0:00Hey there. So, in this quick video, I
0:02just want to talk about the importance
0:04of staying organized. So, this video is
0:07not about being perfect. It's really
0:09just about staying organized so this
0:11method stays easy. So, step one, I want
0:15you to go ahead and create one folder.
0:18Open a desktop or a documents folder.
0:21You do this by right-clicking your mouse
0:23and then opening a new folder. And then
0:26you name the folder after your topic and
0:30you keep it obvious and boring. So the
0:33folder name could for example be MMO
0:35audios like MMO for make money online
0:38audios. You only need one main folder
0:41and then going forward you'll drop all
0:43of your audio files in that folder. Step
0:46two, save all audio files here.
0:48Downloading an audio, dragging or saving
0:51it into the folder. Every audio goes
0:53into the same folder. Don't spread files
0:56across your computer. You want to stay
0:58organized. This is super important. And
1:00name files simply. Renaming an audio
1:03file. File names are for you, not the
1:05public. They just need to be clear.
1:07Example, online income tip one, online
1:10income tip two, online income tip three,
1:13and so on and so forth. Step four, you
1:16want to use numbers to stay organized
1:19because numbers help you track how many
1:21audios you've made. Numbers prevent
1:23confusion. later, you'll always know
1:25what comes next. So, when you follow
1:27this system, you'll be creating a lot of
1:31audio files over time. And if you just
1:34have them all in a folder, you give them
1:36names and you use numbers, then you'll
1:38be super organized going forward. Now,
1:40here on my desktop, to create a folder,
1:43you want to come to files, and then you
1:45want to click on new folder. And as you
1:47can see, I've now created a new folder.
1:50And now going forward, you want to drop
1:52all of the audio files that you download
1:54from TTS Maker into that folder to stay
1:58organized. And now, if you have one
2:00folder with at least one clearly named
2:02audio file inside it, you've completed
2:04this step. And in the next video, I'll
2:06show you exactly how to upload these
2:08files to public audio websites to get
2:11daily
