0:00All right. So, now that you've uploaded
0:02your audio file to Soundcloud and you've
0:05uploaded it to Internet Archive as well,
0:08we're going to be uploading it to yet
0:10one more platform to get as much traffic
0:13as possible. And this next platform is
0:16called Podomatic. And Podomatic is
0:19quieter than the other platforms. And
0:21that's a very good thing because fewer
0:24people upload here. This means less
0:26competition and easier visibility for
0:29beginners. This is not about popularity.
0:32It's about being seen more easily. So
0:34step number one, I want you to create a
0:37free podomatic account. So you want to
0:39go to podomatic.com
0:41and there is also a link down below this
0:43video that brings you to the website.
0:46Number two, you want to click sign up.
0:48Number three, you want to choose the
0:49free plan. Then number four, you want to
0:52create an account. And number five, you
0:55want to confirm your email if asked. And
0:58uh yeah, so the free account is enough.
1:00You don't need any upgrades. You don't
1:02need to pay anything for this. And you
1:05only need to do this one time. So go
1:07ahead, click on the link down below this
1:09video now. Then you will land on this
1:12site here, Podomatic Professional
1:14Podcasting for Everyone. Then you want
1:16to click on get started for free.
1:19This will then redirect you to this page
1:21here. And here you can go ahead and
1:24either connect with your Facebook
1:26account, Gmail or Apple. Or you can use
1:30your email address and uh give yourself
1:32a password. I'm just going to go ahead
1:34and create a new account using my Gmail
1:38account and then I'm going to see you
1:39inside. All right. So, this is a brand
1:42new account that I've just created. Uh
1:45now, you want to um complete the
1:47podcaster checklist. Like you want to
1:49check your inbox and verify your email
1:51address. I've already done this. And uh
1:54yeah, do a couple of other things here.
1:56Not all of them are required, but yeah,
1:58just at least verify your email address
2:00to get started. And um yeah, so next up,
2:03you want to log in and go to the
2:05dashboard. Log into Podomatic. This is
2:08your control panel. Nothing is public
2:11yet. And then you want to go to your
2:12dashboard. Step three, you want to click
2:15add episode or upload. Click add episode
2:19or upload depending on your layout. You
2:21want to choose upload audio file. This
2:24does not instantly publish anything and
2:26you can stop or edit before saving. And
2:29yeah, so this brings me back to this
2:32podcaster checklist. Um I have already
2:35verified my email address. So you might
2:37want to do this first. But then when you
2:39come down here and click on publish at
2:41least one episode, then you just want to
2:44go ahead and click on publish your first
2:47episode. Step number four, upload the
2:49audio file. So number one, click choose
2:52file. Number two, select one MP3 audio
2:55file from your folder. And number three,
2:58wait for it to upload. You only want to
3:00upload one audio at a time. MP3 format
3:04is perfect. and short audios are
3:07completely normal. Podmatic accepts
3:10short audio. This is actually expected.
3:13You can drag and drop your audio in here
3:15or you can click on select from your
3:17media library. Upload from your
3:20computer. Here is our audio file. Want
3:22to click on open. And now this is
3:25uploading. And success. The audio file
3:28has been uploaded. Next up, step number
3:31five. You want to add the episode title.
3:34Type a simple, clear title. Describe
3:36what the audio is about. No hype, no
3:39clever wording. Clear beats clever. And
3:42good examples are, as in the previous
3:44videos, simple online income tip for
3:47beginners, for example, or quick
3:49motivation tip for focus or easy
3:51productivity tip. But again, this
3:54depends on your niche and topic. But
3:56yeah, you can just go back into
3:59SoundCloud again and just do what I've
4:02shown you before. Click on these three
4:04dots and then you want to click on edit
4:06track and then you can copy your title
4:08from here. Go back into podmatic and
4:12paste it in here like where it says
4:14episode title. Then next up you also
4:17want to add a description here. And as
4:20on the other platforms you want to write
4:22one to two simple sentences. And this is
4:25just context. Again this is not a sales
4:27page or anything fancy. You just want to
4:29keep it short and simple. A good example
4:31would again be a short audio tip
4:33explaining a simple online income idea
4:36for beginners. And once again, you do
4:38not want to add links yet. Links come in
4:41the next module. So once again, you can
4:43come back into SoundCloud, copy your
4:46description, go back into Podmatic, and
4:49just paste it in here. Step number
4:52seven, you also want to add text or
4:54keywords. So add a few relevant text.
4:57text help pod automatic categorize your
4:59audio. You want to use simple keywords
5:02like make money online, online income or
5:04side hustle for example if you're in the
5:05make money online niche and three to
5:07five text is enough and you can reuse
5:09the same ones each time. So here on
5:12podmatic you want to scroll all the way
5:14to the bottom and as you can see see
5:17more options like tags, search
5:19filtering, followers and friends. So,
5:20you want to click on it and here you
5:23want to paste these tags. And once
5:25again, we're going to go back to
5:28SoundCloud and we're just going to use
5:30the same text once again. Motivation,
5:33focus, mindset,
5:36productivity, and self-improvement.
5:41And last but not least, you want to
5:42publish or save the episode. So, click
5:45publish or save episode. And that's it.
5:47You are done. You cannot break anything.
5:50So here where it says publication
5:52settings, you can either save this as a
5:54draft. You can schedule it for later or
5:57you can click on publish immediately.
5:59And there you go. Congratulations. Your
6:01episode was successfully published. Now
6:04things to keep in mind after the upload.
6:07Podmatic is quieter on purpose and
6:10that's why beginners get visibility
6:12here. So don't expect instant plays.
6:15Less noise means less competition. And
6:18common fears that people sometimes worry
6:20about are like, can I edit this later?
6:22Yes, you can edit the title at any point
6:25in time. You can delete the audio later
6:28if you want to. You can edit the
6:29description later as well. Nothing is
6:31permanent. So, if you see your episode
6:34listed in your podmatic dashboard,
6:37you've completed this step. And that's
6:39it. Now go ahead and take action.
