0:01- Hey, "AD," it's Kendall Jenner.

0:02Welcome to my house. Come on in.

0:04[upbeat music]

0:13I moved into this house about a year and a half ago.

0:17I renovated it for a whole year.

0:19The overall vibe that I was going for was really peaceful.

0:22I wanted to feel super calm.

0:24You're kind of up in the mountains up here

0:25and surrounded by a lot of nature,

0:27so I also wanted to feel open and there's a lot of windows.

0:31Tommy and Kathleen Clements and Waldo Fernandez

0:33did an insane job and I'm so happy.

0:35They're my best friends in the whole world, so.

0:38Kind of the first thing, when you walk in,

0:40I'm very proud of it, is my James Turrell.

0:42I have always wanted a James Turrell,

0:44so I was really excited when I got it.

0:46It's so peaceful and calming,

0:47and he actually makes these pieces to meditate in front of.

0:50It's actually called Scorpius and I'm a Scorpio,

0:53so I hold it close to my heart.

0:56This is my, I guess, formal living room.

1:00I made sure there was no TVs in here.

1:01So we get into a lot of deep talks in here.

1:03We actually hang out in here more than I thought I would.

1:06I usually have the fire going,

1:07whether it's winter, summer, fall, spring, whenever it is.

1:10I wanted to keep the tones pretty minimal,

1:12kind of earthy, just 'cause I love really colorful art.

1:15The Clements are so good at adding these little pieces

1:18that just make you feel really cozy,

1:20but also just are super chic.

1:21When they brought these flower pillows, I was like,

1:23"Oh, my God, I need these."

1:24They make it feel really good in here.

1:26Those wooden beams add a really nice touch.

1:29And then I have this really cool 1965 radio phonograph.

1:32I just got it for Christmas. I'm super excited about it.

1:35I went to the record shop with my friends.

1:37We got a bunch of stuff. I need to pop into it.

1:41This is my bar area. You always need a good bar.

1:45My mom is notorious for having the best bars,

1:48just like really beautiful and really set up pretty well,

1:50so I feel like this is a really special place.

1:53I've kind of let loose in this house a little bit more,

1:55like I've thrown some birthday parties here,

1:57so we've had good times.

1:58Right off the bar is just a really nice

2:01kind of dark, moody powder room.

2:03This, though, is this massive stone sink

2:07that I was like, dying for, and it's about 300 pounds.

2:11And the guy who did my house basically said

2:12it was the hardest part of the entire house,

2:15was putting this in.

2:16They had to like try a million times

2:18'cause they had to like restructure

2:19the walls behind it and stuff.

2:20So this guy is probably never leaving this house.

2:23[upbeat music]

2:26This is my office area.

2:29I hang in here with the people I work with

2:31a lot of the time.

2:32I don't personally use it a lot, but my girls do.

2:35And connected to my office is this really nice walkway.

2:38It's actually one of my favorite parts of the house,

2:40just 'cause of the amount of light that comes into it.

2:42It connects to my nice little courtyard out here,

2:45which is also one of my favorite places in the whole house.

2:47[upbeat music]

2:49Then you kind of lead into this room,

2:52which I have now created into an art studio.

2:54This was a movie theater for like the first year

2:57that I lived here, but I had an idea.

2:59I was really stressed out, I was working a lot,

3:01and me and my friends used to

3:02just go in the backyard and paint.

3:03I was like, I do that all the time,

3:05and I don't really use this room as a theater so much.

3:07So I converted it and I love it. I was here last night.

3:10So like there's still stuff set up from me

3:12just last night painting.

3:13I'm not good at painting, but I thoroughly enjoy it,

3:16and I consider it a form of therapy.

3:18So I love coming in here and just vibing out

3:20and making really horrible things.

3:22But it honestly lets a lot out of me,

3:23and my friends and I come in here.

3:25Sometimes we'll throw on basketball on the screen,

3:27drink some wine, and like just paint or color or whatever.

3:31We're really nerdy, but it's cool.

3:33I have all these little jumpsuits.

3:34There's literally six of 'em,

3:35just for anyone who comes in here.

3:37So you don't have to get dirty,

3:38or you can get dirty and not worry about it.

