0:59Hello. Hello. Welcome. Welcome.
1:03Oh, your your mic is off.
1:08>> Hi, pastor.
1:09>> Hello there. How are you?
1:13>> We're live.
1:16you you're like you're like surviving
1:18like you're not like
1:19>> I am I think we're I think I don't have
1:23nothing to eat still. But
1:25>> I thought you were eating Chipotle.
1:27>> Yeah, I did. I went yesterday and then
1:29she was like, "Yeah, that was last week.
1:30We're done with Chipotle." So, it came
1:32all So, you know, we're on a new explore
1:35each week. She decides she wants
1:37something different.
1:38>> You have any like you have any new
1:39cravings then? How did you figure out
1:41Chipotle was going to work? The boys
1:43wanted to go to Chipotle before they
1:45started school. So I was like, "Okay,
1:47we're all going to go to Chipotle."
1:48Let's try it.
1:49>> And then it just worked. And so because
1:50it worked, I just went every day for
1:52like three days and I was like, "Okay,
1:54let's take a little break." And then I
1:56was like, "We're going to go back to
1:57eating healthy." So I ate some grapes
1:59and then I threw everything up. Then I
2:00just didn't eat for a little bit cuz I
2:02was just like, "This is getting
2:04I feel fine when I don't eat."
2:06>> So what did you eat at Chipotle?
2:08>> Chicken, rice,
2:11beans. Okay. She let you know.
2:13>> Yeah. Rice, chicken, beans. I try to eat
2:15something with some kind of substance
2:16because they're saying like if I can get
2:18protein in, then it'll be, you know,
2:20then it'll like it'll last longer. Um,
2:23then this morning I tried to do a shake.
2:26>> So, you know, right now it's just like
2:29whatever you want. We're It's fine. I
2:32have like salads. So, you
2:34>> you think she would be giving you some
2:36cravings?
2:37>> I have had no cravings since pregnancy.
2:39Like me, I just don't like food period.
2:42So I'm just like I have to eat in order
2:44to like be sustained. So food has become
2:47very but I haven't gained any. So
2:48they're like you haven't gained any
2:49weight right now. They're fine about it.
2:51But you know at a certain point it's
2:53like
2:54>> what's happening? But I'm like she's
2:56fine. She's healthy clearly cuz she's
2:57moving. So I'm like everything with her
3:00the baby has been fine. It's just like
3:01physical body eating. And so
3:04>> and is it just eating or you like you're
3:06not constantly nauseous just eating?
3:09No, because I'm on I am on anti-nausea
3:11meds. So I've been on anti-nausea meds
3:13the whole time. I think I'm dealing with
3:15food aversions now. Like not necessarily
3:17just nausea. I think it's like oh you So
3:19like I ate grapes. I'm like she doesn't
3:21like grapes. I always have eaten grapes.
3:22But I'm like okay. I don't know if it's
3:24something in it that's too acidic cuz
3:26that's like that's like the third time
3:27I've eaten it and it's still every time
3:30it responds the same way. So I'm like
3:31okay bananas are safe. Cool. So I was
3:33trying to find like healthy stuff that I
3:35can like keep. I'm like, at this point,
3:36I told Sophia, I just want one meal that
3:39I can just eat on repeat.
3:41>> Yeah.
3:41>> Yeah. I'm fine with that. We just
3:44haven't found it yet. It worked for a
3:45couple days and then it's like, never
3:48mind. We're going to do something
3:49different. So, I'm like,
3:50>> are you eating a Are you eating avocados
3:52in your salad?
3:55>> Here you go with these avoc.
3:59>> Why don't you eat an avocado? Why don't
4:00you eat an avocado?
4:02>> Maybe I should try that. I'mma try it.
4:04Get some guacamole from Chipotle. Start
4:06with that.
4:07>> No guac. Okay. I cannot do guacamole.
4:09>> But I can
4:10>> No,
4:12it's too much stuff in it. [laughter]
4:15>> But it's it's a salad.
4:18>> Yeah, but like I just want the salad and
4:21the chicken.
4:22>> Okay. Just just chop a chop a just a
4:24little bit of
4:24>> I could do that. I can add the guacam. I
4:26mean I could add the avocado.
4:28>> Avocado. Yeah. And because that's going
4:30to be protein and fat. So it's nice.
4:33It's
4:33>> avocado is protein.
4:34>> Protein and fat.
4:39>> Think I don't know. I don't think I know
4:40what protein is. I think I thought it
4:42was just chick meat.
4:45>> No protein. Uh, broccoli's protein. Um,
4:50spinach protein.
4:53>> We've been bamboozled. Oh, yeah. I have
4:55to eat. I I do like spinach. I do like
4:57spinach. So, I can eat spinach.
4:58>> Beans protein.
5:02Yeah. I don't know. I think I I don't
5:04think I know much about You know what?
5:06I'mma learn
5:07>> beans. You like you eat beans?
5:10>> Yeah. Yeah. Black beans. I like black
5:12beans. Kidney beans. I actually like all
5:14kind of beans actually.
5:16>> Black bean chili.
5:18>> Yeah, that actually sounds good.
5:20[laughter]
5:22>> That's a protein protein right there.
5:23That's a good one.
5:24>> That's why I'm like I can't find that's
5:25why me. I'm like Miss Kim made me
5:27chicken soup. That work?
5:30>> Yeah. I just kind of blended it so that
5:33it was like a broth.
5:34>> You okay, we can we could do this. I
5:36just I'm like I'm not kidding. I wish I
5:39was being dramat I am naturally
5:40dramatic. Okay, 15 years. You know me.
5:42But this is like I this is probably my
5:44least dramatic like explanation of what
5:46is happening. I feel like I am being the
5:49least dramatic that I might I feel like
5:52am I like bamboozling myself? like I was
5:54throwing up water
5:56like for like it just didn't make sense
5:59and the doctor's just like it's
6:00everything's fine. I'm like it's water.
6:04>> Yeah, but it's the blend in your
6:06stomach. It's like the concentration of
6:08like acids and water.
6:10>> That's what she said. That's exactly
6:11that's Wow, you've been here before.
6:14That's exactly what she said. And I was
6:16like what where's the acid? I was like
6:19but I can drink a lemonade and be fine.
6:21Mind you, I have hated lemonade.
6:22>> Lemonade is anti- acid. Lemonade is
6:25anti- acid.
6:26>> Yeah, it's acidic already. So, it's
6:28gonna like
6:30>> Oh, they cancel each other.
6:31>> They're going to Yeah, they're going to
6:33work together. They're not going to
6:34frustrate each other. So, if you have
6:35like fats are going to be good because
6:37acids and fats, you know, you get
6:39>> Where have you been this whole time? I
6:41should have been asking you questions.
6:43>> You should have some avocado. have
6:46avocado and some
6:48>> actually get some bean soup
6:50>> with some
6:51>> Can you do ground ground beef?
6:54>> Yeah, I've had ground. Yep. That has a
6:56>> bean black bean chili with a couple
7:00slices of avocado on top.
7:02>> Oh, that sounds good.
7:04>> That's going to be like
7:05>> white chicken.
7:06>> Okay, I got a plan. That worked.
7:08>> All right,
7:10I love u lemonade now and I have never I
7:13hated lemonade my entire life. really
7:16>> my whole life. Like I really have hate
7:18it. Not like I don't like it. I mean
7:19like I've hated lemonade.
7:20>> What did you hate about lemonade?
7:22>> It's so tart. Like I It's It just I just
7:26>> You're from Texas. You're supposed to
7:27have that good like iced lemonade and
7:30iced tea.
7:31>> Yes. That is It's a balance because the
7:33sweet on a Palmer like Yes.
7:36>> Yeah.
7:37>> But just drinking lemonade that's crazy.
7:40>> Well, yeah. That's cuz they made it too
7:41tart. I don't like tart lemonade either.
7:43But now look. See, I went.
7:45>> Is that tart?
7:47>> No. I don't know what it is. It's from
7:48Auntie Ans. That's the only one I
7:50>> Is it sour? Is it too sour?
7:51>> It's like perfect. It's not too sweet.
7:53It's not too sour. It's like right in
7:55the middle.
7:55>> Auntie Hands.
7:57>> Mhm. Yes. I drove all the way to the
7:58mall to get up. Yeah. [laughter] Fine.
8:01>> Oh, that's craving.
8:02>> Did you at least get a like a pretzel?
8:06>> No.
8:07>> You don't eat pretzels?
8:10>> Not from there. Like I like a hard
8:12pretzel, but a soft pretzel is kind of
8:14>> Oh, really?
8:16>> I'm working on it.
8:19>> You can do hard. You can make those
8:21pretzels like pizza.
8:23>> They do have They have a lot of stuff
8:25over there, but there's like a lot of
8:27smell.
8:28>> Look at
8:28>> Yeah. It's just like, wow, that's a lot
8:30of options.
