3:16actually don't do anything with it and
3:17that actually can help you start your

7:19that's it the profit margins are
7:21actually closer to 100% I wrote 70 to 90
7:23because when you're going to scale you

8:24six grand Seven Grand and your
8:25influencer you can show him you just
8:27made him four grand and you can charge a

9:35chill agency working one to2 hours a

9:44York all the influencers on Instagram
9:46they're literally managing half the
9:48influencers you know they're making half
9:49a billion dollars profit per year

10:57these three niches Fitness because most
10:59people don't cover the you can easily

11:04can promote Haram things that have RBA
11:06in them and you don't want to get into
11:07it as well and also the last one is
11:09gaming super easy to F into since with
11:11gaming so much music it's a bit of a
11:13mess to navigate it and you can actually
11:14pick so many other niches Tech
11:16productivity fashion health education
11:19lifestyle home decoration construction
11:22so many NES that actually Halal and that
11:24you won't have a headache dealing with
11:25it that's cool moving to step two step
11:28number two is getting influencers and
11:30before that you probably have so many
11:31questions why would the influencers
11:32trust me why would they pay me I'm not
11:34an agency I don't have none of that it's
11:36simple you just an add-on they have no
11:38risk working with you so that means you
11:40since you're only getting paid on
11:41commissions if you don't bring anything
11:43you just wasted your time they didn't

11:54you get influencers so open up YouTube

11:57searching using keywords if it's produc

12:06criterias and you start finding creators
12:08and you actually have three criterias
12:10you want to look for you want to get 20
12:11to 30 influencers that have between 100K
12:13and 1 million followers so that they are
12:15big enough to make money but they're not
12:17too big to really have an agency and be
12:18a homeless to deal with and the last
12:20point is that you only want influencers
12:21that get 50k views per video minimum so
12:24take the last 10 videos add up all the
12:26numbers divide it by 10 and see how many
12:28views they get if it's less than 50,000
12:30trash it out because this influencer
12:31won't make you enough money and the
12:33reason for that is because you're
12:34getting paid commissions and on average
12:3650k views get paid between 500 bucks and
12:391,000 bucks and your commission is on
12:40average between 20% and 40% that means
12:43you're either going to make between 100
12:44and 200 bucks which is not really what
12:45we want to do here we want to make 10
12:46grand you can't really stock up that
12:48many clients when you're starting out to
12:49make 10 grand making $200 per video so
12:52the minimum is 50k views per video so
12:54that the guy charges enough money so
12:56that you can make enough money on
12:58commissions once once your list is done
12:59you actually want to email them simply
13:01letting them know what you can offer
13:03what they can get from you and asking
13:04them for a percentage of any deal you
13:06bring them when you're starting out aim
13:08to to get 10 to 15% just so you can get

13:18influencer for 30 to 35% and keep the

13:28three influencers move to step three
13:30what I mean by closing influencers is
13:32very simply once they agreed to pay you
13:34a percentage just make them sign a
13:36contract that says within a certain time
13:38frame they canot go and work with the
13:39brand directly behind your back
13:41otherwise they just going to backstab
13:42you not pay your commissions and you
13:44just worked for free that's not what you
13:45want to do so close two to three infs
13:47and move to step three step number three
13:49is actually the last step is where you
13:50start making money is you're going to go

14:41they can get within this influencer and
14:43to do so you just send them hey just so
14:44you work with this guy and you show why
14:46this guy was good and then you make this
14:48guy relate to yours and it's super
14:49simple and here you may have questions
14:51why would the brand trust me whatever
14:53here you're not even using your social
14:54proof you're leveraging the influencer
14:56social proof you're just going to the
14:57brand and saying Hey I'm reaching out on
14:59behalf of this guy I just represent this
15:01guy and here you may have another
15:02concern why would that brand trust me
15:04why would they pay me like I'm no one I
15:06don't have any experience whatever well
15:07there a pro tip you're not using your
15:09own social proof here you're going to
15:11them saying I represent XYZ influencer
15:13I'm reaching out on behalf of these guys
15:15so they're not checking who you are
15:17they're checking who this guy is you're
15:18representing the guy when you want to
15:20buy an iPhone what do you check you
15:21check if the iPhone is good you don't
15:22check if the guy who sells the iPhone is
15:24a good guy you don't really care as long
15:26as you can get you the iPhone you're
15:27good same thing with these guys they
15:29don't really care who you are as long as
15:30you can get them the deal done with the
15:32influencer you're good and now simply
15:34close the deal send them the price of
15:35the influencer negotiate a little bit do
15:37some iido and close a deal
15:38congratulation you just made your first
15:40money online now that you started making
15:41your first money you're making a few
15:43thousands a month it's good
15:44alhamdulillah but want to scale want to
15:45get to 10 20 30k a month how do you do

16:04do is for the first brand that you close
16:05the deal with once the deal went out
16:07once it went well you upsell them for
16:09three to five times bigger deal than the
16:11first one so if the first deal was 5K
16:13your commission was 1K upsell them for a
16:1520K deal and you're going to make 4K
16:17alhamdulillah and the last point is
16:20increase your commissions you started
16:21making money for your influencer you he
16:23got paid so much so that now the
16:26equilibrium of the equation is not
16:29equilibrated anymore he owes you more
16:31than what you owe him and basically here
