0:03And it totally tanked. It got like 4,000
0:05views, which for us was a tank. They
0:06looked at it, made some notes, and all
0:07they did was they chopped the first 5
0:09seconds. Basically, just redid the first
0:105 seconds of the video. And that one
0:12change took it from 4,000 views to
0:14850,000 views. With that one change,
0:16that's a 200x increase from one change,
0:18which is how people framed the value
0:20that they were about to consume. If the
0:22first 5 seconds is what immediately
0:24sorts 80 90% of the traffic that you
0:26have, then isn't it crazy that we don't
0:28spend more time testing that one piece?
