— Brian Tracy: How To Make Any Goal Become Reality

0:00The most powerful tool in the world is

0:03you, a pen and a piece of paper.

0:05This is the greatest

0:06wealth creator in the world.

0:07So the fact is that once you are clear on

0:09a goal and you write

0:10it down, not type it,

0:12but write it down, is you force this

0:16energy field of

0:18attraction and it starts to pull

0:21into your life everything that you need

0:23to make the goal clear.

0:24But if it's not in

0:25writing, not a darn thing happens.

0:27This skill will completely transform who

0:29you are over the next 90 days.

0:31And no, I'm not talking about another

0:33manifestation gimmick

0:34or a guided meditation.

0:36I'm talking about the simple, deliberate

0:38act of putting pen to paper.

— The Power of Writing Down Your Goals

0:40Writing isn't just for scribbling notes

0:43and making a grocery list.

0:44It's one of the two most powerful

0:46mechanisms that you have at

0:47your disposal for directing

0:49your life and logging into the identity

0:51required to hit your goals.

0:53Yeah, I'm serious.

0:54One of the first skills that you ever

0:56learn how to do is the

0:57key to changing your life.

0:59As our lives drift further and further

1:01into these digital

1:02screens, we're slowly losing

1:03touch with the basic skills that are the

1:05foundation for changing our lives.

1:07Think about how much of your thinking is

1:08outsourced to these screens.

1:10The tech that we have at our fingertips

1:1124-7 has made

1:13information a little bit too easy

1:14to reach for while giving you very little

1:17reason to really

1:18absorb it when you do learn.

1:20Over the next several years, Mark My

1:21Words, that's going to

1:23chip away at every single

1:24person's ability to decide what actually

1:26deserves their

1:26attention and what doesn't.

1:28This becomes a problem when you have

1:29goals that need an

1:31identity upgrade to be realized.

— Write Your Vision

1:33Because a goal only becomes real once you

1:35articulate it, and

1:36there's no better place

1:37to start than putting pen to paper.

1:39Writing your goals down and handwriting

1:41them demands more

1:42physical work that a passive

1:44thought doesn't really require.

1:45And if there's anything that can

1:47interfere with success in

1:48life, it's the pitfall of

1:50wanting something for nothing.

1:52Now everything does begin with thought.

1:54Thought does create.

1:55But a thought can float through your mind

1:56and disappear because

1:58it costs you nothing.

1:59But writing nudges

2:00your brain to get active.

2:01You have to translate a thought into

2:03words and physically

2:04form every single letter on

2:05that page until it's complete.

2:06The process is called psychoneuromotor

2:09activity, the exact

2:10moment where thought, language,

2:12vision and action fall into perfect

2:14alignment with each other.

2:16If you want a simple way to picture this

2:18in your mind, your brain

2:19operates like a supercomputer

2:21and putting pen to paper is the

2:22equivalent of writing new

2:24code straight into the hard

2:26drive of the subconscious mind.

2:27We engineer computers to

2:29think exactly like we do.

2:30And now computers give us a simple way to

2:32explain how our own

2:33human minds operate without

2:35the need for a PhD.

2:36Writing by hand makes the connection

2:38easier to see in real

2:39time because a lot happens

2:40between your brain, your hand, this pen

2:43and that piece of paper.

2:45Several areas of your brain activate at

2:47the same exact time

2:48that simply don't do so

2:49when you're typing on

2:50a screen or a keyboard.

2:52Apply this to your goals.

2:54Apply this to a goal you intend to

2:56experience in your actual life.

2:58And you'll quickly experience how writing

2:59it by hand forces

3:00your brain to physically

3:01participate in creating the words that

3:04define your goal, which

3:05gives the goal a deeper way

3:07of embedding into your subconscious mind.

3:09A goal that only lives inside your head

3:11comes and goes throughout

3:12the days and weeks ahead

3:14without requiring your full attention.

3:16Putting that same goal on paper forces

3:18you to slow down a little

3:19bit and actually articulate

3:21what you want and what you want to be,

3:24working with so many

3:24people over the years.

3:26This is the bottleneck that I see the

3:27most, many of my first

3:29time clients, experienced

3:30a bit of brain freeze or even discomfort

3:33with putting a goal on

3:34paper as opposed to just

3:35telling people when asked.

3:37I do see this all the time.

3:38People build these huge visions for a

3:40brand new lifestyle, a

3:42grandiose lifestyle, but

3:44they never actually set a number on the

3:46net worth it takes to sustain it.

