0:00All right, guys. Welcome back. We left

0:02off here at Lisa's mission brief. You

0:05guys should have your brief ready to go.

0:07We're going to create our first video,

0:08which is going to be the UGC style

0:10video. Now, we are limited a bit with

0:12free tools because a lot of them are not

0:15going to come out looking uh very good

0:17as a UGC. Plus, a lot of the free ones,

0:20you know, you might not even get through

0:21one video and your and your your

0:23credit's uh gone. There are two examples

0:26that I'm going to give you later on that

0:29have unlimited free AI videos, but they

0:34are not good for UGC. One of them used

0:37to used to work fine, but the lib

0:39syncing isn't working on it right now.

0:41So, I've got three tools that are pretty

0:43well known that are going to be very

0:45very good for this. And remember, you

0:47can create as many accounts as you want

0:50to get your free credits. um just you

0:52know you create another Gmail account,

0:54right? So you're not going to be stuck

0:56with that. So let's go ahead and get

0:59started. So the four scene spine is the

1:02hook, the problem, solution, and the

1:04call to action. So the first three

1:06seconds decide everything because we got

1:08to get attention. We got to stop the

1:09scroll in the first three seconds,

1:11right?

1:15So scenes one to two are like I said the

1:17hook and then the problem. So, for

1:19example, how do we get attention? My

1:22lead magnet was so ugly, I hid it from

1:24my own subscribers. Now, something that

1:26you know shocks you a little bit, makes

1:28you stop scrolling. Scene two, the

1:30problem. Two weekends in Canva still

1:32look like a 2009 PowerPoint. I quit

1:34twice. These are 20 second videos. 20 to

1:3730 second videos. So, we don't need a

1:39whole bunch of script. We just need to

1:42get these four scenes across. Get

1:45attention.

1:47Expose the problem. Give the solution

1:50right right here. I found designer. We

1:53give the solution next. And then we have

1:56the call to action. 27 bucks one time.

1:59Links in my bio if you want that doesn't

2:01if you want one that doesn't embarrass

2:02you. And of course there's B-roll, too.

2:05So that helps the AI understand the

2:07scenery.

2:10One prompt, eight frames. So, we got to

2:12create, even though we're going to be

2:14doing this in one uh prompt, I like to

2:17create the eight videos. And there's a

2:20tool that I'm going to show you that

2:22creates all eight of them right away.

2:24Most of them won't do eight images at

2:26once. And then we're going to have to

2:28name them uh 1 A, 1 B, 2 A, 2 B, so that

2:33the next time we put it in for the video

2:36maker, uh it understands the framing.

2:41Okay. So, eight frames in, one video

2:43out. So, I'll go and explain this. Um,

2:47I'll demo this as we go. So, all right.

2:49So, once we're done, we're going to have

2:50that first ghost. So, we got to go to

2:54our prompts. We left off here. We

2:56already got our mission brief. So, now

2:58what we need to do is we need to create

2:59the script. So, we're going to go and

3:01copy this one. Now, it's cut into two

3:04parts. So, we got to do it in two parts.

3:06So, we're going to go back to Claude

3:10and we left off here with the mission

3:11brief. So, I'm going to put that in.

3:15And I got to grab the other part of it.

3:26Now, we already have the this

3:29information above, right? So, if you're

3:31going to stick, what I suggest you do

3:33with this is that you stick in the same

3:36thread of the AI tiller you're using

3:39because that way you don't have to keep

3:40copying and pasting. So, I don't even

3:43really need

3:45um this. I can actually take it out

3:47because it's got it above. It already

3:49remembers what the mission brief was,

3:52right?

3:53So, [snorts]

3:55I'm just going to say the offer,

3:58use the mission brief

4:02information

4:04above.

4:06So, we don't need to

4:08copy all that in.

4:11All right. So, we got that. Now, we're

4:13going to create the script. That's all

4:15we have to do.

4:33All right. So, this is what uh Claude

4:36came up with. So, in scene one, the hook

4:39is I've been about to write my ebook for

4:43a full year. The B-roll is close-up

4:47selfie shot at a kitchen table. Laptop

4:49open on a to a blank document. She gives

4:52a a tired half laugh blah blah blah. We

4:55got the problem. Chachi PD sounding like

4:58a robot. Canva ate my whole weekend. Got

5:02the solution.

