0:00AI, this is it. This is how people are
0:03getting rich right now. I just need to
0:05find my angle, pick one thing, go all
0:08in. Well, or what about trading bots?
0:10People are making a fortune with trading
0:12bots. Or what about that faceless
0:13YouTube thing? It's fully automated. No.
0:16AI apps. You don't even need to code
0:18anymore. What about ghostwriting on
0:19Twitter? Or or newsletters or
0:21automations? Look, there is a new tool
0:23every single day. Another guy swearing
0:26that this is the one. And then you go,
0:28"You know what? This is too much
0:29information. Maybe I'll just think about
0:31it tomorrow." Sound familiar? Look, I
0:33know you've been here before. You've
0:34been scrolling for hours hunting for the
0:37perfect way to make money with AI. And
0:39look, I get it. I know how it goes. You
0:40find a video, this is the one, you get
0:42super excited, and then you save it, and
0:45then the next video says something
0:46different, so you [music] save that one,
0:47too. And then the next until you've got
0:49a list of 20 perfect ideas, and you've
0:52started exactly none of them. You know
0:55AI is the future. You know that's where
0:57the money is. That's not the problem.
0:58The problem is that there's too many
1:00options, and every single one that
1:03sounds as good as the last. So, instead
1:05of moving forward, you do the opposite.
1:07It buries you. You go looking for
1:09clarity, and you walk away more confused
1:10than when you started. And here's the
1:12part that nobody [music] talks about.
1:14While you are stuck there researching,
1:17weighing it all up, the months are going
1:19by. And the people who just picked one,
1:21they're already ahead. Not because they
1:22were smarter than you, but simply
1:24because they stopped scrolling, and they
1:26just started. Look, let me be very
1:28clear. It's actually not your fault.
1:30There's nothing wrong with you. You are
1:31not behind because you're lazy, and
1:33you're not stuck because you're slow.
1:35You are simply standing in front of a
1:37hundred doors with no idea which one to
1:40open. Anyone would get stuck in this
1:42cycle. And honestly, the fact that
1:44you're even here, the fact that you have
1:46seen what AI can do, and you want in,
1:49that's not nothing. That's step one, and
1:51most people, they never take it. They
1:53laugh it off. They scroll past. They'll
1:55be saying, "Well, I should have started
1:573 years from now." But, step one is
2:00where almost everyone gets stuck. So,
2:02today, we take step two. We take all of
2:05that chaos, and we organize it. Five
2:07proven ways to make money with AI. And
2:10at the end of the video, I'm going to
2:11use a very specific method to rank them
2:14one to five, and finally organize the
2:16chaos that's been keeping you stuck. And
2:19not only that, I have a gift for you.
2:21I'm going to be giving away a MacBook at
2:23the end of this video, because I
2:24remember what it was like when I first
2:26started my journey. And as sort of your
2:28older brother here on YouTube, I want
2:30you excited to work. And one of the best
2:32ways that we can do that is give you a
2:33brand new shiny computer, so that way
2:35you can get your new side hustle off the
2:37ground even quicker. So, all you have to
2:38do is watch the rest of the video, leave
2:40a like, and comment anything you found
2:42interesting or insightful from the
2:43video. And make sure you come back to
2:44next week's video, and I'll actually
2:46leave it as a pinned comment down in the
2:48description, and from there we'll have
2:49all the instructions for how you can
2:50actually claim it. So, I'm sure you're
2:52very excited to actually get into
2:53today's video. I've printed out a bunch
2:55of boards to help me visualize this for
2:57you. So, let's hop on over to that, and
2:59let's unpack these five proven ways.
3:02So, look, let's not waste any more time,
3:03and let's get straight into side hustle
3:06number one. And that is AI
3:08user-generated content. So, I'm sure
3:10you've seen those videos on Instagram or
3:12TikTok where someone is recording
3:14themselves [music] using a product. Now,
3:16here's the thing, these videos make
3:18e-commerce businesses a lot of money. In
3:20fact, actually tomorrow, I'm seeing one
3:22of my good friends, Hudson. His
3:23business, Comfort, does over a billion
3:25dollars a year with a lot of these
3:27techniques. Because what most people
3:29don't realize is that these videos are
3:31actually ads for the product that
3:33they're showing. These videos showcase
3:35the product in a viral way, which
3:37creates [music] interest in the product.
3:39And nine times out of 10, below these
3:41videos, there are always links pushing
3:43the viewer to store page to actually go
3:45[music] ahead and purchase the product.
3:47So, what happened is that big businesses
3:49realized that UGC ads often work better
3:52than the high production ads that used
3:54to work in the past. You know, you used
3:55to get a massive studio and a production
3:57and it used to be like a whole campaign.
3:59Whereas now these days the stuff that
4:00looks like it's just been shot on iPhone
4:02performs the best. But there is one
4:04problem with UGC. If it isn't being used
4:07as a paid meta ad, it relies on
4:09virality. And virality has an element of
4:12luck to it. [music] So really the only
4:13way to actually mitigate luck is to post
4:15UGC at scale with a lot of volume across
4:18different platforms. Now the problem
4:20that businesses face is that creating
4:22content at scale regardless of whether
4:24it's UGC or high production content,
4:27well, that's time consuming. But what
4:29if, just what if businesses could create
4:33UGC videos without actually filming
4:35every single video manually? There would
4:37be absolutely no time constraint [music]
4:39allowing an almost unlimited amount of
4:41content to be created to promote their
4:43products. [music] And voila, this is the
4:45exact problem that AI can now solve.
