Intro
0:00What's the laziest way for beginners
0:02to make money online using AI?
0:04That is one of the most common questions I get asked.
0:07And honestly, who doesn't want to make good money
0:10with minimal effort or while having the freedom
0:12to work from anywhere in the world?
0:14I've made a video like this before,
0:16but since then, AI has changed everything
0:19because it can now do 90% of the work for you.
0:22So as a millionaire businessman, I'm going
0:25to use my knowledge to finally answer this question.
AI Method One
0:27Method one, AI clipping.
0:29This is all about getting paid to chop up other people's
0:34long-form videos into short clips, and you can use AI
0:37to do all of the work for you.
0:39You see, big creators have hours of podcasts,
0:42YouTube videos, and live streams just sitting there,
0:45and they know that short clips,
0:47like the ones you might see on TikTok
0:49or Instagram, are the easiest way to reach new fans.
0:52But you probably didn't realize
0:54that these creators will happily pay you to post them.
0:57It works because the extra exposure
0:59that creators gain from these clips earns them far more
1:02money than they pay out.
1:04Attention is the most valuable currency on the internet,
1:07and right now they're buying it from people like you.
1:10So here's exactly how you'd start.
1:12Step one, find a creator who'll pay you to clip up
1:15and post their content.
1:17The best way to do this is
1:18by using a marketplace like this called Content Rewards.
1:22Not sponsored by the way,
1:24but I do know the guy that runs it.
1:26You can browse through all of these different campaigns
1:28to find one that suits your interests
1:30and has viral potential.
1:32For example, here's a campaign that will pay you
1:35to click Lionel Messy playing football
1:37and post it on TikTok.
1:39As you can see, they'll pay you $1 for every thousand views.
1:43So if your clip gets 100,000 views, you get paid $100
1:47and you can post multiple times a day on
1:50multiple different accounts.
1:52You can download the footage here and then start clipping.
1:55Step two is to drop the creator's long-form videos into an
1:58AI clipping tool.
2:00I'm using this free one called Opus Clips,
2:02but there's loads of options out there.
2:04It finds the best moments, cuts the clip,
2:07and even adds captions.
2:09Step three, post daily to TikTok shorts and reels
2:12and submit your links on the marketplace
2:15and get paid based on your views.
2:17And step four, double down on whatever style
2:19of clip is working and take on more campaigns.
2:22But the real question is, how lazy is clipping?
2:26For learning curve, I'm going to say three days.
2:30There's honestly not much to learn.
2:32The AI does the editing, the platforms track the views,
2:35and the campaigns tell you exactly what they want.
2:38AI handles pretty much all the process.
2:41So I'm going to put AI does at 90%.
2:45The AI finds the moments, makes the cuts,
2:48writes the captions and formats everything
2:50for each platform.
2:51Your 10% of the work is spent choosing campaigns, posting,
2:55and paying attention to what works.
2:57Startup capital is only around $15 a month
3:01for a decent AI editing platform.
3:03And the tool stack, which is
3:05how many tools you actually need to learn, is just two.
3:08Whop to find the campaigns
3:10and a tool like Opus Clips, Crayo,
3:13or Catcut to make the clips.
3:14Finally, for competition,
3:16I'm afraid the truth hurts on this one.
3:19It is very high.
3:22When something is this easy to start, everyone jumps in.
3:26That's just how money works.
3:27Low barriers attract big crowds.
3:29The good news is that most people give up within a week
3:32or two, so consistency alone puts you ahead
3:35of 99% of clippers.
3:36But keep an eye on this column as you go through the video
3:39because I've ordered these seven methods from the most
3:41competitive to the least, which means the further we go,
3:45the less competition you'll have to deal with
3:47and the bigger the opportunities become.
AI Method Two
3:49Method two, AI ghost writing.
3:52This involves using AI tools to write social media posts,
3:55newsletters, and advertising for businesses,
3:58creators, or entrepreneurs.
