0:00Vegeta refuses to save the multiverse
0:02and for the first time everyone agrees
0:03with him. It begins when a massive crack
0:05suddenly appears across the world of
0:07void. [music] Every universe shakes as
0:08entire galaxies start vanishing without
0:10being erased. Zeno immediately summons
0:12the gods of destruction, but even the
0:13Grand Priest cannot explain what's
0:14happening. Whis investigates with his
0:16staff and discovers a terrifying truth.
0:17The universes are not being destroyed.
0:19They are being merged together. [music]
0:20If it continues, every universe will
0:21become a single unstable reality that
0:23cannot survive. The Grand Priest reveals
0:25the only way to stop the collapse. One
0:26mortal must absorb the instability and
0:28permanently seal it inside themselves.
0:30But doing so would trap them outside
0:31[music] existence forever. Everyone
0:33expects Goku to volunteer immediately.
0:34Instead, the Grand Priest shocks
0:36everyone by choosing Vegeta. Long ago,
0:37[music] during his time as a conqueror,
0:39Vegeta unknowingly created a rare cosmic
0:41connection that makes him uniquely
0:42compatible with [music] the seal. Goku
0:44begs Vegeta to accept, but Vegeta
0:45refuses. He says he spent his entire
0:47life fighting for his family and he will
0:49not abandon Bulma, Trunks, and [music]
0:50Bulla to save strangers. To everyone's
0:52surprise, Beerus supports him, even
0:53Whis. The universes continue collapsing
0:55as [music] panic spreads across
0:56creation. Then something unexpected
0:58happens.
