0:00If you're a Muslim and you've been

0:00looking for ways to make money online,

0:02you have come to the right video.

0:04Because I'm about to break down the

0:05exact model I use so you can literally

0:07copy my exact strategies that I even

0:09teach to my students to start making

0:11money online if you have no experience.

0:12And especially right now because AI is

0:14coming up and taking over, I know a lot

0:15of you have been hearing about AI, don't

0:17really know what it is or how to use it

0:18to make money. And you don't want to get

0:20left behind and I promise you this video

0:22will change that. I built a six-figure

0:23agency from zero. No money, no

0:25experience, no technical background. And

0:26I want to make this as practical as

0:28possible. So by the end of the video,

0:30you have a clear road map and zero

0:32excuses. So let's just get straight into

0:33it.

0:36Before anything else, let me clear up

0:37the biggest misconception about AI

0:40agencies. You are not selling AI tools

0:42to businesses, right? You are not

0:44walking into a dental practice saying

0:46you know ChatGPT. That means nothing to

0:48a business owner and it will get you off

0:49the phone in 10 seconds. What you are

0:52actually doing is helping businesses use

0:54automation and AI to solve a specific

0:56problem that is costing them money right

0:58now. Think about a local business,

1:00right? Any local business.

1:02They are getting inquiries every day but

1:04replying six hours later. Someone calls

1:06while they are serving a customer and

1:07the call goes unanswered. They have

1:09hundreds of old leads sitting in a

1:11spreadsheet that nobody is following up

1:12with. They are spending money on

1:14marketing but losing customers because

1:15their systems are too slow to respond.

1:17That is the opportunity. You find the

1:19gap, you build a solution, and you

1:20charge for the result. You are not

1:22selling technology. You are selling

1:24booked appointments, faster follow-up,

1:26fewer missed calls, and a better

1:27customer experience. The business owner

1:29does not care what tools you are using.

1:31They care about one thing, the outcome.

1:33And that is exactly what you are

1:35selling. The first mistake beginners

1:36make is trying to offer everything at

1:38once. AI chatbots, websites, social

1:40media, lead generation, email marketing,

1:42voice agents, automations.

1:44They want to sound impressive and then

1:46end up sounding confusing. When you

1:48offer everything, the business owner

1:49does not know what you actually do. And

1:51when they don't understand what you do,

1:53they don't buy. So your first step is to

1:54pick one painful problem and own it

1:56completely. For example, I help dental

1:58clinics respond to new inquiries within

2:005 minutes or I help estate agents follow

2:03up with every lead automatically so

2:04nothing falls through the cracks or I

2:06help local service businesses turn

2:07missed calls into booked appointments.

2:09That is infinitely stronger than saying

2:11you are an AI automation agency because

2:14the business owner immediately

2:15understands the problem. They know if

2:16they have it and if they do, you have

2:18their attention. Now, if I was starting

2:19from zero today, I would focus purely on

2:22missed leads and slow follow-up. Why?

2:24Because it is directly connected to

2:26money. If a plumbing business misses 10

2:28calls a week, those are not just missed

2:30calls, those are missed jobs, missed

2:31revenue, money leaving through the back

2:33door while, you know, they're not

2:34looking. Your job is to show them where

2:36it is leaking and then plug the hole.

2:38Once you have chosen the problem, you

2:39need a simple offer. So, here's the

2:41exact structure I would use. I help this

2:43type of business achieve this specific

2:45outcome by installing this simple

2:47system. For example, I help dental

2:49clinics turn missed calls and online

2:51inquiries into booked appointments using

2:53an automated follow-up system. That is

2:55your offer. It's clean, it's specific,

2:57and it's outcome focused. The system

2:58behind it might include a missed call

3:00text back, an automated follow-up

3:01sequence, appointment reminders, a

3:03simple CRM dashboard, uh

3:05an AI receptionist that handles basic

3:07questions and qualifies leads. But,

3:08notice something very, very important.

3:10The tools are not the offer. The tools

3:12are completely invisible. The outcome is

3:14the offer. Nobody wakes up in the

3:16morning wanting, you know, a CRM. Nobody

3:18gets excited about buying an automation

3:20workflow. They want more appointments.

3:22They want less chaos. They want to stop

3:24losing customers they never even knew

3:25they had. That is what you sell and once

3:27you understand that distinction,

3:29everything about how you pitch, how you

3:31close, and how you retain clients

3:32becomes clearer. You don't need to know

3:34every tool in the world. You need to

3:36understand one business problem deeply

3:38enough to explain it clearly and solve

3:40it reliably. That is it. Now, I can

3:42already hear the objection, "Yusuf, I

3:43have no clients. How do I show proof?"

3:45You create a demonstration before you

3:47have one, right? Pick one type of

3:49business and build a simple example of

3:51what your system looks like in practice.

3:53Let us say you choose a local dentist.