4:48Because there are specialized AI tools
4:51that allow you to create content,
4:52specifically UGC, without actually doing
4:55the filming or the editing manually. And
4:57this, my friend, creates a big, big
5:01opportunity for you. Every brand that's
5:04posting content and running ads on
5:06TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook is
5:08desperate for this content. And we're
5:09not talking about just one or two pieces
5:11of content. You see, these videos
5:12generally have a short life cycle. They
5:14don't work forever. So these brands need
5:16a constant stream of new content every
5:19single [music] month. Which means, most
5:21importantly, that this is a side hustle
5:23that pays you consistently every single
5:26month. And what's cool is that
5:28absolutely nothing about this model is
5:30complex because you are responsible for
5:33one thing and one thing only, creating
5:36the content. The business or the brand
5:38that you work with, well, they take care
5:39of the product and the service
5:40fulfillment. They take care of the
5:41marketing, the social media management,
5:43all that other stuff. Now what's very
5:45interesting is that historically, you
5:47had to be the person on the camera. You
5:48needed the right look, the right
5:50background, decent lighting, and the
5:52confidence [music]
5:53to talk to a phone or a camera. Whereas
5:55now, you need none of that. AI can now
5:58create the person, [music] the location,
6:01the lighting, and the persona. And the
6:03crazy thing about the side hustle is
6:04that it's actually pretty simple, okay?
6:06Especially if you're creating simple UGC
6:08videos. You just need to rely on
6:10specialized AI tools that already have
6:12built-in prompts
6:13>> [music]
6:13>> to do exactly this. Now, there are a
6:15number of software options that are
6:16available to do this. Pictory being a
6:18great example. The process is very
6:20[music] simple. You're going to write
6:22the script, you're going to upload or
6:23create a face, then you're going to
6:25upload the pictures of the product, and
6:27lastly, the software creates a UGC
6:29video. That is it. The software will
6:31then produce a video of a human talking
6:33to camera, holding the product, and
6:35reading the script that you wrote. And
6:37you can basically do it in any language.
6:38[music] You can spin up 20 different
6:40variations in 1 hour, and none of them
6:42are real. So, I'm sure at this point
6:43you're wondering, "Oh, well, this
6:44[music] sounds amazing. Well, how do you
6:46actually get paid?" Well, you have a few
6:47options. You either charge per video or
6:49you charge a monthly retainer. A single
6:51AI UGC creative goes from anywhere from
6:5350 to a couple hundred dollars. But, the
6:56real money is in the retainers, okay? A
6:57brand pays you a flat fee every month
6:59for a specific batch of videos. [music]
7:02So, let's actually go ahead and do the
7:03math. Let's say you agreed to five
7:04monthly retainer deals, and you charge
7:06$2,000 per month. Well, in that case,
7:08you're making
7:09>> [music]
7:09>> $10,000 a month from those five
7:11retainers. Now, one thing to bear in
7:12mind is that every single side hustle
7:15that we're talking about in today's
7:16video will have some pros and some cons
7:18to it. I have to be honest with you. No
7:21side hustle is 100% perfect. [music] So,
7:23let's take a look at the pros and cons
7:25of AI UGC. Pros: The startup cost is
7:28almost nothing, okay? No camera, no
7:30studio, no team. All you need is
7:32software. The skill barrier is all the
7:34way down here, okay? You're not acting,
7:36you're not filming or editing for hours.
7:37The AI carries [music] the hard part.
7:39The demand is big, and it repeats, okay?
7:41Brands need new creatives forever. One
7:43good client pays for a long time. Plus,
7:45the low upfront investment results in
7:47very healthy profit margins. This is not
7:49the case with many other side hustles.
7:51Now, let's talk about the cons because
7:52there are also cons with this. Because
7:54it's this easy to start, everyone's
7:56starting. And for this reason, having
7:58good sales skills is a key factor in
8:00success. And you need to understand that
8:02AI videos can still look a little bit
8:03off, okay? And audiences are getting
8:05better at spotting it, which has led to
8:07some brands avoiding it completely. And
8:09fundamentally, you need to understand
8:10that AI UGC creation is a service,
8:12[music] which means that scaling it is
8:14directly linked to how much you're
8:16working, okay? If you want to make more
8:17money, you need more clients and you
8:18need to produce more content. This leads
8:20to more complexity over time. So, the
8:22model has a natural ceiling [music] to
8:24it. So, as you can see, there are pros
8:26and cons with AI UGC. There will be
8:28downsides to all of the side hustles
8:29that we discussed today. So, maybe you
8:31look at AI UGC and you think, well, this
8:33one is for the people who are a little
8:34bit more creative. And I get it, that's
8:36fair. If you're someone who doesn't
8:37consider yourself creative, well, then
8:39maybe this isn't the side hustle for
8:40you. So, with that being said, let's
8:42move on to the second side hustle. And
8:44that, my friend, is AI websites. Every
8:48business on Earth, okay? Whether it's a
8:51service-based business or a physical
8:52product business, needs a website. All
8:55business owners know this, regardless of
8:56their age or how technical they are. But
8:58here is the sad reality. Many small
9:01businesses either have a terrible
9:03website or no website at all. The
9:05plumber, the dentist, the gym down the
9:07road, or the guy who does kitchen
9:08renovations, millions of them are
9:10running real businesses on a Facebook
9:12page and a phone number. These
9:14individuals know that they need a proper
9:16website, but they simply don't have the
9:18technical skills to build one themselves
9:20and they've probably been pitched for a
9:21website for $5,000 for a 2-month website
9:24build by someone speaking to them in a
9:26technical language that they just don't
9:27really understand. And this, my friend,
9:29has [music] created a gap. The
9:32traditional way is slow, it's expensive,
9:34and it's intimidating. And you can be
9:36the person to solve that by building
9:38them a clean, professional website
9:40quickly and at a price that makes sense
9:42for them. So, let me actually go ahead
9:43and rephrase that, okay? Because you're
9:45not the person solving this problem for
9:46them. AI is solving the problem. You
9:48don't need to write code or build
9:50websites with clunky webpage builders
9:52anymore. There are specialized AI tools
9:54where you simply explain what you want
9:56it to build, you upload a few images,
9:58and it builds it. Now, there are a
9:59number of AI website builders available,
10:02such as lovable and Bolt. Now, let's
10:04talk about how you actually get paid.
