that you're

2:41having with your friend, if they're

2:42negative, you will also become negative.

2:45So, what you need to do is you need to

2:47eliminate all these things, and that is

2:49a choice, my friends.

2:51That is a choice. What happens is people

2:54have negative thoughts come up and

2:55they're like, "Well, I'm not the thinker

2:56of my thoughts. I'm the observer, and

2:58therefore, I can't do anything." But,

3:00your

3:01mind creates thoughts based off of what

3:03it's consuming.

3:05So, I want you to eliminate all negative

3:07people in your life, truly. This may

3:09seem like cliché advice, but it's it's

3:11the reality. Eliminate negative people,

3:13but more importantly, you need to

3:16completely

3:18turn off all bad content that has a low

3:22vibration to it. You need to, because

3:25the average American spends 5 to 8 hours

3:27a day on their phone.

3:29What percentage of

3:32content on social media do you guys

3:34think it's negative? I would say it's

3:35probably 70% cuz that's what sells.

3:37Negativity sells.

3:39Miserable people find miserable people.

3:42You might not think that because, you

3:44know, you're just at your house and you

3:46go to work, and that's all you do, that

3:48because of that, you're not a negative

3:50person. You're not impacting other

3:51people's lives. No, trust me. Your brain

3:54is still very negative when you're just

3:55constantly consuming this this

4:00I would almost say

4:02anti-spiritual

4:04slop.

4:05It's not fruitful to your spirit to

4:07watch these political videos about

4:09everything terrible with the government

4:11and you know, war this and you know,

4:15children are passing away that. It's

4:17just it's depressing and subconsciously

4:22you start to pick up on these things and

4:23you start to act the same way.

4:26I want to tell you guys a story. So, I'm

4:27from Chicago.

4:29Those of you that are

4:30fans of my channel know this.

4:32I have

4:34really since I can remember, I've always

4:36looked up to Kanye West. He's also from

4:38Chicago, that's why I say that.

4:40And as I've grown up, I really would

4:43just I would watch these interviews of

4:45Kanye and I was just so addicted to the

4:47way that he talked about himself. He has

4:49this quote he says,

4:51"When you're when you're a fan of me,

4:52you're or you're not a fan of me, you're

4:54a fan of Kanye or wait, I just botched

4:56that.

4:57When you're a fan of Kanye West, you're

4:58not a fan of me, you're a fan of

4:59yourself." I love that quote. He's

5:02saying that like

5:04he operates at the frequency of

5:06self-belief.

5:08You can do the exact same thing.

5:10It's just a matter of what are you

5:13feeling fueling your body with? Is it

5:15negativity or is it positivity? Now,

5:18here's another thing that I've recently

5:20started to do.

5:21And it's worked wonders for me.

5:23I literally will

5:27when I go to bed every night, I throw

5:29on, as cliche as it is, I forgot what

5:31the actual name for it is, but it's

5:34basically like self-affirmations.

5:36So, that when you fall asleep, like

5:38subconsciously your brain is picking up

5:39on the stuff that's saying like, "I

5:40believe in myself. Good things are going

5:42to happen to me."

5:44So on and so forth. Now, most of you

5:46guys have probably heard of paranoia,

5:49but few people have heard of pronoia.

5:51Pronoia is the opposite of paranoia.

5:52Paranoia is thinking that the world is

5:54out to get you. Pronoia is thinking that

5:57everything in the world is working to

5:58help you.

6:00Right? If you like literally start to

6:04listen to things that are positive, that

6:07are reinforcing to yourself, that are

6:09going to help you grow your confidence,

6:12over time it starts to build. It seems

6:14ridiculous, but all those crazy crystal

6:17girls that believed in manifestation,

6:19their version of manifestation was

6:21absolutely wrong. They just think, "Oh,

6:22the universe is going to give me

6:23something and it's going to happen."

6:24That's not how it works, but they're

6:27the foundation of what they believe were

6:30if I think this thing is going to

6:31happen, it will, that aspect of it is

6:33right. You need to genuinely

6:37operate at such a level where things are

6:40just going to go your way. You need to

6:41think that things are going to go your

6:43way. You need to think that people are

6:44out there and the universe is aligning,

6:46God, whatever you believe in, so that

6:49the odds are stacked in your favor, not

6:51against your favor.

6:53Not everyone's out to get you. Cuz sure,

6:55are there actually people out there to

6:56get you? Yeah, but if you just

6:58relentlessly have a good attitude about

7:01things, it changes everything. You

7:03control your attitude.

7:05You do.

7:06And the best skill to develop is the

7:09ability to stay in a good mood in the

7:11absence of things to be in a good mood

7:12about.

7:14So, let's think about this.

7:16If

7:17I call this the two world theory. This

7:19is my own theory.

7:21There are two worlds that exist when a

7:23negative event happens. Number one, you

7:25could sit there, complain, ruminate

7:26about it, get all upset, or number two,

7:29accept that that bad thing happened and

7:31there's nothing you can do to change it,

7:33and then move forward with at the bare

7:36minimum neutral, but ideally a positive

7:37attitude.