5:04We got the call to action, etc. So,

5:06very, very simple. Um, you know, it

5:10depends on, you know, some people might

5:11like a different AI result. Like you

5:14might want to go to chat GPT and try the

5:16same thing. You might get a different

5:17result. We're just going to go with

5:19whatever CLA came up with. It is a

5:21little bit sparse. I'm not 100% happy

5:24with that hook u myself, but we're just

5:28going to go with what it came up with.

5:30And remember, if you can think of a

5:31better hook than that, then go create

5:33it. But for the demo purposes, we're

5:35just going to go with it. All right.

5:37So now that we have the script, what we

5:41have to do is we got to go back in here

5:46and we got to create our images. Okay.

5:52So I have to go take this

5:59and I'm going to go to a tool called

6:01Meta AI. Okay. Now, this the reason I'm

6:04going to use this because it does a very

6:06very good job of just taking this one

6:08prompt and just finishing it. Some tools

6:11out there are going to say, "Hey, I

6:13can't create eight vid eight images at

6:14once." So, and the awesome thing with

6:17Meta AI is it's 100% free forever,

6:20right? So, if you don't have a Meta AI

6:22account, go ahead and get it. Um, and

6:25also going to show you how Vibes works

6:27as well. So, this is completely free.

6:30It's unlimited forever. So, if you ever

6:33want to make images or do stuff with AI

6:35and you don't want to pay for it, this

6:37is an amazing tool. It's an awesome uh

6:40thing to know about. So, I'm going to go

6:42and put this prompt here. So, again, I'm

6:47just going to make sure we're clear on

6:48this. So, we're going to do the images.

6:50Now, we're going to do eight frames of

6:52the images. Now, in the prompt, you're

6:55going to see

6:57you got to paste in the mission brief

6:59here and paste in the script here. So,

7:01what I have to do is I got to go back

7:06and I got to get the mission brief that

7:08we created from before.

7:11And I'm going to go back to meta

7:13and I'm going to paste that here. So,

7:16here's the mission brief.

7:20Then, we're going to go back and get the

7:22script

7:25that it created.

7:29I don't need that part at the bottom.

7:30So, I'm just going to go like this

7:33and we're going to copy that in here,

7:38right where it says paste your script

7:41with the B-roll lines. All right. So, we

7:44paste that in and then it's going to go

7:46create the images.

7:49And this is going to take a little bit

7:50of while a little bit of time. So, while

7:54it's doing that, I'm going to explain to

7:56you a little bit about the vibes. Now,

8:00in if you go to Meta AI and you see

8:03vibes for the v for the video creation

8:06tool, this is not where you want to use

8:09it. Okay, this is a very very basic one.

8:12What you want to do is you want to go to

8:14vibes.ai.

8:16Okay, so vibes.ai.

8:19This has way more features and we're

8:21going to be using this one especially

8:23for the mini documentary style video.

8:26All right. Now, the three

8:30tools that we're going to use once we

8:32have our images, once Meta AI creates

8:35our images

8:37is for for one is Pippet AI.

8:42The reason we're going to use this one

8:43is because when you sign up, you get a

8:46lot of credits right off the bat. Um, I

8:49don't know if I can show it here.

8:52I don't know if it shows right here, but

8:53you get like over a thousand correct.

8:55Oh, here we go. So,

8:57if I look, I've already used one one

9:00prompt on it. So, I'm already down a

9:01little bit, but you end up at the

9:04beginning, I think you have about 1,200

9:07credits to start out. So, that's pretty

9:10pretty good to start out. You can get a

9:12couple videos done just with a free

9:15account here. And then you got Hey

9:17Genen. Hey GenE is a really good UGC

9:21creator. It's focused just on creating

9:23UGC content, user generated content. So

9:26the idea is it's talking head avatar

9:28creation style stuff for ads for videos

9:32that are specifically to sell things. So

9:34this is designed for it. And what's

9:36awesome about it is you get three videos

9:40a month. Three free videos a month.