10:06The way you get paid for building AI
10:07websites differs substantially from the
10:09previous side hustle, because businesses
10:11don't generally need multiple websites.
10:14This means that building a website is a
10:15one-off service, which means you get
10:17paid on a project basis. [music] One
10:19website equals one payment. So, this
10:21means that you can't bundle websites or
10:23sell them on a monthly retainer basis.
10:25Now, with that being said, there are
10:27still some ways where you can actually
10:29get paid on a monthly basis. The first
10:30[music]
10:31is a monthly maintenance fee. The way
10:33this actually works is that you charge a
10:34larger upfront fee to build the website,
10:37and once it's live, the business pays
10:38you a small retainer for hosting and
10:41updates. For example, website charge is
10:43$999,
10:45and the monthly fee for upkeep is $99.
10:47Now, there's also a second way to get
10:49paid monthly, but it requires higher
10:51levels of skill and overall complexity.
10:54You see, you could sell an AI website to
10:56start with, and once you impress a
10:57business with the website, you can
10:59actually then upsell on services like
11:01SEO or paid traffic. For example, let's
11:03say you do the website super cheap at
11:05$999, but from there, you charge all of
11:08them for SEO/ad services, and that's
11:10$1,999
11:12a month. Now, of course, the second
11:13option looks a lot more financially
11:15enticing, but just be aware that it
11:17comes with a whole new level of
11:18complexity. Services like ads often
11:20require experience or a team, especially
11:23if you want to do it at scale and work
11:25with multiple clients. So, my personal
11:26suggestion is you start by simply
11:29selling AI websites to make quick
11:31[music] and easy money, and later down
11:32the line, you can actually then move on
11:34to offering additional services. [music]
11:36And once again, just like the previous
11:37model, there are pros and cons. So,
11:39let's actually go ahead and unpack what
11:41the pros and cons are of AI websites.
11:43The first is that the ticket price is
11:44quite high, especially, you know,
11:46comparing it to AI UGC. You can easily
11:48charge a thousand dollars plus as a
11:50beginner. The upfront investment is
11:51minimal, no need for a team, an office,
11:54or anything like that. All you need is
11:55some specialized AI and a Wi-Fi
11:57connection. And with that, you're ready
11:59to go. Now, the demand is super obvious,
12:01and it's everywhere, okay? Every
12:03business needs a website, and you don't
12:04need to educate prospects on the need
12:06for it. The service that you are
12:08providing is tangible. You can show a
12:10prospect a demo of the completed
12:11website, which makes the sales process
12:14easier. Now, we have to discuss the
12:15cons, okay? The competition is the first
12:17one. There are a lot of businesses out
12:19there that do web design services, and
12:21the AI tools are freely available to
12:23almost anyone. And as I mentioned
12:25before, the pricing structure is a
12:27one-and-done, which means you never stop
12:29selling. If you stop selling,
12:30>> [music]
12:30>> your income stops. And you also need to
12:32understand that if you stop showing up,
12:34so too does the income, okay? You find
12:35the business, you build the site, and
12:37you deliver it. And with this model,
12:38because the product doesn't naturally
12:40repeat, you are hunting even harder than
12:42before. Despite AI being a core part of
12:45the model, it is hard to reach full
12:47autonomy. So, look, now that you have
12:48two different side hustles to compare,
12:50you'll see that the pros and cons are
12:51quite different. And later in the video,
12:53we're actually going to develop a full
12:54picture by comparing all five. So, let's
12:57keep going. The third AI side hustle is
12:59one that has really taken off in this
13:02last year. And that is AI short-form
13:05clipping. You see, over the last few
13:06years, a specific style of content has
13:08been taking over, and that content style
13:10is short-form. Instagram Reels, YouTube
13:12Shorts, TikToks. All these platforms are
13:14growing year after year, and the demand
13:16to become a part of it is increasing.
13:18Every podcaster, every YouTuber, every
13:20coach is sitting on hours of long-form
13:22content, multi-hour-long podcasts,
13:24webinars, live streams, and YouTube
13:26videos. And buried inside of that
13:28content are dozens and dozens of
13:31standout moments, most of which would
13:33perform well as short clips. And
13:35creators know that they have great
13:37moments in their long-form, but they
13:39hardly ever take advantage of it. Let me
13:41tell you why. Creators tend to focus on
13:43doing what they love, which is creating.
