0:28But does this really work,

0:30or is it just AI's slot?

0:32Well, as a businessman who made his

0:34millions the old school way,

0:35to put it lightly, I'm highly skeptical.

0:39So I'm giving myself seven days to see

0:41how much money I can make.

0:42I'll be documenting the whole process,

0:44and of course, sharing the raw results.

0:47And if I don't make at least

0:48$1,000 USD, I'll give someone down in

1:17So first up on our to-do list is to

1:20spy on the competition and figure out

1:22all of their secrets.

1:24Now, I'm going to start with one

1:26that I've actually heard of.

1:27She's called Lil Miquela,

1:29and she's actually pretty popular with

1:31over 2 million followers.

1:33Here she is at the Met Gala.

1:35I didn't get an invite myself,

1:36but there you go.

1:37And there she is at the Grammys.

1:39So how is Lil Miquela making over

1:42$11 USD million a year?

1:44Well, they're working with massive

1:45brands, including Prada and Calvin Klein.

1:49So let's write brand deals in the

1:52money section.

1:53And Lil Miquela is positioned as a

1:55full-blown supermodel,

1:57which just goes to show you how far

1:59you can take it.

2:00I think I found another one.

2:01This is Mother Satori,

2:03and she's a US-based holistic expert.

2:07Now, health is one of the most

2:08profitable niches out there

2:10because people will always pay to feel

2:12better and live a little bit longer.

2:13I'm going to have to watch this one.

2:15Wife, that's my mother.

2:17No way.

2:18How old are you?

2:20108 years old.

2:22Wow, 108 years old.

2:24I thought I was the old one around here.

2:26So the unique selling point,

2:28let's put old age.

2:30At the end of every video,

2:37She gets thousands of views every

2:39single day, and the comment section is

2:41full of people asking to buy it.

2:43Just imagine how much money she's

2:44making by promoting this one product alone.

2:47Right, let's quickly blast through

2:49some more as I'm running out of time.

2:55These AI influencers are everywhere.

2:58I found this girl who posts glamorous

3:00lifestyle photos and makes these

3:02podcast-style reels about

3:03relationships.

3:04Check this guy out.

3:05He's a hardworking,

3:07patriotic British guy,

3:08pouring his heart and soul into

3:10crafting these beautiful wooden flanks.

3:12Or is he?

3:13No, of course he's not.

3:15Now, is this ethical?

3:17No, because the person behind the

3:19account is lying to their customers.

3:20But is it making a load of money?

3:23Almost certainly, yes.

3:25Then there's this AI granny who's just

3:27doing the craziest things,

3:29and she's got over 2 million followers.

3:31And after looking through all these

3:33accounts, it looks like the people

3:34running them are making money in all

3:36these different ways,

3:37which we'll look at properly in a second.

3:39First though, let's decide on a niche

3:42for our own AI influencers.

3:44There's usually three niches

3:45that I've seen that make the most

3:47money, health, wealth,

3:49and relationships.

3:49Two of them are already on the board,

3:52so we definitely know these can work.

3:54But funnily enough,

3:55not a single one of the AI accounts I

3:57looked at was talking about money

3:59or wealth, which means we found a gap

4:02in the market.

4:03Of course, if you guys have any

4:04special interests,

4:05it's always worth leaning into those

4:07because you'll have an advantage over

4:09everyone else.

4:10Now, to give ourselves the best

4:12possible chance of success,

4:13I think we should create three

4:15different AI influencers in each of

4:17these profitable niches.

4:19So we can tick step one off our list

4:22and then move on to step two,

4:26generating character ideas.

4:28I want this to be as lazy as possible,

4:31so let's use AI to generate some ideas.

4:34I'm going to head over to Claude.

4:35Now, I'm already on their free plan,

4:37which will be perfect for this.

4:39So let's type create a character

4:43profile for an AI influencer in the

4:49health niche.

4:51Give them a name, a backstory,

4:55a distinct look, and a unique selling point.

5:00Now let's see what it comes up with.

