0:01Hello guys, welcome to Ghost AI. Super

0:04excited to get to into the training here

0:06and uh happy that you joined us because

0:08James and I have been working on

0:09something that I think is going to be

0:12very very valuable to you. Especially if

0:14you have offers to sell, you want to use

0:16AI, but you're not sure how. You don't

0:18want to go, you know, pay for an

0:20expensive app um that you don't even

0:22know how to use. It's one thing to be

0:24able to create AI content, but to turn

0:26it into sales is a totally different

0:28thing. And for that to happen, you need

0:29an actual system. So my job today is to

0:33teach you that system and show you

0:34what's been working. And it's very, very

0:37proven at this point. So let's get into

0:39it. So first off, the AI revolution

0:42promised easier marketing. Instead, it

0:44delivered 12 subscriptions and a second

0:47job learning dashboards.

0:49You guys know what I mean. I mean, it's

0:50it's overwhelming the amount of tools

0:52that are out there. So over the last

0:54couple months, I've really narrowed it

0:56down to what really works and and I

0:58wanted to make sure this could be useful

1:00to anyone with any budget. So I am going

1:02to be teaching how to use the free tools

1:05and the tools that I've actually

1:08gathered for you guys and and looked

1:10into and found and discovered is worth a

1:14ton on its own. And um if you do have

1:17paid AI tools, great. Use those ones.

1:19That's fine. It doesn't matter. The the

1:21key is the actual system that I'm doing

1:24it with and why the videos work. All

1:26right.

1:28The real problem never changed. People

1:31need to see what you're selling. So, you

1:33can do that with money, uh, ads, right?

1:36Or you can pay with time, which is

1:37content. Most do both badly because they

1:40have no system. They do not know what

1:42they're actually doing it for. A ghost

1:45is a human-reed AI video. It's created

1:48with assistance from AI. It's reviewed

1:51by you. It's published by you under your

1:54name or an alias. You know, you can do

1:56this 100% faceless, of course, but the

1:58key, what I mean by that is a brand of

2:00some kind. Um, even if you're an

2:02affiliate, you want to have a type of

2:04brand and a short video with a job.

2:08Ghost is not a bot spamming links. It's

2:10not a fake account. It's not an

2:12impersonator. It's not an autonomous

2:13agent running wild. The Ghost method is

2:16three steps. is create, deploy and then

2:19connect. So connect means connect to the

2:22offer.

2:24Repeatable spine is this. We have a

2:26mission brief to start with. We have a

2:2920 second script. We have eight images

2:32with one prompt. Hopefully not every AI

2:34tool will do it in one prompt. Sometimes

2:36we have to split it up. Um that's fine.

2:38We'll do that with you on video. Four

2:41clips, one scene at a time.

2:45There's three video types that I'm going

2:46to teach you guys. And this is what I

2:48love about this because I've tried so

2:51many different types of videos. And at

2:53the beginning, I was just making this

2:55slop, you know, just to make something.

2:56Hey, this is a cool AI video. But you

2:59have to have a purpose, like I said. So,

3:00there's three types that I've tested

3:02that work really, really well. And

3:03they're also the easiest uh really to

3:05make. The hardest one is the first one,

3:07which is the UGC infomercial.

3:10Most of the tools out there will not do

3:12a good job of this. the free tools that

3:14is um you know but you can do it with

3:17some of the free credits you get at the

3:19beginning

3:21um there are two tools I'm going to give

3:23you guys that are free forever and most

3:26of you would probably never heard of

3:28them um it took me a long time to

3:29discover them but they are free and

3:32unlimited forever and they're good

3:34quality there's mini do which is type B

3:38and um the mini do is kind of like story

3:40time so I should explain first. If you

3:43don't know what UGC means, it's

3:45usergenerated content. So, that's where

3:47the character talks to the camera and

3:49talks about something like a review.

3:51They hold it and talk about it. Um,

3:54again, that's a harder one to do. There

3:56is ways to do it easier. I'll show you.

3:58But the mini do is where the character

4:00acts silently while narration plays

4:02underneath. This feels like a story, not

4:04an ad. This works by far the best for

4:08me. It's amazing and it's super easy to

4:11do with AI as well and it looks more

4:14realistic and natural. It's kind of like

4:16Tik Tok story time where someone talks

4:19about their day or you know what they're

4:20doing with something or why they're

4:22using a certain product etc. Type C is

4:24the explainer reel. This is the easiest

4:26of them all. It's just uh images scroll

4:29with instructional ad style text.