4:00They know they should be posting on LinkedIn,
4:02sending out newsletters and putting out content
4:04because that's where their next customers are.
4:07But they have zero time to write any of it,
4:09so they pay a ghost writer to do it for them.
4:12Now, you might be wondering,
4:14why wouldn't they just use ChatGPT
4:16and get the job done themselves?
4:18Well, because there's a bit more
4:19to it than typing in a prompt.
4:21So if I were you, this is exactly how I'd start.
4:25Step one is all about positioning.
4:28You need to pick your lane.
4:29That could be social media posts, newsletters, website text,
4:32or writing Facebook ads.
4:34Then pick one niche to focus on like finance, fitness,
4:38tech startups, or real estate.
4:40If you specialize in one sector, your clients will see you
4:43as a specialist and you'll be able to charge more,
4:46especially if you actually understand a niche.
4:48Step two is to set up a dedicated AI
4:51workspace for your client.
4:52Now, this is where the magic really starts to happen.
4:56First of all, you need to sign into Claude
4:58and click projects and then new project.
5:02I'll give it a name so I can find it later.
5:05Something like Elon Musk's newsletter.
5:08Then comes the important part.
5:10Click here to add files
5:11and drop in everything you've gathered on your client.
5:14This could be old social media posts, past newsletters,
5:18podcast appearances, interviews,
5:20and anything else you can find.
5:22And then click set project instructions.
5:26This is where you tell it exactly what you want.
5:31As you can see, I've been as detailed as possible here
5:34to make sure that it sounds exactly like the client
5:37and not some generic robot.
5:39Step three is to use a research tool like Perplexity
5:42to pull what's happening in their industry each week.
5:45So everything you write is interesting and fresh.
5:48You can ask it something like,
5:50"What are the biggest stories in electric vehicles this
5:54week?" And in seconds, you've got the latest stories
5:57with links to check them.
5:59Step four, use your research
6:01to prompt Claude to write for you.
6:03Then go through the research
6:05and give it a bit of a human touch.
6:07So how lazy is this?
6:09For learning curve, I'm going to say one to two weeks.
6:14If you can read and can tell good writing from boring
6:17writing, then you can learn this quickly.
6:19The AI handles the research and writing process.
6:22So what you're really learning is judgment,
6:25and you can pick that up by studying what performs.
6:27For AI does, I'd say 75%.
6:32AI does the research and the writing,
6:35but that missing 25% is about taste.
6:38You need to get good at choosing the best angles,
6:41editing out the typical AI speech,
6:43and knowing what your client would actually say.
6:45Startup capital is around 20 to $40
6:49a month in AI subscriptions.
6:52And the tool stack is three.
6:55Perplexity for research, clawed for the writing,
6:58and maybe some sort of scheduling tool like Typefully
7:01for social media posts or kit for email newsletters.
7:04And finally, for competition, I'd say this is high.
7:08This is because of how easy AI has made it
7:11for ordinary people to become ghost writers even without any
7:14previous writing skills.
7:16But to be fair, most people don't spend enough time learning
7:19what performs best and how to properly use the AI tools
7:22to their full potential.
7:24If you can master that missing 25%, you'll be able
7:27to stand out from the competition
7:29and charge much higher prices.
AI Method Three
7:30Method three, AI websites.
7:33This involves building websites for businesses using AI
7:37with no coding required.
7:39The real money is in creating a specific type
7:41of website called a landing page.
7:43This is a one-page website designed to sell one thing.
7:47They're typically used by course creators, coaches,
7:50agencies, or software companies.
7:53These businesses create content and run ads
7:55and then push their audience to the landing page.
7:58And the better the pages are converting people into
8:00customers, the more money they can make.
8:03Step one is to pick an AI page builder
8:06and learn it by building a sample page
8:08for an imaginary offer so that you've got proof of
8:11what you can actually do.
8:12If you're a beginner, something like Wix
8:14or Hostinger is about as easy as it gets.