8:32>> A lot of smells. All right, let's talk
8:34about your conference.
8:35>> All right, conference. Okay. So, I
8:37pretty much just was like, "Oh,
8:40okay. Running a conference. I don't know
8:42how y'all do this stuff." Pastor Tracy.
8:45>> Lord,
8:45>> who do you have with you? Who's helping
8:46you?
8:47>> Jackie.
8:49And
8:49>> what is her role? What's she doing?
8:53>> Well, she's a she's a great connect
8:55connector piece. So, she got the like
8:56lunch completely sponsored because she's
8:58friends with the man who owns these L's.
9:00They've been friends for a long time.
9:02So, he was just like, "Whatever you guys
9:03need." Um, and then they kind of like I
9:06bounce things off of them. One of the
9:08things I'm recognizing is in a team I'm
9:09like
9:12um they are great at ex like all right
9:15here's this I need you to do something.
9:18>> Yeah. but not as great as like
9:22hey I need to think through like
9:25spiritual process of something or like
9:28you know um Jackie is she always says it
9:30her age Jackie 60 so her age she has a
9:33lot of opinion and it's like
9:35>> yeah but make sure worship don't sound
9:36like like we got to make sure the song
9:37like and I'm like I understand I hear
9:39you but like I'm very much more like
9:41spiritledd what does the Lord wants to
9:43do in the room
9:45>> just like make sure they sound okay like
9:47I don't know if I'm like that song. Can
9:49we get something like that has a little
9:50bit more upbeat? And I'm like, "Sure, if
9:53that's what we'll end up doing." But
9:55she's been she's been great. Jackie's
9:57great intercession. Like, she's going to
9:58Jackie's going to pray. And she's great
10:00at like making sure like
10:04keeping everything together like, "Okay,
10:06Savannah. Okay, wait, wait. Let's come
10:07back here." And then I have my other
10:08friend, Bria. You know, Bria, Chay's
10:10wife,
10:11>> um, is also on my team. Um, Bria is
10:13incredible at admin. So like day of
10:15liaison communicating in between the
10:17people. Um she's going to be great at
10:20that. And then
10:22Kendra has done all limited. Kendra has
10:26midwife this. Okay. She built the
10:28website because one day I was just
10:29having a hard day and she was like I
10:30need you to see it. So she just built
10:31the website. I still don't know who
10:33paying for the website. I'm assuming
10:34Kendra's paying for it cuz I haven't
10:35touched it. So she built the website.
10:37Another girl is doing like marketing. So
10:39Kendra's been great at like um bouncing
10:42it back and forth because she had an
10:43event in December. And then my friend
10:45Glory um has also she's ran women's at
10:49the when she used to go to the river,
10:50she ran women's for years. So she's good
10:53at like logistics. So when I need to
10:55like kind of think through things and to
10:57see if I'm missing something kind of,
10:59>> she's been good at that. And she also
11:01had an event that I helped out in
11:02January. So that's pretty much really
11:04it. But the star of the show has been my
11:07husband. I don't know why I didn't pull
11:09him in sooner.
11:11So, when we went to the um event space
11:13this past couple of weeks, he went in
11:16and him he came with me and Glory came
11:18with me and I think between the two of
11:20them, I probably talked for four minutes
11:22and the two Philip was asking all the
11:24questions and like I keep forgetting he
11:26knows how to run all of the back scene
11:28things. Now, working with him is he he
11:32is a um I keep calling him Joe Jackson.
11:35He wants to know stuff already and I'm
11:37just like I haven't gotten that far yet.
11:40I'm gonna go take a nap. So, you know,
11:41like set list and like he wants kind of
11:43things upfront and things like that. And
11:45so, um, that has been like a stretch,
11:47but it has been so good because I keep
11:50forgetting my emotions are about to hit
11:52how well we work together in ministry
11:53because it had been so long for us to
11:55like be in that space again. Um, but he
11:58decid he's going to be at the full
11:59conference now. Like he's just going to
12:01be there so that I'm not so that I don't
12:03have to be by myself. I was like, I just
12:05don't know. I need you in the space. So,
12:07he was already playing the drums, then
12:08he's going to introduce me, but I was
12:10like, I just need you in the space for
12:11intercession or security like, and I
12:13want the boys there, too. So, there
12:15we'll do it as a family. So, this will
12:16kind of be our first kind of like family
12:19push event. But, um, yeah. So the team I
12:22feel like I feel like God has really
12:23made sure
12:25I all of this has happened from rest
12:27because when I tell you I haven't been I
12:29haven't had the capacity to try to do
12:30what I normally do which is some form of
12:33driving or like you know I'm I'm a
12:35worker be so but I haven't been able to
12:37because I also been pregnant and then I
12:39also been sick. So the team has been
12:42great but Philip he knows the right
12:44questions to ask. He has an eye that you
12:46know he has a prophetic eye. He also is
12:48like thinking of logistics. He has what
12:51I don't have. I'm great at the
12:52prophetic. I'm great at like big
12:54picture, but the details Philip is he
12:56shines in details and that's not my
12:58strong suit. So, he's asking the right
13:00questions. I don't like them, but
13:02they're necessary questions um to move
13:04forward. So, yeah.
13:06>> That's awesome. All right. So, teams
13:08together. [clears throat] What do you
13:09feel like you're you're lacking?
13:12>> That's I don't know if I feel like I'm
13:14lacking anything. I kind of want to tell
13:15you what we're doing and then you speak
13:17to what
13:17>> Okay. you may um I've never done it so I
13:20can't tell you if I'm lacking something
13:21because
13:22>> okay
13:22>> outside of like I need to prepare the
13:24message
13:25>> that's that's what I'm like um but um so
13:29we have Friday and Saturday we're doing
13:30it Friday and Saturday we have um the
13:34worship leader one of the worship
13:35leaders is coming in from Florida
13:38she is I met her when when we were down
13:41in uh Kendra's event so Kendra is flying
13:43her here she's [snorts]
13:45very prof like um very spontaneous
13:50worship too, you know, like good to flow
13:51in and out of the spirit, especially for
13:53that like first night.
13:55>> I had a meeting with her yesterday
13:56finally just to like I know her a bit
13:59because I ran Kendra's event when I went
14:00to when I went to Dallas in December
14:04last year. I was going just to go, but I
14:06ended up running the event, being the
14:08liazison for the event um because I
14:10forgot, you know, I ran guest relations
14:12for so long. So I could see the gaps
14:14when it's not your event. But so I
14:16talked to her yesterday and she just
14:18kind of trying to get a feel for like
14:19how did she want to do worship? Like
14:20what did she need? Because one of the
14:22things I'm trying to learn is not like
14:24to bring my vision but not to cap the
14:26people that are coming in their
14:27anointing too. You know what I mean?
14:29>> And so I had a meeting with her
14:30yesterday and as we were just kind of
14:32talking her her posture really was just
14:36to I I want to bring glory to the Lord.
14:38Like everything went back to the Lord.
14:39Like everything every time she was
14:42talking. And so it was like just a
14:43genuine heart of worship. I experienced
14:45that when I was with her, but like
14:48talking to her for your own event. And
14:49so she was just like, I just want you to
14:50know like I'm kind of coming in to
14:52partner with what you're doing. She was
14:54like, if I can have at least 45 minutes
14:56of worship, we can break something in.
14:58She was like, I know the region of
14:59Seattle, it's not like a, you know, you
15:01I don't want to just come and
15:02dillydally. So yeah.
15:04>> Um, and I appreciated that she had
15:06already been praying about the region.
15:08She's never been here,
15:10>> but she was praying about the region and
15:12she was like just kind of like what the
15:13Lord was showing her. So, she had
15:15mentioned this song called Fear of the
15:17Lord
15:18>> um from Jasmine Tape, which they're out
15:20of mercy culture, but that song in
15:23general, it really I'm like that song
15:25has been in my spirit. So, when she said
15:27it, I was like, "All right, we're good."
15:28So, she'll give me the set by Friday and
15:30and then her and Philip, Philip have
15:31been, you know, Philip, he's doing his
15:33research. So, he's like, "Does she have
15:34a worship? Like, does she have a page?
15:35Does she have a
15:38regular. So, he's been kind of studying
15:39that. He's kind of taking the lead on
15:41that. Sierra's going to come in and play
15:43keys. Um, she wanted a sec, she bleeds
15:45from keys, but she asked for a secondary
15:47keys and then, um, drummer and then if
15:51we can have like an electric guitar, so
15:53that was good. Um, she's just coming for
15:55Friday night, though, so she can make it
15:57back to Sunday morning for her church in
16:00Florida. I'm like, that's perfect.
