0:00No one talks about the second,
0:04third, or the fourth time.
0:08And as I was thinking about
0:13um
0:14sharing my 101 to go story,
0:17I realized that it was more
0:20than just sharing my weight loss or
0:24weight management journey. And it's all
0:26about looking at
0:29patterns,
0:31um my cycles, the things that have drawn
0:37me back in to reclaim my power
0:40over who I am.
0:42The times when I've lost myself and um
0:47as I am currently physically healing
0:49from not my first,
0:52not my second, but my third um
0:57weight management procedure,
1:01I had to sit with the idea of
1:07um nobody nobody talks about this.
1:12Nobody says, "Oh, you had weight loss
1:15surgery and you gained your weight back
1:20or you gained some weight back or you're
1:22struggling to lose weight. What do you
1:24do?"
1:26In this season, not only have I
1:32learned to accept that the first time is
1:35not always the final time,
1:38I've also learned how to ask for and to
1:42receive help.
1:46I'm also learning how to not judge
1:51myself and others by the outcome,
1:56but to accept that every level is
2:02a level of learning,
2:04transition,
2:06fine-tuning,
2:08and becoming.
2:10So,
2:11this is my official welcome to my 101
2:15journey.
2:18Like I said, I've had my third
2:19procedure. I will tell you all about
2:21that later. But today I just wanted to
2:23say, come along for the ride because I'm
2:26sure as I share my cycle, my patterns,
2:30the things that have
2:32brought me to where I am,
2:35you may see yourself in my story. So,
2:39I welcome you. I love you. I appreciate
2:42you for being here.
2:45And I'll talk to you soon. Love you.
2:47Later.
