0:00Now, this is the exact AI growth agency
0:01that I built to six figures and I'm
0:03breaking down everything. Revealing what
0:04I sell, who I sell it to, and how I
0:06deliver the work without doing all the
0:08technical work myself. Now, before we go
0:09into the model itself, I want to give
0:11you some context. Everything I'm about
0:12to show you came from personal
0:14experience. Not a course, not a mentor.
0:16I started and scaled this agency alone
0:17because of the pressure my family faced.
0:19So, I didn't buy any of this knowledge.
0:20I built it from complete scratch. This
0:22means I know the model like the back of
0:24my hand and I'm still running it today
0:25as we speak whilst teaching others as
0:27well. That's why I'm confident that this
0:28is one of, if not, the best business
0:31models to start in 2026. And I break
0:33down the exact strategies that me and my
0:35students are using to hit four to
0:37five-figure months. I'm not saying that
0:38you should be aiming for the numbers
0:39that we're doing yet because
0:40realistically, in your first three
0:41months, you should be looking at 4 to 8K
0:43a month if you put the work in. And then
0:45from there, you build, you scale your
0:46agency. And it's because more and more
0:48businesses are implementing AI and
0:50they're taking a lot more serious. So,
0:51this is a full long-term game. Now, when
0:53I started, I was running a standard lead
0:55generation agency, running Facebook ads
0:56and just a bit of social media and
0:58that's it. Alhamdulillah, I was landing
0:59clients, I was making money. I was
1:01allowed to take care of my family and,
1:02you know, earn some decent money doing
1:03it. But after a while running the
1:05agency, I noticed something on the
1:07calls, like our discovery calls we would
1:08have with our clients. Business owners,
1:10especially in my niche, didn't have a
1:11lead problem anymore. They were asking
1:13about AI and actually how to implement
1:15it. How to save them time, how to save
1:16them costs, automate the business while
1:18still growing it. And so, I realized the
1:19model I was running wasn't actually
1:21solving their real problem. It was kind
1:22of outdated and that's where I saw the
1:24market shifting right in front of me.
1:25You see, 83% of global companies have
1:28made AI their number one priority going
1:30into 2026. But less than 30% have
1:32actually done it. And these stats only
1:33confirm that gap that I was seeing. And
1:35that's why I decided to add AI and
1:36automations in my agency, where I help
1:38businesses implement AI automations and
1:40other services to increase their revenue
1:42and save time. I was seeing the change
1:43directly affecting my business, so
1:44that's why I shifted so quickly. So, if
1:46you're watching this in 2026, you're
1:48still probably early, which is your
1:49advantage because, remember, the people
1:51who get wealthy, they almost never do it
1:53purely through skill. They spot a gap in
1:55the market, then move fast, and by the
1:57time the rest of the world catches up,
1:58they've already built a generational
1:59wealth. Now, think about the people who
2:00got into e-commerce in 2016, the ones
2:02who started SMMA when barely anyone was
2:04doing it, when people bought Bitcoin
2:06when it was very, very cheap. Even
2:07further back, the people who understood
2:09the internet early. But the difference
2:10between those opportunities and the one
2:12with AI now is that AI is a necessity.
2:14You either grow or you stay exactly
2:17where you are. Now, the AI market is
2:18heading towards almost $2 trillion and
2:21the niche we're in is the
2:22fastest-growing sector. This means it's
2:24not a trend anymore, but businesses are
2:25taking this very, very seriously. At the
2:27moment, AI is just a cool concept,
2:29trend, whatever you want to call it
2:31that. People are trying to take
2:32advantage of, which is understandable,
2:33but they're doing it completely wrong.
2:35They're selling chatbots, these AI
2:36receptionists. You've probably seen
2:37videos all over your For You page,
2:39receptionists, chatbots, which sound
2:41very cool and futuristic, but it's
2:42surface level and it doesn't actually
2:44change a business because not every
2:45business is the same. Yes, some
2:46businesses can benefit from selling an
2:48AI receptionist, you know, a business
2:49that gets a lot of calls, but you can't
2:50sell a single service to every business
2:53you contact. For example, you can't just
2:54offer a chatbot to a business that only
2:56gets, what, 10 website visitors a month.