16:01[clears throat] Pastor Sandra and the
16:03team are going to come for Sunday, uh,
16:05Saturday morning. Um, And I just kind of
16:08gave it to her. I was telling Sandra to
16:11me, she has such a breaker's anointing
16:13on her voice that I was like, I just
16:15want you to go like I just whatever that
16:18looks like for you. Like I just want you
16:20to
16:21>> I want you to be the freedom to just go
16:23into the space. Like I asked for one
16:25song and that's Rattle because I keep
16:27hearing it over Seattle
16:28>> and there's like the other lady
16:31>> her voice can't do rattle. like it's not
16:34like and so I was like I'm not going to
16:36try to pressure you on that. So we just
16:38kind of dealt with worship and then
16:39Friday night Yasmin will be here. So
16:41she's going to do a spoken word coming
16:43out of worship called the eulogy which
16:46she has done before but it literally fit
16:48perfectly fit the theme of the
16:49conference. So we're going to come out
16:51of worship right into um it's not going
16:54to it's going to be like a kind of
16:55seamless transition as like the spoken
16:57word will kind of be a part of worship.
16:59Um, and so she'll do her spoken word of
17:02the eulogy and then Philip will
17:05introduce me and then I'll preach Friday
17:07night.
17:08>> Okay.
17:08>> Um, we're opening the I think we're like
17:11opening doors at 600. We're going to
17:12have like a um Thursday night we're all
17:16the I'm gathering all my volunteers and
17:18all the speakers in the salon to do like
17:20a prayer night.
17:21>> Okay.
17:22>> To kind of like so that people are
17:23acclimated because everybody's kind of
17:25coming from different places and not
17:27everybody knows each other. And you know
17:28when you go into a conference space the
17:30day of the event it could be kind of
17:32like a little static because you don't
17:34know you're meeting them and then you
17:35got to go into action. So I thought
17:38>> yeah if we could kind of like
17:40fellowship. So I was just going to do
17:41like a
17:42>> get some platters from Aztec or a
17:44Mexican restaurant. We pray but then
17:46also be able to kind of fellowship and
17:47kind of get to know one another. Um do
17:50that on Thursday night. And then
17:52>> yeah I preach Friday night. I think my
17:56the things that I can say right now that
17:57I'm not I'm learning that I'm not strong
17:59at cuz even when I was at East Point, I
18:02noticed like when I'm coming to the end
18:03of s like a service to like close and
18:06like alter time, I'm not very
18:07comfortable. So I typically want to pass
18:09that off to somebody else to do it. I
18:11don't know how to like close. And so
18:14they were like, "Okay, well what
18:15happens? Like we're going into altar. I
18:17know she'll come back up on the keys,
18:18but like what does that look like?" And
18:20so in my mind I'm like, "Yeah, I just
18:21pass it to somebody to do it." And
18:23they're like,
18:25>> "What do you want them to do?"
18:27>> That's like, "And who why? I don't
18:29understand." And I was like, "Well, like
18:31the altar call." So, I think like
18:32learning to be sensitive to what God
18:35wants to do in that moment.
18:37>> Yeah.
18:38>> Because the thing that I'm a little bit
18:39I guess my challenge is I have Friday
18:42night and then I have full conference
18:43tickets. The full conference tickets
18:45sold out.
18:46>> Um but Friday night we left open for
18:48more people because we have more space,
18:50right? Um Okay. and I didn't want to
18:52overdo it. So that's why I only did like
18:5580, but with everyone it'll probably be
18:56like more of a 100 for full conference
18:58for second day. I think Friday night the
19:01thing that I'm like I don't want cuz
19:03some of them aren't coming for Saturday,
19:04right? Because they didn't get tickets
19:06for Saturday. I think I'm like I don't
19:09want to do I'm trying to make sure that
19:11I don't do like all right come back
19:13tomorrow for the second part and you can
19:15get the rest but like we I have to bring
19:17them into a response on Friday even
19:21though they won't be back on Saturday.
19:22Does that make sense?
19:24>> Yeah.
19:24>> And that's kind of where I've been kind
19:25of like thinking about like in my head
19:28and I guess like in I haven't really
19:30fully started preparing message yet but
19:32that's kind of what I was I think one
19:34>> You have an idea. You have an idea of
19:35what your message is on Friday?
19:38>> A I have
19:40>> subject I have feeling.
19:42>> I don't know that I have like
19:45>> I've been in John 15.
19:47>> I've been in John 15 around pruning.
19:50>> Um the conference theme is this is a
19:52call to die. So I ju I felt like the
19:54Lord was coming to deal with our kind of
19:57like what my book is like the mask and
19:58the layers of things that we have then
20:00we put on that um
20:04prevent us from
20:06walking in
20:08the the life that he has. So how I kind
20:10of planned it out what I seen what I
20:12wanted to do is like death, burial,
20:14resurrection. So we come to die so that
20:15we can become alive in Christ is my
20:18goal. So dying to the things that
20:20>> that and I I've been trying to balance
20:22out like where I bring in some
20:25testimony, you know what I mean? Like
20:27>> yeah,
20:27>> your testimony or other people testimony
20:30>> pro mine because when I'm preaching like
20:32bringing in like the things that God
20:34required from me even to get here
20:36because I've held this conference theme
20:38in my heart for four years. This this
20:40isn't like a oh I just did it but there
20:42was a lot of process of things that we
20:45had I had to let go of and
20:47>> those kind of things. And I feel like
20:48when I'm having a lot of conversation or
20:50a lot of women that are going to be in
20:51the room, that's what we're that's what
20:53we're dealing with. That that that
20:54separation of like, I want God, but I
20:56just want to add him to what I'm already
20:58doing. But God is requiring us to remove
21:01these things so that we can have the
21:02fullness of him. And I lived like that
21:04for a long time, too. I'm like, when my
21:06marriage hit the fan, it needed to hit
21:07the fan. like everything that happened
21:09that with Philip and I's marriage was a
21:11trajectory to shift our entire lives of
21:13where I was like living in this like
21:15prototype and just kind of doing the
21:17religious thing and not really serving
21:18God wholeheartedly. And so I think that
21:21when I'm having these conversations with
21:23women right now, that's what we're
21:24dealing with. I'm dealing with it on a
21:26one-on-one scale and we're walking
21:27through it and like and so I'm like I
21:30feel like he's bringing this to a
21:31broader space of like okay now we're all
21:34called to action and more so because I
21:36just keep feeling like for the region of
21:37Seattle which
21:40if it was up to me you're I'm not trying
21:41to have heart for the region of Seattle.
21:43I was not I thought I was I thought we
21:44was going to be on our way out.
21:46>> Yeah. Okay.
21:47>> Out where I don't know LA anywhere else.
21:49But I feel like the Lord has been really
21:51like breaking my heart for this region.
21:52And for us to get jealous over now the
21:55women that are coming in the room, a lot
21:56of them are jealous over Seattle, but
21:58they're like influencers. They're not
21:59like like they they love Seattle. They
22:02love their city, but but then the God
22:04piece is missing. Then you have the
22:05people who really love God, and then the
22:08the the love for the region and where
22:10we're at is also missing. And so I just
22:12feel like he's bringing us into a
22:14moment. So I just haven't sat long
22:16enough. I feel like this week I finally
22:18am like in my right mind like my body
22:20everything kind of feels like aligned
22:22finally that I can just sit to kind of
22:24like write out my thoughts. And so I
22:26don't have it full picture. So I know
22:28this is kind of like a mod podge of
22:29stuff. But I just feel like as I've been
22:31like laying around with the Lord that's
22:33he really wants to deal with the seat of
22:35our heart so that he can deposit his
22:38heart for the region for what we're
22:39called to do. And it doesn't mean like
22:41okay your heart my heart for Seattle may
22:43just be beauty industry and the people
22:44that are in this space but that's my
22:46lane or somebody else's may be the I
22:49have a lot of teachers so school system
22:51but are we have his perspective and his
22:54heart when we're going into these spaces
22:56so we're serving from his heart versus
22:59the other way around which is where most
23:01people are just negative like I'm called
23:03to his face but all I can see is a
23:04negative ex instead of seeing what I'm
23:07coming in to deposit. So my goal is for
23:09when we leave, we leave with something
23:11that we're carrying to go then deposit.
23:14>> Yeah. An assignment.
23:16>> Yeah. An assignment.
23:18But I just know that God is like it just
23:20feels like he's so serious about
23:24our heart and our words and our posture.
23:27And I we were talking we had a team or
23:30like a whole team gathering. And as we
23:33were praying, we one of the things we
23:34were praying was about the body too of
23:37like our words about church and our
23:39words about you know there's a I just
23:40had never I didn't know how much word
23:43curses were spoken around
23:46uh the the ground of Seattle but like
23:48the churches of Seattle and like the
23:50commune of Seattle of like I see it on
23:53the internet but I just didn't know it
23:56was as close as it actually is. I've
23:58heard you talk like I've heard us talk
24:00but like encountering it
24:02>> oneonone is not something that I had
24:04really experienced until as I'm doing
24:07the conference I'm like oh people are
24:10really cuz that's my thing is I'm like
24:12>> you have to go somewhere after this like
24:14where you planted I don't we're doing a
24:16conference but okay yeah I go to Citadel
24:18like this is a church this is the only I
24:20only have really one place to kind of
24:22point them because I don't know I can't
24:24vouch for any other spaces but that's
24:25the other part is like the disciplehip
24:27part that also comes comes afterwards.