13:45But chopping a single episode into 20
13:47good vertical clips takes hours of long
13:49tedious work, and it needs to be done
13:51for every single piece of content that
13:53they put out there. And because of that,
13:54they just don't do it. And that actually
13:56creates a gap, and that gap is exactly
13:58where you come in. You're going to go
13:59ahead, take their long-form content, and
14:01turn it into a stream of shorter clips
14:04ready for them to post. Now, back in the
14:06day, that meant that you needed to know
14:07video editing softwares to actually clip
14:09the content, to understand what moments
14:10will go viral, as well as time to sit
14:12and produce multiple clips. Whereas with
14:14the power of AI today, it can literally
14:17scan through the long-form content and
14:19automatically find the best moments for
14:21you, and then cut them into different
14:23clips. What used to take multiple hours
14:25of editing can now be done in
14:26[clears throat] the same time it takes
14:28to grab a coffee. Multiple hours has now
14:31moved to a few minutes. Now, there are a
14:32number of good AI clipping tools out
14:35there. Opus Clip is a great place to
14:36start. And once again, with this model,
14:38the money comes back in each and every
14:40month, because it's not a one-off job.
14:42Because remember, you're going to sell
14:43it as a monthly retainer. Just to give
14:45you some context, a clipping retainer
14:47usually runs anywhere from a thousand to
14:49two thousand dollars per month per
14:51client. Once again, that depends on the
14:52volume, which can add up pretty quickly.
14:54If you land five clients at fifteen
14:56hundred dollars a month, well then
14:57congratulations, that is seventy-five
14:59hundred dollars a month for you. So,
15:00let's go ahead and talk about the pros.
15:02Income is recurring by design. Okay,
15:04you're not always going back to zero
15:06hunting for a new client every single
15:07month. You sign them once, and they pay
15:09you again and again. And also, it has
15:11the lowest skill barrier of any side
15:13hustle in today's breakdown. The AI
15:14makes the creative decisions. If you can
15:16tell good from bad, you can run this.
15:18Pros, it costs next to nothing to
15:20operate. Outside of the software
15:21subscription, there are no real expenses
15:23standing between what you charge and
15:25what you keep. Next, the demand keeps
15:27growing. Short-form is where all the
15:28attention is. Every creator wants more
15:30of it, and almost none of them want to
15:32do the cutting themselves. Now, let's
15:34talk about the cons because the low
15:35barrier that actually makes it easy for
15:37you is also what makes it easy for
15:38everyone else, okay? It is a crowded
15:40space, and when everyone can do the same
15:42thing, people start competing on price.
15:44And normally, that's a race to the
15:46bottom that you don't want to get into.
15:47You also need to understand that it has
15:48a small ticket size of the four models,
15:50okay? You're charging hundreds to low
15:52thousands per client, which means that
15:53you need a solid volume of clients
15:55before the income really starts adding
15:56up into anything substantial. And also,
15:58the growth doesn't rely on you working
16:00smarter. It relies on you working
16:01harder. Every new client brings more
16:03content, which means longer hours and
16:05more clips that need to be produced. And
16:07that is the major pain point when it
16:09comes to AI content clipping or clipping
16:11in general. Your money is tied to your
16:13work, okay? Their content doesn't stop,
16:15so your clipping can't stop, either.
16:17Each and every week, there's a new piece
16:19of content, which means more clips to
16:21create. And in order to grow, you need
16:22more clients, which brings in more
16:24content, and the cycle continues. You
16:26are essentially a factory. And once the
16:28production line stops, well then, so too
16:30does your income. Now, at this point,
16:32all the side hustles we've covered are
16:34all linked to creativity, okay? AI UGC,
16:37AI clipping are both content-focused
16:39side hustles. AI websites also have sort
16:41of an aesthetic element to it. Whereas,
16:43the fourth side hustle is for those of
16:45you who are more operationally minded.
16:47And that is what brings us to AI voice
16:50agents. I'm sure you know this, but most
16:52local businesses run almost entirely on
16:54phone calls. The dentist, the clinic,
16:56the law firm, the home services company,
16:57their phone is their front door. And
17:00every time that phone rings while
17:02they're actually busy with a customer or
17:04client and no one answers it, well, that
17:06caller doesn't wait. They just call the
17:07next business on the list. A customer
17:09that's worth hundreds, sometimes even
17:10thousands, just gone. And this happens
17:13multiple times a week, and most business
17:14owners don't even feel it because they
17:17never see the calls that they missed.
17:18But the leak here is real. And by the
17:20way, it is expensive. This is the exact
17:23problem that an AI voice agent solves.
17:25An AI voice agent answers the phone on
17:27the first ring every time, 24 hours a
17:30day, 7 days a week. It sounds completely
17:31human. It handles the conversation. And
17:34it books the appointment straight into
17:35the calendar. Look, an AI voice agent is
17:38like a superhuman. It never sleeps or
17:39gets lazy. It never takes lunch. And it
17:41never misses a single call. Which makes
17:43it one of the easiest things on this
17:45entire list to sell. You walk in telling
17:47them exactly how much they're losing and
17:49then offer to stop it. Now,
17:51historically, that meant understanding a
17:53full software stack of tools. Today,
17:56there's almost no coding required thanks
17:58to AI. Tools that do this are
18:00consistently shifting as they develop.
18:02So right now, Vappy is a good option to
18:04actually go ahead and start with. So
18:05you're actually going to go ahead and
18:06start off by training the agent on its
18:08specific job. You cover what the agent
18:10does, what the agent says, the questions
18:12that asks, and what it does with those
18:14answers. Next, you give the agent all
18:16the information it needs. Calendars,
18:18knowledge bases, and additional
18:20instructions. Lastly, you ensure that
18:22call forwarding is set up between the
18:23voice agent and the business's phone
18:25number. From there, congratulations,
18:27it's live. Now look, I'll be honest with
18:28you, of the four models we've discussed
18:30so far, I would say this one has the
18:31steepest learning curve, but that's also
18:33exactly why it pays the most. Fewer
18:36people push through the barrier. So,
18:38let's go ahead and do the math. You
18:39charge a setup fee to build and launch
18:41the agent of around 1,000 to 3,000.