5:02Okay, so Amos.

5:04Now, that sounds pretty mysterious.

5:07I quite like that.

5:08101 years old, a bit like me,

5:11I guess.

5:12Learned traditional remedies passed

5:14down through his family.

5:15This is starting to sound like a male

5:18version of Mother Satori,

5:20which to be fair,

5:21clearly makes a lot of money.

5:23Shaved head, long beard.

5:25Okay, that's pretty interesting,

5:27and that should help him stand out online.

5:30Now, do it for the wealth niche.

5:34Okay, so let's see what we've got here.

5:38Grandma Vivian.

5:39Started with nothing,

5:41made loads of money,

5:42been through three husbands,

5:44private jets,

5:45designer, head to toe.

5:46So she's basically a bougie boss grandma.

5:49Maybe I'll have to hit her up.

5:51Almost everyone in this niche is a

5:53young man in a rented Lambo.

5:55She is the exact opposite.

5:57That's very true.

5:58I think that's actually one of the

5:59reasons I'm- I managed to stand out in

6:01the wealth niche.

6:02Okay, now finally do it for the

6:04relationships niche.

6:06So we've got Sienna,

6:08stylish, 22 years old,

6:10talks about her dating life

6:12and situationship drama.

6:13This reminds me of the AI influencer

6:15that we found earlier called Olivia.

6:17So this should give us a good chance

6:20at making money.

6:21But at the same time,

6:22I'm definitely not fully convinced

6:23that all of this stuff is actually

6:25gonna work.

6:26But with that said, we have our ideas.

6:28So let's move on to step three,

6:33generate the photos.

6:35I've been looking into a few different

6:37options for tools we can use to do this.

6:40And it seems like Higgsfield is one of

6:42the best.

6:42So let's head over to their website

6:44and click sign up.

6:47And okay, it's given me the option to

6:49continue with Google, Apple.

6:52But to be honest, I think I'm gonna

6:54just use email.

6:55So I'll tick agree to terms of use

6:58and then continue with email

7:01and then click continue.

7:03So it looks like I'm in and it's

7:05asking me a few questions.

7:07So first up, how do you plan to use

7:10Higgsfield?

7:11For personal use.

7:13And so what do you want to achieve

7:15with Higgsfield?

7:17I wanna create avatars.

7:19And how experienced are you with AI?

7:22Well, I'd like to say at least

7:25intermediate at this stage.

7:26Look, I'm not doing bad for an old boy.

7:28Oh, and it's just popped up with a

8:46Time to start making some AI influences.

8:48Luckily, we can connect Higgsfield

8:50with Claude and do pretty much

8:52everything in a single chat.

8:54So on Claude, let's go to customize,

8:58then click connectors,

9:01add, and then add custom connector.

9:05Then I'm gonna paste this link.

9:07Now let's click add,

9:09and that's it.

9:11Claude and Higgsfield are now talking

9:13to each other.

9:13Now it's time to create the images of

9:15our characters,

9:16starting with Amos,

9:17our health influencer.

9:19And from my past experience dabbling

9:21with AI, I've learned the key to

9:23getting the best results is starting

9:25with a good prompt.

9:26But instead of spending ages writing

9:27something really detailed

9:29and complex, I'll just tell Claude to

9:31write one for me.

9:32Of course, I'll add all of my prompts

9:34to the cheat sheet in the description

9:36so you can copy these too,

9:38or change them up,

9:39depending on what you want your AI

9:41influencer to look like.

9:42I've mentioned that I want a couple of

9:43different angles, a full body shot,

9:46and a closeup.

9:47Then I've given a description of Amos,

9:50what he looks like,

9:51and what he's wearing.

9:52I also said I want him on a white

9:54background with realistic looking

9:57skin, because he can't be looking like

9:58an airbrush model when he's supposedly

10:00living off the land.

10:01Okay, wow, this is a monster.

10:03I'm glad I didn't have to type all of

10:05this out, that's for sure.

10:06And all that's left for me to do is to

10:09type yes, and it should,

10:12fingers crossed,

10:12generate some images of Amos.