24:29So, my brain is thinking so much further
24:31than just this moment. And I think
24:33that's kind of why I'm having probably a
24:35big bit more of a challenge trying to
24:37communic like get my message down
24:39because I'm thinking of like, okay, they
24:41come to a conference for a moment. Yes,
24:43this is a seed, but then where do they
24:44go afterwards for those who don't a
24:47house? You know what I mean?
24:48>> Yeah,
24:50>> those are those have been my thoughts.
24:52>> All right. Well, lots of thoughts. Let's
24:54go with um
24:57let's go with overall. So you have you
25:01think you have three different pe or two
25:03different kinds of groups, right? You
25:05think you have a Friday group and a
25:06Saturday group.
25:07>> You don't think Do you have who do you
25:09do you have groups? Anyone that's going
25:11to be around Friday and Saturday? That's
25:14the whole conference.
25:14>> Yes, majority of them will like the
25:16Friday night group that won't be there
25:18Saturday is probably right now. I don't
25:20think I have more than like
25:2315 people.
25:25>> Will they have access to buying the
25:28recording of Saturday?
25:30>> That was a question that I was coming to
25:32ask you. So that is we are trying to
25:34record it so that we can
25:36um so that that can happen. That is the
25:38goal
25:39>> for everything to be recorded.
25:42>> So So you can speak to them. I mean if
25:45they want it later they can buy it
25:46later. All right. So,
25:48>> so you your Friday night, don't engage
25:50it for the 15, engage it for the
25:52>> the other Yeah. the other group.
25:55>> Okay.
25:56>> So, that and then when you're closed, it
25:58just builds the scarcity of why you
26:02know, you missed that. You're missing
26:03out on tomorrow. You love tonight. You
26:06got to create that scarcity. You don't
26:07want to satisfy them completely. you
26:09want them to actually want to come
26:12>> and and get with you and your whatever
26:15you're going to do, whatever we're going
26:16to talk about your next steps are.
26:17[snorts]
26:17>> So, I think that's that's fine. Just
26:19focus on, you know, what do you want to
26:22accomplish on Friday night with the
26:23people that are in the room, not
26:25[clears throat] even thinking about
26:26Saturday, but if you if it was your last
26:28session, if it was your only session,
26:30what is Saturday is supposed to
26:32accomplish? What do you want that What
26:33do you want that to be?
26:38I think I I think more than anything I
26:40want people to recognize that they're
26:44usable material in God's hands. Like
26:46they aren't exempt from the story of
26:48what's being created or what God wants
26:50to do. We all have a assignment. We all
26:52have a mandate here. Even though it
26:55doesn't look like X, Y, and Z because
26:57that's what I really am trying to I
26:58would like to cancel out is that spirit
27:00of comparison of my assignment looks
27:02bigger. Well, she's on a platform or I'm
27:04trying to create this. I want everyone
27:06to recognize that we all have a part to
27:08play. One body, many parts. Focus on the
27:11part God has you on. So that no then
27:14nothing gets missed is how my brain
27:17works. But assignment
27:19>> the assignment. So the assignment they
27:21all everyone has assignment or purpose.
27:24>> Yes.
27:24>> They have um some kind of destiny,
27:27>> right? Some kind of destiny.
27:30I think that's your message across the
27:32board. Um you have this over here uh a
27:37call to die.
27:38>> Mhm.
27:42>> You know death is is finite. It's very
27:46it's finished. It's like complete,
27:48right? Well, that's you want to complete
27:50your assignment. You want to you want to
27:52finish this. All right. So when you're
27:54looking at the it's called to die, you
27:56mentioned that there's the death,
28:01burial,
28:03>> and resurrection.
28:03>> And the resurrection.
28:05>> Mhm.
28:05>> How many sessions you have?
28:07>> Um the next day we have two other
28:10preachers and then a panel in the
28:11middle.
28:12>> Two other preachers. Okay. So, so
28:15basically your assignment in the in the
28:18three sessions
28:20in you know in the panel you're going to
28:21have to actually I don't we'll talk
28:23about that but your this is your
28:25assignment.
28:26>> Yes.
28:27>> Your assignment is to bring him to death
28:29but death is f is a f is is final. So
28:33you can't kill them. You have to explain
28:36to them why they lay down their life to
28:41be ready to raise up rise rise up into
28:45their assignment. So that's that's what
28:46your goal is. It's like yes
28:48>> okay you have a purpose of a destiny but
28:51there's an aspect of it there's and then
28:53I wouldn't make death complete. I would
28:55say the first part is death and I want
28:57to talk to you about that tonight.
28:58Tomorrow we're going to hit burial and
29:00resurrection. And you should be ready to
29:04follow up any of this any of your
29:07communicators
29:09here with something just in case they
29:12don't hit this. Well,
29:13>> there a lot of people think they come in
29:15and they will share what they have.
29:18>> They may not hit it to the weight that
29:19you want to. So, you don't need to
29:21follow up like, "Hey, I'm going to
29:22preach a whole message." But um you and
29:25we can talk about how to follow up in a
29:26minute. But your your goal is the the
29:29most important. So when when when I go
29:32into a conference or I go into a
29:34weekend, if I go into a camp,
29:37my goal in is you know, of course, death
29:41is always changing your mind about
29:43something,
29:44>> right?
29:44>> It's the repentance. You already have
29:46that down. I'm not going to tell you how
29:47to preach it. But the what you I want to
29:50find out is how do you want them to end
29:51it? So if you and you go to used to go
29:53to the Freedom Encounter, this is the
29:55Freedom Encounter Breakout,
29:57>> Death, Bur, Resurrection. Freedom
29:58Encounter, we brought you to a place
30:00where
30:01>> we're writing out everything or we're
30:03we're we're addressing everything that
30:06you know is in the way. I don't want you
30:08to die, but I want what's in the way to
30:10die. What's what's in the way of your
30:11assignment? So, we write that down and
30:13we nailed it and and we actioned it.
30:15That's how we finished. We actioned it
30:17and nailed it onto the cross. Um, some
30:20people can can take a um and not saying
30:23that you do this, but this is kind of
30:24the mindset behind the the prophetic
30:27action. They'll take a, you know, um,
30:31shredder, right? Some and you'll shred
30:33it, right? You're putting that fin or
30:35you or you can take it, you know, in
30:38back in the day in De Moines, we had we
30:40took them outside and burned them,
30:41right? Do we take remember so there's
30:44the action if you want to if you want to
30:47just figure out how you want to finish
30:49it
30:49>> movies are always started movies are
30:52written and but movies are filmed by the
30:55in the last verse so start how do you
30:57want to finish it that's how you start
30:59your that's how you start your process
31:00so for me I want to finish it to where
31:03they are doing something physically
31:06maybe even shouting they're doing
31:08something you know bringing them to the
31:10altar praying loud praying I'm I'm not
31:12telling you how to do it, but you want
31:13to you want to think through your finish
31:15because that day is the new birth.
31:18They're they're being born again. So
31:22then they can be ready for the, you
31:24know, this this burial aspect, burial,
31:26resurrection. I'm not sure how you want
31:28to break that out, but it could be
31:31>> We can think about it. You can think
31:32about it. I like,
31:33>> you know, I don't I don't know if you're
31:35if your people are coming with with if
31:37they're telling you what they're
31:38preaching or if you are assigning them
31:40to preach or if they're just coming and
31:42bringing what's on your heart.
31:43>> I can uh one of the lady that's doing
31:46the last one I did give her kind of like
31:48she's very uh great at pract like
31:50practicality. So like that resurrection
31:52piece and like setting this up to move
31:54past I went to a conference and like
31:56okay but what am I taking like a
31:57everyday life thing? She has a an
32:00anointing for that piece. So when I I
32:02did give her because I
32:04>> I know her but not as well as I know
32:06Glory. I've been Glory. We were always
32:08when we used to do Uprising. So I've
32:10known them since then. Um and we've done
32:12a lot of stuff together since then. So I
32:13haven't talked much to Glory. Um but we
32:15have a meeting coming up and she's very
32:17much like girl whatever you whatever you
32:19want. But she holds the she's been
32:21walking with me for a very long time. So
32:23she is like in the vein of all of it. So
32:26that one is a little
32:27>> Do you think you want Do you think
32:28you're going to assign them what like
32:30this subject or you just going to let
32:32them bring what they have?
32:33>> I kind of was letting them bring what
32:35they have. I am closing out like the
32:37finite the final
32:39>> whatever that word is at the end like
32:42I'm I'm closing out the final like it's
32:44not like I'm not going to preach again
32:45but the like commissioning charge.