3:48I've worked with some incredibly smart

3:49people over the years,

3:50going for a new role at a

3:52new company, but they haven't thought

3:53past the current

3:54position once they secure it.

3:56They haven't really decided where they

3:57actually want to end up 5

3:59years, 10 years down the

4:01road, which ultimately

4:02leads to the same stagnation.

4:05Writing by hand slows the long term

4:07decision making process

4:08down because your hand cannot

4:10keep up with the speed of your thoughts.

4:12If you listen to someone speaking while

4:14you're taking notes,

4:15while you're jotting them

4:16down, you decide what matters enough to

4:18make it to that sheet of paper.

4:19That's what's playing out when you set a

4:21clearly defined goal.

4:22You have hundreds of thoughts, thousands

4:23of thoughts every single

4:24day about what you want

4:26your life to look like, but you can only

4:27write so much at once

4:29before it gets a little bit

— How to Become Disciplined Through Writing

4:30too convoluted and exactly like you are

4:32when you're taking notes.

4:33Perfecting your writing skills is going

4:35to force your mind to

4:37focus specifically on what

4:38matters most about your goals, which is

4:40the what and the why.

4:42And when your why is big enough, the how

4:44becomes much easier.

4:45We have so many different forms of

4:47entertainment that

4:47gradually erode the brain's ability

4:49to maintain attention.

4:50The information age that we're in is a

4:52two way street because we

4:54never had so much access

4:56to so much knowledge, but

4:57yet so many distractions.

4:59It's enough to break your ability to

5:01think clearly because

5:02almost every single thing

5:04around you competes to interrupt the

5:06thought before you have

5:07enough time to fully articulate

5:09it in order to start bringing it to life.

5:12You can move from a text message to a

5:13reel, from that reel

5:14back to your DMs, then open

5:17another tab and search for

5:18something that you want to buy.

5:19In seconds, all of this happens in

5:21seconds and before you

5:22know it, days and weeks have

5:23gone by and you've never actually thought

5:26about wielding the

5:26power of the pen to making

5:28your life better than it was yesterday.

5:30But before we continue, just a quick

5:32reminder, the Money

5:33Mastery Workshop Volume 2 takes

5:35place in just a little under a week on

5:36October 4th at 11am Eastern.

5:39We will be diving deep into removing the

5:42limiting beliefs that

5:43hold back money, that

5:44hold back self worth, and entrepreneurial

5:46or professional success.

5:48Mark your calendars and make sure you get

5:50your tickets in the

5:50description down below.

5:51So we're back to attention.

— Writing Accelerated Human Civilization

5:53The ability to define and stay with a

5:54thought long enough to

5:55manifest it into physical form

5:58is an irreplaceable skill nowadays and

6:00history gives us data to back it all up.

6:03I've always wondered how we made the

6:05largest leaps in

6:06civilization in the last 200 years

6:08than the previous 2000 years.

6:11I mean, look at this.

6:12We went from this to this.

6:15Just in the span of 200 years.

6:17I attribute this down to one single

6:19cause, the ability to read and write.

6:22We're in the digital era

6:23now, the information age.

6:25But just before the Industrial Revolution

6:27around the early 18th

6:29century, only 12% of

6:30the world's population

6:31could read and write.

6:33Just after World War II, only about 45%

6:35of the world was

6:36literate around 1950 or so.

6:39That number has reached to about 87%

6:42today, which doesn't

6:43look like a coincidence to

6:44me.

6:45As people gained the ability to read and

6:47write, minds began to

6:48expand and lives began to change

6:50faster than they ever had before.

6:52Writing allows knowledge to survive

6:54beyond the moment you

6:55first think about it.

6:56I attributed my own identity shifting

6:58through the skill of

6:59writing, my favorite thing to

7:01do because that is the core of

7:02reprogramming yourself for success.

7:04After I clearly defined what I wanted to

7:06be and how I wanted to

7:08feel about having it,

7:09I could always go back and reverse

7:10engineer what went right

7:12and what needed a little bit

7:13of tweaking if I wasn't

7:15satisfied with the outcome.

7:16Something that's not so reliable when

7:18it's just a thought in

7:19your mind competing with

7:21other thousands of

7:21thoughts through the day.

7:23This powerful skill that forces knowledge

7:24and wisdom to compound across generations

7:28is literally at your fingertips.