10:15Okay, here we go.

10:17He actually looks very realistic,

10:20but I do have a bit of a problem.

10:22He looks younger than me,

10:23unless he's got some sort of crazy

10:25skin routine.

10:26He definitely doesn't look 101 years old.

10:28So let's type, make him a few years older.

10:32Oh, that's better.

10:34Still looks younger than me though,

10:35but I'll accept it.

10:37So now let's generate some scenes to

10:39put him in.

10:40I'm thinking his porch,

10:45farmhouse kitchen,

10:47vegetable garden, and yard,

10:50as he's American and that's what they

10:52call it.

10:53Wow, these look very realistic.

10:54I definitely expect Amos to be hanging

10:56out here.

10:57So now let's repeat these steps for

10:59our other two influencers

11:00and see what it spits out.

11:02Just for the sake of time,

11:03I'm gonna go through this quickly.

11:10Now this is perfect.

11:14The sunglasses, the jewelry,

11:15the fur coat.

11:17Now that has got to be the coolest

11:19grandma you've ever seen.

11:21It looks like that woman from 101

11:22Dalmatians, doesn't it?

11:24Now for the locations.

11:26So we've got a private jet,

11:28a sports car, very nice.

11:30A fancy looking drawing room

11:32and a terrace for a bit of afternoon

11:34tea and maybe a scone.

11:36Right, last one, Sienna.

11:38She looks pretty stylish and very realistic.

11:43You know what?

11:43I'd have no idea she wasn't a real girl.

11:46And we've also got the locations here too.

11:48Now I'd say that's believable for

11:50where Sienna would live.

11:52That's our photos generated.

11:54Let's move on to mapping out the viral

11:56content.

11:58Now don't worry.

12:00I'm not going to write out all of

12:01these scripts manually.

12:02For this bit I'm going to use

12:04something called a Claude skill.

12:06If you haven't heard of skills before

12:08they're basically reusable tools with

12:10instructions already baked in

12:12so you get perfect results every time

12:14without writing a massive prompt.

12:16Now I found these ones online for free

12:19and I'll include them in the cheat

12:21sheet so you can use them too.

12:22I'm not sure how good they are

12:24but I don't have much time to be

12:26writing out scripts so let's give them

12:28a try and hope for the best.

12:30So to install these skills I'm going

12:32to head over to customize,

12:34hit add, upload a skill and drag

12:39and drop them straight in

12:41and now it's ready to go.

12:43Then in our chat let's hit forward

12:46slash and select content engine skill.

12:50Now let's say generate content ideas

12:55for Sienna and of course it knows who

12:58Sienna is because it came up with the

13:00idea of her in the first place

13:01and look at that it's handed me a

13:04whole list of content ideas

13:05and I didn't have to think of anything myself.

13:08I quite like idea two

13:11because if this script actually hits

13:13home a lot of girls are going to find

13:15it very relatable and feel like they

13:17actually know Sienna on a more

13:19personal level.

13:20Number one sounds good

13:21because she's giving advice

13:23and number seven is also quite

13:25interesting it almost feels like a

13:27psychological secret that she's going

13:29to reveal and the podcast setting as

13:31we've seen these work quite well.

13:34So let's generate scripts for these

13:36three and see what comes out

13:39and here we go three scripts ready for Sienna.

13:42We won't dive into them

13:43because we'll do a proper review of

13:45the finished videos in a second.

13:47Now I'll do the same process for the

13:49other two influencers.

13:56Okay that looks pretty cool

13:58so we've got a load of finished

13:59scripts for Amos and of course some

14:02for good old Viv.

14:03So let's take that one off our list

14:05and move on to a pretty exciting step

14:07because we're going to be giving them

14:09a voice.

14:11Right for this bit I'm going to head

14:13over to the Higgsfield website itself.

14:16I guess it makes sense to go to the

14:19audio tab.

14:20It says you can upload media

14:22so let's add our images of Vivian

14:25and then for the script I'm just going

14:28to write hi my name is Vivian.

