1:17building with a 10-m elevation for each

1:43it's basically walking distance, maybe
1:45biking distance to the beach. The
1:46[music] beach is going to be over there.
1:47There's going to be a private beach.
1:49This island, the theme of this island is
1:51health and fitness. So, they don't have
1:53everything. There could be malls,
1:54there's going to to
1:55uh state-of-the-art schools, which is
1:57going to be amazing for Gio. So, they're
1:58going to have schools, going to have um
2:00medical care, like hospitals and stuff,
2:02too. They're going to have malls,
2:03literally

2:09move, if we were to live or buy a house

4:29some of the condos.
4:31It's another one of the homes on the