32:47>> You're pulling it all back together.
32:48>> At the end I'm pulling it all back
32:50together. So, I had my thought process
32:52was like if it's not hit exactly, I kind
32:55of recap the death, burial,
32:57resurrection, make sure it's like out.
32:59But I've done I did this in
33:02March or something like in the salon. We
33:04did a small one and I did a um like a
33:06paper. I can send it to you, but it was
33:08like the first paper was the death
33:10section and we wrote down it was but it
33:12was a tombstone and we wrote it all
33:14down. We wrote everything everything
33:15that needed to die was wrote written on
33:17a tombstone. the resurrection, you know,
33:19we had like so it was like so that was
33:21kind of my thought process. That's what
33:22I was gonna ask you about is a prophetic
33:25like some kind of prophetic declaration
33:26because I do remember freedom encounter
33:29and us nailing things to the cross. So I
33:30was like is there a way to like trying
33:33to figure like if we can bury it or if I
33:34just make the same thing in there that
33:36night everything that needs to die goes
33:37on the tombstone and we get to you know
33:40some kind of thing where they get to
33:42>> it's um a marker.
33:46>> Yeah. So that that was and that was a
33:48great turnout in the salon. It was like
33:5015 of us but it was a powerful turnout
33:53in the salon and I did it over I did
33:55more like a prophetic exercise. So we
33:56went through death, burial, resurrection
33:58and like silence and like letting God
34:00speak in between each moment. So that's
34:02where the kind of thing kind of like
34:04birthed from, but I just had them thing.
34:07>> All right. So you'll have something like
34:08that. You'll have a some kind of close.
34:10Um are you going to lay hands on people
34:13or prophesy?
34:15Yep.
34:18>> You don't you don't you haven't decided
34:19yet or you don't won't know.
34:21>> I feel like I'm supposed to. I just
34:22think that all that kind of stuff it I
34:25don't know why it makes me nervous in
34:26this setting.
34:28>> Yeah, but you do it all the time.
34:31>> I know. I just feel like even when I was
34:34at um East Point, the ministry part I
34:38think I just still feel a little bit
34:40like nervous about. Not when I'm in the
34:43salon. It doesn't or even when I'm at
34:45raining when I would pray and stuff I
34:46don't feel nervous but I think it's
34:48because I feel safe in my house
34:51but so now going outside and like
34:55>> well that's your space I mean you you
34:57rented it so it's your house too right
34:58so
34:59>> but I mean I feel safe in my house
35:01because my pastors are right pastor
35:02Nelly is right there when I'm praying
35:03for people so it's not pastor Nila is in
35:05the corner if something happens kind of
35:07thing I think this feels like a new
35:09space of like I have to trust the God in
35:12me too. Even when people are not around,
35:14I feel really safe.
35:16>> I remember I remember you in the in the
35:18the house church, the house the house
35:21the house churches, whatever they call
35:23micro church. You
35:25>> I remember you in the micro church. I
35:27mean, you just prophesying a storm just
35:29like prophesying, calling people out.
35:33That's the one that's coming this night.
35:35That's the person.
35:36>> All right. So, what I mean, I think the
35:38the the thing that there's two stages.
35:41Let's do two stages of the altar call.
35:44First is the group. Anyone that wants to
35:46that just is making this decision.
35:48You're making the decision. Come on,
35:49bring your your your sheet down and you
35:53know, we're going to stand. We're going
35:54to bring them all to the altar. We're
35:55going to pray one corporate thing. We're
35:56going to pray one corporate thing. Then
35:58at that point, that's when the Holy
36:00Spirit saddles on you and you go, "Okay,
36:03you're highlighted to me.
36:05>> Girl, you right." And then girl
36:09in that part, right? And then but that's
36:10just in a group. So you don't it's not
36:12actually like if you don't feel anything
36:14you've already done enough. If you don't
36:16feel anything they actually you have to
36:18go individual.
36:19>> You start with corporate. I'm going
36:21corporate. Everybody's here. We're all
36:23going to pray. You already know you're
36:24finishing it with that. We're going to
36:26pray and declare. Boom. You know
36:27sometimes I'm at East Point. I'm like I
36:29don't feel nothing for you guys. All
36:31right everybody come up front. Everybody
36:33come up front. If this is for you, this
36:34message spokes to you spoke to you.
36:36You're ready to die. Come up front. All
36:38right. we're going to do this now and
36:40then I corporate and then as I'm praying
36:41that anointing for individual comes
36:44>> come
36:44>> because sometimes they you know you know
36:46people just sit there and look at you
36:47like I need to get you more involved
36:49closer up
36:51>> and then so you can then the highlights
36:53come and if the highlights don't come
36:54then we have a tombstone over here
36:56>> and that's number three then the
36:58tombstone over here and we're going to
37:00go and just nail these things or tape
37:02these things to a tombstone or however
37:05you choose to do it you know if you get
37:08>> tombstone ST's easy. So, we we may be
37:10close enough to to um
37:13>> Halloween.
37:13>> Halloween to get a big old tombstone.
37:15Sorry.
37:16>> Yep.
37:17>> Oh, I could do that.
37:20>> Get a big old tombstone.
37:22>> Okay, that that's helpful. Go.
37:24>> Need some tax. Probably some tombstone
37:26because it'll probably be styrofoam or
37:27something.
37:29>> Oh, yeah.
37:31That's perfect.
37:33Okay. See, when I talk out loud, then it
37:35all makes it makes more sense to my
37:37>> Well, you already had it in your head.
37:38You I'm just saying what you said.
37:39>> This has been a I mean, I've been
37:41hearing this for a very long time. But
37:43it's only because I've been in this
37:44process for a very I mean, you know,
37:46I've been talking to you. It has been a
37:48lot of like a lot of stuff, but it's
37:51>> it feels I don't know. This feels like a
37:54birthing. Like Kendra, when we were
37:55praying, she was like, I just want the
37:56Lord said he's releasing your prophetic
37:59voice in Seattle. like this conference
38:01there is a part your prophetic voice is
38:03being released into the region and I was
38:05like I really feel that way that's why
38:06when the invitation for for east side I
38:08mean east point came the immediate yes
38:11that I felt in my spirit scared me I was
38:13like oh uh-uh like whoa so I was trying
38:16to like talk myself out of it but I just
38:18feel like I finally feel like I have
38:21God's heart for the region I don't I
38:23took me a long time to get here
38:25>> but I really feel like I have his heart
38:28for the region I cry I weep over Seattle
38:30and I and not just Tacoma. Like before
38:32it was like Tacoma. I'm like this
38:33reminds me where I'm from. But like over
38:35the region pastor I never I just was
38:37like all right I'mma fight with what
38:39pastor says like I'm going to take this
38:41but like now I have my own fight for the
38:43region. Like now I'm jealous for the
38:45region in a different way. So
38:47>> that's awesome.
38:48>> Yes, that makes sense. I love that. Um
38:50okay,
38:51>> couple other questions I have. Um
38:55>> you have a you'll have a run sheet.
38:57Someone will help you with the run sheet
38:58for the night.
38:59>> Oh yeah. Yes, we will have all We just
39:00did that yesterday. So run.
39:04>> Yeah. Show the the whole service the
39:06whole service lay down who's going to be
39:07the time frames.
39:08>> And um
39:10>> what are you guys doing? Are you guys
39:11doing planning center? What are you guys
39:13doing for your your your organization
39:16setup work? All right. We have to think
39:19about that. Okay. What [laughter] do you
39:20have what do you what do you guys have
39:22at the door when people come in? Cuz
39:24when um
39:26>> like
39:27>> how did you sell tickets? Through
39:28Eventbrite or
39:29>> We did Brushfire.
39:31>> Brushfire. Okay. So, does Brushfire have
39:33an app or something that when people
39:34come in that
39:35>> for like registration?
39:37>> Yeah.
39:38>> Yes. Yes. Yep.
39:39>> Okay.
39:40>> And then if someone just walks in and
39:41they bring a friend, then you can do the
39:43brush fire on on an iPad at the at the
39:46door.
39:46>> No, there's no ticket only.
39:49>> No more. Okay. So even even if you have
39:52open Friday, you have open space
39:54Fridays.
39:55>> So what I was I guess that's another
39:56question because what I was going to do
39:58is cut off Friday night ticket sales
40:01like do I'm not going to do it all the
40:03way up until
40:04>> Okay. There's a deadline
40:05>> because I want to make sure that they
40:06we're going to do I'm not like I want to
40:08make sure that there's cuz it's it's
40:10after like people coming from work and
40:12stuff. So we're going to do a like a
40:14little shakuderie kind of spread and
40:15like make sure there's stuff there. But
40:17we want to make sure we have it the
40:19number as many to the best of our
40:21ability.
40:22>> Girl, my my cousin just flew in today
40:25Friday and she's staying with me.