3:40And one has my name on it.

3:41My assistants got this for me

3:42for my birthday, or for Christmas?

3:44I think Christmas.

3:45Also, these are made from canvas.

3:47So I think one day I'm gonna take these,

3:49I'm just gonna paint over them.

3:50Everything in here is made to become a mess.

3:55This is my dining room, which I love.

3:57There's a lot of woods in here.

3:58We kind of did this double rug thing,

4:01which I thought was really cool,

4:02and it warms up the room a lot.

4:03Me and my friends come in here actually more

4:05than I thought I would.

4:07And I try and use it as much as I can,

4:09just 'cause it is a nice way to like, talk to each other.

4:11Sometimes we find ourselves eating in the family room

4:14and just watching TV and not speaking to each other.

4:16So we come in here a good amount.

4:18I love this room so much.

4:19We open the doors, especially when it's nice out,

4:21which is almost always 'cause we're in L.A.

4:23I found this table right when I bought the house,

4:26and the chairs,

4:27I think I always liked the idea of mix and matching chairs.

4:30It kind of adds a nice depth to the room.

4:32[upbeat music]

4:34My kitchen, this is most definitely

4:37the most used room in the house.

4:38We are in here almost every single day and night.

4:43I make dinner with my friends most of the time.

4:46And I never knew that a certain kitchen

4:48could make you want to cook so much,

4:49'cause my last house I never cooked.

4:51And then I got here, and this kitchen

4:53just like makes me want to cook and bake.

4:56I think I saw a photo of dark forest green cabinets

5:00with a really nice marble.

5:02I kind of used that as inspo and made this kitchen.

5:05I had a really white, just like, simple style kitchen

5:07in my last house, which are very beautiful,

5:09but I kind of wanted to warm it up

5:11and I thought it went so well with this house.

5:13I have all these really cool faucets and they kind of

5:16recommend that you don't clean them a lot

5:18so that they kind of start to age,

5:20'cause it kept that farmy-ish vibe that I have going on.

5:23Oh, yeah, my pot filler.

5:24I use this every day.

5:26When I was building the house,

5:27they were like, "Do you want a pot filler?"

5:28And I was like, "No, I don't need a pot filler."

5:29I use it every day 'cause I'm a tea addict.

5:32So it's perfect.

5:33[upbeat music]

5:35This is my TV room, family room,

5:38whatever you want to call it.

5:39I have, you know, my really nice Cloud couch.

5:41I feel like everyone has a Cloud couch,

5:42but they really are the best.

5:44I redid it into this kind of,

5:46a little bit rougher of a fabric

5:47just to kinda go with my house a little bit more.

5:50We watch games, we watch "The Bachelor," we chill out,

5:55and then these doors all open really nicely

5:57and we go hang out out there.

5:58It's a nice little entertaining area.

5:59It's just nice to get fresh air.

6:01And like I said, I live in L.A.,

6:02so it's always sunny and it's just the best.

6:05[upbeat music]

6:08So down here, technically these are two bedrooms,

6:10but I needed the space.

6:11So I kind of made these into like a fitting room,

6:13which I also kind of call my "Hannah Montana" room,

6:15and my glam room.

6:17So I'll take you into the fitting room.

6:18It's always kind of a mess.

6:19And this is where I do all my fittings

6:22and kind of throw clothes in here.

6:24This is where I pack for long trips or trips at all.

6:27Even if it is a little bit cluttered in here

6:29or a little bit of a mess, I know where everything is.

6:31[upbeat music]

6:33This is my glam room. Also a very used room in my house.

6:36Everyone in my family has a good glam room.

6:39There's a really nice door so my glam people

6:41can come in and out really easily

6:42and not have to walk through the whole house.

6:44This wall of magazines is something

6:46that Kim started a long time ago.

6:48We all kind of copied her

6:49and so I'll give her full credit for this idea.

6:52But we all have these walls in our house.

6:54It makes you feel good about stuff, you know?

6:56[upbeat music]

6:58In the hallway on the way to my room

7:00you have these two Barbara Krugers.

7:02I bought them a few years ago at Art Basel.