4:32So your road map is like this. So module

4:34one is what we're going over now. That's

4:36the blueprint. Then we have the ghost

4:38video workflow. And we have the paid

4:41method. And then we have the ghost to

4:42offer connector.

4:45One offer, one video, one ghost at a

4:46time. You want to um you know a small,

4:48focused, and deployed approach. And then

4:51you want to repeat it. Your mission

4:54brief is the first step of everything.

4:57Okay? So it's six boxes. And this is

4:59where you create your brief for your

5:00mission. So

5:03the six boxes are this. It's the offer,

5:06then it's the person,

5:09then it's the problem, then it's the

5:11haunt and the format. So the haunt is

5:13the I call it the haunt, but it's

5:15basically, you know, the channel. So it

5:17could be Tik Tok, YouTube, could be

5:19YouTube shorts, could be Instagram

5:20reels, it could be Facebook reels,

5:23whatever that is. And then the format is

5:25the type of video. And then you have the

5:27job, and then you have the next step.

5:29Okay. The key here also is that I we

5:33want to make sure that you already

5:35understand, you know, obviously what

5:36kind of niche you're going to go into.

5:39What I would say is go into something

5:40you're already kind of into. And I'll

5:42help you find a I'll show you a place

5:44where you can find affiliate offers if

5:46you don't know how to do that. I'll do

5:47that in module two. But there's lots of

5:50options out there. And some of you might

5:51even already have an offer. Maybe it's

5:52your own product, maybe it's a service,

5:55whatever that is, it works for all

5:56offers.

5:58Uh, so in this example, I'm going to use

6:00Designer as what I'm selling because

6:02this is one of the products I've done

6:04very well with as a as an affiliate.

6:06It's a software that turns your ideas

6:08into designed ebooks in minutes. Um, the

6:11key here also is I want to use this as

6:14an example because obviously I've proven

6:16it and I know it works well, but I want

6:19to show you that you don't have to just

6:20promote, you know, the same typical

6:22Warrior Plus kind of stuff. You can

6:25obviously there's good products on there

6:26you can promote, but what you want to do

6:29is think outside the box a little bit

6:30and software is really really good

6:33because software is more of an impulse

6:35purchase. It immediately solves a

6:37problem and info products can tend to be

6:40a lot harder. So a lot of newbies start

6:41with info products and they find it hard

6:44to sell and the reason is because info

6:46products take a lot more explaining,

6:47right? It's an information product. I

6:49started trying to do info products when

6:51I first started affiliate marketing and

6:53realized it was hard. So, you want to

6:56think about doing software, even

6:58physical products, e-commerce products,

7:00or more impulse purchase type stuff. But

7:02if you are going to do an info product,

7:04that's fine. It works with that too. One

7:07specific human in this example, it's

7:09Lisa. She's 38, an affiliate marketer.

7:12She has about 400 subscribers. She's

7:13building her list for two years. She's

7:15tried Canva twice and quit. She's

7:18embarrassed by her DIY lead magnet.

7:20She's skeptical of gurus. All right.

7:24In their words, not yours. So, in Lisa's

7:27words, she says, "I need a lead magnet

7:29that doesn't look like I made it in 5

7:31minutes, but I can't afford a designer."

7:34Okay. So, that's the problem I need to

7:35solve for Lisa to give her my product as

7:39a solution. One channel, one format. So,

7:42Tik Tok is the example I'm going to use

7:44just for this brief. It could be lots of

7:47other things. And the reason I'm saying

7:4820 second AI videos, I've tested lots of

7:51different lengths. And because we're

7:53using free AI tools, they're really

7:56broken up. Like you can really mostly do

7:585-second videos, right? So I found that

8:0120 second videos work really, really

8:02well. You don't need to make them longer

8:04than that. They're too much work if you

8:06have to do longer than that unless you

8:08have a paid tool. Um, so anyways, 20

8:11second videos,

8:14one job only. So attract cold attention.

8:17This is key. So you got to stop the

8:19scroll by naming Lisa's exact

8:21frustration in the first two seconds.

8:25This is proven and tested. First two

8:28seconds. You got to name Lisa's

8:30frustration or problem. Where do they

8:33go? Uh link in the bio. Could be a short

8:35bridge page. Could be a designer offer

8:37page. I'll teach all of those as we go.

8:42And the finished mission brief would

8:43look like this. So Lisa and I want her

8:46to buy designer. This is the offer. This

8:48is the person. Problem haunt format job.

8:51Next step.