40:27>> Do you know I mean this is really how it
40:28has been happening. Like oh I know
40:30you're sold out but girl like I was
40:32going to buy I know I've done enough of
40:35this.
40:35>> I'm like
40:37>> but strong though.
40:39>> Huh?
40:40>> My no is strong.
40:42>> Okay. You can have a note. I I open up I
40:45open up a like so there's an early bird
40:48and then there's the bird and then
40:49there's a late bird. It's like that.
40:51>> Oh, a late bird.
40:53>> That person is pay they're going to pay
40:55more at the door.
40:56>> At the door.
40:58Okay.
40:59>> You don't have to. But this there's
41:01scragglers that want to bring grandma.
41:04>> There is See, and I guess like Friday
41:06night I'm like a little bit more I like
41:08it. It's a little bit more flexible for
41:10me because we have more we have space
41:13and like it's not as big of a deal. Um,
41:16so
41:16>> but just be ready. You don't have to you
41:18don't have to open it. You don't even
41:19have to announce it. Don't even announce
41:21it. But it's just like
41:23>> someone at the door has to be prepared
41:24if someone comes in
41:25>> and just they bring three friends. It's
41:28like,
41:28>> okay,
41:29>> just be prepared with a credit card.
41:31Just credit card reader.
41:33>> Yeah.
41:34>> You just have to pay. Slide in. Slide
41:36in. You can stand in the over in the
41:38corner trying to get
41:39>> in the overflow. Okay, that makes sense.
41:42>> I mean, cuz you you I mean it's extra
41:43cash and you'll need it. You'll need to
41:46pay, you know, pay stuff.
41:47>> Oh, for real.
41:49>> Um Okay. So, Friday, Saturday morning,
41:52Saturday afternoon, Saturday night.
41:54Saturday afternoon.
41:55>> Yeah, we're end at 4. So, we'll do 10 to
41:574. Uh open at 9:00, end at 4 on
42:00Saturday.
42:01>> And you can you'll be spontaneous with
42:03what your followup is. You know what you
42:04want to accomplish. All right. Um
42:08I think you have your outcome.
42:09>> What does that mean? What you mean?
42:10>> Well, like your follow. Well, we'll talk
42:12about the follow because you said the
42:13next steps because
42:14>> Oh, okay.
42:15>> Whenever we're planning something, you
42:17know, we go through the process of.
42:23So, we're talking about what,
42:27why,
42:29how,
42:31um what's next.
42:35So this is the part that we have to talk
42:37about because you're talking about
42:38having people go into a church.
42:42What do you want to do after this? So
42:44what are we doing? We have the how. This
42:45is going to be the death, burial
42:48>> to the resurrection.
42:50Why why they need to die? Because they
42:52have an assignment.
42:56Uh what is a it's it's a call to die.
42:59And I think the call to diet needs to be
43:02really
43:04um clarified because I think people what
43:07they end up doing is they like I I'm
43:08dying to myself and they end up doing
43:10nothing. So they're dying to the
43:11hindrances, right? They're dying to
43:13things that hinder.
43:14>> Yeah.
43:15>> They're dying to the delay.
43:18>> So now just bringing that clar and then
43:20so what's next? Uh well realistic step.
43:23You're not going to get everybody. I
43:25don't think the realistic step if I were
43:26here, you want them to be discipled, but
43:33your next step, and this is just a
43:35suggestion, my next step would not be
43:38would not be church. My my next step
43:40was, okay, we're going to get them to a
43:41church. We're going to encourage him to
43:42get into a church. But you got to have
43:44some kind of something that you're
43:47doing, a program.
43:48>> Yeah.
43:48>> That continues this. So, what is that?
43:52>> You can get them to a church if you want
43:53to. But they're there for you and you're
43:57you're going to always have like
43:59commitment to the Lord, commitment to a
44:02church, commitment. You're going to
44:03always that's going to always be in what
44:04you do. So what's the next step with
44:06you? What's the next thing you're
44:08inviting them to after this?
44:12>> I knew this question was going to come.
44:15[laughter]
44:17>> So that means you already prepared for
44:18it. Let's go.
44:19>> No, I wasn't.
44:22I know that something has to come after
44:23this though. I know.
44:24>> Okay. So, you have your book. Your book
44:26is about
44:27>> Your book is a continued conversation on
44:29this, right?
44:31>> Yeah. It's Yeah, it's a deeper process
44:32that walks you through it's like a
44:33disciplehip manual.
44:35>> Okay. So, and how many videos do you
44:38have to go with your book?
44:39>> Huh?
44:41>> You did you just did a whole what what
44:4310 weeks of Zooms?
44:45>> I know. But it just I
44:47>> Did you record any of them?
44:49>> Some of them. Yes. But it just it did
44:51not go how I I told you that was like a
44:54>> Okay. So there's a way to produce this
44:57is called seed prep seed. So you
44:59basically tell them, hey, I I'm running
45:01a program. You can do you can do 2 days,
45:053 days. You can do another 3 days. You
45:07can do one day. You can do a one- day
45:08webinar. Just one day webinar. and you
45:12know you can we can figure out how long
45:13that's going to be where you're going to
45:15go back and you're going to highlight
45:16you know what you just went through in
45:18the and and I would just say you know
45:20meet me on Zoom or if you want to do in
45:22person if they're all local if you want
45:24to do in person and Zoom whatever you
45:26want to do but meet me for these
45:28whatever sessions and I would go death
45:30barrel resurrection again and then and
45:33then have something a little bit more of
45:35this this assignment part of it
45:38>> right in the midst of that and you you
45:39maybe do three or four different
45:41sessions. You can do three one-hour
45:44sessions and you're just bringing them
45:46along. You're bringing them into that
45:47and that could be, you know, whatever
45:49price you want to put on it. You know,
45:50$2.99 or depending how how much of a
45:53deep dive you want to go, how much of a
45:55relationship you want to build with them
45:57or you it could be $59, whatever you
46:00want. You're trying to get 80% of those
46:02people back into your life, right? Keep
46:05them with you.
46:07>> Jesus did that. He was at the at the at
46:09the boat
46:11preaching, preaching something. The
46:12Bible doesn't even tell us what he's
46:14preaching. He's just preaching,
46:14preaching. Everybody gathers to him at
46:16the boat. And then he stops because he
46:19sees the the amount of people that are
46:20there. That's the conference. And then
46:22he walks away and he sits on a rock and
46:25he starts to say, "Blessed are those who
46:28that's where you start talking about the
46:29blesseds. The blessed are those who th
46:31these are the biatitudes. These are the
46:33things that increase a person. So if you
46:35don't walk away and give them a
46:37beatitude life, these are the this is
46:39what's written in red. We don't know
46:41what he said to everybody, but we know
46:42what he said to the biatitudes the red.
46:44>> Wow.
46:45>> So that's this program that you're
46:46creating the things that you would tell
46:48only the very intrigued people. Um
46:51there's you know concepts that so he w
46:54he had the the masses then he had the
46:59those that were interested in
47:01disciplehip and he broke the next stage
47:03was he broke those the next off into the
47:0612. This is how he picked his 12. So you
47:09have to go through the same process. You
47:10talk to the masses. This is your
47:11conference a call to die. You know then
47:14from that you have this. We're now going
47:17to talk to those who are interested in
47:19going into deep diving into disciplehip.
47:22And that's this one. And then we're
47:23going to talk to those who are really
47:25interested in being um under my master
47:29my mastery, right? Those that that's the
47:31master sessions or the master classes or
47:33the the weekend getaways or whatever
47:35we're going to, you know, you do there.
47:37Um that these are the people that are
47:39really really going to lock in. And the
47:41numbers will look like if you have 100
47:42people, you're looking at probably, you
47:45know, having 10 to 20 in this and then
47:49having, you know, maybe a five to five,
47:52you know, into this one. So your
47:54numbers, but at the same time, this cost
47:56a certain amount. How much was this? 50
47:58bucks
47:59>> the conference.
48:00>> Yeah.
48:02>> 100.
48:02>> $100. Okay. This cost 100. This is now
48:06going to cost, you know, $2.99 or 300.
48:09this is going to cost, you know, 20
48:1120,000
48:13something like that. So, but you're
48:15looking at this is how the progression
48:17has to work.
48:18>> Okay. Wow. That's that's powerful.
48:22>> But the Jesus did it. He modeled it. I
48:24hear all of the time these these
48:26influencers are always I heard this one
48:27yesterday. She did a great job. She has
48:291 point something million followers and
48:32she says this is our this is our
48:34framework. And every time it's the same
48:37framework. Get the masses, tell them,
48:39tell them something that gathers them.
48:41Then you get those that are really
48:43interested in what you're talking about.
48:45And then you get those that are really,
48:47really wanting to connect with it, to
48:50live with it, you maybe even become your
48:51disciple in it. And so what she said is
48:54we entertain the masses. And she did
48:56this is a great concept. We entertain
48:58the mass [clears throat] entertain the
49:00masses.