14:36Use this sound so the character speaks

14:39like this and now it's asking for

14:41voice details.

14:43Let's head back to Claude

14:44and ask it to generate a detailed

14:47prompt for Vivian's voice.

14:49Okay this looks about right

14:51so let's copy this and paste it into

14:55Higgsfield and then click generate.

15:00Hi my name is Viviana.

15:02Use this sound so the character speaks

15:05like this.

15:06Well that sounds good.

15:07It actually sounds like one of my old

15:09school teachers.

15:10I'll do the same process but for Amos

15:12and Sienna.

15:18Cool so that's sorted.

15:20I'm going to move on to the next step

15:21which is to bring them to life.

15:23Don't worry you'll get a chance to

15:25hear all of their voices very soon.

15:29Right so it's finally time to combine

15:32our images locations and scripts

15:34and turn them into high quality videos

15:36to post online.

15:38So in order to do this I'm going to go

15:41to cinema studio and then new project

15:44and I'll give my project a name.

15:47So let's call it Sienna and

15:50then press create and then we've got a

15:52few settings at the bottom.

15:53It looks like we can change here

15:55so I guess we want to change the

15:57aspect ratio to 9 by 16

16:00because we're creating short form

16:02videos in a vertical format.

16:04Let's make the quality 1080p

16:08because that's the best quality

16:10and everything else looks fairly good

16:12for now.

16:13For the first video I want to create a

16:15short clip without any talking

16:17so that we can add some relatable text

16:19to the screen.

16:20I've seen these types of videos do

16:22really well and it's a good test to

16:24see what we can generate before trying

16:26to get Sienna to talk to the camera.

16:28So I used another Claude skill

16:30which I'll also add to the cheat sheet

16:32in the description.

16:33It basically takes a really simple

16:35idea and generates a prompt for

16:37getting the best video outputs.

16:39Feel free to try it for yourself.

16:40Anyway let's paste the detailed prompt

16:43in here.

16:44Now as you can see it's referenced

16:45imaged one which is the character

16:47sheet for Sienna that made earlier.

16:50So hopefully this means she's going to

16:51look consistent across all of our videos.

16:54Now let's press generate and see what

17:03this point because obviously she's not

17:05talking but as I said we can add some

17:08relatable text here on the screen

17:10and this is a nice way to test

17:12that this actually works.

17:13So I'm going to make a few more b-roll

17:15shots and then we can make some videos

17:17where we actually hear Sienna talk for

17:20the first time as these are hopefully

17:22what's going to drive views on social

17:23media and also make us some money.

17:32I've made a lot of these videos now

17:35and I have to say some of them are

17:37pretty impressive.

17:38Let me give you a sneak peek at some

17:40of my favorites.

17:41There's a quote I live by early to bed

17:44and early to rise makes a man healthy

17:47wealthy and wise.

17:49That's quite realistic even the coffee

17:50steam in there.

17:51Number one longevity food in the world beans.

17:56It's the cornerstone of every

17:58long-lived culture out there.

17:59I don't know if The wife will agree

18:00that beans are the best thing to have,

18:02to be perfectly honest.

18:03I mean, I personally can't turn water

18:06into wine, but I can turn you into mine.

18:09If I showed this to anyone else

18:10that didn't know that was AI,

18:12they'd think that was someone for sure.

18:14She's your friend, but whenever she

18:16gets a boyfriend, she stops making plans.

18:18Stops messaging you,

18:19stops calling.

18:22Babe, she was using you.

18:24Well, again, that's going to be very

18:25relatable.

18:26Excuse me, ma'am, how did you get rich?

18:31Buy the ugliest property on the nicest

18:33street, fix it up properly,

19:26We're just going to focus on Instagram

19:28for now because we're on a time limit.

19:30But if these do well,

19:32we could also post them on TikTok

19:34or YouTube shorts later.

19:35I'm going to type Amos and

19:39then I'm going to put health

19:41and wellness.