7:38Which world do you want to live in?

7:41So, obviously the correct answer here is

7:43objectively the one with a good

7:45attitude.

7:46But, here's the thing about life. Life

7:48is just a series of events that happens

7:50to you, a lot of which are out of your

7:51control.

7:53And it's just life is your reaction to

7:56those events.

7:57So, you could have Let's Let's say the

7:59negative attitude is world one, the

8:00positive attitude is world two. If you

8:02have a life full of world two decisions,

8:05that's going to be a positive life. If

8:07you have a life full of world one

8:08decisions, that's going to be a negative

8:09life. In both lives, the exact same

8:12events happened. The only difference was

8:15how did you approach

8:17moving forward?

8:19Right?

8:20I used to be a very negative person. I

8:23would listen to low vibrational music.

8:26All the content I was consuming was like

8:28oh, it was like X, Y, and Z terrible

8:31thing is happening in the world, and

8:32this group of people sucks, and it was

8:34all of that. The books that I would read

8:36were more or less

8:38tragic.

8:39You know, it's like a Shakespeare

8:42play that's,

8:43you know, notoriously tragic.

8:46And

8:48I would

8:49sit in my room in the dark and just

8:51like,

8:53you know, put on my headphones and

8:55it's negative music. It's It's,

8:58you know, hateful music. It's like rap

9:00music talking about hurting people.

9:03Negativity, negativity, negativity. But,

9:05because you have agency and because

9:06you're a conscious person, you think,

9:08"Oh, that doesn't affect me." Well,

9:09guess what? All of this stuff is being

9:11digested by your brain without you even

9:13realizing it.

9:14And then it affects the way that you

9:16move forward. So, you have to control

9:19what is going in.

9:21I feel like it's It's Do you guys

9:23remember in school, in middle school,

9:25when you would learn about the inputs

9:26and outputs in math?

9:29It was like functions, right? If you put

9:31in X as the input, you're going to get Y

9:33output, like those charts.

9:36Excuse me.

9:37So, if your inputs are negativity,

9:40hatred, low vibrational

9:43BS, a bunch of slop,

9:46what do you guys think the the outputs

9:47are going to be? Like real like come on,

9:49this is it.

9:50People are just absolutely brain dead to

9:53what's going on. And that's the worst

9:56part. You have to actively choose what

9:58you

9:59are going to

10:01invest into your body.

10:04Well, what's going to happen is it's

10:06almost inevitable that there are going

10:07to be these moments. You're going to

10:08scroll and it's going to be a negative

10:09video and you're going to get hooked for

10:11a second. But, here's here's what you

10:13do.

10:14Notice when you say I can't or I'm not

10:17that kind of person. Notice when

10:20something is

10:24counter. And what I mean by counter, I

10:25mean anything that isn't going to help

10:27your confidence and your self-belief,

10:29I'm going to call it counter. Notice

10:30when any type of content is a counter.

10:33It could be a video where somebody is

10:35bashing Trump, right? People love to

10:38hate on Trump, whatever. I I don't get

10:40into politics. I'm not into all that,

10:42but

10:43you know, I don't really want to watch

10:45these videos of people bashing on Trump,

10:47Biden, Republican, Democrat, I don't

10:48care. I don't want to watch these videos

10:50cuz I don't want to feed my mind this

10:51garbage, this slop, this

10:54negativity.

10:56And it's hard to escape it, right? Like

10:58our parents are stuck in this loop

11:00because they watch the news. The news is

11:02negative, negative, negative. Dude,

11:05you need to

11:07cut this mindset out immediately. So,

11:09yeah,

11:10analyze and and actively look for any

11:13counters.

11:15Ask yourself these questions every time

11:17you have any type of negative thought.

11:19Is this objectively true?

11:23Or is this something I've just repeated?

11:25Because just because you have a thought

11:27doesn't mean it's

11:28based in reality.

11:31And then this is the this is the number

11:32one thing that really changed in my

11:33life.

11:34Find counter evidence.

11:37Even very small wins disprove negative

11:40beliefs.

11:41I'm going to use the social media

11:43example. So, I do social media and yeah,

11:45I post a bunch of videos and the

11:47majority of them flop and don't do

11:48anything. But if I get one good video

11:51out of a 100,

11:52then that video

11:55basically

11:56overtakes all the bad ones and

11:59everyone's going to focus on the fact

12:00that I had that one good one and that is

12:02a small win. And guess what? Whatever

12:04you're doing in your life, the more

12:05effort that you give and the more time

12:07that you put into it, you're going to

12:08get a little bit better. So, maybe it

12:09took me one in a 100 videos to go viral

12:11and then I get a little bit better and

12:12then it's one in 80 and then I get a

12:13little bit better and it's one in 60,

12:15you know?