8:17And honestly, the best way to learn is just to have a go.
8:20So I'll type in something like a landing page
8:25for a personal trainer selling
8:31an online coaching program,
8:36clean and modern
8:39with a bold call to action.
8:45And look at that. It's built me a complete landing page.
8:48It's written a headline, laid out the sections,
8:52added images, and given me a great starting point.
8:55I can even click here to see it on a mobile.
8:59Honestly, I'm actually shocked at
9:02how good this actually looks from just one prompt.
9:06Once you've learned how to use an AI website builder,
9:08it's time for step two.
9:10Find businesses who have something to sell
9:12and would benefit from a high converting landing page.
9:15If you want to learn exactly how
9:17to find qualified businesses
9:18and get these businesses to pay you for any service,
9:21including this one, I'm actually running a free live online
9:25training very soon.
9:26I'll be breaking down how
9:28to start a one-person business using AI
9:31and it's completely free.
9:33So if that sounds interesting to you,
9:34click the link in the description to secure your spot.
9:37And finally, step three, charge clients per page to start,
9:41then offer to keep optimizing it for a monthly fee.
9:44But how lazy is it? Let's have a look.
9:47For learning curve, I'm going to say two to four weeks.
9:52These AI website builders have become ridiculously good.
9:56Most of your learning time is spent understanding
9:58what makes a page convert, which comes down to headlines,
10:01proof, and one clear call to action.
10:04For AI does, I'm giving this one 80%.
10:08You've seen it for yourself. AI handles all the design work.
10:12Some tools even have a feature
10:14that will test different versions of the page
10:16after launch to see which one converts best.
10:18So the AI builds the page, writes the copy,
10:21and then optimize it while you sleep.
10:24Your remaining 20% is spent finding
10:27and communicating with clients.
10:28Startup capital is around $30 a month,
10:33depending on which website builder you choose.
10:35But many offer free trials so you can practice
10:38before spending a penny.
10:39And the tool stack is one, a good website builder.
10:43And finally, for competition, I'd say it's a medium.
10:48Lots of people offer to build websites,
10:50but almost nobody builds a page that looks great
10:52and actually sells.
10:54So if you can focus on generating landing pages
10:57that make your clients money, you'll be able
10:59to stand out from the crowd and start getting paid.
AI Method Four
11:02Method four, AI-built Shopify store.
11:06This is the ultimate shortcut into e-commerce.
11:09A Shopify store where AI picks the products,
11:12builds the shop, writes the listings,
11:14and ships every order without you touching a thing.
11:18I actually tested this out before,
11:19and I have to say, I was very impressed with
11:22how lazy it actually was
11:25and how easy it was to start seeing results.
11:28Step one, head over
11:29to this free AI tool called Build Your Store.
11:33I'll leave a link in the description, so feel free
11:35to follow along while I go through this.
11:37First, I'm going to click Start Your Free Store.
11:41Now, the tool guides you through each step, beginning
11:43with a prompt for basic details like your name and email.
11:47You'll then be asked to choose a niche
11:48with popular options like fashion, electronics, and pets.
11:52I'm of course going to pick fashion as I'm a bit
11:54of a fashionister.
11:55Onto step two. You'll be prompted to follow a series
11:59of steps that guide you through the entire setup.
12:01So let me speed run through this now.
12:09If you'd like to watch me go through the entire process,
12:12I made a whole video on it, so feel free
12:15to watch that after this.
12:16You should end up with a Shopify store
12:18that looks a bit like this.
12:19I think that's pretty cool.
12:21Now for step three, you're going
12:22to need some products to sell.
12:24The easiest way to do this is to connect AutoDS.
12:28This is an essential e-commerce tool that uses AI
12:31to fill the store with winning products.
12:33Keeps the prices and images updated
12:35and ships your items straight to your customers.
12:38You can actually connect this with Claw two,
12:40which is super helpful.