18:43[music] Then a monthly management fee of
18:45800 to 1,500 dollars a month. Five
18:47clients at 1,000 dollars a month is
18:495,000 dollars a month plus a setup fee
18:51every time you bring on someone new. And
18:52what's interesting is that this model
18:54actually brings through a unique kind of
18:56leverage. Once that agent is answering
18:58their phones and booking their
18:59appointments, the business cannot turn
19:01it off. Cancel it and they start missing
19:03calls again, so they feel the loss
19:05immediately. So of course they don't
19:06cancel, they just keep paying. So now
19:08that we know how this side hustle works,
19:10we need to dive into some pros and cons
19:12that you should be aware of. So first,
19:14it has the highest ticket size of all
19:15the side hustles that we've mentioned
19:17thus far. You're charging a setup fee
19:19upfront plus a strong multi-retainer on
19:21top of that. Now, what's cool is you're
19:22actually going to gain a lot of leverage
19:23because once the agent is answering
19:24their phones, it becomes part of how the
19:26business operates and they can't really
19:28just turn it off. The ROI for these
19:30businesses is obvious before you've even
19:31finished the pitch because instead of
19:33trying to convince them, instead you're
19:35showing them what it's already costing
19:36them not to have it. And once it's
19:38built, the agent will actually run
19:40without you being present. It answers
19:42calls, it handles conversations, and it
19:44books appointments on its own. Now look,
19:46I'll be honest with you, this definitely
19:48has the steepest learning curve of all
19:49of the side hustles so far. This isn't
19:51something that you just figure out in
19:53your first hour, okay? It will take some
19:54time and some tinkering to get it right.
19:56Yes, of course, you built something that
19:58runs without you, but it still needs you
20:00if things go wrong. Glitches, updates,
20:02and changes all come back to you at the
20:04end of the day. And one of the
20:05unfortunate things is that growth still
20:06means finding another client, building
20:08up another agent, and managing another
20:10relationship. More money always means
20:12more load on you. So look, we've covered
20:14four of the five side hustles that I
20:16plan to cover today. We have one more to
20:18cover before we dive into how they
20:20actually match up against each other.
20:22Let's get straight into the fifth and
20:24final side hustle of the video. So let
20:26me introduce you to AI digital products.
20:29Every side hustle that you've seen so
20:31far has one thing in common. The money
20:33exists because you keep showing up. You
20:35are chained to your work. Whereas AI
20:37digital products breaks that chain. You
20:39build it once and it sells to the next
20:41person exactly the same way it sold to
20:43the one before. Whether it's an ebook, a
20:45program, a template, a paid community,
20:47or a tool, the mechanism is always the
20:50same. You are not trading time for money
20:52anymore. In the past, building this used
20:54to take months of your time and had
20:56multiple prerequisites. First of all,
20:58you need a genuine expertise in a field.
21:00You need a full production team. You
21:01need a custom platform for hosting.
21:03Well, congratulations, those barriers
21:05are officially gone. AI can now research
21:08a topic, it can structure it, and it can
21:10produce a full draft faster than any
21:12human could. It reads more on any given
21:14subject than most experts have. It
21:16cross-references more studies than any
21:18person could realistically go through in
21:19a year. You don't need to be the expert
21:21anymore. You just need to know how to
21:23point the AI at a problem and let it
21:25build you the solution. And once the
21:27product is built, there's more than one
21:29way to get it in front of the right
21:30buyers. You can either sell it to your
21:31own audience, or you can list it on a
21:33digital product marketplace, or one of
21:35my favorite ways to do it is you
21:37actually build it for someone else's
21:38audience entirely and simply take a cut
21:41of every purchase. Now look, you might
21:43say I'm a little biased here, but
21:44genuinely the specialized AI tools for
21:46making and marketing AI digital products
21:48are limited. Now my team and I have
21:49developed two tools specifically for
21:51this purpose, Synthesize AI and
21:53Ghostwriter OS. What's cool is that the
21:55specialized AI handles two specific
21:57[music] things for you, building and
21:58packaging the product as well as writing
22:00the copy that drives purchases. And I've
22:02seen this work first hand with the tools
22:04that my team and I have built. Now let's
22:06go ahead and do the math. You price your
22:07product at $500. [music] You need 20
22:09sales a month to hit $10,000 a month.
22:11Price at a thousand, you need 10. That
22:13is less than one sale [music] per day.
22:14And the real beauty of this is that
22:17digital products cost almost nothing to
22:18reproduce once created. The 10th sale
22:20will cost you the exact same as the
22:22200th. There is no client to manage, no
22:24service to run, and no delivery to
22:26handle. Now just as we did before, there
22:27are some pros and cons that you need to
22:29be familiar with before you move
22:30forward. So let's go ahead and evaluate
22:32those right now. First, and this is a
22:33massive, there is no marginal cost per
22:36sale. [music] So whether it sells to one
22:37person or 10,000, nothing about the
22:39product changes. There's also no ceiling
22:41tied to your hours. Growth does not
22:43require more of your time. It requires
22:45more people finding out about your
22:46product. Now outside of the tools, there
22:48are virtually no other costs, no team,
22:50no equipment, no ongoing delivery
22:52expenses eating into what is your money.
22:54Once the product is built, it's the
22:56closest thing to passive income. Now I
22:57don't believe in passive income, I think
22:59that term's BS. I don't think there's
23:00such thing as passive income, I just
23:01think there's leveraged income and
23:03there's also front-loaded income and
23:05that is really what this model allows.
