0:00Whis opens the dark box and is instantly
0:02frozen in shock. Earlier on Beerus'
0:03planet, Whis and Beerus had tried using
0:05their full strength to open the

0:08but nothing worked. Frustrated and
0:09running out of time, they called the

0:12opened. The fish revealed the truth. The
0:14box was sealed by a deity and could only
0:16be opened by a mortal with no divine
0:17power. Beerus suggested going to Earth,
0:19but Champa interrupted, warning they
0:20didn't have that much time. Realizing
0:22what must be done, Whis commits the
0:23unthinkable. He taps his staff and
0:25removes his divine powers, his hair
0:26turning black. The box opens instantly.
0:28Inside lies a shattered angel halo
0:30covered in cursed ancient language.
0:32Beerus demands to know what it is and
0:33Whis replies that this object is meant
0:35to be used in a forbidden divine ritual.
0:37Meanwhile, after making a wish to Dark
0:38Shenron, Goku and Daishin Khan travel to
0:40the demon realm. Upon arrival, Daishin
0:42Khan reveals that the ritual can only be
0:44completed if Goku uses his full power as
0:46the trigger must be strong enough to
0:47attract the very deities who once
0:48granted power to the ancient scions.
0:50Goku senses something is wrong. When
0:52Daishin Khan leaves to gather the final
0:53materials, Goku secretly presses the