12:43And your finished door will end up looking a little
12:45bit like this.
12:47And the great thing is, this is pretty passive.
12:50You don't have to keep track of any inventory.
12:52You never package a single order
12:54and you can run the whole thing from your laptop anywhere in
12:57the world now for the scores.
13:00The learning curve, practically zero.
13:04Build your store walks you through every single step.
13:07If you can fill in an online form, you can do this.
13:10You don't need any technical knowledge or design skills.
13:12AI does 95%.
13:16As you've seen, the AI handles pretty much everything.
13:19Your 5% is just choosing a niche
13:22and sending people to your store.
13:24For startup capital, well,
13:26Build Your Store is completely free.
13:28Shopify has a three-day free trial.
13:30An AutoDS will only cost 99 cents to get started.
13:34So the total here is just 99 cents.
13:38For the tool stack, technically there are three different
13:41tools, so we're right in here, three.
13:44But remember, if you go to Build Your Store
13:46with a link in the description, it will walk you
13:48through exactly how to set everything up across
13:51all the different tools.
13:52And finally, for competition, I'd say this is a medium.
13:56As you've probably seen, there's a lot
13:58of people promoting rubbish products on social media.
14:01So the competition is technically medium.
14:04However, if you actually take the time to use AI tools
14:07to their full potential,
14:09you can easily wipe the floor with the competition.
14:11As I was planning on covering this method anyway,
14:14I reached out to AutoDS
14:15to see if they'd sponsor this portion
14:17of the video, and they agreed.
14:19So make sure to check them out
14:21because I genuinely believe
14:22that they're the best AI e-comm tool out there.
AI Method Five
14:25Method five, AI agents.
14:27This is all about setting up AI agents for businesses.
14:31This is one of the hottest side hustles right now.
14:33AI agents are like little digital employees
14:36that handle a specific job for a business automatically.
14:40The simplest one to set up is probably an AI receptionist,
14:44which answers their calls, books appointments,
14:46and chases up leads 24 hours a day.
14:49This is so valuable
14:51because small businesses typically miss over 50%
14:54of incoming calls every day.
14:56Just think how many sales are
14:57slipping through their fingers.
14:59So why don't they just set up one
15:00of these AI agents themselves?
15:02Well, most small business owners are incredibly
15:05behind with AI.
15:07They don't even know these tools exist.
15:09Nevermind actually using them properly.
15:11If you're prepared to learn the process,
15:12you become extremely valuable.
15:14Let me walk you through it.
15:16Step one, pick one type of local business like a dentist,
15:20salons, or plumbers.
15:22Step two, use an AI tool to set up a demo AI receptionist
15:26with its own phone number that people can actually ring.
15:29I found this one called Dial Zara,
15:32so let's give it a go together.
15:33I'm going to quickly create an account.
15:36Then it asks you to describe what the business does so
15:39that the AI receptionist can respond appropriately.
15:43I'm going to write, I sell personal fitness
15:47plans online, coaching to entrepreneurs
15:52and business owners.
15:55Then click build my receptionist.
15:58But for now, let's close that
16:00and do a test call to see if it
16:02Works.
16:03Thanks for calling Tilbury Fitness.
16:04You've reached the receptionist. How can I help you today?
16:08Well, I'd like to know a little bit
16:10more about your program.
16:11So I've got quite a regime for fitness.
16:13Got it. What's your main fitness
16:15Goal right now?
16:16Really to get that six-pack up to a up to an eight.
16:19I hear you want to trim down your midsection.
16:22Since this line doesn't provide specific tips, I
16:25can take your details and, and a summary.
16:27Then a coach can reach out with tailored advice.
16:30What's, what's the best phone number
16:32and email to contact you?
16:35Okay. Well, you've got my email
16:36and phone number, so if you can contact me back on that,
16:39that'd be absolutely super.
16:40Just use the number I've contacted you now.
16:42Got it. And could you please share your name so I can pass
16:45that along with your contact number?
