0:07Whenever we entertain a large scale
0:09renovation, we have the same
0:11conversation with the homeowner about
0:12building new. And what we end up doing,
0:14going through the full scope of work,
0:15the full wish list of what the homeowner
0:18wants, and then putting together a
0:19preliminary budget for both the
0:21renovation and for new construction. And
0:23in this scenario, it was still
0:25substantially cheaper to do this
0:27renovation where we're lifting the house
0:29than it was going to be to tear down and
0:30build new.
