0:00that comes down to some basic human
0:02elements an organization is
0:04fundamentally a group of individuals so
0:07if we want to move and shift the
0:08thinking across an organization we have
0:10to move and shift our own thinking it
0:12can't be something that yes I think it's
0:14a great idea and you should go and do it
0:17no um we've got to start by looking in
0:19the mirror and I believe and my own
0:22learnings along the way we have to step
0:24away from our own sort of self-developed
0:27ego that says I've been successful and
0:30all of the things I've done to get here
0:32and therefore I
0:33know what everybody else needs to do
0:36yeah well no you've got to be humble
0:38enough to look in the mirror and look
0:40back at yourself and go what is it that
0:43I need to do to become a better version
0:45of myself tomorrow than what I was
0:47yesterday