49:01We we um we educate the interested.
49:05That's this part.
49:07That's educate. We educ We educate the
49:09interested
49:10>> and we sell to the committed. That's
49:15this group over here.
49:16>> That's so good.
49:18>> Right. And that's what Jesus has been
49:20doing the whole time. He entertains. The
49:22reason we don't know what he said when
49:25he's every time he speaks to the masses,
49:27we never see it. We never there's no
49:29reference of it.
49:30>> It's not recorded.
49:30>> It's all he entertains them. He brings
49:33them in. He's Joel Ostein. Hope hope
49:37>> yeah yeah
49:37>> you heard me say it before but this is I
49:39mean the way she said it for business it
49:41was really dynamic so we entertain we
49:44entertain the masses
49:45>> we are so you know the shikuri and all
49:48of the gathering and the you know all of
49:50that even though it's conference and
49:52it's serious
49:53>> conference is about entertainment
49:55>> still yeah
49:56>> entertain you got to make people feel
49:57like they're having a good time and then
49:59you bring them into this next place what
50:00that's what I want you to think about
50:02this week is
50:03>> okay
50:04What what am I going to bring them into
50:06that's going to educate the interested?
50:09I'm going to educate the interested.
50:11People are now interested. They're
50:12interested in more. These are the people
50:14that says, "Man, you got to do this
50:15again. When you we got to do this
50:17again." Those are people that come to
50:18your salon and they go, "We got to do
50:20this again."
50:21>> Those are the interested. So, you have
50:22to have some kind of education form for
50:25them.
50:26>> Um, and there's a lot of ways to do it.
50:27webinars, you know, like you did your
50:30your your
50:32education piece and then, you know, but
50:34make sure you record that education
50:36piece. So, if you do it once and you
50:37don't want to do it again, it's at least
50:38record it and you can keep it on play.
50:41They can push
50:42>> I have a lot of them on my YouTube like
50:45uh unlisted. The ones that I recorded, I
50:47have them. They're unlisted.
50:49>> And are they are they like a group or
50:51they just you are they are they pinned?
50:54Okay, cool. So you can you should be
50:55able to be you if you didn't want to do
50:56it live.
50:58>> You should be able to offer them a like
50:59here's my five videos. They're already
51:02on YouTube. Then that's great. Then you
51:04just pull them into some kind of you
51:05know funnel uh page and then they have
51:09access to that. They just buy the
51:10funnel. They just buy it have access to
51:12it, watch it because they're unlisted.
51:14Not everyone can see it. Yeah.
51:15>> So that's already you already have that.
51:17If you like those, look at those videos.
51:18If you like those and you don't want to
51:19do any more videos, just use those.
51:22>> Yeah. Yeah, I may I think I think I want
51:24to re-record kind of how you had tal I
51:26was looking at our stuff from before of
51:27like recording each like the chapters
51:30cuz I'm like when I'm listening to you
51:31right now I'm like oh the book is kind
51:33of in the death burial resurrection
51:34framework and I don't think I realize
51:36that until you're talking right now.
51:37Yeah.
51:38>> So like I if I can take that and like
51:40record it because I'm like my goal was
51:41to like get some offers ready because
51:43I'm going to have a baby soon so that I
51:45can have this stuff kind of like uh kind
51:47of prepared and ready because this has
51:48been my message but now I also have the
51:50book to kind of partner with it. I'd
51:52like to I've been working on the audio.
51:53The audio book is going to be coming
51:55out.
51:55>> Um yeah, I've been working on People
51:58have been asking for audio book.
51:59>> Are you reading it or are you having
52:01>> Yeah, I'm going to do it. Yeah. No, no,
52:03no. I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna do it
52:04because when Pastor Tracy, listen, when
52:06I ordered one of your books and it
52:07wasn't your voice,
52:08>> it don't because I know you. I was like,
52:11"Oh, this don't fit. I'm just going to
52:12read it. Never mind." Like, I'm just
52:14going to read it. But um I want
52:16>> right now right now I'm I'm doing
52:18another one. I'm like, "Okay, so I could
52:20I mean, because right now I could say
52:22like five sentences and AI will read it
52:24for me in my in my tone and
52:26>> Oh, wow.
52:28>> And I'm like, I don't want to give AI my
52:29voice yet. I'm not [laughter] I'm not
52:31ready to do that. I'm not
52:35>> like, please.
52:36>> I'm although although it already has it
52:38because I do so much video, it already
52:40has it and I'm already editing. I'm
52:42already there's already locked in
52:43somewhere. So, but not not for this one.
52:46You're writing another book right now.
52:49>> Yeah, I'm I finished another book. I
52:50just finished I have a book that I'm
52:53produ producing called The Lemonade
52:56Stand. And then I just wrote another
52:58book this week called The Blind Spot.
53:00>> You wrote a book this week.
53:02>> Yeah, this week. This this it's called
53:05The Blind Spot. And it's about um
53:07emotional intelligence of leaders
53:09leadership.
53:10>> Oh, this is good. Okay. Wait, when is
53:12this one coming out?
53:13>> I don't know. I'm probably going to take
53:15give it to you all you guys first. Let
53:17me read it.
53:18>> Give me some feed feedback on it. So
53:20>> that's actually my goal. That's my this
53:22is my my my current study for this
53:24current upcoming season is leadership.
53:27>> Okay. This is
53:29>> I'm reading and on disciplehip. I have
53:31I'll show you what I I'll send them to
53:32you what I bought books on leadership.
53:34Dang. What you probably already know it
53:36because it's a old book but like the I
53:38think it's called the cost of
53:39disciplehip. I really want to understand
53:42leadership and disciplehip. So that they
53:44how and how they work together. I
53:46realized I work better with reading and
53:48capturing thought because that's how
53:50I've always studied and learned. But I
53:52stopped doing that. And so my I was like
53:54I'm ready for conference to be over
53:56because I have all these books. Like I
53:59kind of created a curriculum for myself.
54:01Um cuz I want I've been like do I want
54:03to go back to school for like I mean I
54:05just want my I know my next lane is
54:07ministry business stuff but I'm like I
54:10want to understand disciplehip and I
54:12don't think that I fully under I've been
54:14discipled but I don't think I understand
54:16how to walk with someone.
54:19>> Yeah.
54:19>> Once get on my nerves.
54:21>> Yeah. And I think I think like I just
54:24researched the book yesterday that I'm
54:25going to have everyone read. I' I've
54:28just started it yesterday reading it
54:30>> and it's called Multiply. It's called
54:32Multipliers.
54:33>> Okay.
54:34>> And so it's that's a straight up
54:35disciplehip mindset but in a corporate
54:38setting in a in a business setting.
54:40>> So multipliers is about
54:42>> Yeah. making making pe your team the
54:45smartest people on the earth basically.
54:47>> And I think that's the thing I'm like I
54:49feel like hear my heart when I say this.
54:51Okay.
54:53I'm like, I feel like we have a strong
54:55team of people, us, but like how do we
54:58take that to the people and I feel like
55:01my limitation as a leader has been
55:07>> the part where you're always like, you
55:08know, duplicate, disciple, delegate.
55:10Those things are not my strong suit. But
55:12I'm like, I've been here 15 years. That
55:14should not I shouldn't be still
55:16challenged like I was in the beginning.
55:19I'm I'm more aware, but I'm like, I'm
55:21not like walking with people and helping
55:23them get to their next level. I can
55:25prophesy it to them. Sure. But can I
55:27walk with them to help them to get to
55:29it? So, I just was like, man, I have a
55:31really big
55:33>> um blind spot here. Like, I'm not good
55:36at this part. And so, I'm like, because
55:37I'm not good at it, I want to be better
55:39at it. And that's why in business,
55:41because it's in business, too. If I'm
55:42going to bring someone on my team, I
55:44still have to disciple them. It all
55:45comes back to the same principles. And
55:47that's the area that I've not studied
55:49and I've not been strong at. I just
55:51thought it would come. But it's not just
55:53coming.
55:54>> No. No. You have to be able to I mean
55:56you have it's a muscle. It's a skill
55:57set. So you have to
55:58>> Yeah. I'm learning that. So it's
56:00delegation. I'm like these are muscles
56:01that you really do.
56:02>> Did you Did you get to Did you get the
56:04recording of I did a teaching on
56:05delegation recently in our staff.
56:08>> Okay. I have to go back and pick that
56:10>> because I'm like we're not delegating.
56:12So I did a I did a training in staff on
56:15delegation.
56:15>> Oh. Yeah. I need I Yeah, Leah. I need to
56:17I can I'll reach out to Miss Kim so I
56:19can get that.
56:20>> Okay. Well,
56:21>> so I think you you mean things are
56:23coming together. You got a good team and
56:25uh I think the only thing is get your
56:27you have your run sheet.
56:29>> You want to
56:32you have your alter call set.