2:59They don't need that and it's not a
3:00long-term model. What businesses would
3:01genuinely pay serious money for is
3:03something that makes their whole front
3:04end better, cheaper, and more reliable,
3:06which basically just means they want
3:07more money. So, one business owner I
3:09spoke to was running everything on his
3:11own. The demand was there, customers
3:12were coming in, inquiries were steady,
3:14but he was drowning in phone calls,
3:16missed messages, and follow-ups he
3:17simply didn't have time to send. Now,
3:19think of it like this, every missed call
3:21was potential revenue lost. He didn't
3:22want to hire staff because that meant
3:24salaries, training, and more overhead,
3:26people going to call in sick, and things
3:27like that. What he needed wasn't more
3:28effort, it was leverage. So, we
3:29introduced AI to handle the repetitive
3:31load. For example, answering inbound
3:33inquiries instantly, responding to
3:34website visitors in real time, following
3:36up with the leads automatically, booking
3:38appointments, and making sure no
3:40prospect, not a single lead, is slipped
3:42through the cracks. So, instead of him
3:43chasing every message, the system did it
3:45for him. And we could finally focus on
3:47actually running and growing the
3:48business. And he had digital staff that
3:51worked 24/7. So, if you can use AI and
3:53actually grow a business using it, that
3:55is a really good position to be in. So,
3:56that's the context and that's why I
3:58shifted my agency and that's why I
3:59believe that this is genuinely one of
4:01the best models, if not the best to be
4:03building right now as Muslims. Now, I'm
4:05going to break down the complete process
4:07that me and my students are using today.
4:09The exact offer, how the system works,
4:11what you're selling, how you deliver it
4:12without needing to do the technical back
4:13end yourself. But before you take
4:15anything from me, let's look at what
4:17Alex Hormozi and the others are saying.
4:19What business do you want to start
4:20today? I would be hardcore looking at AI
4:23stuff.
4:24I mean, I think that there's a gigantic
4:26opportunity from a service side of AI
4:28implementation in small business, Main
4:30Street. You can mess up a lot of things,
4:32but if you get the main trend right,
4:33you're going to make a lot of money. Um,
4:35artificial intelligence is going to
4:36change everything. Um, it's it'll have a
4:39bigger impact on us than the internet,
4:43than
4:44phones, mobile computing, or mobile
4:46networking, wide area networking,
4:48you know, it's just going to dwarf
4:50everything.
4:51>> Now, Alex Hormozi, the guy who's built
4:53and scaled multiple businesses past $100
4:56million, recently said that if he was
4:58starting from scratch today, he'd be
5:00looking hardcore at AI services for
5:02small businesses. And he said that
5:04there's a gigantic opportunity on the
5:05service side of AI implementation
5:07because most businesses recognize they
5:08need it, but but they have no idea
5:10actually how to do it. Now, Mark Cuban,
5:12multi-billionaire, said there's going to
5:14be two types of companies five years
5:15from now. Those who are great at AI and
5:17everybody else. And that's your choice,
5:19but which one do you want to be? Now,
5:21Iman Gadzhi, someone a lot of you
5:23probably already follow, has been saying
5:24that being involved early in AI is like
5:26being involved early in the internet.
5:28And he doesn't think you're going to
5:29have to do this kind of opportunity
5:31again for maybe a decade or two. And
5:32Jensen, the CEO of Nvidia, his company
5:35literally powers AI globally, said that
5:38AI is going to have a bigger impact than
5:39the internet, than mobile computing,
5:41than anything we've seen, and it's going
5:42to dwarf everything. Now, it's not 2024
5:44where you can just relax and ignore this
5:47opportunity on AI. It's literally
5:48becoming a necessity for anyone that's
5:50serious about business. And Jensen's
5:52point is important. Even if the product
5:54you're selling isn't the best in the
5:55world, if you get the major trend right,
5:57you will make money. But that doesn't
5:59mean we're rushing into AI. The
6:00opportunity is real, but only if you
6:02position yourself properly. And that
6:03means providing solutions that
6:05businesses actually want. So, the way we
6:06do this is by packaging our services
6:08into what we call an AI growth
6:10infrastructure. This literally covers
6:11everything a business would need for
6:13growth. And here's exactly how we do it.
6:14Now, every client starts the same way, a
6:16discovery call. And this is so important
6:17to get right because you don't want to
6:18lead with what you sell when they don't
6:20even need what you're offering. They'll
6:22just view you as another freelance, you
6:24know, service provider, just another
6:25random agency. So, instead, what we do
6:26is actually consult first. Like a doctor
6:28diagnosing a patient, we look at their
6:30short- and long-term goals, where their
6:31bottleneck is, even their mindset. Then
6:33we offer based on the situation so we
6:34can leverage them for longer-term deals,
6:36pulling them from over 30 services that
6:38we provide. Now, this allows you to
6:40control the conversation and reduce the
6:41client's perceived risk because that's
6:43going to build, you know, the trust you
6:45need for everything that's going to come
6:46after that. Now, because ideally, we
6:48want to offer the complete
6:49infrastructure up front, which is
6:50basically 30 services being packaged
6:53into five key aspects. First, we have
6:55lead generation, right? We drive
6:56attention through the AI-powered ads,
6:58SEO, funnels, whatever fits their niche.