8:54So we can also use AI to help us create

8:56the brief, but I do recommend below this

8:59video there's going to be the link to a

9:01template for the mission brief. So

9:02you're going to click that and print it

9:05out. I would suggest printing it out and

9:07getting a pen out. There's something

9:08about having a pen in your hand that

9:10helps. You know, just take the computer

9:11away for a second. look at that piece of

9:14paper and complete your mission brief uh

9:18right now. If you can pause it, come

9:20back, but I will show you another way to

9:23do it a lot faster with AI in module

9:26two.

9:28The tech 20 second script, it's four

9:31scenes. They're 5 seconds each, which

9:34equals 20 seconds.

9:37Scenes one to two are are this. It's the

9:40hook first. It's the problem next.

9:44It's the solution next. And then it's

9:46the call to action. All right? So, I'm

9:48going to repeat that. This is very, very

9:49simple. It's the hook. It's the problem.

9:54It's the solution you give them. And

9:55then it's the call to action. This is

9:58very easy to understand.

10:01Every scene, what's said and what's

10:03shown. So, the scene one should be a

10:07closeup of something. And it could be a

10:09frustrated. In my case, it's Lisa,

10:10right? So, she's frustrated or she's at

10:12a laptop. Uh, she's it's got a harsh

10:14green glow, maybe a a messy desk. Uh,

10:17scene two could be over the shoulder and

10:19a sad DIY ebook. And then scene three,

10:23the same woman. She's smiling, a

10:25polished professional ebook cover

10:26appears. She's got a solution. And scene

10:29four, she points towards the camera,

10:31bright, confident framing, and it's a

10:33call to action, you know. So, if it's a

10:35UGC, she's going to say, "Go here to get

10:38designer." If it's the documentary style

10:41video, then it's going to say it in the

10:43background. And if it's the real

10:45scrolling image type video, then it's

10:47going to say it. And usually have a

10:49little text at the bottom as well.

10:54Four script rules to think about. Write

10:56how people talk because remember we're

10:58using AI. So the more human we make it,

11:00the better. Uh the problem stays in

11:03their words. The solution names the

11:05mechanism and the call to action matches

11:08the brief.

11:09So your toolbox is going to be this.

11:11It's not one single app that you're

11:13going to be locked into. I'm you're

11:15going to have lots of variety.

11:17There's five categories.

11:20So there is a text to video type apps

11:23and some of them are have more than one

11:24of these types in the same tool. Image

11:27to video, avatar tools, voice over

11:29assembly.

11:31Um now here we go with something very

11:34cool. This is a site that I made for you

11:37guys. It's actually a web page that has

11:39all the tools that I've discovered over

11:42the last month or two. And what it has

11:44also in there, I might as well show you.

11:50It also has the tools, but it also has a

11:52search capability built into it. So,

11:54it's like a field guide, right? So, I

11:57could see all of them here. I could see

11:59one with ongoing fees. Um, these are two

12:03secret ones I'm going to explain later.

12:06There's the UGC types. You can even

12:08search. Let's say I'm looking for a one

12:10that can give me an avatar.

12:12So, you can search and it will give me

12:15ones that show avatars. Okay. Now,

12:21this is the one reason I gave you this

12:23is because all these are always

12:24evolving. Some of them are free for a

12:25while, then they're not, and they're

12:27more credits than they used to be. So,

12:29it's lots of other different options for

12:31you guys to look at. And as we go, we'll

12:34change things up.

12:38how to choose. So, three steps, you

12:40know, choose from your video type first.

12:42Think about what type of video you're

12:43going to do. Um, filter by free tier in

12:45the field guide. Um, genuinely free.

12:49There's also, you know, 7-day trial type

12:51ones. There's some that refresh every

12:53day. They give you some credits every

12:55day. They're all a little bit different,

12:57but you're going to find the ones that

12:59that are your favorites as well.

13:02So AI assist human approves the

13:05blueprint is done now. Okay. So this is

13:08module one finished. I remember just to

13:11recap a ghost is a human reviewed AI

13:13assisted video with a job. The method is

13:15create deploy connect. The spine is the

13:17brief. The 20 second script the eight

13:20images one prompt hopefully one prompt

13:22might be more than one in some cases.

13:24Four clips assemble and post.

13:28Okay. So your status is brief done.

13:31Hopefully, if you did your brief

13:33already, great. If not, at the beginning

13:35of module two, I'm actually going to do

13:37one in front of you. We're going to do

13:38one together. So, if you want to wait

13:39for that, that's okay. And also going to

13:41show you the way to get it done fast

13:43with AI.

13:44So, we will see you in the next video in

13:47module two and we'll get over the we'll

13:50start going over the workflow. We'll see

13:52you guys there. Talk to you later. Bye.