23:07It just gives you leverage where you can
23:08make it once and sell it infinite amount
23:10of times. Now, let's be honest about
23:11some of the cons, okay? A winning
23:12product is not guaranteed on the first
23:14attempt. It's kind of like a slot
23:16machine with unlimited plays. You will
23:17eventually hit, but it might take
23:19several attempts before one lands. Also,
23:21the product doesn't just sell itself
23:22because it exists, okay? You need a
23:24distribution channel actively working
23:26for you. But, what is cool is that
23:28unlike other models on this list, you're
23:29not hunting a brand new buyer from
23:31scratch each time. Whichever method of
23:33distribution that you actually choose,
23:34you're actually stepping into demand
23:36that already exists. You solve it once,
23:38you find your channel once, and the
23:40product keeps selling long after that
23:41work is done. So, there we have it.
23:43Those are the five best side hustles to
23:44start as a beginner. You can start these
23:46today with no experience because every
23:48one of them leans on AI to do most of
23:51the heavy lifting. The tools carry the
23:52hard part, so the learning curve is low
23:54across the board and even more
23:56importantly, these five actually work.
23:59Look, I'll be honest with you. There are
24:00a ton AI side hustles out there that
24:02sound incredible in theory, but most
24:04never make a dollar. These five made the
24:06cut for one reason. They're proven.
24:08Right now, today, thousands of ordinary
24:10people are making real money with each
24:12of these. But, here's the thing. Five
24:14proven options is still five options and
24:16that's the exact trap that we started
24:18with, right? Too many good options, no
24:21way to choose. So, let's systematically
24:22look at each one of these five proven AI
24:24side hustles to really decide which one
24:26is the best. So, let's actually unpack
24:28this. As I mentioned earlier, there's a
24:30set method that I use when I look at the
24:32viability of side hustles and it fits
24:34really well into the whole concept of
24:36today's video. Finding clarity in the
24:38chaotic world of AI. It's called the
24:40CLEAR method. CLEAR is an acronym and it
24:43stands for competition, longevity,
24:44effort, autonomy, as well as recurring.
24:47Competition, very simple, how crowded is
24:49it? If it's a high score, that means
24:50that the lane is still open. If it's a
24:52low score, that means that you are knife
24:53fighting a thousand other people on day
24:55one. Now, the next is longevity, okay?
24:57does it last? Is it something that still
24:59pays you in 5 years time or is it a
25:01trend that's going to be gone in a few
25:02months? Now, let's discuss effort. How
25:04much effort does it take to acquire the
25:06skills needed to succeed? What about
25:08autonomy? This means does the business
25:09run without you or does the income stop
25:11the second you stop showing up? This is
25:13very important by the way. What about
25:15recurring? Does the business model keep
25:16paying or do you wake up at zero on the
25:18first of every month hunting for the
25:21next payment? Now, for each side hustle,
25:23there are five points allocated to each
25:25category, meaning the perfect side
25:27hustle would score 25 out of 25. So,
25:30let's actually go ahead and start off
25:31with AI UGC. For competition, it has the
25:34lowest barrier to entry on the entire
25:36board, which sounds great until you
25:37realize it's also the most crowded of
25:39all of the side hustles. Anyone with a
25:41laptop and the right subscription can
25:43start a UGC agency this week. This
25:45results in skyrocketing competition,
25:47meaning that standing out isn't always
25:50easy. And for that reason,
25:51unfortunately, I'm going to have to give
25:52it a one. Now, let's talk about
25:53longevity. This is the shakiest side
25:56hustle in terms of longevity. AI content
25:58moves at a ridiculous pace. The
26:00platforms are getting sharper at
26:01detecting and labeling it. Audiences are
26:03getting better at smelling it out. And
26:05what's converting this month can be dead
26:06by next month. So, unfortunately, for
26:08longevity, I'm going to have to give it
26:10a one again. Now, let's talk about
26:11effort. And this is really where AI UGC
26:13performs well. It is the single easiest
26:15thing on this board to begin. No filming
26:17yourself, no being on camera, no editing
26:19skills, no gear. You type a script, you
26:22upload a creative face, and the tool
26:23does the rest. You could genuinely have
26:25your first ad made by the end of today.
26:28For a total beginner, nothing here
26:29honestly is more accessible. So, for
26:31that, I'm going to have to give it a
26:33five out of five. Now, what about
26:35autonomy? You see, this is a pure
26:36service. The money only exists because
26:38you keep producing it. You find the
26:40batch, you make the batch, you deliver,
26:41you repeat. The day you stop repeating
26:43the process, the income stops coming in.
26:45So, for that, unfortunately, I'm going
26:47to have to give it a two. Well, what
26:49about the recurring nature of it? It
26:50sits in the middle of the pack in terms
26:52of the income structure because you can
26:53actually sell it on a monthly retainer.
26:55So, it's not fully back to zero every
26:56month like some side hustles. One
26:58problem is that brands churn through
27:00creative and agencies fast. So, the
27:02income is repeatable, but not always
27:04reliable. So, for here, I'm going to
27:05give it a three [music] out of five.
27:08Now, let's go ahead and total it up. Of
27:09course, it is still a side hustle which
27:12is proven to make money, but it has a
27:14few holes that you need to be aware of.
