0:00Hey there. So now in this video I want
0:02to talk about how I stopped doing the
0:04work and started scaling by hiring a
0:07virtual assistant and having that
0:10virtual assistant taking care of
0:13implementing this strategy for me. But
0:16before we get started, let me clear
0:19something up real quick. Outsourcing is
0:22definitely not where you want to start.
0:24It's where you go after something
0:27already works. And I know this because I
0:30implemented this strategy myself first,
0:33every single step. When I started, I
0:36wasn't paying anyone, no virtual
0:38assistants, no team, just me, my laptop,
0:41and figuring things out step by step. I
0:44ran the method manually. I learned what
0:46worked. I learned what didn't. I made my
0:49first results doing the work myself. And
0:52honestly, that part is super super
0:54important because that's how you
0:56actually understand the system. Only
0:59after it was already working, only after
1:01I knew it was profitable, that's when I
1:04decided to hand it off to a virtual
1:06assistant. Not to spend more money, but
1:09to buy back my time. So, if you're
1:11thinking, I don't want to outsource and
1:13pay extra money. Good. You're not
1:15supposed to at the beginning.
1:17Outsourcing isn't an expense when done
1:20right. It's a multiplier. So, you first
1:23prove you can make money doing it
1:25yourself. Then, you let someone else
1:28repeat the exact same steps for you.
1:31Same process, same system, just without
1:34you being stuck doing it all of the time
1:36yourself. And at some point, the
1:39question becomes, do you want to keep
1:41trading your time or do you want to
1:42scale what already works? That's when
1:45the VA or virtual assistant makes sense.
1:49They don't replace you. they duplicate
1:51you. So if you're just starting, then
1:54focus on learning. Do it yourself. Get
1:56results. And when you're ready to grow,
1:59outsourcing becomes freedom, not cost.
2:02That's exactly how I did it, and that's
2:05why it works. And once you're at this
2:08point, once you know the method in and
2:10out, once you've seen that it works,
2:13once you've implemented it for like a
2:16month or two or however long it takes
2:19you, then you can decide to scale it by
2:23hiring a VA or virtual assistant. And
2:26the sites that I recommend for this are
2:28online jobs.ph,
2:30ph for the Philippines. This is a site
2:33where you can find all kinds of um
2:36people who take care of tasks for you.
2:39And if you go ahead and you go over to
2:41online shopops.ph right now, then you do
2:43a search for virtual assistant, then you
2:46can find all of these people here like
2:49Charissa, virtual admin assistant, $4.34
2:54an hour. Then we've got Marielle, $521.
2:57We've got Mario who's going to work for
3:00you for 347 an hour. 347 again here. 347
3:05955
3:07434. So yeah, the list goes on and on
3:11and on. So you can just do some
3:12research, put together a list of people
3:15that you want to reach out to. You can
3:17do the research for free. And when you
3:18decide that you want to reach out to
3:21these people to talk about what you want
3:23them to do for you, then you need to pay
3:25$70 per month to be able to reach out to
3:29these people and hire them. But you can
3:31just pay for a month, cancel your
3:33subscription immediately, hire somebody.
3:36And then you'll have someone who can do
3:38this work for you. and you as a member
3:40of this product, you can always give
3:44this course like access to this course
3:46to your virtual assistant as well. So
3:49then you don't really need to explain
3:51that much. Your VA can just watch the
3:53course and then they'll understand what
3:56they need to do and uh yeah, you can
3:58take it from there. So onlineops.ph
4:01once again you can do research for free
4:04if you um go to onlineops.ph PH. You
4:07type in virtual assistant and you hit
4:08search. Then you can look at all of
4:11these guys profiles here and then you
4:14will have to pay $70 per month to be
4:17able to reach out to them and hire them.
4:19But then you can cancel your
4:20subscription immediately after you hired
4:23somebody. Then there is another site,
4:25fiverr.com. I use Fiverr a lot. I've
4:28used it as a seller. Now I use it mainly
4:30as a buyer. If you go ahead um and you
4:33go over to fiverr.com, you do a search
4:35for virtual assistant, then you'll find
4:37all of these freelancers here, and as
4:40you can see, some of their cheapest
4:42packages are like $10. And then you'll
4:44find more expensive ones like 160 and oh
4:48yeah, $5 here as well. But if you have a
4:50certain budget, you can also go over to
4:53budget and then just say like up to $20,
4:56for example. Then you just hit apply and
4:59then you'll just find the ones that
5:01charge a maximum of $20
5:04for their basic
5:08service and then yeah, you can um check
5:10them out. So let's look at Daniela
5:13Walker here for example.
5:15Their basic package is $10 and personal
5:18virtual assistant basic. I will do a
5:20virtual task for one hour. So that's
5:24like $10 an hour. If you want to contact
5:26them, you can just click on contact
5:29and then explain what it is that you
5:31want that VA to do and um if they agree
5:36like if if she seems to be a good fit,
5:39then you can send her access to this
5:41program and she can watch it and then
5:43she'll know exactly what needs to be
5:45done. And yeah, so this is how you hire
5:49a virtual assistant. Once you know the
5:53strategy, once you understand the strate
5:55the strategy, once you've implemented
5:57the strategy and once you have seen
5:59results, then it is time to start
6:02thinking about scaling it by hiring
6:05someone to do all of the work for you so
6:08that you can focus on other parts of
6:11your business. But once again, this is
6:14not something that I want you to do from
6:16the first day on. I want you to go ahead
6:19implement it yourself and then later
6:21down the line maybe hiring someone on
6:24fiverr.com or online jobs.ph.