9:42Okay. So, as like I said before, like go

9:46create another Google account and go

9:47make another account. I've got I've got

9:50probably 15 Google accounts uh because I

9:53go create another account and then I get

9:55another free three videos. Okay, so

10:00the last one is Google Flow. This is

10:03really, really good as well. This is

10:05probably one of the best video

10:07generators out there right now. And it's

10:09um it's not, you know, the free one is

10:12not the best. You can probably create

10:14one video with the free account a day,

10:17but one video a day is still pretty

10:19good, right? Because you get 50 credits

10:20a day and it refreshes every single day.

10:22So, it's amazing uh when it comes to uh

10:26content generation.

10:28And let's go back and see how Meta AI

10:32did.

10:34All right,

10:36perfect. So you can see it created the

10:38eight frames. So what I have to do now

10:41is I have to download each one and then

10:45I have to

10:47show you what I mean here. Let's go back

10:50up

10:52to this. So 1 A 1 B. So we have to name

10:57this one 1 A and we have to name this

11:00one 1 B. Right? So, this is going to be

11:042 A

11:06and 2 B. Okay. So, that is the uh the

11:11way we're going to name. Now, that's

11:12going to take me a little bit of time.

11:14I've got to download these and name

11:16them. So, I'm going to stop the video

11:18for now and then I'll come back and

11:20complete it after I've done that. Okay

11:22guys, we got the images downloaded. Uh

11:24we got them named properly in a folder

11:28and they're ready to go. We now need to

11:30take the video prompt and put them with

11:34the images to create the video. We do

11:37have one here that's ready for you and

11:39you can just simply copy and paste it,

11:41fill in those extra little details. Um,

11:44now there is another option here though

11:45because we've been using an AI tool

11:48claude and we are sticking to one chat.

11:52It's going to memorize all the stuff

11:54we've talked about before including the

11:55brief and the script etc. So the other

11:59option is to use this one right here

12:02which is I have eight images ready.

12:05First and final frame for each of my

12:07four scenes named 1 A, 1B, 2 A, etc. The

12:11brief and script are already in the

12:13chat. So use that info for for direction

12:16and creativity. Create a prompt to take

12:19these eight images into the AI video

12:21generator and create the video with as

12:23much detail as possible. Strong call to

12:26action at the end. So, all you got to do

12:28is take this,

12:30copy it,

12:32bring it over to Claude, and paste it.

12:35And it's going to give you the prompt

12:36that you need to make your video. All

12:38right. So, I already did that. I got my

12:41prompt over here. And because Hey Gen is

12:45a very slow uh process,

12:48um I went ahead and and started already.

12:51So, what I did is create an avatar

12:54first. So, hey Jen's going to ask you to

12:57create an avatar. And all you need to do

12:58is take one of the images that you

13:00already have and put it in there. And

13:02that's going to be your avatar, Lisa.

13:04And then you're going to give it a

13:07voice. So, you pick a voice for Lisa.

13:09You And what I did is I put all the

13:11images in and I put in the prompt. And

13:14the prompt tells it which scene or which

13:17images for what scene, etc. And that's

13:21it. You let it go ahead and and create

13:23the video. Now, one thing also with Hey

13:25Genen is it does a plan, so you have to

13:28approve the plan that it gives you,

13:29which is kind of cool. Um, it's designed

13:32a lot for ads in general, and so it it

13:36really converts uh really well. So,

13:38that's that's Hey Jen. Now, the other

13:41one we could do is called Pippet. And

13:45the reason I'm saying we could use Pivot

13:47is because it has a good AI generator uh

13:50video and but also it's it's got it's

13:53you got a lot of credits right off the

13:55bat. So as soon as you sign up for it,

13:57it gives you quite a few credits to work

13:59with. So you can experiment with it.

14:00I've been trying a few different things

14:03and it's not always going to be perfect.

14:05For this one, I would suggest you do

14:08this option

14:10and you break it up into four scenes.

14:13So, or four clips.

14:15Um, so you would take a general prompt

14:20and then you would do each clip itself.