16:47It's Mark, the body, Tilbury.
16:50Thanks, Mark. So you want help trimming your midsection
16:53to get that six-pack look?
16:55Is there a best time for a coach to call you back?
16:58No, you can call me anytime. Thank you.
17:03Even though he left me hanging at the end,
17:05that was actually pretty impressive.
17:07I'm definitely going to look into adding one
17:09of these to my businesses.
17:10That is for sure. Step three is
17:12to walk into local businesses or contact them online
17:15and let the owner hear the AI answer live.
17:18Once I hear what it's capable of, just like you have,
17:21it basically sells itself.
17:23Step four, charge a monthly fee to keep it running.
17:26Upsell other AI agents like chatbots,
17:29and then repeat the process with more businesses.
17:32So how lazy is this AI agent method?
17:35For learning curve, I'm going to say one to two months.
17:40Not because the tools are hard, but
17:42because landing those first couple
17:44of clients takes persistence.
17:46Once you've got your demo and your first case study,
17:48it gets dramatically easier.
17:50For AI does, I'd say 85%.
17:55The agent answers every call, books the appointments,
17:58and captures every lead every day without
18:01ever having a sick day.
18:03And the remaining 15% is the setup
18:06and the relationship with the business owner.
18:08Startup capital is about $50
18:13per month, depending on which tool you use
18:16and how much usage you need.
18:17And the tool stack is just one to begin with
18:21because you can add more tools when you're ready
18:23to offer a wider variety of agents.
18:26And finally, for competition, I'd say this is low.
18:31For the first time, this isn't going to feel crowded.
18:34This is because most people either don't know about AI
18:37agents yet or aren't prepared to spend one
18:40to two months learning the skills required.
18:42This leaves a massive opportunity for those
18:44who dedicate themselves to doing this
18:46before everyone else starts to catch on.
18:48But keep watching because the opportunities continue to grow
18:52with the next two methods.
AI Method Six
18:53Method six, AI avatars.
18:56This is all about creating a virtual AI person
18:59that looks completely real, but doesn't actually exist.
19:03In fact, I bet you've watched AI avatars online already
19:06without even realizing they weren't real people.
19:09Take this, for example, is an avatar that someone is using
19:12to sell their physical products,
19:14like the ones you can sell on Shopify.
19:16But this person is not real. It's completely made with AI.
19:21And if I scroll through the comments, you can see
19:23that no one's actually realized.
19:25That just shows you how powerful AI avatars
19:28are already becoming.
19:29You can use them to sell your own products like this
19:32or create AI influencers in a specific niche
19:35and get paid in sponsorship deals
19:37and affiliate income when you promote other brands.
19:40And the reason this is so exciting is
19:42that it removes every annoying part of being an influencer.
19:46Your avatar never has to film itself,
19:48never has a bad hair day, and never ages.
19:51That'd be nice. To start creating an avatar, I'm going
19:54to head over to Hicksfield
19:55and open up the AI influencer studio here.
19:59Now I get to design my person.
20:01And the great thing is, there's no complicated prompting.
20:04It's all just sliders and dropdowns.
20:07It's sort of like designing a character in a video game.
20:10Now, starting with character type, I'm going to select human
20:13because obviously we want our avatar
20:15to look realistic like the examples I
20:17showed you a second ago.
20:18Then we can select the gender, ethnicity, skin color,
20:23eye color, even skin conditions.
20:26There are really so many ways to personalize this avatar.
20:28So I'll just select a few of these.
20:31Okay, so I finish my selection
20:34so I can press generate influencer,
20:37and the AI will generate our very own avatar.
20:41And look at that. Honestly, that's brilliant.
20:44I could sit here for ages tweaking it,
20:46but I'll go for this now as a,
20:48he actually looks scarily like a real person.
20:51Now there are a few more steps involved if I want
20:53to bring this character to life
20:55and start creating viral content that generates money.