19:43And then for the username,

19:45I assume just Amos is taken.

21:37Well, this is fairly unexpected.

21:40I wasn't actually planning on filming

21:42anything until we crowned the winner.

21:43But I've been watching the accounts

21:46closely and I can't believe some of

21:48the comments we've been getting.

21:49Someone here is bashing Sienna for

21:51wearing a sheen dress and drinking a

21:53$3 USD Frappuccino.

21:55But don't worry, I've got some support

21:58from another fellow woman.

21:59And she's saying Sienna's right to

22:02pick whoever she wants and whatever

22:04she wants in a man because she's in

22:05such high demand.

22:07And then the hater came back for more.

22:10I just think it's fascinating

22:11that they're so busy arguing with each

22:13other that neither has clocked

22:15that she isn't actually a real person.

22:17We've also got people asking where she

22:19got her clothes from.

22:20So I guess that just goes to show how

22:23realistic our influencers look.

22:25Right, I'm going to get out of these

22:26comments because it's all getting a

22:28little bit too much for me.

22:29And I'll check back in once the

22:30accounts have gained some more

22:31traction and crowned the winner.

22:35Right, since we last spoke,

22:37I've genuinely tried my hardest not to

22:39look at these accounts.

22:40So it's finally time to see

22:42which influencer we're going to use to

22:44start making some money.

22:45Coming in third is Vivian.

22:48Now, I'll have to be honest with you.

22:49That one does sting a bit

22:51because I told you I was rooting for her.

22:53But surprisingly, she just didn't do

22:55anywhere near as well as expected.

22:57On a positive note,

22:59this is exactly why I wanted to launch

23:00three accounts at the same time.

23:02Because you can't rely on just one

23:04account to find success.

23:05Coming in second is Sienna,

23:08which obviously means Amos came first.

23:10But look at the gap.

23:12Sienna's numbers are genuinely really

23:14impressive for a brand new account.

23:16And if this was a longer challenge,

23:17I'll probably continue to post on both

23:19accounts.

23:20But I don't have enough time for that.

23:21So let's crown Amos our winner.

23:24And move on to the next step,

23:26which is to start making money.

23:30Right, so now we've got a clear winner.

23:32It's time to decide how Amos is

23:34actually going to make us some money.

23:36Fortunately, at the start of this

23:38challenge, we wrote down all the

23:39different ways other people were

23:41making money from AI influencers.

23:43So let's look at our options.

23:45Brand deals could work.

23:46But we'd have to spend time reaching

23:47out to different companies,

23:49waiting for replies,

23:50and then negotiating deals.

23:51So for this challenge,

23:52it's definitely out of the question.

23:56Selling physical products could be

23:57interesting.

23:58But setting up a store is a hard one.

24:00whole project in itself.

24:01But of course if you want to see me do

24:03that with a Shopify store

24:05and then use AI influencers to make

24:07sales then let me know in the comments.

24:09Ad revenue.

24:10You can't currently get paid ad

24:12revenue for making reels on Instagram

24:14so that isn't an option right now.

24:16Affiliate income is probably one of

24:18the easiest and quickest ways to make

24:20money from an AI influencer.

24:21You can sign up to TikTok shop,

24:24promote relevant products

24:25and get paid a slice of everything you sell.

24:27However, because we aren't currently

24:29posting on TikTok,

24:30which in hindsight was probably a

24:33mistake, we'll have to cross

24:34that one off too.

24:35So I guess that just leaves digital

24:37products which actually is perfect for

24:40educational influencers like Amos

24:42and we can generate everything without

24:44leaving Claude.

24:46So the big question,

24:48what digital products should we

24:49actually make?

24:50Now a few years everyone was selling

24:53ebooks but these days people can just

24:55google or ask chatgpt for the same

24:57basic information for free

24:59so that's not going to work for us.

25:01If we want people to actually buy our

25:03digital product it has to be structured,

25:06interactive and hold their hand

25:07through some sort of transformation.