12:16And whatever your equivalent is of that

12:18is, let's say you want to be a

12:20ballerina, you need to get those the I

12:22don't even know what the terminology of

12:24ballerina is, but you need to get those

12:26twists or turns,

12:28you know, more smooth. Well, you're

12:30going to get a little bit better every

12:32day and it's going to be so small that

12:33you don't notice it, but it's still

12:35going to exist. And eventually these

12:37small wins are going to disprove all the

12:39negative thoughts. So, you need to take

12:41action. You need to stop sitting and

12:43trying to analyze things and instead

12:46just take action.

12:48Right? And eventually, you're going to

12:50have so much evidence built up over time

12:52that you would actually have to be an

12:54idiot to not believe in yourself.

12:56This is exactly what Kanye West did.

12:59He would He He cut out all negativity.

13:01He

13:03anytime that somebody would would say

13:05something that was like a counter,

13:08he would check them on it. You can see

13:09it in his documentary. I think it was

13:11called genius or whatever.

13:13He would literally like shut down people

13:16that didn't believe in him. He would He

13:18would like like actually confront them

13:21and I just I love it. It's just

13:23you're so dedicated to yourself and what

13:25you're trying to build, you need to make

13:27absolute sure that you don't let

13:29anything slip between the cracks.

13:31Because your subconscious mind is

13:32working overtime and it's extremely

13:34powerful and it's very hard to

13:38revert the effects. And as I said

13:40earlier at the beginning of this video,

13:41things were conditioned and things start

13:43to compound over time. But what you need

13:45to do is you need to chisel away. You

13:47need to chisel away at those.

13:50Break them down.

13:52Confidence does not come from

13:54affirmations, my friends.

13:56You can you need to listen to

13:58affirmations, as I was saying before,

14:00you should listen to it when you're

14:01sleeping, but I'm saying it doesn't come

14:03from

14:04like just like looking yourself in the

14:06mirror every day and saying I'm this,

14:08I'm that, because then you're going to

14:09leave the mirror and then you're going

14:11to have negativity later on. It what you

14:13need to do is start stacking the small

14:14wins and then trying to operate the

14:17subconscious or or control what goes

14:19into the subconscious.

14:21But absolutely, I don't I don't know I'm

14:23trying to remember what the actual name

14:24for it is, but there there's a name

14:26where it's like when you fall asleep and

14:28when you're

14:29um

14:30when you're not conscious or like you're

14:33just in a different state of being, like

14:35a lower whatever you want to call it,

14:36when you're like dozing off,

14:38your brain, everything that it takes in,

14:40it starts to internalize. And so you

14:43could just find this stuff on YouTube,

14:45that's what I do, but there are also

14:46apps for it where you can like talk to

14:49the app and then what it does is it like

14:51puts like some weird high vibrational

14:54um ambient music in the background and

14:56then just like mixes your vocals in

14:58there and you're like talking to

14:59yourself saying I believe X, Y, and Z.

15:01If you do that when you're

15:03uh falling asleep, I recommend people do

15:05that. As crazy as it sounds, believe me

15:07guys, I'm the most anti like witchcraft,

15:09I didn't believe in that stuff, but

15:10truly

15:12what this is doing is it's feeding your

15:14brain

15:17something that it can start to build off

15:19of. Belief doesn't just randomly come

15:21overnight, it's built over time. You

15:23need to understand that.

15:26Do hard things consistently

15:29even if they're small

15:31and you'll look back in 6 months and

15:33your life will be completely changed. I

15:35started making content

15:376 to 8 months ago, whatever it is at

15:39this point. Last October and I just

15:42showed up every day and and any one

15:46given day

15:49what I had to do

15:51was annoying and I didn't want to do it,

15:53but I said, "Hey, I'm going to do it

15:54anyways." It was all It was all small

15:56things, you know, just record 30-second

15:59video here, minute-long video here,

16:0015-second video here. Just start to

16:02stack these things up and all of a

16:04sudden I started to win.

16:06All of a sudden I started grow

16:07following.

16:09I'm not saying you got to do social

16:10media, whatever you want to do, you have

16:12to establish

16:14a framework and a structure, a

16:17foundation if you will, that you're

16:19going to build yourself off of. And you

16:20just do it by showing up every day,

16:22building the small wins, believing in

16:24yourself, eliminating all the counters,

16:27only

16:28allowing yourself

16:30the exposure to positivity

16:33in other people that also believe in

16:35themselves and by proxy believe in you.

16:38And just let this go over again. There's

16:40something called the Michelangelo

16:41effect. This is the last thing I'll say.

16:43The Michelangelo effect is when you

16:45believe in your in the other person in

16:47your relationship. This doesn't have to

16:48be romantic. It could be uh platonic as

16:51well. You believe in them, they believe

16:53in you, and what this does is it creates

16:55a recurring cycle where you guys just

16:56keep believing in yourself and so you

16:58just level up. You need to surround

16:59yourself with those type of people in

17:01life.

17:02Okay? I want you, if you're watching

17:05this video, to know anybody can do this.

17:08Anybody. It might seem really hard. I'm

17:10telling you you can do this. You can

17:12believe in yourself.

17:14I believe in myself. I hope you do as

17:16well.
