0:00Salam. My name is Aub and I'm the

0:01founder of the Hala Network, the biggest

0:03community online for Muslim

0:04entrepreneurs. I've seen over 5,000

0:06Muslims start a business and fail. But I

0:08also seen hundreds of Muslims succeed

0:10with their businesses. Alhamdulillah. In

0:12today's video, I want to show you what

0:13separates the best from the rest, which

0:14is mainly one skill. I'm also going to

0:16talk to you about three steps to master

0:18that skill so that you can be amongst

0:19the best. And lastly, by the end of the

0:21video, I'll give you action steps so

0:22that you can start learning the skill

0:23today. So the most important skill you

0:25need if you want to make money online,

0:27offline, get a better job, the only

0:29skill you need is marketing. And the

0:31simple definition of marketing is making

0:34people want to buy your stuff. Same

0:35thing if you want to get a job, it's

0:36making people want to hire you. If you

0:38have an agency, is making people believe

0:40that your thing works. It's always about

0:42making people see you and understand

0:44they need you. That's it. And that's why

0:47our first step is going to be

0:48understanding our audience. And to do

0:49so, we're going to break it down in

0:50three steps. The first one is I want you

0:52to understand the difference between

0:53understanding your audience and knowing

0:55your audience. Now the main mistake

0:56people do when they're trying to

0:58understand the audience is they directly

1:00move to making an offer or to trying to

1:02sell them something and they talk about

1:03themselves and what they do. Whereas

1:05people buy when they feel understood. So

1:07how to go from knowing your audience and

1:09making them look like you kind of see

1:10them from afar like yeah that guy I

1:12think I saw him there to yeah I think

1:14he's struggling with this or I can help

1:15with this. There's no real pain. And

1:17you're selling a conveniency something

1:18he could be like if it's too expensive I

1:20wouldn't buy it. Whereas if you

1:21understand your audience and you make

1:22them feel understood, it's a completely

1:24different sale you're going to be doing

1:25where you have a deep understanding of

1:27who you're selling to. You have a real

1:29avatar. That's what we're going to talk

1:30about it in a second. If you want to get

1:32into business, there's no real pain.

1:34Whereas if I talk about you want to make

1:35hija, you want to quit your job, your 9

1:37to5 is too boring. I'm focusing on pain.

1:39The last thing is that allows me to sell

1:41a medication that allow me to sell a

1:43product that solves all these problems

1:44for you and I can charge a premium for

1:46that. Now, how can I know you so well is

1:48because I have these four questions. So,

1:50copy them word for word, but understand

1:52what is the main goal behind the

1:53question and then frame your questions

1:55depending on who you're talking to. But

1:56that works for anything when you're

1:58trying to make money. If you're trying

1:59to get a better job, understand what is

2:01the current dayto-day for the guys that

2:02is going to hire you. What is the

2:03company struggling with? What would they

2:05hire you for this specific role? What is

2:06the big dream for this company? Why they

2:08hiring you for? What is the good

2:09outcome? What happens if they don't hire

2:11you? And then you can make an offer that

2:12makes sense. You can make an ask that

2:14makes sense. He ties back to the main

2:16four questions where you want to

2:17understand their life, their pain, their

2:18dream and their fear which would allow

2:20you to create an avatar. What we call an

2:22avatar is the average guy that you want

2:24to help. To do so, you need to have

2:26clear understanding of these four points

2:28so they can build your avatar. How do

2:30you create the perfect avatar so that

2:32you can talk to them just like I'm

2:33talking to you and you can squeeze on

2:34the pains exactly where it hurts? You

2:36want to find 100 people and ask them the

2:39four questions. By the way, it can be

2:41done by you asking them or doing your

2:42homework to find it without asking 100

2:44people. But what you want to figure out

2:46is what their daily life looks like. So

2:47who they are, what they do, what their

2:49age, where they are, the whole thing

2:50about them. The second thing you want to

2:51understand is what they struggle with.

2:53So like what's the pain? What's wrong

2:54with your life right now? What could be

2:55better? The third thing leading you from

2:57that pain is what could change. So if

2:59you could change one thing that would

3:00give you the best outcome, what would

3:02that be? What would something better

3:03that could happen right now in your

3:04life? The last one is okay now the

3:06opposite. What would be the worst thing

3:07that could happen if you don't fix this?

3:08If you don't have the big dream outcome,

3:10what's going to happen? Most of the

3:11time, it could be the same situation and

3:12you're going to keep being frustrated.

3:14Sometimes it could be just you having a

3:16downside that's going to happen if you

3:17stay in the same situation. There could

3:18be loads of things, which is why we are

3:20asking 100 people and we're taking the

3:2280% most common answers. And lastly, the

3:25pro tip to make sure you never forget

3:26who your avatar is or you don't get too

3:28far from your avatar when trying to

3:29reach out to them, create content, or

3:30just think about an offer you can make

3:32them. You want to make sure you write a

3:34one-s sentence detailed description

3:36about them. For me, that could be saying

3:38you're named Ahmed. You're 27y old from

3:40the UK. You're currently working a 9 to5

3:42being a software engineer for a tech

3:44company. You want to get married and you

3:45want to get out of the country before 29

3:48years old. Otherwise, you're going to

3:49stay there forever. You're going to have

3:50a mortgage and you're going to hate your

3:52life. That is a super detailed answer.