14:23So, first frame 1 A, last frame 1B cuz

14:27the way the tools the the ones that are

14:29a little bit cheaper and not designed

14:31for UGC,

14:33they work better if you break them up

14:35into different clips. But we're going to

14:38do now is we're going to demonstrate how

14:40to use

14:42Google [snorts] Flow. Okay. So, I'm

14:44going to start from the beginning with

14:45this one because this one works the best

14:49and you get 50 credits per day and so

14:53you can create at least one video. It

14:55depends how many credits you use

14:57obviously, but usually if you're going

14:58to create a 20 second video, you might

15:00be able to create two a day.

15:02So, all we have to do is we're going to

15:04take

15:06the images.

15:09We're going to put them in

15:12like this. We're going to go back

15:18and we're going to again with this one,

15:22you could also do it in clips as well,

15:26but Google Flow is pretty good at doing

15:29that for you. So, all I'm going to do is

15:32just copy the entire prompt,

15:37go back into here, paste it in,

15:41and have it create the video.

15:49Um, let's attempt

15:54the clip by clip

15:59version with Pippet.

16:03So, I'm going to go in here and I'm

16:05going to paste in that one. And I'm

16:09going to go and paste

16:13the prompt for clip for clip one.

16:18And in this case, I only need the first

16:20two images, right? So I need one A and

16:23one B.

16:27So one A

16:32and one B.

16:35All right. It's going to go ahead and

16:38create that.

16:42Let's go back to Hen and see how it's

16:44going. Hen's a very, very slow process,

16:48so we'll give it some time. All right,

16:51I'll be back in a bit to show you what

16:52it came up with.

16:58All right, guys. So, let's have a look

17:00at what Adrian did.

17:02So Adrian came up with this as the clip.

17:27All right. So that's perfect. So it came

17:29up with exactly what we need. um looks

17:32really really good and like I said with

17:33this one we get we get three videos per

17:35month and of course you can go create

17:38another Google account and create more

17:40videos. All right so that's the best

17:43solution honestly for the UGC and then

17:46we also had Google Flow attempt it. Now

17:50Google Flow kind of messed up. It only

17:53did one of the frames, one of the clips.

17:55So, I have a solution for this and it's

18:00also going to work with some of the

18:01cheaper um AI video makers out there

18:05where we want to use something that's

18:07maybe not um limited. And this is what

18:10we're going to do. So, if you go back to

18:12the prompt dock, there's a little bit of

18:14a fallback

18:16and this will create four clips at a

18:19time. So, it's a little bit more copying

18:22and pasting, but it works. So, the video

18:24tool is having trouble creating the

18:26entire 20 second clip in one pass. Give

18:28me one prompt per clip for my first last

18:31frame pairs. So, 1 A, 1 B, 2 A, 2 B,

18:35etc. Four clips about 5 seconds each.

18:40All right. So, that is what we need. So,

18:42I'm going to go ahead and

18:44copy that.

18:47Come over to

18:49Cloud and I'm going to paste that in.

19:02Okay. So, the global real style block is

19:05the one we're going to use to keep it

19:08consistent. So, that's why it's the

19:10global real style block. So, it's just

19:12going to be it's going to go along with

19:14every one of these clip prompts. All

19:17right. So, I just if I'm going to do the

19:19I don't want that. I just want clip one

19:24and then the global style clip prompt.

19:29All right. So, that also helps with the

19:31continuity of each clip. So, I would

19:34take that plus this one for clip number

19:39one. I would come back

19:44into Google Flow.

19:47I'm just going to start a new one

19:48actually. So, just give me a sec here.

19:54I'm going to go new project.

19:58I'm going to throw that in there. And

20:01I'm only going to give it 1 A and one B.

20:10Just got to grab those here. So, one A

20:18and one B.

20:27And then I would go ahead and have it do

20:30that one clip. And then what we do is we

20:33do that for the next three. All right.

20:35Then you're going to have four clips.

20:37and then just go to Cap Cut or any other

20:40one of those tools like that and stitch

20:41them together and then you'll have your

20:43full UGC video. So that's it for the UGC

20:46style stuff. Let's move on to the next

20:49type of video which is going to be the

20:50mini documentary style which is my

20:53favorite of the three. Talk to you in a

20:55bit. Bye.