27:15So, final score adding all of this up,
27:18it gets a 12 out of 25. Now, what about
27:21AI websites? Well, for competition, it's
27:24better than UGC, but it's still crowded
27:26because the tools made web designs easy
27:28for everyone. And there are DIY builders
27:30where, in theory, the business could do
27:32it themselves. There's definitely room
27:33because every business on earth needs a
27:35good-looking website. So, in terms of
27:36competition, we're going to rank it a
27:38two out of five. For longevity, this
27:40side hustle performs well in terms of
27:41longevity. Look, websites are not a
27:43trend. Every business needs one, and
27:45that will never change. The demand has
27:47been there, and to be honest, it will
27:48always be there. So, for longevity, I'm
27:50going to give it a five out of five. For
27:52effort, this is a very beginner-friendly
27:54side hustle. It takes a bit more effort
27:56than UGC because you need to have some
27:58basic copywriting skills to really take
28:00your craft to the next level. But once
28:02again, with the specialized AI tools
28:03available, it is relatively low effort.
28:05So, once again, here we're going to give
28:06it a four out of five. For autonomy,
28:09similar ceiling to last one, you find
28:11the client, you build the site, you
28:13deliver it. The money is tied entirely
28:15to you doing that over and over again.
28:17It doesn't run without you unless you
28:19build a team. here, I'm going to have to
28:20give it a two out of five. For
28:22recurring, a website is a one-and-done
28:23purchase. You build it, you get paid
28:25once, and then that client doesn't
28:26really need another one. Look, I can
28:28bump up the score a little bit because
28:29as I discussed, you can charge some sort
28:31of minor additional services, but for
28:33the most part, you're not really
28:34building an income that comes back. So,
28:36for that, I'm going to have to give it a
28:37two out of five. So, for the grand
28:39total, in my opinion, AI websites
28:41outperform AI UGC slightly. Both models
28:44can work, but there are some minor
28:45advantages in the AI website model that
28:48gives a slight edge. So, if you add up
28:49all of this up, the final score is
28:51actually
28:5215. And that actually brings us to AI
28:54clipping. Now, the barrier to entry here
28:56is just as low as AI UGC. The tools do
28:59the creative work, which sounds great
29:01until you realize that means that anyone
29:02with a laptop and the right subscription
29:05can start a clipping agency this week.
29:07And when everyone can do the same thing,
29:08people start competing on price. That is
29:11not a position you want to be in, so I'm
29:12going to have to give it a two out of
29:14five for [music] that. For longevity,
29:15look, I'll be honest, short-form content
29:17is not going anywhere. In fact, the
29:18demand keeps getting bigger for it every
29:20single [music] year. The vulnerability
29:21is the service model itself. As the
29:23tools keep getting better and more
29:24accessible, creators may simply start
29:26doing it themselves. Now, I wouldn't say
29:28that's an immediate threat right now,
29:30but it's a very real one. So, I'm going
29:31to have to give it a two out of five for
29:34that. Now, in the effort department,
29:35this is where AI clipping performs very
29:37well. Remember, you are not editing
29:39anything. The AI finds the moments, it
29:42cuts the clips, [music] and burns in the
29:43caption. Your job is to quality check
29:46and deliver. If you can tell good
29:47content from bad, you can run this from
29:49day one. So, for that, I'm going to give
29:51it a four out of five for effort. When
29:53it comes to autonomy, unfortunately,
29:54this side hustle sits closer to a job
29:56than it does being a hands-free income
29:58stream. [music] The clips only exist
30:00because you keep producing them. Every
30:02new client doesn't make your life
30:03easier, it just adds more content, more
30:05clips, and more hours. The production
30:07line only moves if you keep feeding it.
30:09So, unfortunately here, I'm going to
30:11have to give it a two [music] out of
30:12five. Now, for the last piece on the
30:13scorecard, recurring. AI clipping has a
30:16slight advantage because of the fact
30:17that you can actually implement monthly
30:18retainers with [music] creators. Because
30:20they publish constantly, that also means
30:22that they need you constantly. Sign them
30:24once and the income [music] keeps coming
30:26in for as long as the clips perform.
30:28It's not perfectly reliable, but it's
30:30close enough [music] to recurring
30:31income. So, for that, I'm going to give
30:33it a four out of five. So, to summarize,
30:35AI clipping is a decent side hustle to
30:37get in and make a quick buck, but fast
30:39to start doesn't always mean easy to
30:41scale. And the longevity of the side
30:43hustle is something to take [music] into
30:44account. Every client you add brings
30:47more work with it, and the market isn't
30:49getting any less crowded. So, final
30:50score here, we're going to give it a 14
30:53out of 25. All right, so let's talk
30:55about AI voice agents, and we have to
30:56start off with competition because the
30:58steeper learning curve here does
31:00something that the other three service
31:01models don't, so it naturally filters
31:04people out. Most people are simply not
31:05going to push through the setup
31:07complexity, which means the space is
31:09significantly less crowded. Sure, it's
31:11fast-growing, but there is still real
31:13room for someone willing to put in the
31:15time to get it right. So, for here, I'm
31:17going to give it a four [music] out of
31:18five. For longevity, businesses will
31:20always need to answer phones and book
31:22appointments. That problem is never
31:24going away, but the voice agent space is
31:27still young and evolving fast. And the
31:29way this model operates today may look
31:31very different in a few years. Solid,
31:34but not the safest long-term bet on this
31:36list. So, for this, I'm going to give it
31:37a three out of five. For effort, this is
31:40the most demanding side hustle of the
31:42four service models. Understanding the
31:44conversation flows, configuring the
31:45agent properly, connecting it to
31:47calendars and phone lines takes real
31:49time as well as real patience, okay?