56:34>> Um death, barrel, resurrection, you know
56:37where you're taking the people. You just
56:38work on what's next, the next steps.
56:41Work on that. Um don't try to get
56:44everybody into the heart and mind. This
56:46has been the biggest challenge that I've
56:47had in my leadership is that when you're
56:50prophetic, you see what what can happen.
56:52You see like the possibilities are this
56:56and and when you see prophetically, it's
56:58like seeing through this magnifying
57:00glass. So everything is magnified. It's
57:03huge. And most people just come in just
57:05trying to get free from their problem.
57:07So I'm like, this is who the bigness of
57:10what God wants to do. We're going to win
57:12Seattle. And then they're like, I don't
57:14want to win Seattle. I just want to pay
57:16my bills in Seattle. Right? So, we have
57:17to
57:19>> um you you know you you you can you're
57:21going to you're going to automatically
57:23touch their hearts towards the city, the
57:25nation and the things, but they are
57:27there with some issues and they that's
57:29what you really wonder.
57:30>> That's the real
57:31>> I frustrate I frustrate a lot of places
57:34that don't have big thinking when I go
57:36and I preach there and there that's why
57:38certain places I go back all the time
57:39because they have big thinking. Awaken
57:41church and they have big thinking. So
57:43when I say big stuff, they're like,
57:45"Yeah, we're going to do it." And they
57:46feel like we're running into it. I go
57:48and like went into Aberdeene twice and I
57:50frustrated the snap out of the people
57:52because I'm talking about winning
57:53Aberdine and changing Aberdeene and
57:55they're like, "We just want to have
57:56people come to church." So it's like you
57:58can you can frustrate people with
58:00vision.
58:00>> Yeah.
58:01>> How do you
58:03Do you have time for a question?
58:05>> Yeah, I have. Yeah.
58:06>> Okay. How do you when you when you have
58:09that though? Like how do you um how do
58:13you balance that? Like are do you just
58:14stick to your message? This is my
58:15message. I'm coming big. Y'all are kind
58:17of going to catch to it or like when you
58:19go into a Aberdeene space like when you
58:21leave and you know you've deposited but
58:23they're not necessarily catching it
58:24because they need they're still like I
58:26got a headache still. I'm trying to get
58:27rid of the headache. You want me to
58:28think about this other thing?
58:30>> Yeah.
58:31>> What What is your posture on that? Like
58:34how do you as a speaker?
58:35>> Well, I mean, well, I'm like literally
58:36when I was in Aberdeen, the Lord says
58:38just just minister to the people. I know
58:40you feel something and I'm showing you
58:42something. That's because now like I'm
58:44I'm picking up God's showing me the
58:45promises and the things. That's the
58:47prophetic. But he's like,
58:48>> there's no way to get there without
58:50ministering to the people. So, take away
58:52their headache, take away all this
58:53stuff. And then they are like inclined
58:55to listen, feed the people that are
58:57hungry.
58:58>> But it's hard because you like the
58:59prophetic seems like what we're seeing
59:01is going to be right now. right now.
59:04>> Yeah,
59:04>> it's right now. And so that's that's the
59:06kind of massaging that I still have to
59:09do.
59:09>> I still have to go, okay, listen.
59:12>> It's right now, [laughter] but it's not
59:14right now. Come on, Jonah Nineveh. It's
59:16not right now. It's not right now. But
59:18it is right now. It's right now. So the
59:21prophetic has to kind of like
59:23>> you have to and I think, you know,
59:25making sure that you're having fun in is
59:28the way I do it. I try to make sure I
59:30break the break all of the intensity
59:32with humor. I try to break because
59:34that's the only thing that brings me
59:35back into the reality. Okay, people are
59:37real real real people. They have real
59:39lives. They but the mission is at hand,
59:42right? And so that's like
59:43>> so I always have to crack jokes. I
59:45always have to have fun.
59:46>> That's the only thing that gravit that
59:48that the gravity that pulls me back to
59:50being in the natural.
59:52>> Okay. Okay, that's good. I kind of feel
59:54like I'm similar. Mine probably gets I
59:57feel like a little bit more emotional
59:58because I'm like this is something I've
1:00:00also had to live. So I'm like yeah I
1:00:01feel it. I know you're gonna cry. Like
1:00:03it's not gonna be easy but the the
1:00:05result of the other side of it like the
1:00:08purposely like for me I'm not naturally
1:00:11I don't lean to comedy. I'm not a person
1:00:13that just naturally like you know so I
1:00:15have to I remember you talked about the
1:00:16three sutes. I have to tell myself I'm
1:00:19going to laugh or I'm going to like I
1:00:21have to do these things on purpose
1:00:22because
1:00:23>> I'm not necessarily that's not my
1:00:25natural personality. I am very more I'm
1:00:27very much more serious and I want to
1:00:29have deep conversation but also
1:00:31recognize 90% of people you're around
1:00:33are like girl I would just want to talk
1:00:34about the weather.
1:00:36>> Yeah.
1:00:37Try to identify the humanity of it.
1:00:39Right. The humanity.
1:00:41And that's the part is that because
1:00:43Jesus was really good at identifying the
1:00:46humanity of the people that were around
1:00:47him at the same time delivering the
1:00:49father's intensely deep message.
1:00:52>> Yeah.
1:00:52>> And that's that's the part that I'm
1:00:54always trying to relate to is the
1:00:56humanity
1:00:57>> because it is it's it's easier to go,
1:00:59listen, you got to get in your car. You
1:01:00got to just stop messing around.
1:01:03>> Get in this thing. Be serious about it.
1:01:04Study your word. Get in. Right. But the
1:01:06fact is is they're human as well and
1:01:08they live in that suit mostly. Yeah.
1:01:11>> And so how do what are they actually
1:01:12struggling with with that?
1:01:14>> Yeah.
1:01:14>> All right. Love you.
1:01:16>> Love you too. Thank you.
1:01:18>> You good? You have any more questions?
1:01:20>> No. I feel like this was great. Um I
1:01:23haven't spent any money out of pocket
1:01:25still. So I'm like this has all been
1:01:27>> the venue either. The venue.
1:01:29>> No, that I don't I think I don't know if
1:01:31I told you that seed money that the
1:01:32original like $1,500 that came in came
1:01:36in through Christa and Sean Smith
1:01:38Ministries. They had because when she
1:01:40came here in a couple months like in
1:01:42April, she said the Lord told her to ask
1:01:44me if I had a project on my heart that I
1:01:46was like wanting to do and the Jackie
1:01:49and I had just put a that was like
1:01:51Monday we put a date on the calendar.
1:01:53Sunday Chrissa and them came and she
1:01:54said the Lord interrupted her praying on
1:01:56the plane into Seattle and told her just
1:01:59to ask me that. Then like the next day
1:02:00when I got on our little like call she
1:02:03they had put a flyer together and they
1:02:04called she called the women to sew into
1:02:06the gathering. And so that money, that
1:02:08seed money covered that part. And then
1:02:10the ticket sales have been covering. And
1:02:12everyone has come, everybody that's
1:02:14coming is they flying themselves in.
1:02:16Everyone that's using their gift, God
1:02:18told them to. And that was my prayer is
1:02:20for the amount of time in 15 years that
1:02:22I've sewn and not get paid. I'm like,
1:02:26Lord, would you just allow people to use
1:02:27their gift to fund this just for this
1:02:30first one? Like I understand we all need
1:02:32to be paid, but like if we could, but
1:02:34and God talked to everybody separately.
1:02:35Like people still are reaching out, can
1:02:37I can I donate cupcakes? Can I donate
1:02:39gift bags? Like people out of nowhere
1:02:41are just coming like can I bring my
1:02:44thing, but Kendra's like there's also
1:02:46something to be said about they know you
1:02:48carry influence
1:02:49>> so they also want their thing on display
1:02:52too. So I haven't we haven't paid we
1:02:54haven't cuz I didn't want it to touch my
1:02:55family. I also hadn't been working as
1:02:57much cuz I've been sick. So it was just
1:02:59like a balance and I didn't want Philip
1:03:00stress out. But we haven't had
1:03:02everything has been paid for. So, I'm
1:03:04just believing that's just how it's
1:03:06going to keep going for the rest of the
1:03:07conference. So, no, this was perfect.
1:03:09This is what I needed. So, I feel like I
1:03:11have
1:03:11>> Well, and then, you know, let us know
1:03:13how you doing budget-wise. Hopefully,
1:03:15the Lord I believe the Lord is going to
1:03:16continue to prosper and that you have
1:03:17over and above,
1:03:19>> right? That you actually have increase
1:03:21from it.
1:03:22>> Yes. [snorts]
1:03:23>> Amen.
1:03:23>> Yes, Lord. Amen. Love you. Thank you.
1:03:26>> All right. Love you. Thank you. Talk to
1:03:27you soon. Bye.
1:03:28>> Go eat have avocados.