20:58So if you want me to do a full video on this
21:00and test this side hustle
21:01and document the whole process, comment what type
21:05of business you'd like me to try
21:06to promote with this avatar?
21:08So how does it score?
21:10For learning curve, I'm going to say two to three months.
21:15Building the initial avatar only takes a few minutes
21:18as you've seen, but creating a consistent looking face,
21:21turning your avatar images into engaging videos,
21:24giving them a personality, making them speak,
21:27and building an audience online will take a lot longer.
21:30For AI does, I'm giving this one
21:3370%.
21:36The AI generates the person, the photos, and the videos,
21:40but perfecting the content strategy is an important step
21:43that will require more knowledge, organization, and effort.
21:46What about startup capital?
21:49At the time I'm making this video, it's around $19 a month.
21:54But it varies depending on
21:55how many videos you want to create.
21:57And the tool stack is just one.
22:01Although if you wanted
22:02to use a script writing tool like Claude
22:04or a content scheduler,
22:06then you could invest in those tools too.
22:08Finally, for competition, I'd say this is low.
22:13This is a very new industry.
22:15And as you saw in the comments of that example video,
22:17most people aren't even aware
22:19that these AI avatars even exist.
22:21This means low competition
22:23and huge opportunities for those
22:25that master all of the steps.
22:27Method seven, AI app building.
AI Method Seven
22:30This is all about building real apps
22:32and software without writing a single line
22:35of code and then selling them.
22:37Custom software used to cost businesses tens of thousands
22:40to produce, but now you simply describe the app you want
22:43to create and the AI writes the code while you watch it
22:46appear on screen.
22:47There are two ways to get paid here.
22:50You can build apps for businesses and charge per project,
22:53or you can launch your own app
22:54and charge a small monthly subscription.
22:56The first one is the easier place to start
22:59because you don't have to handle any marketing or sales.
23:02You get paid once to make it.
23:04And then again, every single month to look after it.
23:07To get started, pick an AI app builder like Lovable
23:10or Emergent and learn it by recreating something simple
23:14that already exists like a calculator, a booking form,
23:18or a quote generator.
23:19Let's see if we can create something simple together
23:22to test the concept.
23:23So I'm going to go over to Emergent
23:25and type in my initial prompt.
23:28Create an app that helps people
23:33track their investments in one place,
23:37a portfolio tracker.
23:40It's then going to ask me a few questions.
23:43And once I've answered those,
23:44I'll check back in a few minutes.
23:48Okay, so it looks like our app is about ready,
23:51so let's take a look.
23:53Now that is genuinely quite impressive to see,
23:57and it only took a few minutes.
23:59Now, obviously there's clearly lots of room for improvement.
24:03It's definitely not ready to put out into the public
24:05and no one's going to pay for this.
24:07So I'd have to spend some more time prompting
24:10and testing to get things right.
24:12For learning curve, I'm going to say two
24:16to three months.
24:17Things will break and you'll fix them
24:19by telling the AI what's wrong.
24:22That back and forth is the learning curve.
24:24It's not hard like learning code.
24:27It's hard like learning to drive.
24:29A bit awkward for the first month,
24:31but eventually you get used to it.
24:33For AI does, I'd say 80%.
24:37The AI writes every line of code, designs a screen,
24:40and fixes the bugs you point out.
24:42Your 20% is deciding what to build,
24:45testing it like a customer would, and selling it.
24:48Startup capital is around 25 to $50
24:53a month for the AI tool, depending on which one you use.
24:56And the tool stack is just one, an AI app builder.
25:01And finally, for competition, it's very low
25:05because most people assume it's too complicated
25:07and won't bother spending the time it
25:09takes to learn the ropes.
25:10If you want to know what to upgrade when you start making
25:13money, then I'm going to leave that video right up there.
25:15But don't click on it just yet.
25:17Make sure to subscribe if you want to grow your wealth.
25:20Okay? I'll see you over there.