31:51Sure, the payoff is worth it, but please
31:53don't underestimate what it takes to get
31:54there. So, for that, we're going to give
31:56it a two out of five. Now, when it comes
31:58to autonomy, this side hustle is a step
32:00closer to being fully autonomous when we
32:02compare it to the others because once
32:04the agent is built, it runs day-to-day
32:06without you in the room. It answers
32:07calls, it handles conversations, and it
32:09books appointments on its own. But, like
32:12we already mentioned, any glitches, any
32:14updates, any changes at all still come
32:16back to you. Not to mention that growing
32:18your client base brings more potential
32:20for hands-on work from your [music]
32:22side. So, for here, I'm going to give it
32:23a four out of five. Now, when we're
32:25discussing the recurring nature of it,
32:27AI voice agents actually bring you a
32:29good case for recurring revenue because
32:31once a business implements the agent,
32:33getting rid of it impacts the business
32:35directly. So, as long as you do a good
32:37job implementing, they're actually going
32:38to go ahead and keep paying you a
32:39monthly fee. So, for this, we're going
32:41to give it a three out of five. So, when
32:43we add it all up, the AI voice agent is
32:45a double-edged sword. The upfront effort
32:47is the steepest of any side hustle on
32:49the list, but that same difficulty is
32:51exactly what keeps the competition
32:53manageable, at least for now. The
32:54clients are sticky, the income is
32:56recurring, so it's actually going to
32:58tally up to quite an impressive 16 out
33:00of 25. And that brings us onto our fifth
33:02and final AI digital product. the
33:04competition, as long as your digital
33:06product is built around solving a real
33:08problem, there will always be a market
33:10for it. There are also multiple channels
33:12available to get in front of the right
33:14buyers, which means you are never locked
33:16into one route. The space is not empty,
33:18but the combination of genuine demand
33:20and channel flexibility means more
33:22competition is far more manageable. So,
33:24for this, it's going to get a four out
33:26of five. Now, when it comes to
33:27longevity, the demand for knowledge
33:29tools and resources keeps growing, and
33:31digital products sit right in the middle
33:33of that. And the best part is that
33:34there's no algorithm dependency, no
33:36platform risk, no client relationship
33:38that can just end overnight. So, for
33:40this, it [music] gets a four out of
33:42five. When it comes to effort, AI has
33:43removed the two biggest barriers that
33:45used to exist here. Needing to be an
33:47expert and needing a production team to
33:49actually build the thing. The tool can
33:51now research a topic, structure it, and
33:53produce a full draft faster than any
33:55human could. Now, of course, you still
33:57need to identify a real problem and find
33:59a channel that works, but the workload
34:01is a fraction of what it used to be. So,
34:03for here, we're going to give it a four
34:05out of five. And that brings us to
34:07autonomy. You see, this is the only side
34:09hustle on this entire list that deserves
34:11a perfect score here because you build
34:13it once and it sells to the next person
34:15exactly the same way that it sold to the
34:17last. It does not need you to show up
34:19every day. Growth with this model simply
34:21means more people finding the product.
34:22Instead of adding more hours, this is
34:25the only side hustle on this list where
34:27stopping does not automatically mean
34:29that the money stops. So, for this, it
34:31gets a perfect score. And that brings us
34:34to the recurring nature of it. You see,
34:35once a product lands and starts selling,
34:37the income that comes with it requires
34:39nothing extra from you. No additional
34:41delivery, no new clients to chase, no
34:43hours to put in. But, the honest caveat
34:45is that getting to that point is not
34:46guaranteed on your first attempt. It
34:48goes back to the slot machine I told you
34:49about earlier. You have unlimited
34:51attempts with this model. You just have
34:53to keep pulling the lever long enough
34:54until you hit the [music] jackpot. So,
34:56for that, it gets a three out of five
34:58for recurring income. So, let's go ahead
35:00and tally this up. Now, one thing I need
35:01to say is that every other side hustle
35:04on this board ties your income to your
35:06effort in some [music] way. This is the
35:08only one where that link can genuinely
35:11be broken. You build it once, you find
35:13your channel once, and the product keeps
35:15selling long after the work is done. So,
35:16for here, the final score is 20 out of
35:1925. So, before we get into the final
35:21standing, just remember these side
35:23hustles are all proven ways to make
35:25money with AI. But, there are always
35:27certain side hustles that work better
35:29than others depending on the market. So,
35:31when we add it all up, in fifth place on
35:32this list is AI UGC. [music] In fourth,
35:35AI short-form clipping. Third place goes
35:37to AI websites. Narrowly missing the top
35:39spot, you've got AI voice agents. And at
35:41the top spot, you have AI digital
35:43products. Look, there's a reason why
35:45most of the biggest online entrepreneurs
35:47are running digital product businesses.
35:48They have seen the potential that this
35:50model holds. Of course, they're
35:52monetizing at a huge scale, but
35:54everything starts as [music] a side
35:56hustle. Look, I've seen a number of
35:57comments under my previous videos where
35:58you're asking for a more in-depth
36:00breakdown of how to actually make money
36:02with AI digital products. So, if you'd
36:04like me to actually create an AI digital
36:06product deep dive sometime in the next
36:08few weeks when I have a little bit more
36:09time, please go ahead and leave a
36:10comment below. I'll be honest with you,
36:11these videos take a long time to prepare
36:13for me. So, if you want it, make sure
36:15you go ahead and blow up the comment
36:16section. And with that being said, I
36:18hope you enjoyed today's video. I don't
36:19care what AI side hustle you start, just
36:21as long as you start a side hustle
36:23[music] because the honest truth is that
36:24you owe it to yourself. And on that
36:26note, I'm watching you from afar and I'm
36:28rooting for you.