25:09So I'm thinking we should create a

25:11proper workbook that people can use

25:13and fill out every day rather than

25:15just a pdf full of generic paragraphs.

25:18And Amos is honestly perfect for this

25:20because he's all about living a simple

25:22effective life so I reckon we can

25:24build him a workbook like a proper

25:27challenge that helps someone build

25:28healthy habits over time.

25:31So let's go back over to Claude

25:44digital product for Amos.

29:08challenge and we actually made some

29:11sales but we've made a massive

29:14mistake, you see since doubling down

29:16on Amos, Vivian's account has actually

29:19exploded, she's got over 10,000 views

29:22on this video, 20,000 on this video

29:24and this video here has actually gone

29:27viral with over 250,000 views,

29:30you know what I should have trusted my

29:33gut and gone with Grandma Viv,

29:34I mean imagine what we could have done

29:37with all these I guess that's just one

29:39of the things with these seven day

29:41challenges, it's a great way to test

29:43the side hustle but sometimes you just

29:46need a little bit more time to see the

29:48full picture develop and if we look at

29:50all our influencers they've all been

29:53gaining a lot of traction even though

29:55I made it very clear that they're not

29:57real people, there's not a single

29:59comment complaining about the use of

30:01AI which to be honest does surprise me

30:04because I do still have some

30:05reservations about AI slog.

30:07As I'm about to show you AI

30:08influencers are clearly a good way to

30:10make money and they're pretty simple

30:12to set up but I definitely don't want

30:15everyone to jump on this

30:16because I think one of the coolest

30:18things about social media is

30:20connecting with actual people from all

30:22walks of life and if everything is

30:24just AI generated then it sort of kind

30:26of sucks the soul out of the me being

30:30an old fart you can make your own mind up.

30:33But enough of that let's crunch the

30:35numbers and see if we actually made

30:36any money.

30:37Well as you can see we sold the

30:39workbook for $12 USD and made 23 sales

30:42which brings our total revenue to

30:44$276 USD but of course that isn't all

30:49profit because we did have some costs.

30:51First we used Claude but

30:52that was a free subscription.

30:54I did have to wait a bit for the

30:56credits to refresh which was a bit

30:58annoying but at least it didn't cost

31:00me anything.

31:00I used Instagram edits for adding

31:02captions to the videos which was

31:04completely free too.

31:05We used Standstore to host the product

31:07and that was a 14-day free trial

31:09so that also cost $0 USD.

31:12As we got paid through PayPal they do

31:14take some fees which came to

31:16$19.52 USD.

31:18Remember this isn't part of the

31:20startup budget as it just came off our sales.

31:22We of course used Higgsfield to create

31:24all the photos and video generations.

31:27Now I couldn't have done

31:28that without them to be honest it was

31:30so simple.

31:31I also used the Tilbury discount code

31:33to get some money off our subscription

31:35but I know that's only limited to

31:375,000 people and it was kind of

31:39cheating so to keep it fair I'm going

31:42to count the full cost which would

31:44normally be $99 USD for that plan.

31:46So that's our whole $99 USD startup

31:48budget spent and including the PayPal

31:51fees our total cost came to

31:52$118.52 USD so that leaves us with a

31:57profit of $157.48 USD.

32:00Now I know $157 USD might not sound

32:03life-changing but let's put it into

32:05perspective.

32:06This was all done with minimal effort

32:08using AI tools and a budget of just

32:11$99 USD to set everything up.

32:13Imagine what we could achieve

32:14if we expanded our strategy.

32:16At the moment we've already generated

32:19a ton of videos for Instagram

32:20but we could simply post the same

32:23stuff across other platforms such as

32:25TikTok and YouTube and instantly get

32:27more views, attention and money

32:29without really lifting a finger

32:31and that's just the start.

32:32Remember all of those monetization

32:34strategies we talked about at the

32:36start of the video we only tried one

32:38with one influencer.

32:39Imagine what we could do if we

32:41actually gave all of them a try across

32:43all of our influencers but guys a deal

32:46is a deal.

32:47I did give myself the seven day time