3:53And now, if I want to create content,

3:55make a video. What would Ahmed want to

3:56learn today? And then boom, I can talk

3:58to him directly and I will attract

3:59automatically different people that are

4:01exactly like Ahmed and would like to buy

4:03my products. You can also do this by

4:05reversing it once you have existing

4:06clients and ask your clients what their

4:08current situation is. Do the same thing

4:10about 80% all their common answers and

4:12then only talk to similar guys that are

4:15your clients. See how he flows super

4:16easily and you can replicate this across

4:18all the industries. And now that you

4:19understood about avatars, the next thing

4:21you want to do is position yourself as

4:23the hero solving this avatar's problem,

4:25changing his life. And the main mistake

4:27people do here when they find the avatar

4:28and they're like, "Yeah, I understand. I

4:30want to help guys who are selling

4:31courses. I want to help them with

4:32emails." They're going to focus on the

4:33process and those emails. I'm going to

4:35write up those emails and I'm going to

4:38do the the two two email sequence

4:39campaign and follow up after two days.

4:41And the guy is bored. He's like, "Yeah,

4:42you understand me, but you don't care

4:43about what I care about. What I care

4:44about is what happens when I get those

4:46emails. How I feel when you'll do it.

4:48I'll be happy. I won't have to deal with

4:50it. I'll have more time in my life."

4:52That's what make people buy stuff. That

4:53is your stuff. You have to figure out

4:55the logistics. You understood who your

4:57avatar is and how to talk to him. you

4:59also understood. You want to position

5:00yourself as the outcome. The last thing

5:02you need to make sure you do properly is

5:04communicate with them because if you

5:06understood who they are, understood how

5:07to talk to them, but when you talk to

5:08them, they don't feel understood and you

5:09don't communicate it properly.

5:11Everything you've done before falls into

5:13pieces. Communicate effectively. You

5:14have the ABC framework. Super easy. Even

5:17a 5-year-old can understand. The first

5:18thing you want to do, acknowledge their

5:20situation. I get it. Yes, I understand.

5:22And you want to make them feel

5:23understood. Obviously, you've done your

5:25homework before to know exactly what

5:26they struggle with, but that's what you

5:27want to do first thing when you talk to

5:30them is acknowledge the situation. Now,

5:31what I want to do is bridge the gap.

5:33I've been there. I've done that. I

5:35understand you and I'm going to bridge

5:37the gap. I was a software engineer

5:39before. I was flat broke. I hated my

5:41life. Then I started the business.

5:43Alhamdulillah, I made money online. I

5:44can show you exactly how I've done it so

5:46that you can have the same results and

5:48make money online and make hij and do

5:50everything you like by following my

5:52steps. And lastly, the call to action

5:54that that's the little claim that they

5:56just need to do to make sure they get

5:57the results. Action steps you can take

5:58if you want to apply your learnings

6:00today. The first thing you want to be

6:01doing is picking one audience that you

6:03want to serve. Look at your life. Look

6:05at any moment where you were in a bad

6:06position and you got out of it and

6:08you're going to help people overcome the

6:09same things. You can also look at your

6:11skill set and look at where they could

6:12be applied. And then you're going to

6:14pick a specific audience that could be

6:15helping copyrighters find clients, that

6:17could be helping restaurants get more

6:18people in the door. So, you want to just

6:20find people that you could help and

6:22write down just the niche that you're

6:23going to be working on. The second thing

6:24you'll do is go to these people and ask

6:27them the four questions. What's their

6:29current life situation like? What are

6:30they currently struggling with? What's

6:31their current frustrations? The third

6:33thing is, what is the big dream outcome?

6:34If I could wave a magic wand and get

6:36your life to flip 180°, what would

6:38happen in your life? What is the big

6:39dream? What is the best thing that could

6:41happen tomorrow? If you could have five

6:43things that you want to do and just

6:44highlight one that would be the biggest

6:46one that you could solve, which one

6:47would that be? And finally, what would

6:49be the worst nightmare that could ever

6:50happen if you don't get this dream

6:52outcome. Collect all the answers and you

6:53get 80% of the most common ones and you

6:55create your avatar. Once you have your

6:58avatar, you write down a detailed

6:59description about it so you can talk to

7:01him directly like I'm talking to you

7:02right now. And finally, you want to make

7:04money today. So, you want to send them

7:05an offer today using the ABC framework

7:09that we talked about before. Make sure

7:10they feel understood, making sure you

7:12can help them achieve the results they

7:13want. And if you want to know how to

7:14make money online, then you can watch

7:16this video. I covered everything.