7:00And second, speed to lead. This is where
7:02AI genuinely is a game-changer. So, when
7:05a lead comes in, our system contacts
7:06them immediately. Not the next morning,
7:08not when someone remembers, literally in
7:10that exact second. We have AI callers,
7:12follow-up sequences, lead qualification,
7:14literally all automated. So, if they
7:16don't respond, the system keeps going 1
7:18hour later, 5 hours later, 24 hours, 48,
7:20then weekly. It never, ever forgets. And
7:22thirdly, we have appointment setting and
7:24sales support. The AI books qualified
7:27leads directly into the business's
7:28calendar. So, by the time the owner
7:30shows up, the lead is already warmed, is
7:31qualified, and ready. Now, fourth, we
7:33have client management and nurture. So,
7:35this can be things like CRM systems,
7:37email sequences, SMS, social media, you
7:39know, to keep those existing customers
7:41engaged so they come back. Now,
7:42businesses can be very, very terrible at
7:44this, especially the industrial ones.
7:46And they're old school, they're not used
7:47to modern marketing strategies,
7:48especially when it comes to like things
7:50like websites and social media, things
7:51like this. And then fifth, we have
7:52tracking and reporting. So, we give them
7:54a dashboard where they can see
7:55everything. Ad performance, AI usage,
7:57appointments booked, revenue generated,
7:59the full picture because being as open
8:01as possible with our wins and our losses
8:03is what builds that trust and long-term
8:05opportunities. Now, we may not always be
8:07able to sell all five from day one, but
8:09that's fine because we're offering one
8:10or two of these pillars at the start can
8:12bring in an easy 500 to 2.5K. Then we
8:15build up on the offer and for a client,
8:17that journey looks like this. So, for
8:18example, month one is going to be about
8:20one core win, the biggest problem solved
8:22first. And then in the month two, we
8:23stabilize and add more systems, which is
8:25basically us upselling. And then by
8:27month four to six, we're their full
8:29growth partner because we earned that
8:30trust from how we pitched, worked, and
8:32managed that relationship after the
8:33discovery call. And that's why it's so
8:35important to get the discovery call
8:36right so you can get the chance to scale
8:38and build with the five pillars,
8:39regardless of what you originally offer.
8:41Now, don't get me wrong. Now, remember
8:43that you don't have to always come in
8:44directly with AI. The main thing about
8:47this, you want to solve a problem in
8:49that business. So, what you find out in
8:50the discovery call, the problems that
8:51they're facing, you will sell a service
8:53based on that. So, this can be anything
8:55between social media, websites, email
8:57marketing, AI agents, automations,
8:59literally any service. Just make sure
9:00that you are solving a problem that the
9:02business has. And that's how you become
9:04a major partner and securing long-term,
9:06high-ticket retainers a lot more
9:08natural. Now, when you look at it from
9:09the business's perspective, it wouldn't
9:11make sense not to work with you because
9:12the five pillars take over their growth
9:14system. Now, on average front-end team
9:16for a medium local business, the people
9:17answering calls, booking appointments,
9:19running ads, that's costing them
9:20anywhere between 10 to, you know, 10 to
9:2220K a month, you know, salaries,
9:23training, and costs. We then come in and
9:25replace that with a system that only
9:26costs a few hundred dollars a month to
9:27run, works 24/7, never gets sick, never
9:30quits, never calls in late. And when you
9:31set it up properly, it converts better
9:33than a human team because it never
9:35forgets a lead and it never, ever gets
9:37lazy. So, when you frame it like that,
9:38paying 5 to 10K for a system that saves
9:41them 30K a month, it's an easy sale. And
9:44even if you only offer one aspect, it's
9:46easy to upsell the whole infrastructure
9:47later on. Just as long as you get the
9:49day one right and you follow the
9:50process. Now, here is the easiest part.