3:54You create a sample customer journey. A

3:56potential patient fills out a form. They

3:58immediately receive a message. They are

4:00asked what treatment they need. They are

4:02given an option to book an appointment.

4:04And the business owner receives the lead

4:05inside a clean, simple dashboard. You

4:07can then record a short video showing

4:09exactly how this works. 2 to 3 minutes.

4:11It does not need to be perfect. It does

4:12not need to, you know, have a fancy

4:15logo, expensive branding. It needs to

4:16show the business owner one thing. This

4:19is how you are currently losing

4:20patients, and this is what I can build

4:22to fix it. And the sample customer

4:23journey can literally be made by Claude.

4:26It can be made by ChatGPT. Just explain

4:28it, and ChatGPT or Claude will make it

4:30for you. And when you are recording the

4:31video, you are just going to be

4:32explaining on a simple presentation just

4:34like this video. And then that video

4:36becomes your proof of concept. You are

4:38going to send that to potential clients.

4:39You use it during your discovery calls.

4:41You post parts of it on social media.

4:42And be honest about what it is. Tell

4:44them, "This is a demonstration of what I

4:45can build. I am currently looking for a

4:47small number of businesses to work with

4:48closely so I can refine and prove this

4:50further." That is ethical. That is

4:52honest, and it builds more trust than

4:54pretending you have clients you don't

4:55have. This is where most beginners stop.

4:58They build a website. They make a logo.

5:00They create an Instagram page, and then

5:01they wait. Your first client is not

5:03going to find you, right? You need to go

5:05and find them. I'll start by building a

5:06list of 100 businesses with one specific

5:09niche. Dental clinics, roofing

5:10companies, estate agents, private

5:12healthcare, home improvement businesses,

5:14tutors, online coaches, whatever you

5:16have chosen. Then I would do my research

5:18on every single one. Do they have a slow

5:19website? Do they have no obvious booking

5:21system? Do they have poor reviews

5:22mentioning slow responses? Do they have

5:24an inquiry form that clearly does not

5:26work properly? You are looking for real

5:28evidence of the problem you solve. Then

5:30you reach out with a short personalized

5:31message, something like, "Hi, I noticed

5:33you offer emergency appointments. I put

5:34together a short video showing how

5:35missed calls could be automatically

5:37followed up so potential customers don't

5:38go elsewhere. Would you like me to send

5:40it over?" That is it. There's no huge

5:42pitch. No pretending you are a big

5:44company. Just a conversation opener

5:45built around a problem you genuinely

5:47noticed. Now, understand that cold

5:49outreach is genuinely uncomfortable. You

5:51are going to get ignored. You are going

5:52to get rejected more times than you

5:54expect. But, the people who make it are

5:56not the ones who avoid the rejections.

5:58They are the ones who go through it

5:59consistently until the number start

6:00working in their favor. So, aim for 200

6:03outreach contacts a week. Not 20, not

6:0550, not 200 because this is a numbers

6:07game. And the only way to win a numbers

6:09game is to play it at volume. Now, when

6:11somebody replies, don't immediately

6:12start presenting your service, right?

6:14You're going to ask questions first. How

6:15do you handle new inquiries? What

6:17happens when you miss a call? How

6:19quickly do you normally respond? How

6:20many leads come in each month? And what

6:22happens after they fill in your form?

6:24Think of yourself as a doctor with a

6:25patient. A good doctor does not walk in

6:28and immediately prescribe medication.

6:30They ask questions. They understand the

6:31problem. Then, they recommend a

6:33solution. Your discovery call works

6:35exactly the same way. If the business

6:37has no real problem, do not force a

6:39sale. You know, walk away and move on.

6:41But, if they tell you that they are

6:42missing calls, forgetting follow-ups,

6:44and losing customers they never even

6:45knew they had, then you can explain what

6:47you can build to fix it. And be honest

6:49about the outcome. Don't promise results

6:51that you can't guarantee. Don't say this

6:53will make you uh you know, you're going

6:55to get 50 to 100 customers in the next

6:57month. Say, "Based on what you have told

6:59me, this system could help you respond

7:00faster and recover opportunities that

7:02are currently being missed. We can track

7:03the results properly over the first

7:05month and review from there." That is a

7:06halal sales process. No deception, no

7:08manipulation, no false promises, no

7:10pressuring someone into buying something

7:12that they don't need.