— Your Goals & The Reticular Activating System

7:30Your brain processes a massive amount of

7:32information every

7:33single day, relying on your

7:35RAS, your Reticular Activating System, to

7:37separate what matters

7:39from what can be ignored.

7:40It's an internal filter, and everybody's

7:42filter is different.

7:43Directing your attention towards whatever

7:44you find important and it goes out of its

7:47way to ignore what

7:48isn't aligned with that.

7:49Handwriting a goal is a direct way to

7:51program that filter

7:52like you program a MacBook.

7:54The motion of writing, combined with

7:56seeing the words form on

7:57paper, forces your brain

7:58to pay clearer attention.

8:00That sends the right signals to your RAS,

8:02telling it exactly

8:02what to focus on, giving

8:04it a clear target to scan for in your

8:06daily life every single

8:08day to guide you successfully

8:09to the results that you're looking to

8:11achieve through your goals.

8:13A finely tuned RAS can guide you into the

8:15perfect investment

8:16opportunities, the perfect

8:17ideas that will revolutionize a business,

8:19and even the perfect

8:20relationships to make

8:21that all happen.

8:23A vague desire though, or an undefined

8:25goal, gives your

8:26subconscious very little real estate

8:28to work with on the flip side.

8:30You may want more money, a better career,

8:33a successful business, a relationship, or

8:36better health, but your brain still needs

8:38a defined destination

8:39and writing forces you

8:41to define it clearly so

8:42the subconscious can oblige.

8:44But since we're glued to these screens in

8:46the 21st century,

8:47typing has taken the place

8:48of writing for the most people.

8:50When you just type something out, it's

8:53way too easy to treat

8:53valuable information like

8:55every other random piece

8:56of text on your screen.

8:58The moment you put a specific goal onto

9:00paper, your brain has a problem to solve.

9:02If you put down on paper that you're

9:04worth 7 figures in

9:06several years, and you're

9:07currently not, the subconscious goes to

9:09work to close that gap.

9:11Instead of allowing the desire to pass

9:13through the working mind

9:14and disappear during the

9:15day with everything else, you're going to

9:17be giving your

9:17subconscious a defined target

9:19to process instead.

9:20Self mastery can only be done through

9:22changing your identity, and

9:24identity leads to behavior.

9:26So every goal has an identity connected

9:27to it, and your role

9:29in the creation process

9:30is to assume the identity first.

9:33When you write down a goal for your

9:34business, for your money,

9:35for your relationships, you

9:37define the person capable

9:38of producing that result.

9:40Now, let's not get too far ahead of

9:42ourselves and forget that

9:43the feeling is the secret.

9:45At the end of the day, goals are just a

9:47vehicle for us to

9:47experience an emotion and a feeling

9:49that comes along with it.

9:51More money feels like more freedom.

9:53Success feels like pride and triumph.

9:55Loyal and loving

9:56relationships feel like harmony and peace.

9:59The goal needs an emotional frequency

10:01connected to it because a

10:02goal should fill you with

10:04that same positive

10:05emotion when you visualize it.

10:07Perfect this skill for the next 90 days.

10:08And you'll be training yourself for

10:10something bigger than

10:10your ability to jot down your

10:12goals.

10:13Learning your ability to direct your

10:15attention in order to

10:16manifest your positive thoughts

10:18into physical form of achieving whatever

10:20goal you have on that paper.

10:22Experience this for yourself.

10:23Don't take my word for it.

— Why the Wealthy Write Their Goals

10:25Test it for yourself.

10:26Because as always, everything I taught

10:29you today can be put

10:30into practice with a simple

10:31exercise that I call magic moments.

10:33I learned this technique from my good

10:35friend Peter Sage when he

10:37invited me to his millionaire

10:38business school back in 2024.

10:40See I was in a room on the other side of

10:42the planet with a room

10:43full of millionaires.

10:45And what I observed amongst all of them,

10:46the wealthiest people

10:47that were leading that room,

10:49the wealthiest people in my life, is

10:51their ability to clearly

10:52define what they want and

10:53to write it down.

10:54Yes, many steps are going to happen after

10:57that, after you write

10:58it down, but the steps

10:59become a lot clearer to make when you

11:01know exactly where you're going.

11:02This exercise though is going to train

— How to Train Your Mind for Success

11:04your awareness for

11:05abundance and to get you into

11:07the habit of writing

11:08more on a daily basis.

11:10Take out a piece of paper and write down

11:1210 positive things

11:13that happened to you this

11:14week.

11:15Just this week alone.

11:16They can be anything, big or small.

11:18They can be special experiences that

11:20you'll remember for years to come.

11:22Or something simple like a good

11:23conversation, eating your

11:25favorite meal, finishing one of

11:27those do-it-yourself projects, something

11:29that you're proud of,

11:30hearing some good news,

11:32or simply getting a

11:33well-timed compliment.

11:34Writing 10 different experiences is the

11:36critical part of this

11:36exercise because it's activating

11:38your memory and awareness for all the

11:40positive things in your life

11:42that you may miss or forget

11:44to talk about after they happen.

11:45Your brain, your body, your hand is going

11:48to mentally trace

11:49back all of this through

11:49the week and you're going to retrieve

11:51these experiences and

11:52you're going to decide which

11:53ones belong on the page and then you

11:55execute the physical

11:57act of writing them down.

11:58Think about reading as retrieving a

12:00memory while writing

12:01reinforces that same memory.

12:03This exercise brings

12:04those two processes together.

12:06Now you're training your brain to find

12:08and then attract more of

12:09those positive experiences.

12:11Targeting 10 things will force your mind

12:14to look way beyond the

12:15handful of negative moments

12:16that tend to dominate the average

12:18person's attention

12:19span throughout the week.

12:21It's a little bit too easy to have 20

12:23great things happen

12:24through the week, then waste

12:25most of your energy, most of your time

12:27complaining and replaying

12:29the two or three moments that

12:31got you frustrated or

12:32disappointed you a little bit.

12:34Whatever receives the most focus in your

12:35life takes up the most

12:37mental real estate regardless

12:39of how much time it

12:40actually took up during your week.

12:42Writing down the magic moments shifts

12:44your focus towards the

12:45great things, the greater

12:47things already present in your daily

12:49life, then your brain

12:50activates that filtration

12:52system except this time it's constantly

12:54sifting through all the

12:56massive amounts of data based

12:58on your positive experiences.

13:00Think again of your

13:00attention like a radio.

13:02Dozens of frequencies are passing around

13:04the room right now as

13:05we're speaking but you

13:06only hear the music or in this case my

13:09voice and my image when

13:11you tune directly into the

13:12exact station.

13:13The stations when you're walking around

13:15every day out there in the world.

13:16The stations that you're

13:17tuned into are your feelings.

13:19The feelings that your goal will evoke

13:21within you once you achieve them.

13:23Abundance FM, Freedom FM, Harmony FM.

13:27The more often your frequency shifts

13:28towards abundance and

13:29joy and wealth and courage,

13:31the more natural that frequency becomes

13:33to stay in every single day.

13:34Your mind is going to begin to catch all

13:36of the great moments as

13:37they happen in real time

13:39and recognize opportunities that can be

13:41immediately acted on instead

13:43of always being in the wrong

13:44place at the wrong time.

13:46Trust me, your daily life contains far

13:48more good than your

13:50worker memory gives it credit

13:51for and writing these magic moments down

13:53on paper the next

13:55several days or so, the next

13:56several weeks coming ahead creates the

13:58physical habit that pulls

14:00the proof out of thin air,

14:02that pulls the proof out of your mind and

14:05places it front and center.

14:06So for the next 90 days, keep a pen and

14:09paper nearby, sharpen

14:10the sword of your mind with

14:12the magic moments exercise and then take

14:14that moment into

14:15defining what more you want out

14:17of life.

14:17That makes the old saying true.

14:19The pen really is

14:20mightier than the sword.

14:22A sword can force compliance in the

14:23moment, but a pen can

14:25change an entire future.

14:27Force can only attempt to affect the

14:29outside world, but

14:30putting words on paper changes

14:32how a mind operates on the inside.

14:36If this episode is shipped to something

14:37within you, type "That

14:39made sense to me" down in

14:41the comments so I noted

14:42this lesson resonated with you.

14:44If you found value in it, tap that like

14:46button and share it with

14:47someone you care about or

14:48better yet, someone you respect.

14:50Now remember to get your seat for the

14:51Money Mastery Workshop

14:52Volume 2 coming up in just

14:547 days and if you missed it, the

14:56knowledge is always

14:56included in my INNERVERSE Program,

14:58where you get full access to my identity

15:00shifting courses and the

15:01opportunity to work with me

15:02one on one to shift your reality.

15:04The links are down below in the

15:05description as always

15:06and in the pinned comment.

15:08Tap in and I'll see you on the inside.

15:10Until we meet again, I am Sean and thank

15:12you for sharing your

15:13time and space with me.