7:05They were actually my first probably really big

7:09piece of art that I ever bought,

7:10and this wall was just so perfect for them.

7:13I like really, just, colorful stuff

7:15that makes you feel good.

7:17And then this is my master.

7:19There's this first little sitting area when you walk in.

7:23I usually come in here and meditate, chill out, zone out.

7:26Behind me is my Tracey Emin.

7:28I got this a few years ago

7:30and I'm almost positive that there's measurements up top,

7:33and then the bottom says glad to hear you're a happy girl.

7:36Pretty sure that the measurements

7:38are an ex-boyfriend of Tracey Emin's penis size,

7:41and then the message at the bottom

7:42is to his new girlfriend saying,

7:44I'm glad to hear you're happy

7:45'cause he has a really big penis, I believe.

7:47These are really old doors from Italy

7:49and my mom had these in every single house

7:51that she owned that I grew up in.

7:53When I bought this house, she was like, I saved those doors.

7:56I think they'll be perfect for your house.

7:57I think that would fit awesome.

7:59So I ended up finding a place for them.

8:00Little memories all over the house that you probably,

8:04they kind of go unnoticed, but they mean a lot to me.

8:08This is my massive bed.

8:10I love it so much.

8:11Probably the most comfortable thing of all time.

8:13It's 9 feet by 8 1/2 feet, I believe.

8:16To give you a visual of how big it is.

8:18I have these copper energy rings.

8:20Everybody always asks me what these are.

8:22Not exactly sure what they're supposed to be good for,

8:24but someone told me to get them.

8:26I have them hidden all over my bedroom.

8:27There's one on each lamp up here.

8:30You're supposed to put them around your water.

8:32So I have these like little water thingies

8:33and I put my copper energy ring around them.

8:36I don't know, I feel good around them,

8:38so I'm assuming they're doing something.

8:40This is my double-sided fireplace and my massive TV,

8:44which I didn't really think through.

8:46So at nighttime, when it's on, it's just really bright,

8:48'cause it's so big.

8:49And then obviously you need a tea stand

8:51'cause I am highly addicted to tea.

8:53So I have this little tea area. Really exciting.

8:56[upbeat music]

8:59This is my master bathroom.

9:00This might be one of the most structurally-renovated parts

9:04of the whole house.

9:05This shower was less than half the size,

9:07I raised the ceilings,

9:09I made this all glass so it felt more open.

9:11I found this really beautiful stone

9:14and it was called Gabbana and my dog's name was Gabbana,

9:18and she had just passed away like a week prior.

9:20It felt like I was, you know, supposed to have it,

9:22and it has that green tone in it,

9:24kind of connecting all the greens around the house,

9:26the earthy tones that I love.

9:27I get a lot of love for my gold tub.

9:30I'd say at least three times a week, I'm in this tub.

9:33It's my favorite ever.

9:34And then this is my closet.

9:36I don't think I've ever had a closet this big,

9:38so I was really stoked about it.

9:39Fun fact, I purge my closet at least every two months.

9:43I try and go through it, clean it all out,

9:46and it is one of my favorite things to do ever.

9:48I feel like a newborn baby every time I do it.

9:51But I won't take complete credit

9:52for all of the organization.

9:53I had an amazing woman come in. Her name's Mary.

9:56She's a dream come true,

9:57and a really great gift for people.

9:58[upbeat music]

10:01Off my master is my backyard.

10:04The whole house is pretty much a U shape,

10:06so every room almost connects to the backyard.

10:08Surrounded by a lot of nature as you can probably hear,

10:10which I love.

10:10It makes me feel super out of L.A.

10:13We hang out here so much.

10:14I just got all these vintage quilts,

10:16so I'll just lay 'em all out on the grass

10:17and me and my friends will come out here

10:19and just chill, meditate.

10:20I did a sound bath out here the other day.

10:22It was really so nice.

10:23I'm pretty sure this is the same pool that was here

10:26when the house was built in the late '80s, early '90s.

10:28It's not your typical modern square-shaped pool.

10:31I just loved how awkward it was.

10:33[upbeat music]

10:41Thank you, "AD," so much for coming.

10:43I hope you enjoyed the tour of my house,

10:45but it is sadly time for you guys to go.