7:14If we're selling a service, we need to

7:15make sure that the business actually has

7:17that problem. And we know that we can

7:18produce results for them. Now, let us

7:20talk about delivery because a lot of

7:21people think they need to personally

7:23build every technical part of the system

7:25themselves. That is not how I would

7:27approach it, and that is not how the

7:28best agency owners operate. Your job is

7:30to understand the client's problem,

7:31communicate clearly, manage the

7:33relationship, and make sure the outcome

7:35is delivered. You are the person

7:37responsible. You are not the person

7:39building every single thing. You can

7:40learn the basics yourself using no-code

7:42tools, and I would encourage you to do

7:44that so you understand what you're

7:45selling. But for specialist tasks, you

7:47work with freelancers. For more complex

7:49builds, you use white-label fulfillment

7:51partners. What you cannot do is sell

7:53something that you don't understand and

7:55hope someone else fixes it. You need to

7:56know what the system does, what it

7:58doesn't do, what information the client

8:00needs to provide, how success will be

8:01measured, and what happens if something

8:03goes wrong. That is what separates a

8:04real agency owner from someone just

8:06passing work along and hoping for the

8:07best. One offer, one niche, one

8:09repeatable delivery process, one

8:11outreach method that consistently brings

8:13clients in. That is how you keep this

8:15simple and actually build something that

8:17lasts. Now, pricing. And this is where a

8:19lot of beginners make a mistake that

8:20costs them months. Do not price based on

8:23how many hours the work takes you. Do

8:25not start by asking how cheap you can

8:27afford to be in order to get the client.

8:29Ask a different question. How valuable

8:31is this problem to the business? If your

8:33system helps a business recover even

8:35three or four extra customers a month,

8:37customers they are previously losing,

8:39the value to them could be worth 10

8:41times what you charge. That is the

8:43framing you need to carry into every

8:45pricing conversation. You can structure

8:47your offer as a setup fee plus a monthly

8:49management retainer or a simple monthly

8:50retainer from day one. Either works. But

8:52charge enough to take the work seriously

8:54and deliver it at the level it deserves.

8:57Because here is what nobody tells you

8:58about cheap clients. They expect the

9:00most. They respect your time the least,

9:02and they are the first to complain and

9:04the last to refer you to anyone. Be

9:05clear about what is included, what is

9:07not included, and set honest

9:10expectations and then over-deliver on

9:11those expectations. That is how you

9:13build a client base that actually stays.

9:16So, look, if I had complete zero in my

9:17bank and had to start again tomorrow,

9:19this is exactly what I would do. Day

9:21one, choose my niche, one specific

9:23problem. Days two to five, learn

9:26everything about how that problem

9:28affects businesses in that niche.

9:30Literally get inside their world. Days

9:32six to 10, I'm going to build a simple

9:34demonstration of the solution. Days 11

9:36to 20, contact businesses every single

9:39day, 200 outreach contacts a week, no

9:41excuses. Day 21 to 30, take my discovery

9:44calls, refine the offer based on what

9:46the market tells you, and close my first

9:48client. I'm not telling you that you are

9:50guaranteed a client in 30 days. That

9:52would be dishonest and I don't do that.

9:54Your results depend on your effort, your

9:55communication, your offer, your niche,

9:57and your consistency. But this gives you

9:58a clear path forward and a clear path

10:01forward beats 6 months of research,

10:03preparation, and waiting to feel ready.

10:04The market will teach you what people

10:06actually want, but only if you go and

10:08speak to it. The real opportunity here

10:10is not that AI will magically make you

10:12rich overnight. The real opportunity is

10:13that businesses everywhere are becoming

10:16more aware of problems that they have

10:18ignored for years. Slow follow-ups,

10:20missed calls, unorganized leads, poor

10:21customer experience, and now they are

10:24willing to pay someone to fix those

10:27things properly. If you can solve one of

10:28those problems honestly, consistently,

10:30and with genuine care for the business

10:32you are working with, you can build

10:34serious wealth from this. And this is

10:36the exact model that I teach to my

10:37students that are also seeing amazing

10:40results all over America. Now, if you

10:41have watched this far and you are

10:42serious about building this, I want to

10:44offer you something more than YouTube

10:45video, right? I run a one-to-one

10:47mentorship where I will literally hold

10:49your hand and build this AI arbitrage

10:51business with you from scratch and scale

10:53it to 10K a month, inshallah. You will

10:54get direct access to me, templates,

10:56tools, scripts, plugins, play systems,

10:58so you are not starting from zero,

11:00weekly calls, and we work together until

11:01you are closing your first clients. This

11:03is not a course. It is not a group

11:05program. It is literally me and you

11:07one-to-one. If you are serious about

11:09this, the link is in the description.

11:11Fill out the application, and if I think

11:12I can help you, we will get on a call

11:13together. As Muslims, we should be

11:15building businesses that create actual

11:17value, real skills, real services, real

11:19customers, and real results. I was not

11:21unusually talented or technically gifted

11:24when I started. I was consistent when

11:26the numbers looked boring and when

11:27stopping would have been the easier

11:28choice.

11:29That is what I want you to take from

11:30this video more than anything else. You

11:32don't need to know everything before you

11:34start. You need to choose a problem,

11:36build a simple solution, speak speak to

11:38businesses. You need to choose a

11:39problem, build a simple solution, speak

11:42to businesses, and improve through the

11:43feedback you get from doing it. Start

11:45this week, not next month, literally

11:48this week. May Allah grant every single

11:50one of you watching success.

11:51Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi
