0:00Bulma summons Shenron for the smallest
0:01wish she's ever made, just to heal the
0:03scar Vegeta refuses to let Whis touch
0:05out of pride. Shenron's eyes flash red
0:07and he says four words nobody has ever
0:09heard him say. This wish is denied. The
0:11sky goes dead silent. Bulma demands an
0:13explanation and Shenron [music] reveals
0:14a truth Kami himself never knew. Every
0:16wish ever granted wasn't created from
0:18nothing. It [music] was borrowed, pulled
0:19from somewhere else in the universe that
0:21quietly lost an equal amount in return.
0:23Namek's destruction, the years Goku
0:24spent dead before revival, and now
0:26Shenron says the ledger is full. There's
0:28nothing left to borrow from. Vegeta
0:29laughs it off until Shenron [music] adds
0:31the part that makes Bulma's blood run
0:32cold. The debt doesn't disappear, it
0:34just waits for the next wish to trigger
0:35repayment all at once. Piccolo realizes
0:37what that means before anyone else does.
0:39Every wish Goku's friends have ever made
0:40is still sitting unpaid and the very
0:42first person who tries to use the Dragon
0:44Balls again will trigger the entire
0:45collected debt. Bulma slowly turns to
0:46look at the balls glowing on the ground
0:48behind her because she just remembered
0:49she's the one holding all seven and
0:51[music] Shenron hasn't returned to stone
0:52yet. He's still watching her, waiting to
0:53see if she's foolish enough to wish
0:55again.