9:53You don't do any of the technical work
9:55yourself. Now, for example, let's say
9:56you've sold a service and it just ranges
9:59between 2 to 10k. You outsource the
10:01service to a white label agency or your
10:03own team for about 500 to, you know, 2k
10:05a month. They handle everything as if
10:06they're you. You can hire an AI
10:08developer on a contract basis where you
10:10only pay them for each project that you
10:11bring them. And you might have a virtual
10:13assistant who handles the reporting and
10:14the communication, which you can do
10:16yourself, but when you obviously you got
10:17a lot of clients, you want to be able to
10:18delegate and make things easy for
10:20yourself. Now, your actual job just
10:21involves closing clients, managing the
10:22relationship, making sure the team
10:23delivers, and the client is always
10:25happy. That's it. You're the agency
10:27owner, you're not a freelancer. And that
10:28makes you irreplaceable. Unlike the
10:30standard agency model, if you had a bad
10:32month, a client could just leave, but
10:33with this model your infrastructure is
10:34built into their business operations, so
10:36they see you as a complete partner at
10:38this point. And realistically, you'd be
10:39aiming for 4 to 8k in your first 3
10:41months. But once that first client
10:42lands, it's only up from there. And
10:44that's because you have proof of concept
10:46in the space and where most businesses
10:47are looking into moving forward. And
10:49here's what me and my students are doing
10:51currently. Now, here's a brother Tamiz
10:52who landed a client for lead generation
10:54taking in 1k a month for a plumbing
10:56business. Here's Muhammad who made 5k a
10:58month implemented the same exact system
11:00that I taught him. And here's just the
11:01AI receptionist and the AI chatbot that
11:02I sold just a week ago for $1,500. And
11:05many other Muslims who are taking action
11:07and implementing this exact system. I'm
11:09not going to lie, as Muslims we should
11:10be landing in spaces like this. And I
11:13might not be allowed to say that, but
11:14it's it's true. We can't just sit back
11:16and watch others profit from a gap that
11:18we should be filling. And honestly, that
11:19bothers me because as Muslims, we should
11:21be the ones that are innovating. You
11:22know, going all in and taking
11:23opportunities just like this. And
11:25genuinely, we have never seen an
11:27opportunity like this one before. And
11:29we're still so early. We know where this
11:31is headed. And even just a tiny fraction
11:33of what's coming would change the game
11:35completely, inshallah. That's why I
11:36believe that this model can change the
11:38Muslim business space. That genuinely
11:40drives me, so I want to be the one to
11:41deliver it because I've genuinely built
11:43it from nothing. My students are doing
11:44it right now, and the model is very,
11:46very simple. We delegate the technical
11:47work and instead focus on scaling, which
11:49is just a numbers game. And
11:50alhamdulillah, it's just the way that it
11:52is. That pure action matters more than
11:53intelligence. Now, I wasn't special or
11:55smart. I was just the one who stayed
11:57consistent when the numbers looked
11:58boring or when quitting was very, very
12:00easy. And that's genuinely how I built
12:02this. Watching my family struggle, my
12:03dad working over 100 hours a week, that
12:05gave me a purpose that carried me
12:06through all the failures, all the doubt,
12:08and every moment my friends and my
12:10family thought I was crazy. So, if
12:11you're willing to show up with genuine
12:13intention and with tawakkul, the results
12:15will come. It's not overnight, but they
12:17will come. And I will hold your hand
12:18through every step anyway. The culture
12:19we're building is just halal business
12:21with brothers who are genuine about
12:23growth and success. So, if you're
12:24serious and you want to build this with
12:26me, the link is below or you can DM me
12:27the word mentorship on my Instagram.
12:29Everything is personally done or
12:31optimized by me, which is exactly why I
12:33built this one-to-one mentorship, not
12:34some sort of course. You know, buying
12:36videos, being left alone to, you know,
12:37figure it out. You're working with me
12:39every day. I see what you're doing,
12:40where you're stuck, and I correct it in
12:41real time. This means you never waste
12:43time stuck trying to figure things out
12:44by yourself. And you're given our active
12:46strategy that I've been building for the
12:47last 2 years. And I understand you might
12:49be busy, obviously you'll be working
12:50your jobs, your 9-to-5s. So, I make it
12:51very, very simple to stay on track with
12:53a 7-hour weekly workflow, which makes
12:55balancing family, work, and other duties
12:57very, very easy. Now, I'll guide you
12:58through client acquisition, sales
12:59systems, delivery, scaling, hiring,
13:01fulfillment, management, every stage.
13:03So, you actually get good fast and scale
13:05long-term with high-ticket retainers
13:07confidently. Each student needs to win,
13:09but you need at least 7 hours a week to
13:11dedicate. Now, if you can do that, I'll
13:12fulfill my end, inshallah, because more
13:14testimonials, a higher success rate, and
13:15more attractions are so important for me
13:17to move in the space. And that's why we
13:19filter who can really join this. And
13:20this is the complete long-term plan. So,
13:22worst case, you book a free call, we
13:23talk, I give you some direction, and you
13:25leave with more clarity than you came in
13:26with. case, we work together for 6
13:28months and your life looks completely
13:30different, inshallah. The link is down
13:32below, and I'll see you guys on the
13:33call.
