0:00The Labour government have just found
0:02themselves embroiled in another legal
0:05crisis. As it turns out, their order
0:07that white British people are not
0:09allowed to wear face coverings during
0:11protesting is illegal and they're being
0:15sued for it, too. They are collapsing
0:17right in front of our eyes as mass
0:19protests spring up all over the country
0:22opposing the establishment, opposing the
0:24government, opposing mass migration and
0:26the lie the diversity and
0:28multiculturalism is our strength. And
0:30now they're trying to abuse the law,
0:33even breaking the law themselves to stop
0:36us from making our democratic will be
0:38known. Now, if you want the news the
0:40legacy media won't show you, like and
0:42comment under this video for the
0:43algorithm and subscribe to the channel
0:46as well. And let's have a listen to the
0:48legal problems the government have just
0:50started facing as a result of their
0:53illegal criminal clampdown on British
0:56protesters.
0:57>> Let's return to that discussion about
0:59face covering. Shabban Mimmude, the home
1:01secretary, has told police chiefs to
1:03make full use of their powers, including
1:05to ban face coverings. Now, she summoned
1:08police chiefs yesterday to the home
1:10office for a meeting to have a
1:13discussion about whether they were
1:14learning the lessons from the last few
1:16days of protests and that of course uh
1:18included the protests in Dova and
1:21Portsmouth. Uh yesterday, far-right
1:23protesters also gathered outside the
1:25Daily Mails offices in West London.
1:28Well, let's now speak with Graeme Weton,
1:30who is a policing commentator, and
1:32Graeme is also a former police officer.
1:34Graeme, thanks very much for joining us.
1:36Good afternoon.
1:39>> Oh, can we hear Graeme? I can you hear
1:42me, Graeme?
1:42>> Brilliant. Times Radio.
1:44>> Oh, yes, we have you. We have you.
1:45Excellent. So, Graeme, what do you think
1:47about what
1:48>> a quick point here, how embarrassing is
1:50it for one of the biggest media
1:52establishments in the entire world to be
1:54incapable of making sure that their
1:55guest isn't muted before they start
1:57making a video? I sometimes make that
1:59mistake, but I'm a one-man band making
2:02an hour and a half's worth of content
2:04every single day on my own. This is a
2:06billion pound company which can't even
2:09get little things like this right
2:11because it's filled with incompetent
2:13establishment stooges who have been
2:15elevated to positions of authority they
2:17would have never made it to if it were a
2:19true meritocracy.
2:20>> Shabbana Mimmude is kind of also what is
2:24she asking police chiefs do? Is she
2:26saying you guys have to to ban this or
2:30or is she saying that the government has
2:31to ban this?
2:33>> I'm not too sure. Police can't ban them.
2:35There's two pieces of legislation the
2:37police can use. One's been in existence
2:39for a number of years, section 60A,
2:41which gives a uniform police officer
2:43power to request someone to remove a
2:46mask or face covering. And that's only
2:48if there's been like serious offenses
2:49either taking place or likely to take
2:52place. and the senior officer has put
2:54that authoriz authorization in place for
2:56a certain period of time. There's now a
2:58new piece of legislation, the Crime and
3:00Policing Act of 2026 that gives us again
3:04a senior officer the power to make a
3:06protest area a mask free zone. But
3:09again, that's on the basis that there is
3:12likely to be uh offenses committed. So
3:14there's always caveats to police having
3:16the power to remove uh face masks. What
3:19parliament hasn't done and pre previous
3:22home secretaries in this one haven't
3:23done is actually make mask wearing an
3:25offense in its own right. So you have to
3:27wait for something first before it
3:29triggers the the power for police to to
3:31remove a mask.
3:32>> So
3:32>> So what that means is it's actually
3:34perfectly legal for you to wear a mask
3:37to a protest. It's even legal for a
3:39police officer to ask you to remove a
3:41mask. And I think as long as you've not
3:43committed a crime by what it sounds like
3:44there, it's then legal for you to tell
3:46them no. Which creates a massive problem
3:49for the atrocious two-tier police in
3:51this country because they've been caught
3:53on camera over recent days arresting
3:55white British protesters for purely
3:58wearing masks even when they haven't
4:00committed any offenses. Meaning the
4:02police [snorts]
4:03are literally breaking the law right now
4:05in attacking and penalizing and
4:07targeting punitively British protesters,
4:10exercising their democratic right to
4:13show that they're unhappy with what the
4:14government is doing without breaking any
4:16laws whatsoever. And the government are
4:18ordering the police to break this law as
4:20well, which itself has to be a criminal
4:22offense. It it begs the question when we
4:25win power surely surely we will be able
4:27to put into prison tens of thousands of
4:30police chiefs and politicians like
4:32Shabbana Mammud who are abusing the law
4:34and ordering people to break the law in
4:37front of our eyes.
4:38>> So if someone is wearing a mask at a
4:40protest but no offense has been
4:42committed, the police don't have the
4:44power to ask them to remove that mask.
4:46Is that right? Now that Burnham is PM,
4:49he's already on the lookout for new tax
4:51raids to fund his insane socialist
4:53goals. And we are almost certainly going
4:54to see inflation run rampant, which is
4:56exactly why I've been personally
4:57investing into gold ever since I started
4:59on YouTube 5 years ago, as it's the
5:01world's oldest protection against
5:03inflation and the cost of living crisis.
5:05No matter what Andy tries to do, he
5:07can't print more gold. And even more
5:08importantly, gold and silver currency is
5:10100% exempt from capital gains and
5:12income taxes, making precious metals
5:14more important than ever for protecting
5:15yourself from this nightmare. That's why
5:17I've partnered up with Gold Bullion
5:18Partners. They help you protect yourself
5:20with gold investments, coin storage, and
5:22most importantly, they can even help you
5:24invest in gold within your pension,
5:25making sure your retirement is safe from
5:27the next Labor tax rate. They're based
5:29right here in London, about 5 minutes
5:31away from where I live, and I can't
5:32recommend them strongly enough. With
5:34inflation running rampant and Labour
5:35dead set on bleeding us all dry, this is
5:37100% something you need to be paying
5:39attention to. And you can click the link
5:40down below in the description to get a
5:42free information pack. So click the link
5:44down below in the description now and
5:46make sure your future and retirement is
5:48protected.
5:50>> So if someone is wearing a mask at a
5:52protest but no offense has been
5:55committed, the police don't have the
5:56power to ask them to remove that mask.
5:58Is that right?
6:00>> Go back to last Saturday at DoA. They've
6:02turned up wearing masks all in black. Um
6:05no offenses. They just they well highway
6:07obstruction which is a minor offense.
6:09It's not serious offenses or serious
6:10disorder. So they turned up wearing
6:12masks, stood in a roadway, blocked the
6:14traffic, moved out the the way of the
6:16traffic on some occasions. They knew the
6:18legislation. They knew the powers. They
6:20had they had legal advice on tap for
6:22them. So they knew exactly how far they
6:24could go. They walked from A to B.
6:26Didn't commit any any serious offenses.
6:28So there wasn't the the requirement or
6:30the power, sorry, there wasn't the the
6:32information or the offenses taking place
6:34that would have given the police on
6:35Saturday the power to either ask for the
6:37mask to be removed or designate a
6:39mask-free protest zone. They didn't go
6:41that far. So that's why the police
6:43couldn't um require those masks to be
6:45removed last Saturday.
6:47>> Now that's very very impressive on
6:50behalf of the protesters here and uh
6:53Danny Tommo as well. Um, I had no idea
6:55that they were pre-prepared with
6:57legislation, with legal advice, knowing
6:59exactly what they could and couldn't do
7:00within the confines of the law to make
7:02sure that they didn't go too far.
7:04Brilliant, brilliant job on their behalf
7:06there, I have to say, to be that well
7:08prepared, knowing full well that the
7:10police will use all the laws available
7:12to try and clamp down on British
7:13protesters. So, we've had a few people
7:17um messaging saying, "Oh, it's you know,
7:21you know, people were wearing these face
7:23masks on Gaza marches and left-wing
7:28causes, uh if if you want, and
7:30presumably the police took the same
7:32approach there as well."
7:35>> Well, the problem here for the
7:37establishment, and that's exactly what
7:38the Times, this uh this uh radio show
7:41here is. They are the establishment.
7:43They're stooges. They're chattering
7:44classes. They're only in a position of
7:46authority because they've seized control
7:48away from the democratic process in this
7:50country. What they're trying to say is
7:52that oh okay, so actually it's the same
7:54thing that the police have been doing
7:55when they don't arrest those people who
7:57were on the road in Dova um with wearing
8:00masks when they don't arrest the
8:01Palestinian or the Islamist protesters
8:03or the uh just stop oil protest when
8:06they're wearing masks. And so it's not
8:07two-tier justice. The problem is, and
8:09what this woman is conveniently
8:11ignoring, is that we have video evidence
8:13of the police arresting white British
8:16protesters for wearing face coverings at
8:18recent protests. So, they have actually
8:20taken it further. They've started to
8:22break the law. And this is now once
8:23again evidence pure, unbridled,
8:26unignorable and indisputable of two-tier
8:29policing and two-tier justing in our
8:31country where if you are British, if you
8:33are white, you will be attacked targeted
8:36punitively by the police in every
8:38possible way. Whilst if you are a
8:40left-winger, if you're an Islamist, if
8:42you're a migrant, you're allowed to get
8:43away with almost everything.
8:45>> Absolutely balanced approach. I worked
8:47on numerous marches throughout my
8:48career. black block on the anarchist
8:50marches wore masks were dressed all in
8:52black. Uh the extreme leftwing Antifa
8:56have dressed all in black and wore masks
8:57as well. So I've placed numerous marches
8:59where where people had masks on and wore
9:01all black. Um last Saturday seems to
9:04have initiated some sort of response
9:05from the from the current government.
9:07Policing takes this on a balanced and
9:09proportionate approach. So we'll apply
9:11the law evenly and fairly or should
9:13apply the law evenly and fairly to all
9:15groups regardless of political
9:16persuasions. If they start committing
9:19offenses, disorder, serious disruption,
9:21then you can put the powers in place.
9:23That's the powers that parliament have
9:24of have put in place for police to use.
9:27They haven't given the police a power to
9:29ban face coverings per se as in full
9:31stop.
9:32>> And would you like the government to go?
9:35>> There we are. Now they're getting into
9:36the the the opinions of it. Oh, would
9:38you an establishment stoogge like the
9:39other establishment stooges to rig
9:42elections and democracy and protesting
9:44in favor of you, the establishment, so
9:46you never lose power and you can keep
9:47your great big house, your nice big
9:48pension and your authority and control
9:50over the entire country. What a
9:52surprise. He's obviously going to say
9:53yes. The really important thing here is
9:55that Shabban Mimmude has ordered police
9:57officers to ban face coverings at any
10:00right-wing or pro- British protest in
10:02the entire country, which is now
10:03categorically shown to be illegal, but
10:06she's done it anyway because she herself
10:08is a corrupt criminal. She's a
10:10politician who is not really betraying
10:12Britain because, well, she has no
10:14allegiance to Britain. Just for
10:16instance, I can't betray Pakistan
10:17because I have no allegiance to
10:19Pakistan. She cannot betray Britain
10:21because she's never cared about this
10:22country a day in her life. Now, if you
